We booked our car online which was totally reasonable. When you got to the counter they scare the life out of you, especially in a foreign country. All said and done it ended up being $300 more than I expected!
With Premium protection plan I had no problems at all. I do not have experience with other protection plans with this car rental company. Stuff is very well organised and car was even better than we expected!
Overall a good company to rent from, the return facility was a little stressed and needs better logistics. The pick up had a 30 minutes wait till they opened, while other competitors were already dispatching clientele to their vehicles. But the vehicle was great, i had paid the full insurance so I had no worries as everything, even a scratch would be covered. The vehicle was a hybrid, which allow for better milage. I recommend Europcar!
Paid for full coverage insurance, but later was charged 320 eu for roadside assistance for a technical issue with the car. Not even my fault. On the 3rd day, of mild usage, the car showed 3 technical issues, one of them with SOS sign. Called the number I was given but they don't answer on Sundays, call is forwarded to roadside assistance which said they don't fix just take the car and return me to the airport as I had a flight that day. Suddenly 3 weeks later they billed me 320 euros for the roadside assistance. They gave me a car with technical issues, they don't answer the phone, they take full coverage and still charge extra for it. Very bad service. Follow up on Europecars response: I have contacted europecars customer service, and still waiting for them to revert this charge. Once it's done I'll be gadly remove this review.
Professional service . We rented Tesla model 3 for visiting Algarve from Lisbon ,the car was spotless . Gave us the 900km with 2 times charge total worth 25€. Worth every penny .
I rented a car and not bought extra insurance . In the middle of Porto in front of the Airbnb a Portuguese vandal broke the car rear fixed window in the night time to robe a tourist item . As the car was empty nothing was stolen from me . At the end of the day I returned the car to Europe car with the broken glass . they charged me more than 300 hundred euros , more than the exact price and also more than their documented price list of . I suggest to you not to rent a car from Europe car and not to rent a car in Portugal as there are huge security problems even in the canter of Porto or Lisbon .
Be weary, the cars you rent from Europcar are not upto the mark, we got an " upgrade " however on day 2 of our trip the car just died in the morning and the technician could not figure the problem for hours. The battery was dead, key was not detected, and mind you, this car has done only 8175 km We were in Peniche and requested for a replacement car to be sent to us or that we will go to the nearest Europcar and pick a car so we can continue on our travels. The customer service advisor was very rude on the phone and decided to bring us back all the way to Lisbon. He was not willing to listen to anything we had to say Thanks to Europcar, we lost a day and ruined our holiday. Imagine the service technician asking us to go and buy a battery for the key fob for the car Mind you, he has a car and speaks Portuguese. Instead, one of us had to go on foot to town and hunt for a battery while yours truly was chilling. You are better off renting from other companies, stay away from Europcar
This was my first time renting a car, and overall, the experience with Europcar was quite positive. We booked everything online, creating an Europcar profile before arriving to pick up the car at our designated time. Upon arrival, I was initially concerned by the number of people at the Europcar booth. However, we were pleasantly surprised to be given priority access. Whether this was due to our online profile or because I had my 3-year-old daughter with me (who was not in the best mood), I'm still not sure! Regardless, our wait time was barely 5 minutes, which was a pleasant surprise. The employee assisting us was polite and thoroughly explained our car options and insurance. Within about 20 minutes, we had the keys in hand. Our original online booking indicated a cost of €528, but our final invoice was €486, which was another unexpected but welcome surprise. Overall, it was a very pleasant and efficient experience. Cons: Instead of the Volkswagen ID.3 we initially booked, we were given a Jeep Avenger Electric. While the Jeep was a nice car, it did have some issues. The 12v battery icon on the dashboard would sometimes light up red. I pointed this out to the employee, who checked it herself but it didn't light up red icon for her. Unfortunately, as our trip progressed, the icon remained red continuously, which was concerning. In the end of our trip, the trunk could not be closed using the button and had to be closed manually. I think it is because dead 12v battery. Navigating the airport to pick up the car was also confusing. We first found the Europcar booth, but it was closed. We then went to the car pick-up area, only to be told we needed to create a contract at Terminal 1. After some searching, we eventually found the right booth in Terminal 1. Lastly, Europcar uses a subcontractor for renting out child seats. While this isn’t directly Europcar’s fault, it does reflect poorly on them for choosing this particular subcontractor. The child seat we received was old and of low quality. It lacked ISOFIX, which is a safety standard nowadays, as well as a 5-point harness. They simply didn’t have a better seat for my daughter, which was a constant source of worry during our trip as she was not securely fastened. Especially when she was falling asleep and the 3 point belt went completely loose. Overall: While the rental process was smooth and efficient, the issues with the car and the child seat were disappointing. I hope Europcar can address these concerns for future customers.

