Terrible service, completely inflexible and without any friendliness/politeness in customer service. We came through insurance and it is a 100% no for possible rentals!

I was entitled to a replacement car through the insurance company. I didn't look at the contract and the people at the agency told me to return the car after 5 days; the company only offered me 4 days. Lack of transparency, abusive charges after the days of the contract offered by the insurance company ended. They charged me €120 for a single day. When I did a search on the same Rent a Car, the daily price was €30 for the same car.

Very professional as always. Welcoming, responsive staff and above all who do not look for small animals when returning the vehicle. I recommend this agency for vehicle rental.

Beware scam!!! I picked up a vehicle at the airport on 09/08/2023 at 10:30 p.m. at the counter the person made me sign the rental contract without moving with me to the vehicle which was parked in a very poorly lit car park. The next morning when returning the vehicle I realize that the passenger door has been scratched. I dropped off the vehicle in Leiria on 08/10/2023 in the morning saying that it had not been checked by the person at the airport. I was told that I only had to take photos of the vehicle and that I had to pay for the damage that I did not do to the vehicle. Run away they are scammers!!! Beware of fraud!!! They charge extra prices and do not notify the customer. The company said that I would only pay 110 euros and I paid 410 euros. They do not answer the phone to provide support to customers. I do not recommend it.

I had a problem with a rental car in Lisbon (it stalled on the highway), not only were they rude to me but I had to cry to get another one instead. They charged me for the gas for the car that didn't work! Also....a lot of time wasted and no even apologies Last time with Avis

Terrible service, lack of customer care and lack of employee competence. Keep and reserve contracts carefully as you may be called upon to pay for tolls that were used after returning the vehicle. AVIS' feedback is NON-COMPETENT. In addition to being incompetent, they also do not take responsibility for and correct their mistakes.
