Uzeli smo kola na 4 dana kod Manosa (gazde) koji nas je docekao sa odusevljenjem i vrlo prijateljski nastrojen kad je cuo da smo Srbi. Takodje, sjajno govori nas jezik. Dogovorili smo se jako brzo bez ikakvih smaranja, pravila i odugovlacenja. Takodje pohvala za dva momka koja rade sa Manosom, bili su vrlo ljubazni, profesionalni i tacni. Pandica je bila super, pokazala nam se sjajno. Sve preporuke za ove ljude, ostali smo prezadovoljni.

Juste parfait. Nous sommes du Glaros Beach Hotel et nous avions recherché une agence de location pour une petite voiture. Nous avions eu une small car comme demandé (kia picanto) en parfait état roulait parfaitement et nous avions eu des précieux conseils pour visiter la plus belle plage de Crete : Voulisma . Attention aux francophones, on parle langlais principalement dans la ville. On en a eu pour 45 euros assurance comprise. Ce qui est très correcte. Attention lessence coûte assez chère sur l Ile. Je recommande cette agence de location.

Auf der Suche nach einem seriösen Mietwagenverleih in der Nähe des Cook s Club, sind wir auf ROMANOS gestoßen. Nach kurzer, gesunder Skepsis wurden wir mit einer sehr kompetenten Beratung von Dora zum Mietwagen und zu unseren Ausflugszielen positiv überrascht. Die Preise waren auch überraschend fair, ich werde morgen dort erneut einen Mietwagen beziehen. Der Rückgabeprozess ging schnell, trotz des tosenden Verkehrs wurden wir direkt von dem Mitarbeiter Nikos abgefangen, welcher unser Auto übernahm und parkte, so blieb uns auch dieser Stress erspart. Man kann hier ohne schlechten Gewissen einen Mietwagen buchen.

I prezzi sono sicuramente vantaggiosi, le macchine funzionano bene, ma per esperienza vi consiglio di fare un video allauto appena la noleggiate, perché alla consegna ci hanno fatto pagare 100 euro di danni per dei graffi sotto al paraurti, che probabilmente non abbiamo fatto noi, dato che ne noi ne loro avevano guardato sotto lauto al momento del contratto....hanno preso dei contratti vecchi dicendo che quei danni non erano presenti! Fate attenzione

Een tijdje gezocht naar een mooi plekje om een auto te huren, uiteindelijk hier terecht gekomen en een suzuki jimny meegenomen. 2 heerlijke dagen op pad geweest en in de avond kan je de auto kwijt op de private parking.

June 2023. This place had name Eurotours Car Rental. Dont rent cars in this place! I asked before about insurance, limits and deposits. Old lady said that everything good and included in price 80$. But in the office young guy said that 80$ is not full insurance and if I want to take t-roc I should pay 120$ more! I wanted my money back but they agreed to give t-roc for 150$ (70$ more than 80$) and take my passport! And with limit 100 km! Thaks God, that the end of a day I got my passport back but paid 25$ more fore overlimit 33 km. I said I return car to you with full tank instead of less than half tank. They didnt care! ! , , ! , , , ! , ! ! .

Wir haben bei Romanos ein Auto gemietet und alles verlief ohne Probleme oder zusätzlichen Aufwand.Wir wurden vom Hotel abgeholt und am Ende auch zum Hotel gefahren. Wir wollten das Auto dann spontan noch einen Tag länger mieten. Haben Dora geschrieben und nachgefragt und wir durften das Auto ohne Probleme noch einen Tag länger mieten. Dora spricht mehrere Sprachen was auch alles vereinfacht hat.

I don t understand the bad reviews here because we we re amazed by their service. Very friendly and nice staff. Explains everything understandable. The car was in a good condition and everything we needed for a day trip to mountains. Price was affordable. Actually they saved us because no one really wanted to give us a car at that moment, so all we can do is thank for their good service. Without them we would sit in a hotel and obviously would not get that far. Best wishes!