Very good costumer service. But the car that i was issued with it wasnt on the Europcar standards.... Very poor car all scratched up with over 100k miles. Plus no warnings or registration of it on the papers they issued me with....luckily I put a fully comp insurance otherwise I might had been charged for a crime i did not commit. Not what I was expecting from a big company car like Europcar.PT

Europcar is goed, alleen had ik nu een verouderde Kia wat niet heel prettig rijden was op de wegen van Portugal en het rijden door de heuvelachtige gebergte gebieden.
Mi sono trovato molto bene, check-in velocissimo e mi hanno anche dato un auto superiore per lo stesso prezzo. Inoltre con la viaverde mi hanno addebitato regolarmente tutti i pedaggi (ho ricevuto la fattura circa due settimane dopo). Anche la riconsegna è stata molto veloce. Prezzi buoni!
C est la troisième que je procède à une réservation chez Europcar à l aéroport de Lisbonne et pour cette fois nous avons été un peu déçu ! Déjà en arrivant avec un avion qui a eu du retard à 00h15, on voit l agence fermée ! Pourtant sur le site internet il était indiqué fermé à 23h59 mais qu il était possible de récupérer sa voiture pendant la fermeture (avec un supplément et ça à la limite c est normal). On s est retrouvé sans possibilité et surtout avec une personne âgée de 94 ans ! Et nous avions peur que la voiture se loue et qu on se retrouve sans voiture pendant la période des fêtes ! Nous étions obligés d arriver à l ouverture pour récupérer notre voiture et ouff notre voiture était là ! De plus en allant dans le parking, on retrouve une collaboratrice Europcar qui nous a fait le Check de la voiture très peu aimable tout en mâchant son chewing-gum ! La voiture venait d être lavé et nous avons pas vu tout de suite les imperfections ! On a attendu quelques minutes qu elle sèche dans le parking pour prendre des photos et heureusement et nous avons demandé à la personne d Europcar de tout noter pour ne pas faire sauter la caution ! Sinon voiture assez récente et propre à l intérieur et extérieur mais qui manquait cruellement de chevaux sous le capot !
Péssimo. A informação que tínhamos da própria Europcar por telefone, é que tinham Gps e controle de quantos dias estaríamos fora de Portugal e nos cobrariam esses dias(no caso, 3) No balcão de atendimento, o atendente nos cobrou a taxa por todo o período da locação (11 dias). Não tivemos opção de não assinar, pois diziam o tempo todo, que se não fizesse, não conseguiríamos outro carro. Fizemos o melhor seguro que recomendaram, por nossa opção, mas foram desonestos quanto a isso. Não são confiáveis.

Première fois que je louai un véhicule, super expérience, personnel attentive, agréable, et professionelle malgré ma demande, car je voulais un véhicule avec un frein à main, car je nai pas lhabitude des freins Park. Je vous conseil pour la liberté, et la tranquillité desprit de prendre lassurance maximum. Pas besoin dattendre pour la restitution du véhicule, pas détat des lieux, juste létat du carburant. En tout cas pour ma part sa été une très belle expérience que sûrement je renouvellerai avec eux.

Aluguei um Tesla Model 3 com a Europcar no aeroporto de Lisboa para um fim de semana e a experiência foi simplesmente perfeita. Desde a recolha do veículo até à devolução, tudo correu de forma exemplar. As indicações para localizar o balcão e o estacionamento eram claras e de fácil compreensão. A recolha foi rápida, e a atendente foi extremamente educada e profissional. O colaborador que recolheu o veículo no estacionamento também foi muito atencioso e simpático. O Tesla era novo, impecavelmente limpo e em bom estado apesar de apresentar alguns arranhões, mas que não me causaram nenhum problema. Todas as informações fornecidas sobre a reserva do veículo foram claras e completas, o que facilitou muito a experiência. A devolução também foi rápida e sem complicações. Apenas deixo uma recomendação à Europcar, pois notei que os pneus não estavam calibrados. Os pneus estavam com a pressão a 2.3 invés de 2.9 bar e tive de os calibrar pessoalmente, por isso aconselho a prestarem mais atenção a este detalhe no futuro. Com isso recomendo a todos a Europcar no aeroporto de Lisboa!

