We rented the car for 15 days to use in Lisbon. They provided transfers from the airport to the location. They were very attentive, the vehicles were very clean and new. Great value. I highly recommend it.

Finger weg - reine Abzocke! Würde 0 Sterne vergeben, wenn es ginge! Alleine die Abholung hat in etwa eine Stunde gedauert, weil sie Probleme hatten die Kaution von der Kreditkarte abzubuchen. Nach ewiger Diskussion ging es dann doch irgendwie. Für die Maut wurde eine zusätzliche Kaution geblockt, was vorher so nirgends ersichtlich war. Uns wurde dann gesagt, dass wir entweder die Möglichkeit haben den Transponder für die Videomaut zu aktivieren (20 extra Kosten) oder aber an den Mautstationen direkt zahlen können, was wir dann auch so machten. Bei der Rückgabe dann die totale Abzocke. Ohne dass die Videomaut von uns genutzt wurde, wollten sie uns 20 Aktivierungsgebühr + 30 Strafe in Rechnung stellen. Dazu auch noch eine lächerlich hohe Reinigungsgebühr, obwohl das Auto sehr sauber war. Der Fall liegt jetzt beim Anwalt.

Kann mich den anderen Rezensenten nur anschließen - absolute abzocke sobald man das Auto gebucht hat. Finger weg!

Ein Stern ist hier schon zu viel! Wer bei diesen Betrügern ein Auto mietet, kann sich hinsichtlich seines Urlaubs sowohl auf ein Ende mit Schrecken als auch ein Schrecken ohne Ende einstellen! Hier wird sich persönlich an angeblichen Mautgebühren und sog. Endreinigungskosten bereichert. Insgesamt einfach eine objektiv schlechte Autovermietung mit unfreundlichem Personal. Finger weg!

Experiência muito positiva, todos os carros são novos, tinhamos alugado um fiat 500 mas como nao tinham carros o funcionário perguntou nos se nao nos importavamos de levar um Mercedes classe A, o funcionário que nos atendeu explicou tudo muito bem, decidimos adquirir o seguro e a limpeza para evitar custo no final pela que o aluguer ficou um pouco mais caro mas poderiamos ter optado por nao adquirir estes extras e ai a reserva teria ficado muito barata

Positives: well made website for making booking easily. Negatives: Scammy insurance plan. Highest tier insurance Gold (22 /day) does not cover 100% of the liability. With gold tier I had to pay 350 as a deposit. The person at the desk informed since the insurance does not cover full liability, if in case of any liability 350 from the deposit will be used for the repair. This looked very scammy, since a tire repair or scratch somewhere could alone cost more than 350. Additionally, the person at the desk said if a tire/wheel is damaged, cost of 2 tires/wheels will be calculated. I realized the risk of false accusations and losing 350 . For this reason I had to cancel the booking, but sacrifice the initial booking fee. Never have I ever had a similar experience at Avis, Hertz or Centauro. Moral of the story if you want fully covered by an insurance better book at other bigger and established companies. This company presumably is at early phase attracting new customers with low daily rate and likely puts the smallest liability on the customers. Unfriendly front desk. I had a very awkward interaction with the person at the front desk as if I wasn t welcome at the place. Folks at this place should learn how to face and welcome customers.

Precisei de um carro para uns dias e optei pela BeRent, pela relação preço-oferta. Tratei de tudo online e quando fui levantar o veículo correu tudo conforme esperado, com prontidão e um atendimento simpático, atencioso e profissional. Quando voltar a necessitar de alugar um veículo, a BeRent será a minha primeira opção.

On a jamais pu récupérer le véhicule. Déjà on s est aperçu que quand on est allée à l aéroport que le site de retrait n était pas du tout dans l aéroport mais à 30 minutes. Heureusement on a perdu que 2 . Mais passez votre chemin. C est pas cher mais c est une perte de temps.

Achtung Abzocke! Bereits bei Abholung des Mietwagens gab es Probleme mit der Buchung der Kaution. Dies hat uns ca. eine Stunde gekostet. Laut Berater sei dies normal und kommt sehr häufig vor. Der richtige Ärger kam jedoch bei Rückgabe. Der Vermieter verlangt eine utopische Reinigungsgebühr für das Fahrzeug, obwohl dieses sogar vor Abgabe von uns ausgesaugt wurde. Zusätzlich wären wir wohl durch eine Mautstelle gefahren ohne vorherige Aktivierung des transponders. Hierfür berechnet der Vermieter nicht nur die Maut an sich, sondern nochmals eine Aktivierungsgebühr (20 ) sowie eine Strafzahlung (30 ). Als wir dies in Frage stellten kam der Manager des Vermieters und war noch unkooperativer als seine Mitarbeiter. Es sei alles Problem des Kunden und er würde uns empfehlen alles vorgelegte (in Landessprache) zu unterschreiben und zu zahlen, da der Fall sonst dem Anwalt der Vermieters vorgelegt wird. Trotz Einspruch gegen die Zahlung der Strafe wurde die Gebühr über die hinterlegte Kreditkarte ohne weitere Info abgebucht. Nun schalten auch wir den Anwalt ein! Trauriges Ende einer sehr schönen Reise in einem tollen Land! NACHTRAG: der General Manager hat mich auf Basis meiner Rezension kontaktiert. Gemeinsam haben wir nach einer Lösung gesucht und wurden uns einig. An den Missständen und der Kommunikation soll wohl gearbeitet werden.

I did not like renting a car at Berent. The price is very high. It takes a long time to get the deposit back within 2-3 weeks. I was charged an additional 34 euros from the deposit without deciphering why. Poorly described FAQ did not understand what the deposit amount would be. At the airport is not clear where the transfer to the office will stand, there is no representative or sign.

Careful Fraud!!! Would give zero Stars if possible. Typical car rental issues where you get charged extra when returning the car. We bought a cleaning package before hand and specifically asked if dog hair would be included (actually asked twice) when we returned the car they charged us extra saying their hands are tied and did not let us talk to the supervisor even though the supervisor apparently said there is nothing they can do. Absolutely unacceptable!

