Total rip-off, we had only rented a car for a few hours, when we returned it the tank had only gone down by 1-2 points. When he got there he wanted 30 euros which was clearly too much, we agreed on 20 because I just wanted to get rid of this guy. I gave him 50 euros and he said I should take care of changing money, he didn't have any and said it was my job to have What a liar the man was aggressive, not us and in every other shop people have change as they should. Here you can see how they want to turn the truth around. Please don't go there, it's the biggest joke and the most unpleasant person! change. Very dissatisfied, I know many car rental companies who are grateful that the car is back after 6 hours and would have let the tank thing go. Find another car rental company, pay more than give money to such people!
11/23 rented a car, it broke down 3 hours away. We had to bring it to a mechanic and get it fixed. Dscar paid for repair, we still had to pay for the rental even though we had to deal with I broken car for hours and didn’t have it for days. I emailed dscar about refund options. Received no reply.
The car was in OK minus condition. The problem with this agency are the agents . There is one very nice agent, but the other one treat you very bad . If you are looking for good service, don’t go to this car rental agency .

This car rental is an absolute disaster. I made a reservation for a car for the next day in the morning. I have received neither a cancellation E-Mail nor a confirmation, as they told in their E-Mail. When I arrived there at the time where I should got the car, I was blamed as customer, that I should not book a car on the afternoon before because „they sleep in the night“. But even in the morning I didn‘t get a cancellation E-Mail or anything else. also they even didn’t give a notification that they don‘t process the reservations until the next morning. They just screw you and put everything on you. The car rental company did not accommodate me one bit. I would not recommend hiring a car there as you cant rely on absolutely nothing and you are treated very badly!!!
I have checked almost every rental agency before going to Lisbon, this coming offered the best deal including price and deposit. Easy communication, pick up and drop off as well, good cars. Will recommend for sure
Our hotel advised us to use this car rental and we are very happy we did. We called and the person on the line spoke very good english. We went through some options of cars and decided a Opel Corsa would be perfect for our roadtrip to the south. We decided to take the insurance as the price per day was good compared to others. Upon arrival at the pick up date the car was clean and ready. We did an inspection together and off we where. Great car, zero problems and after dropping it of again we checked it together and everything was fine. Got my receipt that the car was good and will definitely use this car rental again.
We rented a opel Corsa and got a Fiat Panda with 4 doors. The car was very OK. Suzanna helped us going around the car and noting all little hicks. Car was 45 EUR for 24 h, we were allowed to bring it back next morning. Convenient location for pick up. We choose the 10 EUR extra option to waive the 420 EUR deposit. It’s a small office so if you come at 9am, there may be a few waiting minutes. Overall very good, would choose them again.
Wir haben diese Empfehlung von Hotel bekommen und waren soweit zufrieden Jetzt, nach fast fünf Monaten haben wir ein Parkticket bekommen, das um 18.34 ausgestellt war. Wir haben den Wagen aber bereits um 18.00 abgegeben und er wurde von einem Mitarbeiter gecheckt. Um Ärger zu vermeiden, habe ich das Ticket bezahlt und DSCAR eine entsprechende Mail geschrieben. Ich informiere euch auf jeden Fall, wie die Reaktion sein wird! Inzwischen sind ein paar Wochen vergangen, es gab (ich hatte nichts anderes erwartet) keine Reeaktion . Ich ziehe deshalb einen weiteren Stern ab. Schade....

Abbiamo noleggiato un auto da loro con full insurance e il prezzo non è molto conveniente considerando che ci hanno dato un auto considerata da loro nel Gruppo C( perché le auto nel gruppo A e B erano terminate) per 34 al giorno più assicurazione e lauto era una Mitsubishi space Star. Un auto molto piccola di piccola cilindrata e nemmeno troppo nuova con 105000 km e diversi danni nella carrozzeria e nel parabrezza. Se lauto in questione fosse state considerata nel gruppo A e quindi a minor prezzo forse sarebbe stata giusta.