Everything is great
Location prévue du 26 au 29 décembre. Rien à dire. Au sein même de laéroport de Lisbonne. On trouve lagence très facilement. Jai pris lassurance premium alors certes ça a un coup mais vous disposez de la voiture à laller comme au retour sans avoir à faire létat des lieux. Les véhicules sont tous équipés du badge telepeage. Jai reçu la facture 15jours plus tard. Tout était en règle. Je reprendrai une voiture chez eux les yeux fermés.

UNE HONTE ! jai préféré louer une voiture par europcar en tant que loueur plus fiable alors quils étaient bien plus cher que dautres loueurs mais cest des voleurs comme les autres... tout était payé en ligne mais sur place ils vous demande une caution en cas de dommage avec la voiture. A la restitution de la voiture jai le document indiquant aucun dommage mais quelle surprise de voir quon ma prélevé la caution quand même. je fais une réclamation on me dit que cest pour les frais occasionné pour remettre la voiture en état, je leur prouve par le document quon mavait remis quil ny avait aucun dégât, ils me le confirme bien mais ne me resitue pas les fonds en disant quil faut que je me rapproche de ma banque. La banque na strictement rien à voir la dedans, puisque cest europcar qui a prélevé, cest à eux de nous rendre la somme. ils me font tourner en bourrique sur des échanges de mail ou un coup ils disent quils sont daccord avec moi il nya pas de dommage , puis quils ont pas prélevé etc.... pour au final me dire que si je suis pas contente que je madresse au médiateur. Ces échanges durent depuis le mois daout INADMISSIBLE pour une société comme Europcar.... FUYEZ, DES VOLEURS CES LOUEURS DE VOITURE

Pendant la vérification de la voiture j ai constaté que la roue de secours était dégonflé, j ai donc remonté l anomalie à l agent, qui a son tour a été très réactivé à m attribuer une autre voiture ! Dans l ensemble je suis très satisfait, de l accueil, de la prise et remise du véhicule.

This company is a joke. Ive been overcharged and Ive tried to contact them for almost a week with no response. Ive sent several emails and nones gotten back to me. Theyre quick to take your money but then take no accountability for their mistakes. Appalling service.

If you want to get ripped off rent a car from here. I asked for child seat and a booster in advance. I got no reply nor confirmation. Upon arrival they charge 300 Euros for 10 day child seat and booster rental. Ridiculous. You can BUY them together for 100 euros in the shopping center near by. Also since we were renting electric car we needed a charging card. It was not provided so it made the charging very complicated. As a foreigner form EU its very complicated to add your credit card to the app. Obviously you cannot pay by card or cash only through app or card which they didnt provide. Last but not least they tried to blame me for some previous damage on the car which we did not do. Fortunately we only parked the car in underground garage and it was impossible for us to cause the damage. Never again. Stay wide and clear from this company.

A fuir des voleurs tous ils font de tout pour vous prendre plus dargent avec des méthodes très bien rodé. Cest des voleurs Je pense que le responsable de lagence il est bien courant de tout ça des vrais voleurs dégueulasse la pire agence de tout Lisbonne tout cest faux les voitures éclaté les employés tous des voleurs allé chez Sixt cest largement mieux des voitures les employés que travaillent en tout transparence.
Une équipe efficace, des mon arrivé jusqu à la prise en charge de la voiture j ai attendu 15 min. Voiture dans un état correcte. Je conseille vivement à tous de prendre les options tout risque malgré son pris élevé tout est plus rapide sans prise de tête. La restitution a été de 3 minutes top chrono. Je recommande vivement

Mais ou menos , fiz o meu papel entreguei o carro como peguei, mas tive um prejuízo que quebraram meu vidro pra roubar um óculos de vista , achei isso meio fora do comum mas a seguradora não tem nada aver com isso( assim espero) liguei na polícia pra fazer a denúncia não quiseram vir fazer a ocorrência ou seja cuidem se, se continuar assim os turistas vão desaparecer isso posso te garantir, porque primeiramente a polícia tem que defender o cidadão de bem, incluindo os turistas tomei um prejuízo de 245 euro sem precisão!