Leider der Klassiker. Online vereinbarter Preis mehr als verdoppelt. Von Kreditkarten die nicht genommen werden, über obskure Versicherungs Varianten und Kaution Varianten (Kaution fürs Auto + Maut 250 & Kaution Versicherung 950 ) obwohl eine bereits vorab angeschlossen wurde, plus verpflichtende Zusatzkosten wie 20 EUR für ein digitalen Mautpass, egal ob Autobahn genutzt werden oder man wie überall möglich bar zahlen möchte.. Krönung zum Schluss: trotz abgeschlossenem Cleaning Rundum Sorglos packet nochmal 30 EUR wegen ein paar Hundehaaren. Wir waren mit dem hund bei der Abholung und haben explizit gefragt ob das inkludiert ist Schade, dass sowas noch üblich ist..

PESSIMA! Nem conseguimos pegar o carro. Exigiram o meu documento de residência original, sendo que eu tinha em mãos (porém uma cópia). Pessima, pessima pessima! Um transtorno. Ficamos sem carro e tivemos que mudar todos nossos planos. Não aluguem

Awful company, even worse customer care. Charged 190 for a scratch that was present upon pickup (many scratches and dents on the car) that could have been buffed out with a cloth. Manager was patronizing and extremely rude. I am not one to leave negative reviews, but this place should be shut down.

Ich hatte eine Buchung für 4 Tag Kosten 85 für ein Polo o.ä., leider wurde vor Ort meine Karte nicht akzeptiert, somit war ich angehalten eine Vollkaskoversicherung abzuschließen für weitere 120 . Begründung war für die Kaution wird keine Debit Visakarte akzeptiert, derartige Probleme hatte ich bisher nie gehabt, und ich Reise mit meiner Partnerin sehr viel..... Eigenartigerweise konnte für den Transponder für die Maut eine Kaution von 200 hinterlegt werden. Habe nachgefragt, die Begründung war das nur kleine Beträge akzeptiert werden.... Die Kaution von 1300 zu hinterlegen wollte man auch nicht probieren, dann hätte ich es ja selber sehen können, keine Bereitschaft.... Kleine Anmerkung, wir sind anschließend weiter nach Madeira, dort hatten wir keinerlei Probleme mit unseren Debitkarten. Es ist also definitiv in Portugal möglich ...... Zusätzlich nochmal ca. 20 Reinigungskosten, so etwas hatte ich bisher auch noch nie..... Kann also nur von abraten...... Zusätzlich haben wir noch auf den Transfer 50min am Flughafen warten müssen, auch auf nachfragen es dauert nur 5 bis 10 min.

Bad experience: first of all the communication was very bad, they picked us up 1 hour too late and not at the designated meeting point. This was very stressfull being neglected at the very busy arrival hall. At arrival at the desk we had to pay an optional cleaning fee of something like 10 euro. If we didnt pay this we had to bring back the car completely cleaned inside and outside. Sorry, but this is simply not an option and was not mentioned anywhere in our reservation

DO NOT BOOK A CAR WITH THIS COMPANY/ NO ALQUILEN UN CARRO CON ESTA EMPRESA / NÃO ALUGUEM CARRO COM ESTA EMPRESA. EN/ This company has been the worst company to rent a car in Portugal. Their office staff is quite rude and apply the rules to the fullest for the reception of the cars, but not for the delivery of the same. The delivery is very delayed, about 45 minutes without people in the office and to deliver the car more or less 30 minutes. We were charged a deposit of 2,000 euros on the card to be able to take the car in case of damage. For that amount in Portugal it is possible to buy a simple car and there is money left to drive around. Be aware, if you take even 30 seconds, their friendly officials will charge you a fee of 73.83 euros without the right to protest and much less to ask to keep the car for an additional day paying the cost of the extra day. They are really excellent at charging you extras, even for washing the car, because if you have to hand it over clean and vacuumed. They really have excessive charges for all their services. Dont have a bad time with these people and dont rent a car from them. Know that if you take your car for two days, it will not be the two days you will have it, because even if they deliver it after 20.00 as was our case, you must deliver it before 20.00 in order not to be charged absurd values. Sepan, si se demoran así sea 30 segundos, sus amables funcionarios te van a cobrar una tasa de 73.83 euros sin derecho a protestar y mucho menos a pedir quedarte con el carro por un día adicional pagando el costo del día extra. Realmente son excelentes en cobrarte extras, hasta por lavarte el automóvil, porque si tienes que entregarse limpio y aspirado. Realmente tienen cobros excesivos por todos sus servicios. No pasen un mal rato con estas personas, y no alquilen un carro con ellos. Sepan que si toman su carro por dos días, no serán los dos días que lo tendrán, porque así se lo entreguen después de las 20.00 como fue nuestro caso deberán entregarlo antes de las 20.00 para no ser cobrado de valores absurdos por unos carros que tienen defectos. PT/ Esta empresa tem sido a pior empresa para alugar um carro em Portugal. Os funcionários do escritório são muito mal-educados e aplicam as regras ao máximo para a receção dos carros, mas não para a entrega dos carros. Der erste gute Eindruck wurde schnell zur Abzocke! Bei der Übergabe war noch alles vertretbar. Wir waren 15min früher da, jedoch zog sich die Übergabe über 45min bis wir die Schranke passieren konnten. Bei der Rückgabe waren wir genau in der Zeit an der Schranke. Bis diese geöffnet wurde, war es laut Berent 1min !!! nach der vereinbarten Zeit. Ein Mitarbeiter kam grinsend mit seinem Tablet und forderte für diese Minute !!!! 73.80 !!! Welch eine Abzocke, zumal das Auto, trotz unserer Pünktlichkeit fast 30min später übergeben wurde. Der vereinbarte Flughafenshuttle wurde zu allem Überfluss dann auch noch verweigert. Wir, 3 Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind mussten den Shuttle selbst organisieren und teuer bezahlen, da Sonntagabend in diesem Gebiet keine Busse fahren. Was einigermaßen ok begann, wurde zum Albtraum. Wenn möglich diese Autovermietung vermeiden!!!

