Dirty car, bad service, right now I'm returning the car and a Turiscar employee is treating a customer badly (a foreign customer trying to explain what he wants), simply shameful!
I got scammed because of some damage that the vehicle already had on it before I rented it. I picked it up when it was raining and the damage was not notable at all, at the end of the day i noticed the damage but I thought they took a note of it already so I did not botheres. when I left the car on the last day, it was a sunny day and the damage was very notable. We dropped some water on the car to prove that it couldn't be seen with rain, they agreed, but still blamed me. Had to pay 120€ for the repair. more people had the same issue with them.
The vehicles are mostly recent models. The service provided was pleasant. The facilities are not the best. The space is a bit small and not very welcoming.