They charged me the same insurance two times, in my opinion a fraud. I paid the premium insurance to TUI a official partner of Europcar who managed my booking. At the airport the charged the same insurance again. I read some ratings and they do this type of fraud frequently.

The Europcar rental service at Lisbon airport is well located next to the airport. walk to the rental car kiosk. staff is quick and efficient. Rates are comparable and reasonable. The insurance plan usually comes with an upgrade.

The vehicle we rented broke down on the first day due to an oil failure. To make matters worse, when we called the number provided to get a replacement vehicle, no one answered after six attempts. A tow truck eventually took the car back, but we had to wait over an hour for a taxi to take us back to Lisbon to get a replacement car. This ordeal wiped out half a day of our trip dealing with these issues. This reflects poorly on Europcars recurring maintenance of vehicles at this location, which seems substandard. Additionally, the person who assisted us at the airport appeared more focused on increasing the value of our contract rather than providing transparent service. They pushed us to add more items to our initial agreement, claiming they were obligatory, which caused the rental cost to double compared to our expectations. On top of everything, a 23% tax fee was added to these supposedly obligatory items. Companies that engage in such practices are not to be trusted with their underlying fees. These details should have been communicated during the online rental process, not upon arrival. It gave us the impression that the agents compensation is based on how much they can extract from each contract. I will inform my associates about this before renting with Europcar again. This is not how good businesses operate it leaves a bad impression of being cheated. I recommend avoiding the Europcar office in Lisbon.

Recentemente aluguei uma viatura pela Europcar, e foi uma experiência muito tranquila. Desde o atendimento no balcão, onde os colaboradores foram bastante atenciosos, até ao momento de devolução do carro, tudo correu sem problemas. Destaco especialmente a simpatia e boa disposição da equipa, mesmo em horários mais complicados. Foi um serviço profissional e eficiente do início ao fim. Recomendo!
A experiência com a Europcar na unidade do El Corte Inglés, em Lisboa, deixou a desejar em alguns aspectos. O shopping é grande, e encontrar a locadora foi complicado, já que fica numa garagem no subsolo e não há placas indicando o local, o que causou certa frustração. Ao chegarmos, o sistema estava fora do ar, o que atrasou o atendimento. No entanto, a equipe foi bastante cordial e resolveu a situação manualmente, demonstrando comprometimento e profissionalismo. O carro alugado estava em bom estado, o que garantiu uma viagem tranquila. Apesar das dificuldades iniciais, o serviço foi satisfatório, mas poderia ser melhor com melhorias na sinalização.

Europcar Lisbonne aéroport très grosse arnaque je trouve que cest pire que du vol une voiture qui qui devait mettre facturer 100 pour 5 jours à la restitution du véhicule jai voulu faire le plein car je navais rouler que 70 km jai donc rajouter 3 litres dessence impossible de mettre plus car le réservoir été trafiqué est la jauge dessence mindiquer quil manquait 1/4 or je ne pouvais pas mettre plus car ça débordait déjà premier point négatif Quand jai récupéré le véhicule jai pris des photos du tour de la voiture avec toutes les rayures les bosses les impacts ainsi que les jantes rayées Et à la restitution la gentille dame a pris des photos en me disant de ne pas minquiéter jen ai discuté avec elle et elle ma dit que cétait pour mettre le logiciel à jour et a ma grande surprise je reçois un mail le lendemain et il me facture 224 Cette gentille dame cest bien foutu de nous car elle ma bien dit de ne pas minquiéter jen ai discuté avec elle et il ny avait aucun souci elle ma complètement manipulé et ma demandé de signer chose que jai fait car javais un avion à prendre Jai tenté de les joindre en leur disant que jai les photos à lappui et que jai bien effectué 70 km sauf que mon compte a déjà été débité faites très attention car cest des gros arnaqueurs des voleurs et je pèse mes mots Cest une honte pour Europcar je nai aucun mot ce sont des voleurs et cest bien la dernière fois de ma vie que je louerai un véhicule malgré les photos à lappui et toutes les preuves ça ne sert à rien Véhicule loué à Lisbonne le 6 décembre 2024 à 15h et restituer le mercredi 11 décembre 2024 à 11h Numéro de réservation 1183823446 Lisboa william
Atendimento no levantamento e entrega foi excecional, adorei o Renault Captur, estava como novo. Mas preferia ter levado uma gama inferior tipo Fiat 500.