Scammers, avoid at all costs. As others have already commented, this place is a SCAM. I just lost EUR500 on a booking + got no car. 1. First they make you wait for hours, despite multiple workers sitting there and ignoring you (picture attachd of multiple staff serving nobody) 2. Then they tell you need to buy a second insurance, even though I aleady bought one through WizzAir. Pay EUR800 extra on insurance or leave EUR2200 deposit. Fine, I agree to deposit. 3. Then they tell you you must give them your credit card. I only had debit at the time. I told them I only have debit, but I can go home and bring the credit card. 4. Then they tell you youre running out of time, your booking will be cancelled. Please call some phone number to update your reservation. 5. After 10+ unsuccesful calls I finally get through to somebody on the phone. At this point its already 13.15pm. My booking was for 10am. They tell you its too late, your booking has been cancelled. Money gone. Ciao! How is this legal? UPDATE: After 3 months of waiting, I finally won the chargeback dispute and my bank returned me the money. Luckily I had all the evidence to show for. For anyone considering renting here or those who already have been scammed - document your conversations with customer support, save receipts, take as many pictures of the car as you can. It will help you later, when you need to dispute the transactions through your bank.

Wir haben die besten Erfahrungen gemacht. Shuttle-Service hat pünktlich geklappt. Bei der Übergabe wurde alles - auch die zusätzlichen Kosten für Maut und Reinigung - genau erklärt. Es gab keine Wartezeiten und das Fahrzeug war in einem neuwertigen, gepflegten Zustand. Auch die Rückgabe war ebenso erfreulich problemlos. Buchung über Check24. Gerne wieder!

Arrivé à l aéroport à 8h et aucune navette ne se trouvait sur place. Il a fallu insister pour qu on nous réponde et qu une navette arrive mais à 8h45 seulement. Les frais de péage n ont pas été expliqués de manière claire et une surtaxe de 50 euros nous a été prélevée avec, pour la justifier, une explication plus que farfelue. Le système de plein n est pas correct non plus. Si on redtitue la voiture à peine en dessous du niveau, c est 35 euros de taxe. En revanche, rendue au dessus du niveau de départ, aucune ristourne n est accordée.l

Agence de location qui essaye de faire porter le chapeau pour des dégât que vous n avez fait je vous conseille de prendre des photo de toute la voiture et de bien vérifier niveau J ai du remettre de l ad blue qui m a coûter 25 euros les 10 litres qui ne sont pas remboursés par l agence de location le ticket de caisse ne lui plaisait pas .

I was nervous after booking with berent at first after reading so many 1 star reviews and bad experiences but honestly I could not fault them at all. My family and I had a great experience. We had 2 cars, picked up at the airport on arrival and got the shuttle bus across to the rental location. Handover was quick and easy. Staff were friendly and handing the cars back was also a speedy process. I didnt get the suv I requested but the vehicle was still suitable. There were a few bangs and scratches on it which I documented on my phone before setting off. If we return to Portugal again we will definitely use them again. Thanks again guys

Berent Italian branch has scammed me. I have returned a car full but they have gave me a charge for fuel on return. Also tank was only 3 quarters full when i collected so i lost this fuel also. all photos and full case has been put to them. no response / engagement. These seem to be italian scammers. Not a nice way to treat the Irish tourists

Atenção muita atenção ao fazer uma reserva nessa empresa, pois eles usam da má fé no site. Ex : fala que o carro básico custa 25,00 por dia , ou seja três dias 75,00. Mas ao passar para próxima etapa ja sobe para 90,00 quando você vai olha esta la condutor menos de 23 anos paga mais 15,00 euros. Mas você não informa em momento algum no início da reserva sua idade e não tem onde mudar isso. Isso é uma das varias coisas que ele fazem no site. Para além que não sabem ou tem preguiça de solucionar problemas, apenas te despacham , uma maquina tem mais impatia que eles.

Renting a car here is needlessly complex so it can feel like its own little absurd purgatory if you re not prepared. I m hoping to save you from the stress with the following info: If you re not picking up straight from a flight, there s no need to go to the airport. You ll just add an extra 30+ minutes to the whole process taking a shuttle from the airport to the rental place. Instead just Uber straight to the Rua Vasco da Gama address. Expect it to take AT LEAST an hour to get your car. Probably more. We were picking up at noon and it took us 2.5 hours. Maybe evenings are slower? When you get there, make sure you go to the check in and get a number (they don t make that step very clear). That s how they work through the long line of people waiting to pick up. All of the employees that I spoke with were nice, and the car was great, just what we needed for a low cost (rented through discovercars.com). Soooo maybe worth it? Just wish I knew what to expect going into the process!

Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Alles ging sehr schnell, keine Wartezeit bei der Abholung und Rückgabe. Absolut korrekt, Fragen wurden gestellt und dazu wichtige Informationen gegeben, was wichtig ist, aber man wurde nicht gedrängt, zusätzliche Leistungen anzunehmen. Schön war, dass man unabhängig vom Flughafenshuttle das Auto vom Zentrum Lissabons aus abholen konnte. Meiner Erfahrung nach ein absolut seriöses Unternehmen!

