As far as I know, it wasn't even the first time, which confirms the credibility that the company had been given until then. He was charged thousands of reais for an alleged scratch on the car, which was not noticeable, not justifiable and without any witnesses present. They do not accept allegations to the contrary, which leads us to think about the intervention of the judiciary. It is regrettable that rental companies are poorly monitored and have a series of advantages over consumers. After all, who controls the information about damages? If, when picking up the car, we do not film EVERYTHING, the chance of being scammed is tremendous. Sad, regrettable. I do not recommend this company. ALWAYS FILM EVERYTHING AND TAKE TWO PEOPLE TO WITNESS EVERYTHING.

They charged 7 thousand reais on my husband's card, claiming that he had crashed. They took advantage of the fact that he has Parkinson's and took advantage of that. Unfortunately, he had not brought witnesses who were in the car with him and saw that he had not crashed into anything. These people are not only thieves, they are people acting in bad faith. DO NOT RENT CARDS FROM THEM.

The team here deserves accolades for swapping out our rental car. The one we picked up at Lisbon had a malfunctioning AC. Stopped here en route and within minutes we were on our way again. Friendly and efficient staff. Avis/Budget: take note, you are lucky to have this agency representing your brand!