Non eravamo molto convinti di noleggiare un auto qui per via delle recensioni, alla fine abbiamo provato e non abbiamo nulla da recriminare. Fiat panda in ottimo stato e pulita. Affittata senza carta di credito. Allinizio bloccano 100 euro dalla carta di debito che dovrebbero sbloccare dopo 7 gg. Vedremo.. Al momento tutto perfetto. Li consiglierei
NEVER USE YOUR CARD, BECAUSE THEY COPY AND STEAL YOUR DATA!!!! Yesterday I saw, that somebody initiated a transaction in Lisbon. I was in Lisbon more than one week ago, so now I am not there. They told me, that my money is in deposit. I got a message from my bank, that there was a card transaction, thats why I called the bank and they sad, it was a card transaction. My money is not in deposit! They stole my money.

We booked online and got less than TWO hours before our booking a cancellation mail. We were already on our way to DSCAR and got the great news there (they had no cars for the next two days) with a hint to book at Hertz - our alternativ booking was then very costly due to short time of notice. Fun Fact: They anyways still offer the car online.

The car was not so new but worked properly. Its a small company but I found the staff very kind and hepful. No suprise on credit card, we paid exactly what quoted before the rental.

Alla fine del noleggio hanno trattenuto 100 euro con la scusa che ci potrebbero essere state delle multe. Non è arrivata nessuna multa quando abbiamo chiesto il denaro hanno insistito per inviarlo con wester union invece di Un normale trasferimento bancario. I soldi non sono mai arrivati nonostante molte telefonate e reclami.

Uns wurde ein Auto einer höheren Preisklasse versprochen, haben jedoch deutlich für einen Opel Corsa überzahlt! Um das Depot von 100 Euros zurückzuerhalten mussten wir einige e-Mails schreiben, beantwortet wurden sie jedoch nie. Nicht fair dieses Unternehmen!

AGENCE À ÉVITER À TOUT PRIX. MALHONNÊTE ET VOLEUR. Temoin de pneus dégonflés qui sallume après 10mn de roulage et 3 semaines après la fin de la location 15 euros supplémentaires débité pour carburant insuffisant alors que la voiture a été rendu avec le plein. Tout cela sans justification fournie de leur part. FUYEZ
La prima auto proposta nel loro volantino _ quella con il prezzo più basso _ non sarà a disposizione e a dire di altri è sempre così. Prezzo per il noleggio di un giorno alto. Vi verrà richiesto di riconsegnare lauto alle 17,30 e se si considera che vi viene consegnata alle 10 del mattino il noleggio non è di un giorno. Potrete riportarla anche entro le ore 10 del giorno dopo ma mettete in conto che dovrete cercare un parcheggio coperto per la notte e di conseguenza aggiungerne il costo. Nella zona i parcheggi sono molto cari.

The service was a little bit of, because we asked for a class A car, and they said it could only be class D, with no explanation. Even that, they didnt ask us which car to use from class D, just gave us from three options. Everything else is okay.
Es scheint mir so, dass der Mitarbeiter gegenüber Frauen nicht unbedingt freundlich sein soll. Vielleicht hat er so angenommen, dass Frauen keine Ahnung von Autos haben? Wir waren aber nur vom Mitarbeiter empfangen, nicht von dem Besitzer. Meine Rezension bezieht sich auf den Mitarbeiter.

Not serious at all! They will urge to pay a big amount of money (without a bill showing the real amount for the damage) while threatening that if you dont pay immediately they will choose the official garage instead of the one they usually use... 200 out of nowhere + VAT: for a lock! I personally do NOT recommend to rent a car there!!!
Absolument ravie d avoir loué via Ds car, tarifs très compétitifs et annoncés sur leur brochure comme cela pas de surprise ! (À titre informatif nous nous sommes renseignés chez un loueur à l aéroport + de 100 euros de différence tarifaire pour 3 jours pour une fiat tipo chez DS Car soit 2 catégories au dessus avec un dépôt de garantie moindre contre une compacte pour le loueur à l aéroport...). Véhicule propre et neuf. L équipe est très professionnelle et sympa nous repasserons par eux la prochaine fois, sans hésitation! EN: We totally recomend DS car if you need a car to visit outside Lisbon area, the prices are annonced on their brochure and really competitive. We ve asked prices to a common big rental company at the airport for information and they were more than 100 euros higher than DS car for the first category (whereas Ds car we had a Fiat tipo) The car was new and clean, The team is really professional and nice. We will not hesitate to rent again with them.