The best word I can use to describe BeRent is adequate. Pros: BeRent is CHEAP, like, we booked a rental car for two days for 12 euros cheap. Its not a scam. The prices really are that low. On top of that, the facility is clean and modern. They have very nice seating in the waiting area, clean bathrooms, and a snack vending machine available. The cars are also well-maintained and clean. We booked the cheapest car we could and were upgraded to a Mercedes for free. No complaints there. Cons: BeRent is SLOW, like, it took us almost four hours to get our car slow. This is from the time we found the shuttle stop to when we drove our car out the gate. For a two-day trip, thats quite a time suck. Drop off was only slightly better. It took about 45 minutes to drop the car off. Part of this is location and part of it is understaffing. It was difficult to find where we were supposed to pick up the car. We finally found a guy holding a BeRent sign in the baggage claim area, and he informed us the next shuttle would arrive in about 50 minutes. He said we had time to get a coffee and a snack. We did that, and then waited in the designated area outside. It actually took more like 1.5 hours for the shuttle to arrive. The shuttle was nice, but the drive to the facility was only about 10 minutes. There really isnt any reason for such a long wait for the shuttle. Once we arrived, we had to wait in line for about 30 minutes, only to be given a number to wait in another line. Once we finally got through that line, we had to wait for our car to be brought up from the garage. Then we did an inspection with the agent and were finally able to leave. All told, it took almost four hours. Upon return, we had to wait in a line, not a long one (only about three people ahead of us) that took an inordinately long time to get through. We knew from our pick up experience that the shuttle was not frequent, so we were anxious to catch the one that was packing up as we waited. We missed that one, but luckily they had one come right afterward that got us to the airport in time for our flight. Just plan lots of cushion if using BeRent. Lastly, be very careful and TAKE LOTS OF PHOTOS of the vehicle before leaving the facility. That walkthrough with the agent is extremely important. BeRent tried to bill us for several scratches that were already on the car when we left. Luckily, we had photos of all the scratches. We had to show the timestamps on the photos, but they took it as proof, so just know that this is probably how they make their money with such low rates. They just take cars back with damage and bill multiple customers for the same damage to rake in more fees without actually fixing it. The cars were in good shape, but just had lots of scratches from normal use. Other: You can rent a toll transponder form BeRent and they bill you immediately for tolls incurred. Its inexpensive and highly recommended if youre driving outside Lisbon. The service with the transponder was excellent. Overall, I cant say I wouldnt rent from BeRent again, because the prices were just so good. Just be aware that you are paying with your time and you need to carefully document all damage before leaving the lot.

Erstaunlich gut. Von der Abholung vom Flughafen in Lissabon bis zum Rücktransport zum Flughafen - sehr gut! Die Rückabwicklung von Kaution hat auch wunderbar funktioniert. Was mir nicht so gut gefallen hat, war vor Ort der Versuch, mir mit etwas Nachdruck ein deutlich teureres Auto zu vermieten.

Ainda no prazo de cancelamento da nossa reserva entrei em contato com o WhatsApp da empresa para confirmar os carros da categoria que alugamos e nos foi passado os modelos disponíveis na categoria que alugamos. Esperamos quase 1 hora pela van que pega os clientes no aeroporto. Chegando na locadora descobrimos que as informações passadas por WhatsApp estavam erradas, que uma funcionária tinha se equivocado. O gerente responsável foi super grosseiro e mal educado como se nós estivéssemos querendo tirar alguma vantagem sendo que o erro tinha sido feito por uma funcionária deles e eu provei isso através das msgs. Eles não honraram o que a funcionária me passou e a nossa experiência com a empresa só foi aceitavel porque o funcionário Pedro Carvalho nos ajudou, conseguiu um carro que nos atendeu e nos deu todo o suporte necessário durante a locação.

We booked BeRent car rental in Lisbon. We were going for my mother s funeral. After flying for 22 hours, we finally got the shuttle to go to their offices to pick up the car. We waited almost 2 hours. I was panicked that we would not make the funeral and asked one of the women behind the counter if they could possibly take us as we had the funeral that was supposed to start at 3pm and we still had a one hour+ drive. She didn t bother to look up and told me to wait my turn. The church held up the funeral as long as they could and were about to start as we arrived sweaty and tired. BeRent is not only extremely slow, their customer service is non existent.

This place is a total scam. They are claiming that they now need to get a 10.90 cleaning charge unless you bring the car back vacuumed and washed on the outside at a car wash. They claim they instituted this one month ago. I ve rented here before and would never rent here again.

La trafila per il ritiro dellauto è stata veloce, meno la riconsegna. Ci hanno assegnato la nostra auto, ci hanno consigliato delle opzioni aggiuntive che abbiamo accettato. Danni da terzi e quantaltro potesse succedere ad una vettura nel normale uso stradale. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la possibilità di usufruire del metodo di pagamento pedaggi automatico Via Verde ad un costo irrisorio.

I do not recommend renting from Be Rent. I had a terrible experience with the rental company. I paid 58.57 EUR for a 7-day rental of a vehicle and to my surprise they charged me a cleaning fee of 75 EUR when I returned it. Absurd.

Rien à dire tout cest bien passé. Pensez bien à avoir un carte de crédit car la carte de débit ne permet de faire la caution et pensez à avoir un compte approvisionné car la caution est de 1600 euros pour la voiture (rendue au retour de celle ci si pas de problème) et 200 euros pour péages ainsi quune éventuelle amende (rendue 15 jours après). Conseil : faire une vidéo de lensemble de la voiture, photo jauge essence et éventuellement de lintérieur Navette qui vous ramène à laéroport après restitution du véhicule mais pour sy rendre vérifier dans les conditions de location car perso nous avions zappé . Anglais parlé FORTEMENT conseillé NE PASSEZ PAS PAR DES COMPARATEURS RÉSERVER DIRECTEMENT PAR BE RENT

Minha experimentar a BeRent foi muito positiva, desde a orientação por telefone, a entrega dos carros (usei 2x ano passado!), o translado, a devolução, enfim Fui mto bem atendida e espero ser novamente qdo chegar em Portugal dia 31/05!

This was my second time renting from them but never again. I dont think the price can make up for poor customer service. First red flag - Received the car on nearly empty and immediately had to get gas by the time I reached the city. Never had an empty rental before, but okay. Second red flag - I realized there was an alert that in 600km the car will need to be serviced or it will be undriveable as it needs a specific fluid. This alert was 1000% viewed by the attendant who handed me the car. Third red flag - The teams solution was since it was drivable and I am in Lisbon (luckily) that I should just come back. As if it thats not a major inconvenience to drive BACK to them. They were pretty rude about it as if it were my fault they dont service or check their cars.