Attention Arnaque !! suite à une location dans cette agence nous avons eu dès le premier jour un véhicule défectueux, remplacé le lendemain mais retour en France ils ont prélevés une caution pour erreur sur carburant alors que cétait un hybride/SP95 et quil est impossible dy mettre du Diesel : le pistolet de distribution du Diesel est dun diamètre supérieur à celui de lentrée du réservoir. Donc Arnaque, bravo !

First renting Tesla model 3: In general, everything was good, no problems. The serviceman who gave me a car was very pleasant and helpful. I wish they had warned me about Tesla charging because it was my first experience, and I spent a lot of time trying to understand how actually to charge Tesla. Second: fiat 500: Its also a problem that they can give you completely another car. I ordered a Fiat 500, and they gave me a Ford Kuga. Why? Its totally another type of car. I wanted a small city car, and they gave me a crossover. Its disappointing. Third: Now its my third car renting, and I get Mb Vito huge cheap bus instead of VW Multivan, which I ordered. This was my last order in this company. p.s. I just noticed that the price for Vito is 84 euros per day, and for VW Multivan - 166 euros, so its definitely a robbery. p.p.s As expected, the support response here is just a formal response. I wrote to them, then called them, they just lead you in circles because thats what they have to do. So customer service is also a fake.

The experience was not great. We had booked the most expensive option on a mini SUV on purpose not to have to wait for the queue at pick up as we were travelling with a 6 months baby. Upon arrival the staff said the car was not ready and we had to wait for more than 30 minutes to get the car when we paid the premium option not to have to wait. Believe it or not the queue for normal pick up was totally empty when while we were still waiting for the car. Asked to speak to the manager and the only thing they could do is to give us an automatic car (which to me is the same as manual, i dont care), no discount, nothing because we had already paid. Quite some competition right next to them, I would strongly advise to check them first instead.

A única situaçao é que tive que pagar 113 de multa por ter estacionado em um lugar sem ter observado a proibição, por ter sudo necessário ter que usar a casa de banho para atender minhas necessidades Fisiologica, mas de modo geral foi muito bia a estadia e a utilizaçao do veiculo, nao podendo deixar de citar o sinistro de uma pedra no parabrisa dianteiro que na hora que aconteceu alem do susto pensei que fosse um tiro.
Be very careful when renting here. I had a booked car with a set price and they managed increase the price with nearly 150% with some simple add ons. It turns out the price wasn t the really price from beginning. Very confusing and this has never happened to me before. I didn t expect that from them, but you learn. Never renting here again and Sixt or someone else is probably a better option. I recommend you to stay away or be extremely careful dealing with them!
One month after my complaint emails, I am still waiting for the compensation suggestion i was told 3 times i was entitled to due to the horrible experience we had . Such ridiculous behavior from such a big compagny ..

Never again, the tires of the car have been ripped, but we were not able to see that on the checkin. We had them a flat tire later on and called the assistance. We waited 3h to get someone on site. But the guy didnt knew about anything and asked us in which garage he should bring us. When we called the assistance again, no one took the phone also after several attempts. So we had to pay by our self and also fix the second tire which was also damaged. (Run out, could see the metal inside). On the return they have been ashamed but asked us to send an email. So 6 Weeks later, nothing heared at all. Rented Car Mercedes V Class with 6 Adults and one Kid. The potential Accident because of this tires are inimaginable. 2 Stars? Because at least the guy on the counter really tried to help out. ------------- Update, after 6 Month we havent heared anything back of Europcar, absolutly silence, so we are down to 1 star. Never experience such a bad experience, also compared to the saftey issue we have been facing here. ---------- Update also after over a year we never heared back from Europcar. They dont care about the fact, that this is highly dangerous and also that we payed the tires, the work our self and lost one day of our vacation to run after this. Since Europcar doesnr care, we will talk to the media, because this wasnt a small upsi.

Reservation at the counter was super quick, efficient and simple. Service at the counter at Lisbon airport was not very helpful but efficient, and at the car pick-up area the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and helpful, even though it was already closing time.

