Although the service is good and the prices are quite affordable, when I need some information the telephone number they provide simply doesn't work.

They provided a vehicle that, according to the PDF, was in good condition. What a surprise when you park the vehicle and lock it with the remote control, you see that the bumper was cracked and scratched. The situation had no consequences, as an email was sent immediately, accompanied by photos, informing you of the situation. I also attribute some blame to myself, as I should have had the vehicle assessed by the employee. Another unpleasant situation was that we were not given the correct information about the rental, such as the fact that if the deposit was made with a debit card, they would keep our money for 20 days!!!! Unacceptable.

Technical failure of the car that cost us dearly in fuel and despite the friendliness of the service, they only know how to tell us that we have to invoice if the fuel indicator is not full despite the fault being proven because it is not at the agency that someone can check or approve.