Não recomendo! Alugamos um carro e na descrição do serviço dizia pra PEGAR e DEVOLVER o carro no aeroporto de Lisboa! Já no aeroporto descobrimos que o escritório fica em outro lugar. Nossa estadia foi numa cidade vizinha, por conta da devolução do carro tivemos que voltar um dia antes pra Lisboa, pagar hotel, devolver o carro e ainda pagar condução até o hotel, já que o translado da empresa é até o aeroporto. O aluguel do carro parecia barato mas tivemos um baita prejuízo e estresse por conta dessa informação que na verdade é falsa e para nós era uma das coisas mais importantes da viagem, pegar e devolver o carro no aeroporto, sem complicações e sem estresse c criança.

Absolute Katastrophe! Diese Autovermietung hat uns beinahe den Urlaub verhagelt. Angefangen beim Service: der für uns zuständige Mitarbeiter bei der Abholung des Fahrzeugs war sichtlich genervt von unseren Nachfragen, konnte zudem kaum englisch (oder wollte unsere Fragen nicht verstehen oder beantworten). Was zudem sehr ungewöhnlich ist, dass das Auto selbst gereinigt werden muss, es sei denn man mietet sich diese Reinigung extra dazu. Kriminell wurde das ganze dann bei der Abgabe: hier mussten nochmals zusätzliche 45 für die Aktivierung eines Geräts, welches die Maut auf der Autobahn berechnet, bezahlt werden. Darüber wurden wir nicht unterrichtet, am Ende wurde auf das Kleingedruckte im Vertrag verwiesen, welchen man sich dann auf seinem Handy durchlesen kann Diese Bewertung ist als Warnung an ALLE zu verstehen, die ein paar Tage mit dem Auto durch Portugal reisen möchten. Unfassbar!

Bei Rückgabe wurden 75 als Endreinigung berechnet ohne zuvor darauf hinzuweisen. Fahrzeug war nur leicht verschmutzt - siehe Bilder. Leider nicht zu empfehlen.

Classic crooks. They distracted me during the rental and gave me a car with so many scratches and so much damage that I missed photographing a hairline scratch on the trunk that was hard to see. They discovered it on return and charged me 190 euros for repairs which they clearly won t do (given the other unrepaired damage). They will definitely do this to other customers (this is their business model). Very disappointed and a very expensive 4 day rental.

É pura mentira. Tive uma emergência com o carro e quando consegui um atendimento no dia seguinte disseram que não funcionam de feriado e nem final de semana e era pra enviar um E-MAIL. AGORA A QUESTÃO, TIVE UM INCIDENTE EMERGENCIAL E PRECISO ENVIAR UM E-MAIL? ALUGUEI UM CARRO NO FINAL DE SEMANA (COM ENTREGA PRA DOMINGO) E PRECISO LIGAR NA SEGUNDA? Não recomendo, o pós venda é terrível, atendem mal e não estão preocupados em resolver sua questão de emergência. Além de que a chave de ignição estava a acabar a bateria bem no final da nossa viagem. Graças a Deus foi no final, porque se fosse depender do atendimento deles, eu iria voltar arrastando o carro até a garagem da BeRent. A devolução do carro foi tranquila e rápida, e o atendimento foi bom, mas de resto NÃO RECOMENDO. Não se têm apoio telefônico em emergência e o site é uma mentira.

Second time renting a Volvo suv from this location. Travelling from Portugal to Spain this time. Great service & better prices compared to near by car rental companies. Smooth process from pick up to drop off. Second time we rented, I simply gave my Canadian phone number & they pulled up all my details from last visit (last year)! Quick service!

Extraordinarily dissatisfied. First, on arrival we waited almost 40 minutes to be attended, not great when youve just arrived from a long flight. Once were blessed with being granted access to service, were put through a hard sales pitch for a car upgrade, for insurance which we had already purchased through the affiliate we booked with, a car wash which these guys charge for (unbelievable), tag hire, etc .. it took nearly one hour to get out of there. Not only wasted much of our precious time but also a near non-existent attention to customer service, totally unfriendly.. care more about the upsell then the customers. Then on our return we got the same unfriendly treatment.. these guys just dont care about the customer. Avoid if you can, theres better places to hire from.

Organized scammers: they charge you online with any card and then tell you it is 260 euros extra if the driver doesnt have a credit card. So you think you will pay 80 euros for a week, but it will end up costing 345 euros (45 + 260 + 45). Never trust these scammers, even if competition is twice more expensive.

Société malhonnête Je déconseille. L or de la prise du véhicule le contrôle a été très superficiel, le carburant à moitié du réservoir, et la carrosserie pleine de petites rayures, plusieurs petites cabosses . À la restitution le contrôle est devenu beaucoup plus pointu, avec un mec très désagréable, qui trouve une mini rayure sur le haut de la jante, impossible de discuter avec lui, il a l air bien entraîner à se jeu . Résultat 250 pour une micro rayure sur un jante. C est du vol manifeste . Je précise être passé par la société CAR JET à qui je vais demander des explications.

Through a rental broker I got a car for EUR15 paying to this shop, for 5 days! So what was the catch? - you call the shop when you are at the airport, wait for 10-15 to be picked up - the shop was clean and airy. - the car was an Opel Corsa, very clean and shiny, but had lot of scratches and a body damage above right front wheel house. - I had to paid EUR10.50 for cleaning at return, because they wanted the car in the same clean condition (never met this strict condition at other before) - I am glad they did not persuade me to buy insurance (because I already had?) - The car was fine, even with Apple CarPlay - One setback was at the return: I was told to wait by the car, but no body came to me for a while, so I had to go to the three guys/girl standing at the gate chatting (??) All by all, it was ok experience except the last issue. You should consider enough time in the returning process and transfer to airport.

AVOID! Aviod! Avoid! If would give 0 star if i could. Made reservation and they did not show up at the airport leaving us without a car at the pick up time. I put as pick up time at 8pm. Also gave our flight details. Aperently they closed at that time. No answer to their phones or return to my whatsapp messages. If you are not going to do your work why do you accept bookings at that time? Left us without a car had to pay for taxi to reach our hotel! Durante o meu recente aluguel de carro na Berent em Lisboa, tive uma experiência extremamente decepcionante e antiética. Durante o processo de devolução do carro, o funcionário examinou o veículo com uma segurança quase suspeita e, sem qualquer consideração, inseriu a mão sob o para-choque dianteiro em busca de danos. Esta área está especialmente exposta a arranhões, mesmo de leve intensidade, devido ao seu contato frequente com o solo, como em estacionamentos próximos às calçadas. Apesar de não ser responsável pelo arranhão detectado, foi-me cobrado um custo exorbitante de 200 euros. Este comportamento é extremamente incorreto e antiético. É inaceitável que uma agência de aluguel de carros opere dessa maneira, tentando atribuir danos pré-existentes aos locatários. Não recomendo a ninguém alugar um carro na Berent em Lisboa, pois é evidente que não é uma empresa confiável.