I rented a car and the guy told me to send the invoice next day . It has been 4 month I did not get the invoice . When I call them they told send email with the paper . It s so frustrating to get simple invoice . I did not receive invoice at all . I checked my mail. I am IT engineer.
Promises will be made which will then be taken back on site. Unfortunately a waste of time.
We had a great experience with that rental car company. Great location, uncomplicated procedure, did not habe to wait long, our hotel concièrge from NH called them to reserve, 3 hours later we got a midsize car! And when we returned the car, all uncomplicated in 5 minutes. Well done guys.
Descomplicada locadora com preços competitivos. Francisco inicialmente parecia bravo por termos chegado cedo, antes do horário de atendimento, mas revelou-se prestativo e eficiente. Carro com bastante uso, com amassados, mas limpo por dentro e em bom funcionamento. Sem complicações para entregar o veículo ou para devolve-lo, o que é um ponto muito positivo. Localização central, longe do aeroporto também é muito favorável, sem filas ou apertos. Recomendo!

Uns wurde diese Autovermietung von unserem Hotel empfohlen und wir geben diese Empfehlung sehr gerne weiter! Das Büro befindet sich zentral in Lissabon. Reservierung lief über unsere Unterkunft und die Anmietung war einfach und unkompliziert und alle Mitarbeiter waren kompetent und freundlich. Das gemietete Auto war absolut ok und der Preis für die kurzfristige Anmietung wirklich in Ordnung. Der Preis ist fair und alles ist inklusive - top!

I rent the car for three days and I returned at the second day he told me we do not accept the return. after that he told me you drove the car a long distance and have to pay for toll roads. He knows Im going to Porto. Also he take 30 euros for gasoline, it does not cost 20 euros difference !! He refused to give me the amount and told me to write me an email complaint!!

dopo mezzora che siamo partiti la vettura segnalava unanomalia nella pressione delle gomme. il copertone anteriore era vecchio e più volte rattoppato. Ciò ha reso anche la macchina più instabile. Alla fine la gomma si è sgonfiata del tutto e nonostante non fosse colpa nostra, che abbiamo viaggiato solo su asfalto, ci hanno addebitato il costo di un nuovo copertone (e ce lo hanno fatto pagare ben 100 euro)! Alla larga!

