Great service from Lucas. He helped us get a van on short notice to move a large generator. Excellent service throughout.
We were so lucky to find this place and for Lucas to be there to help us. We needed a last-minute rental for the day that would accommodate equipment that was bigger than we were told. Lucas was supremely professional and a great problem-solver! All turned out well :)
I want to thank Sixt Leria for the excellent experience I had with the rental car. Since I started to talk with Sr. Pedro, he was extremely thoughtful and available to clarify all my doubts about the reservation of the car. The entire booking process was simple and quick, the car was in perfect condition, clean, and very preserved sets, also, from the variety of optional that surprised me, the car fulfilled my expectations. I would like to point out the punctuality when picking up and returning the car, which made me feel very pleased with the choice, it was without any doubt a very positive experience. I strongly recommend Sixt Leiria, Sr. Pedro, and his team to those who seek a reliable rental car service with optimal direct, and customer-quality care, I will certainly come back Many thanks to Sixt Leiria, Sr Pedro, and the team.
After walking through the damages on the vehicle upon pick-up we were charged for the same damages upon delivery. Be sure to film the car with an employee or Sixt in the video.
Please be mindful of booking a car with Sixt. Make sure you have pictures of absolutely every angle of the car when you receive it, because they will more often than not try to add a new damage claim when you return it and on top of the damage they will charge an extra of 35€ for a "damage analisis". I rented a car to go from Leiria straight to the Airport and somehow the wheels had a new sidewalk scratch which added nearly 180€ in damages a few days after I return the car. And bear in mind I only took the highway so there were no sidewalks to scratch against. If you want to save money from not booking in a reliable car rental like Europcar, be aware of the risks and make sure you take a lot of photos.

One hour long waiting. The staff seems friendly but sadly can not be trusted. They didn't add all the car damage to the contract, I trusted the staff member, and now they are trying to charge me for damages what I told the staff there was before hand. If you really need to rent a car from here take all the pictures you can of the damages when pick up the car, don't forget to check under the car!! You will need it later. Get there a few hours earlier because they are not organized, you will need time to go around the car checking every little thing really properly, make sure it is all in the contract.

Lugar excelente !!! Aluguei várias vezes veículos em ótimo estado, onde tive uma boa experiência, atendimento impecável e uma facilidade em alugar veículos sem muita burocracia, recomendo.
Atendimento, prestabilidade e simpatia por parte dos funcionários foi impecável. Houve apenas um pequeno inconveniente relativamente á falta de clareza no momento da reserva, por não haver uma mais clara comunicação da necessidade de apresentação de um cartão de crédito. Felizmente eu consegui arranjar um cartão e resolver o problema, mas devido á falta de clareza prévia, poderia ter-se transformado num problema muito mais grave, que poderia resultar na perda, quer do carro, quer do montante pago para a reserva do mesmo.

Equipa cinco estrelas, muito profissionais. Viaturas em excelente estado de conservacao. As viaturas estao tao boas que acabei por efetuar negocio e ficar com a Viatura (Nissan Qashqai III J12) que tinha alugado.
Pessoal atencioso, contudo, uma pessoa apenas a atender , faz com que se esteja imenso tempo á espera derivado ao fluxo de pessoas.