I have used Berent twice now, and each time service was exceptional, cars were in great condition and pretty much new. The staff is amazing, helpful and polite. The location is conveniently located next door to the hotel which we spend the night in of we arrive late or have to leave early. Quick shuttle service from airport.I definitely recommend them!

Very positive experience, car was in excellent condition and the whole rental process was smooth. You have to take a shuttle from the airport to get to their facility, but its not far and their prices are very competitive. Would definitely rent from here again.

They ripped us off! After we paid for the car and car seat rental, they appeared with car seats in the wrong sizes for our kids and not what we agreed upon. They told us we would get a refund but then didnt respond to any communication, email or phone, and they fought it when I filed a dispute with my credit card company. Never again would I rent from them!

Véhicules qui respectent ceux qui ont été réservés en ligne. Voitures propres et généralement en bon état. Temps dattente parfois long, nécessité totalement injustifié de payer la caution à crédit: il faut non seulement avoir une carte de crédit pour payer la caution, je ne vois pas la nécessité mais admettons, mais il faut aussi payer cette caution à crédit.

Found the shuttle service at the airport, waited half an hour to be picked up. Waited another 1 and a half hours at the depot before having our number called, and then another half an hour to do the paperwork. What a shame the start of our holiday in Portugal has begun like this. No care or attention given from staff, many just standing around chatting and going for cigarette breaks and just plain rude when you ask them anything. Seriously don t bother with this company, unless you want to spend the majority of your day in a parking lot with rude and unhelpful staff. Dreading dropping the car off

Experiência muito ruim. Fiz a reserva online pagando cerca de metade do valor total. A informação fornecida era de que a locadora ficava no aeroporto de Lisboa (como a maioria delas, aliás). Chegando lá, entretanto, foi necessário esperar quase meia hora por um shuttle que levou mais de dez minutos até o local (ou seja, era relativamente afastado do aeroporto). Mas o problema foi mesmo após chegar nas instalações da empresa, pois, após pegarmos uma senha de atendimento, ficamos aguardando mais de vinte minutos sem que ninguém fosse chamado. Os funcionários apenas passeando pelo local e pegando alimentos na máquina automática. Quando desconfiamos e perguntamos, disseram apenas que precisavam almoçar. Todos ao mesmo tempo ... Além da sensação de ser feito de bobo, a sensação de insegurança com relação a cumprimento de horário na hora da devolução e com o depósito caução me fizeram desistir da reserva, mesmo perdendo o valor já pago (fiz este cancelamento através do serviço Discover Cars, pelo qual contratei a reserva. Seria impossível na própria Be Rent). A solução para ir a Cascais, que era o objetivo, foi voltar ao aeroporto, pegar metrô até a estação Cais do Sodré e depois um trem para Cascais. Perdemos três horas com isso, mas aprendemos que não se arrisca em aluguel de carro com empresas menos conhecidas. Melhor pagar um pouco mais e não se incomodar com falta de profissionalismo. Em outros dois carros alugados, com empresas melhores, não tivemos nenhum inconveniente.

Beware, Do not use BeRent Lisbon. Days after returning the car they have illegally charged the deposit of 1200 to my card. After multiple calls to Phillipa, Natalia, Eduardo and Miguel they keep passing the call on to their colleague to solve the problem, but never refund the illegal charge.

Zeer slechte ervaring. Meer als een uur gekost om de auto op te halen. Shuttle bus kwam pas na een half uur daarna lange wachtrijen voor loket. Support desk moeilijk te bereiken ingeval van voorleggen problemen. Dachten ook niet mee om probleem op te lossen. Bij inleveren moest ikzelf voor een kras van 7 cm 190 betalen.

Wat een vervelend en onaardige mensen werken daar. De creditcard van mij man werkte niet, ik bood mij creditcard aan, nee dat mag niet. Oky verander de hoofdbestuur, dan kan je mij creditcard gebruiken. Nee dat kan niet. Oky kan ik morgen de auto ophalen, zorg ik via car jet de hoofdbestuur veranderd. Nee ik ga annuleren. Onaardig en helemaal niet behulpzaam. Hij werkte helemaal niet mee. Ik heb voor de auto moeten betalen, maar nooit ontvangen. Hij wilde gewoon niet helpen. En zijn houden was niet fijn. We hebben in lisabon alles vervolgens met taxi gedaan. Taxi is echt goedkoop daar.

Jais eu un doute en lisant les avis, mais franchement on a eu un bon accueil, la voiture impeccable, le service a été rapide et efficace, nous avons pris lassurance et nous avons pu récupérer la caution sans problème malgré un petit désagrément à la voiture. La voiture était propre . Je recommande sans problème Berent pour ma part, et je retournerais si besoin, très bon rapport qualité prix.

