Great experience, I was able to rent a car without reservation and using debit card, which was very convenient. Car was new and clean. Able to drop off the car until 23:00, without any complications. Definitely worth a recommendation!

Very professional service. The car was rented quickly and in a pleasant atmosphere. It is possible to use a debit card, which is an exception in Lisbon. Moreover, the prices are very affordable.

I do not recommend this rental company. I rented the car for 7 days and only once, without realizing it, I passed through a SCUT toll point that cost 2.5 euros and when I returned the car, instead of charging me that amount plus a possible fee, they charged me that amount for ALL the days of the rental, that is, 2.5 x 7 = 18 euros!!! In my opinion, a complete ROBBERY!!! Instead of charging me for one trip, they charged me as if I had made 7 trips!!! Conclusion: they received 18 euros from the customer for the toll and will pay 2.5 euros to the toll company!!!! Unbelievable

I had a wonderful experience renting from Sicily by Car! The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, explaining everything from manual vs automatic tolls in Portugal to features of the car. The office is clean and a short shuttle ride from the airport (dedicated shuttle service provided). The car was exceptional—almost new, with fantastic features I hadn’t seen before (setting max speed, brights go on/off automatically, etc) and a nice big display for navigation and controls. The price was great and the service was excellent. I highly recommend!