Wir haben uns in Kreta nach Autovermietung umgeschaut. Haben bei paar anderen Läden sich umgeschaut. Doch dann sind wir auf die Liebe Dora gestoßen. Haben uns sofort wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Haben uns gefreut, dass wir auf deutsch kommunizieren konnten. Alles lief reibungslos super Service. Autos in Super Zustand. Sie hat uns schöne Stellen empfohlen und auch gezeigt wo wir aufpassen müssen welche Straßen am besten sind. Hat sich mega viel Zeit genommen wofür wir dankbar waren. Haben mittlerweile zum zweiten Mal bei der Lieben Dora Auto gemietet. Ab jetzt nur noch zu ihr wenn wir in Kreta sind! Klare Empfehlung! Da macht ihr nichts falsch und habt ein sicheres Gefühl! When we went there in the evening to make a reservation for the volkswagen t-roc for 2 days, they told us it was 110 euros in total. I pais that evening an deposit of 50 euros. The next day they told us in an uncomfortable room that we had to pay 350 euros in total with insurance. And then we still had to pay a maximum of 750 euros if there happened something to the car. Unbelievable!!! I recommend every one to NOT GO THERE!! Somewhere else in the same street you can get an cabrio for 220 euros for 2 days all included .. The 2 man s helped us.

Slechte zaak. Ze namen ons mee naar een kantoor ruimte binnen, deden de deur dicht en zeiden dat het geen 110 euro was voor 2 dagen met de t-roc cabrio zoals afgesproken, maar 350 inclusief verzekering. Van alle andere bedrijven in de straat daar hoorden wij dat dit een slechte zaak was en dat ze iedereen oplichten zoals ook te zien in de reviews. NIET HEEN GAAN! Er zijn veel betere zaken in dezelfde straat. De man te direct. Komt afdwingend over en vertelde hoe wij moesten gaan rijden volgens ZIJN route. Wij huren de auto dus wij zouden dat moeten en willen bepalen voor ons zelf! IK RAAD DEZE ZAAK TEN ZEERSTE AF AAN IEDEREEN!!!!

Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt, meine Freundin und ich waren sehr sehr zufrieden - vom Anfangsgespräch welches Auto in Frage kommt, bis hin zur Abgabe, alles hat schnell und super geklappt. Auch die Kosten die man vereinbart hatte sind alle eingehalten worden und wir haben keinen Cent mehr bezahlt als die vereinbarte Summe! Nous avons loué une voiture pour 5jours. On nous annonce 125 euros. Quand nous revenons le lendemain pour récupérer la voiture, la dame nous dit que cest 125, euros avec assurance au tiers et quil faut une empreinte CB de 8000 . Quand nous lui disons que ce nest pas possible, elle nous dit alors de prendre lassurance tout risque et le prix monte à 275 . Après négociation, elle a accepté de baisser le prix. La voiture était dans un bon état et le retour sest fait sans difficultés. Attention cependant lorsquon vous annonce un prix !

Ich würde eigentlich 3 Sterne geben, aber die Deutsch sprechende Übergabe durch Dora und Tipps haben einen Extrastern verdient. Die war wirklich super nett. Wir sind im Vorbeigehen am Abend auf Romanos aufmerksam geworden. Mein Mann hat sich in ein Cabrio verliebt und wir haben die Übernahme am übernächsten Tag für 2 Tage aufmerksam gemacht. Wir haben zwar gefragt, ob alle Versicherungen inkludiert sind, was bejaht wurde, es war aber nur die Teilkasko, die ohne Kreditkartenlimit von 15T gar nicht möglich wäre. Für die Versicherung waren für 2 Tage noch einmal 250 Euro fällig gewesen (wobei das Auto im Angebot 100 Euro gekostet hätte). Wir konnten auf ein günstigeres Cabrio umschwenken, aber es hat trotzdem einen gewissen Beigeschmack. Auch die Vollkasko bleibt immer mit einer Selbstbeteiligung von 850 Euro bei Eigenverschulden. Das Auto, was wir hatten, war völlig OK, aber es gibt andere Anbieter mit Vollkasko ohne Selbstbeteiligung und Komplettpreisen ohne versteckte Kosten in der Nähe. Hätte man die geleistete Anzahlung nicht verloren, hätten wir aufgrund der verschwiegenen Kosten den Anbieter noch gewechselt. Eventuell hat der Herr nur insurance included und nicht all insurances included verstanden, aber für uns bleibt es ein unseriöses Vorgehen.