ATTENTION ARNAQUE (SCAM, FRAUDE, BETRUG) : BeRent a gâché notre budget de vacances, nous avons dû payer 293e supplémentaire pour ne pas repartir à pied ! soit-disant que notre MasterCard Débit nétait pas compatible pour le dépôt de la caution. Pourtant avec cette MasterCard Débit il a réalisé une empreinte de 350 de caution et nous avons payé avec cette même carte cette somme supplémentaire ainsi que les péages au retour du véhicule ! Allez voir aussi le site davis TRUSPILOTE site davis vérifié, ils ont quune seul étoile... Une pratique bien organisé (voir les autres avis) Dommage que Google na pas accepté les photos, sur demande je peux le prouver si vous me contacté sur Facebook. A la prise du véhicule aucun contrôle de son état (prenez des photos ou filmé si besoin). Le carburant est au trois quarts de plein ce qui rend difficile un rendu du véhicule avec les 3 quarts de plein. Compté 1h pour pouvoir prendre le véhicule. Nous avons déposé une réclamation sur le site de réservation Discovercars. Pessima assistenza, auto difettosa mia usata e fatta pagare comunque perché dovevo chiamare l assistenza ! Peccato che l assistenza non risponde . Quindi mi sono pagato un taxi per andare direttamente alla sede (ad 1 ora di distanza in macchina ) portandomi dietro le chiavi ! Una volta sul posto mi è stato detto che non potevano darmi un altra macchina , perché prima dovevo sentire l assistenza per far riprendere la macchina difettosa ! Pessima esperienza , assistenza inesistente state lontani da questo rental car !

2de revieuw: Inmiddels voor de 2de keer hier een auto gehuurd. Binnen 20 minuten was onze shuttle op de luchthaven en op het verhuurbedrijf (wat inmiddels op een nieuwe locatie zit) waren we ook zo geholpen. Prachtige captur met mmaar 5000 op de teller. 3 weken lang plezier van gehad. Het inlever ging nog sneller dan het ophalen. Met 5 minuten was alles geregeld en zonder extra kosten kan ik de service opnieuw met 5 sterren beoordelen. 1ste revieuw: Hier voor 2 weken een auto gehuurd. Onze shuttle stond op het vliegveld al klaar en was makkelijk te vinden. Binnen 10 minuten waren we bij BeRent. Bij het ophalen zeer vriendelijk personeel. We kregen deze auto mee, een upgrade op de auto die we geboekt hadden. De auto had op verzoek een tolkastje. Bij terugbrengst was het erg druk maar uiteindelijk niet langer dan 15 minuten hoeven wachten. Alles was in orde.

La pire agence que jai eu . Annulation avec eux car sur place ils mont sorti quil fallait une carte de crédit et pas une carte de débit. Alors quon a une carte visa premier et en plus de ça en deux semaines jai loué deux voitures et aucun problème avec la carte. Cest des voleurs car pour utiliser notre carte fallait payer 25 par jour assurance. Une grosse grosse arnaque. A ne jamais loué. Pas sympa de tout.

Arnaque !!!!! Fuyez !!!! Mon seul regret : ne pas avoir lu les commentaires avant de réserver !!! On nous demande de nous rendre au comptoir de laéroport... ne les cherchez pas ils ny sont pas ! Il faut les trouver avec les pancartes porte n°4 !! Une fois trouvés, vous devez attendre la navette qui vous emmène à lentrepôt... Un petit comptoir prend les premières infos liées à la resa puis on nous demande de patienter pour régler la caution. 20 minutes après nous sommes appelés, on ns demande la carte au nom du conducteur et en 3 secondes, le loueur nous fait non de la tête et demande une autre cb ... La notre, comme bcp, est une carte débit et il en faut une crédit ! ... en France une carte de crédit cest une carte bancaire sans faire de nuance !!!! Étant donné le nombre de réclamations ils nont jamais cherché à changer leur système ! Leur seul but : se faire de largent sur le dos des touristes !!! On ns explique en anglais car personne ne parle francais quil ny a pas de solution quon doit appeler lassistance pour retrouver une agence qui accepte notre carte... en plein mois daoût = mission impossible. Lassistance nous confirme quils nont pas dautres agence à nous proposer, quon doit alors sarranger avec le loueur en jouant sur les assurances sinon annuler la location mais on perdra alors notre acompte ! Lassistance nous demande de donner notre telephone au loueur pour lui expliquer ... lorsque celui ci raccroche : miracle il parle desormais francais !!! Nous devrons donc régler une assurance complémentaire de 350 pour repartir avec la voiture et nous comprenons très rapidement larnaque ficelée !!! Le loueur nous demande si nous voulons le pass autoroute via verde. Nous le refusons. Nous avions vu sur internet que nous pouvions régler nos péages automatiques au CTT ... sauf quils ne lont pas désactivé ni retiré du tableau de bord ! Au premier peage il a bipé, ce qui nous a valut une pénalité !!! Ce sont des voleurs qui profitent des touristes !!!!! Fuyez !!!!!

Amazing service, quick pick up and got a car in great condition. The facility is super modern and they even have a shuttle service. No wait time Sunday morning pick up. One of the best rental experiences I ever had. Only downside -- the hold is steep at 1200$. Car examined closely upon return. Staff super friendly and helpful. I thought there was a catch cause the price was so good but nope its real! Thanks BeRent!

Best Car Rental in Lisbon! I have rented multiple cars from this place and always had incredible service. Rodrigo especially always took great care of me and it is the best prices compared to other rental companies. My go to when I m in town! The only down side (but is understandable) is sometimes because of the popularity of the company, you may have to wait a bit to get your car depending on how many customers are ahead of you, however it s well worth the wait.

Very happy with BeRent! They picked us up from the airport and drove us to the car rental place (5 min). Did not have to wait long. Check-in was super smooth. Drop-off also was super smooth with shuttle to airport. Can recommend!

Disonesti e truffatori. Dopo aver rischiato la vita con 2 bambine a bordo causa rottura frizione mi hanno dapprima rassicurato su assistenza e rimborsi auto sostitutiva per poi rimangiarsi tutto.

Very good service. The staff is courteous. Taking the shuttle from the airport was straight forward and easy. Price is very good and check in/check out went smooth. The car was clean when I received it. Besides the squeaky breaks, I really liked the car they provided me. João did the check out before hours and brought me to the airport. Very nice and professional guy!

Óptimos profissionais

Sugiro que não utilizem. Aluguei um carro que não deixaram levantar apenas porque o cartão de crédito não tinha o nome do titular, apesar de ter forma de provar que é meu de várias maneiras. Tentei também pagar a caução em dinheiro mas não permitiram. Cobraram na mesma o valor do aluguer, tivemos 2h de espera para levantamento e não deixaram levantar o veículo.