Péssima empresa, barato que saí caro! Aluguei um carro com minha família para um dia de passeio nos arredores de Lisboa. Próximo de Nazaré o carro enguiçou. Perdemos o dia pois tivemos que voltar para Lisboa e após em contato com a empresa para saber sobre estorno ou devolução de parte do dinheiro, para espanto foi informado que teríamos que arcar com mais 600 euros para concerto do carro. Ou seja, empurraram o problema para o cliente o que parece ser prática recorrente da empresa pelos comentários.
São mau caráter e sujos. Alugamos um carro do grupo C, usamos pouco pois saímos às 14h nos dois dias. No segundo dia tivemos o azar de uma moça nos bater em Cascais. O nosso carro nem amassou, ela bateu de lado. Quando um dos responsáveis foi nos pegar no hotel para nos levar no aeroporto, no dia seguinte, contamos o ocorrido, e ele tinha ficado com os dados de nosso cartão de crédito, nunca deixe seus dados com esta gente! Ele descontou do cartão $550 euros, quando o valor deveria ser de $450 euros, pela tabela que diz que a franquia de carro do grupo C deverá pagar, em caso de acidente. Usamos pouca gasolina e ele nos cobrou $50 euros, quando o valor deveria ser só $30 euros. Não recomendo alugar carros com esta gente desonesta!
Todo perfecto. Atendieron perfectamente nuestra reserva, con las peticiones que realice. La atención de la persona de la oficina muy buena, incluso nos aconsejo para dejar el coche por la noche en una zona cercana y gratuita. Y la s precios muy buenos. Lo recomiendo. Solo un consejo, cuando se reserva en la web no te indica que lo has reservado ya y te envía un correo. Comprobar antes de repetir la reserva. No obstante la cancelan sin problemas.
Utilizei os serviços da DSCar em janeiro/20 por indicação do hotel onde me hospedei em Lisboa. A liberação do carro foi rápida e sem muita burocracia, tive a comodidade de deixar o carro no estacionamento do hotel no final da diária para que a locadora o apanhasse. Após alguns dias notei que o valor da caução (100 Euros) não foi cancelada junto ao meu banco, apesar de não ter havido qualquer ocorrência durante a minha locação. Entrei em contato com a empresa via e-mail questionando a situação, no dia seguinte eles responderam se desculpando pelo equívoco e cancelaram o débito junto ao meu banco. Dessa forma, considero que a empresa atendeu a todas as minhas expectativas.
Serviciu de închiriere rapid, fara complica ii. Fara a face o rezervare prealabila, am închiriat o ma in mica pentru o zi. In circa 15 minute de la prezentarea mea la sediul firmei am intrat in posesia ma inii solicitate. Au verificat starea ma inii la preluare in prezenta mea, notand micile probleme indicate de mine. 45 euro + 1,50 euro activarea cardului pentru plata automata a taxelor de autostrada + 100 euro garan ia. A fost totul in regula: operativi, amabili, fara complica ii.

Terrible experience overall. I tried to book a car online this morning for today and there were a lot of options. I chose one and went through all the pages including payment info. At the end I got a message that they will review my request and email me. And I waited while I could not rent something else. Eventually around noon I walked there and was told that the reservation is invalid if no one contacted me. They offered me instead a car at triple the price I booked online. JUST STAY AWAY.

Awful. Don t believe any word they say. At the moment of the restitution they estimated a little dent on the bumper in not more than 100 , saying that they would email me in order to the precise amount. In the following two weeks no signal from them (I wrote them three times asking information, no answer). At the end they took 485,97 from the credit card: the entire deductible, like the car destroyed or stolen! That s shameful, without giving any communication Now I m taking legal proceedings.
Nous avons loué une voiture de moyenne gamme, à prix très intéressant. Javais oublié mon sac avec tous mes papiers (passeport, cash, carte de crédit) un chauffeur est venu me lapporter à laéroport avec tout son contenu intact ... Merci

Fuja desta empresa. São desonestos. Só tive dor de cabeça e prejuízo com eles. É o barato que sai caro. Não estornam o valor da caução no cartão de crédito, substituem o valor acordado por outro bem mais elevado e inventam danos no carro de quase mil euros. Só picaretagem. É só ler outros comentários aqui que vocês verão que não fui a primeira vitima deste golpe de lançar valores diferentes do combinado no seu cartão de crédito

Do never trust any word workers of this company. If youll give them money to pay your mandate ticket for you they will steal it. Always take written confirmation from them with comp. seal the best. Theyll also share your personal details with public authorities without informing you even. Do not rent car from them from thursday-sunday there is no parking space on their parking area and in entire Lisabon - total crap.

I cant rent a car with this company because someone have lost my reservation. I contacted them by mail and they reserved an economic car for seven days. I gave them all the things they need: documents, credit card and my phone number (if they needed to contact me for any reasons). The day before the beginning of rent, I sent a mail to know which was the opening time of the rental shop and they told that theyre open from 9 am. I went here at 2 pm and no car was available and no one have called me to say this. One day, If I come back in Portugal, I will not rent a car with this company.
Rented a car during our trip to Portugal in July 2015. Everything was great! The car was new and clean, the price was reasonable, we picked it at Lisbon center and returned at the airport. The staff was super friendly and cooperative!
Small company, fast response, low rates. Advantages are reasonable CDW and only 100 euros of penalty deposit blocked during the contracting a hire (released within a week after the end of the hire).