Muito mau, não me deixaram levantar o carro só porque minha esposa era a titular do cartão de crédito e não tinha carta de condução eu seria o condutor, na mesma hora vi pessoas que tiveram o mesmo problema mas aí como fizeram o aluguer com a própria firma já tudo vale.Nao recomendo a ninguém tem dois pesos e duas medidas, foi escrito no livro de reclamações tal situação pois perdi quase 100 sem qualquer benefício.Sinto me roubado...

Arnaque. Une petite fenêtre arrière de la voiture a été brisée. J ai tenté de la faire réparer moi-même, mais malheureusement nous quittions le Portugal le dimanche et la réparation ne pouvait être fait que le lundi. J ai reçu un estimé du garage de 262 Euro pour la vitre et l installation. Be Rent n a rien voulu entendre et m a facturé 700 Euro. Je considère que Be Rent profite des touristes et les vole lorsqu il en ont l occasion.

As long as you do the usual checks yourself and take pictures before signing the documents youll be fine. I purchased annual excess insurance in the UK beforehand so they charged 1200 deposit, duly released on car return. Great guys, very helpful with directions, toll info, luggage. Première fois que je loue avec BeRent, super bien passé. En sortant de l aeroport, on attent la camionnette qui nous emmène à 5min pour récupère la voiture. Personnels accueillants, prise en charge rapide et belle voiture! Effectivement ATTENTION il faut avoir une CB mentionné CREDIT. Je recommande ce loueur!

Avoid them at all costs

Nul, à éviter. Nous avons loué une voiture pour 10 jours cet été via le site discover cars. Le prix très intéressant aurait dû nous mettre la puce à l oreille. Arrivée à l aéroport de Lisbonne, attente 45min la navette qui passe devant nous sans s arrêter à 2 reprises! Comme vous avez attendu, nous nous retrouvons nombreux à vouloir monter dans la navette, mauvaise ambiance. Puis vous arrivez dans une zone industrielle et là vous prenez un ticket et attente +1h pour récupérer un véhicule. Interminable. Et là s en suit le coup de la carte de CRÉDIT et non carte de DEBIT pour prendre une garantie de 800 (même sur CB Visa Premier, pour info: 95% des CB en France sont des cartes de débit, pour vérifier regarder sur votre carte c est inscrit en petit à l avant). Du coup, avec votre carte de débit, on vous dit, si vous voulez la voiture il faut payer une « garantie » de 200 (leur garantie en prestation supplémentaire). Si vous n acceptez pas vous vous retrouvez seul au milieu de cette zone industrielle. 200 , c est plus cher que les 10 jours de location de la voiture!!! Et après cela étonnement ou pas d ailleurs, ils arrivent à prendre une garantie de 300 sur votre carte de débit : la blague!! Bref, mieux vaut payer une location un peu plus cher chez les vraies agences de location, Hertz, Rentacar, etc. Certes plus cher mais au final beaucoup moins cher que ces histoires de CB qui flinguent le début de vos vacances à vous de voir. Pour le reste, voiture classique, RAS (sauf pas d antenne radio).

3h dattente à laéroport ! Il ne réponde pas au téléphone ni à whatsapp. Même lassitance discover car narrivais pas à les joindre. Nous sommes passé simplement pour demander le livre de réclamation (obligatoire au portugal) et le remplir afin dinformer les services de létat que ce loueur est simplement incompétents. (Nous avons du les menacers dappeler la police pour quun responsable daigne nous donner le livre).

I exclusively rent from BeRent. They dont have high turnover so the employees are on top of their game. Easy to communicate with support when Ive needed to adjust my booking or add-on services/time in the middle of a rental. Great alternative to the global companies.

Llevo arrendando autos en BeRent por aproximadamente 6 meses de manera ininterrumpida, la flota de vehículos se encuentra en muy buenas condiciones, poseen todo tipo de modelos, todos bastante nuevos y con no mucho kilometraje, la atención del personal es sumamente buena y diligente, ademas de cordial. Arrendar con BeRent es realmente un gusto.

Excelente atendimento. Aluguei um carro simples. Não estava disponível e me cederam um muito superior pelo mesmo preço. Na devolução também tudo tranquilo. Só tenho que agradecer pelo excelente serviço.

Good overall. However, the team there do try to push you in to buying extra insurance with them. There is actually no need to do this as I was already fully covered, so even though put under pressure I declined. Later learning that I did the right thing. Apparently that is a ploy they use with all customers. A bit underhanded really. Also on returning the vehicle they tried to charge an extra 30 euro advising that the car needed a professional clean. My wife refused, and swept out a little bit of sand from the passenger side of the car. Eventually BE Rent backed down and wavered the charge. I found out later that this is another annoying trait that BE Rent do. On the plus side their vehicles are up to date and in good condition. I think on balance all these vehicle hire companies are very similar. So probably BE Rent or no worse or no better than the rest of the pack.

Staff was very friendly and answered every question patiently. Clean and new cars. Great value for the price and they were trying to help us get the best options for the car instead of just trying to sell us the most expensive things. Very transparent. Easy use. Just for people to know: the office is not on the airport but really close by. They provide free rides to and from the airport. Always would rent there again.

They made me pay for small wear and tear - small dents - on a plastic door trim that I am sure wasn t done by me. All I can say is that you should inspect the car thoroughly before you accept it. They won t be picky on the way out but they will look at absolutely everything when you return it.

PS: pour les avis négatifs de quelques clients francais: Comme écrit sur leur site, il faut une carte de crédit et non de débit (la majorité des cartes en France). Il faut juste regarder sil y a écrit CREDIT sur la carte. Si non, il est assez simple de demander de changer de carte auprès de sa banque. Cela sappelle souvent loption débit différé.

Aluguei na dúvida pois não conhecia a empresa nem ngm que tivesse usado o serviço, mas se mostraram uma empresa séria, com ótimo atendimento, suporte por telefone (precisei estender a locação e consegui em minutos), bons veículos e honestos (sem tentativa de encontrar algo inexistente no carro ao devolver). Em resumo, profissionais e certamente vou voltar a utilizar o serviço deles. Bom custo-benefício em Lisboa!