Dokumentieren Sie unbedingt den Fahrzeugzustand bei der Abholung selbst (Fotos & Videos vom gesamten Auto)! Bei der Rückgabe werden Sie aufgefordert, Schäden, die bereits zum Zeitpunkt der Abholung bestanden, nachzuweisen. Anderenfalls sind Zusatzkosten vermutlich nicht auszuschließen. Ansonsten und dank meiner Dokumentation hat alles problemlos funktioniert. Das Fahrzeug war nicht in einem Top-Zustand (verschwitzte Sitze, unangenehmer Innengeruch, Beulen und Kratzer am Fahrzeug), aber für den Preis ok.
The agency is very straight forward and easy to work with/ communicate with. Picking up and dropping off the rental car was easy. It s worth paying a few extra dollars - some cheap rental companies will try to ding you for damage you didn t do. Only thing I would say was a downfall is that I was driving an electric vehicle that ended up being a hassle. They didnt explain how the charging worked because its through an app, it took me hours to figure out. Locals all have a card they tap and it makes it much easier, I wish they would ve provided a card. We arrived at many charging stations that were simply broken. Which is not the companies fault just something to be aware of! Might be okay if youre staying in Lisbon iI would not recommend an electric car if youre going to the algarve.

Dois pontos que me chamaram a atenção: Inicialmente a quantidade de itens que foram adcionados na minha reserva, elevando o preço muito acima do que eu fiz na reserva, onde dizia-se que o preço estava garantido, cito: Serv.Portagem Electronica, Serviço de Aeroporto e Assistance Service Fee, totalizando Mais de 250 Euros, aproximadamente 20% do valor total da fatura. O Outro ponto foi o carro. Escolhi a categoria premium para ter uma melhor experiencia, o modelo do carro BMW Série 2 de fato é premium, mas o estado do carro está péssimo. Cheio de avarias (amassados, arranhados, batidos) e sujo, em especial por dentro, com vidro manchados, poeira no console e etc. Isso tudo tornou a experiencia bem abaixo das expectativas e dificilmente alugo novamente, em especial no aeroporto.

Im really disappointed with Europcar. The staff were great, but waiting for more than 1 hour to pick up the car in the airport was too much for me. Besides, the car that was given to me was smaller than the one they said when I rented online.

Des voleurs, à fuir Lorsque nous avons pris notre véhicule, le plein était à 1/4. Nous avons contacté lagence pour leur signaler et leur avons envoyé une photo du tableau de bord. Nous avons logiquement restitué le véhicule avec le même niveau dessence. Devinez quoi ?...quelques jours après nous avons reçu une facture de 77.32 de complément de carburant, sans opposition puisquils vous demandent un pré-paiement denviron 100 lors de la remise des clefs....Quelle arnaque !!! Be careful, thieves When we picked up our vehicle, gasoline was 1/4 full. We contacted the agency to report it and sent them a photo of the dashboard. We logically returned the vehicle with the same level of gasoline. Guess what?...a few days later we received an invoice for 77.32 for additional gasoline, without opposition since they ask you for a pre-payment of around 100 when handing over the keys....What a scam !!!

Car rented al Lissabon airport Europcar. Nice clean car, quick pick up and swift return. Not good : I paid double the advertised price of 270. A total insurance was added in a sneaky way. Why isnt this clear online while booking?
En agosto de 2024 alquilé un coche en sus oficinas. Todo parecía ir bien hasta que, dos semanas después, descubrí que me habían hecho cargos que no contraté. Entre ellos, un seguro PREMIUM que dejé claro que no quería, y un cargo especial por uso de vehículos eléctricos, cuando el coche era de gasolina. Desde entonces, llevo meses intentando obtener respuestas tanto de Europcar España como de Portugal. Finalmente, en noviembre, después de insistir sin parar, conseguí que me entregaran mi contrato. ¿Y qué encontré? Servicios añadidos que nunca solicité. Para colmo, a día de hoy todavía no me han dado la hoja de reclamaciones que he pedido varias veces. Esta actitud demuestra un total desprecio por los derechos de los clientes. Indignado, me puse a investigar y descubrí que muchas empresas de renting en Portugal tienen mala fama por añadir cargos extra sin avisar. Europcar parece no solo seguir esta práctica deshonesta, sino también dificultar que los usuarios puedan defenderse. Además, quiero advertir sobre la persona que me atendió: Héctor. Mucho cuidado con él, ya que fue quien me engañó durante todo el proceso. No alquiles en Europcar. Es una empresa con prácticas pésimas, deshonestas y un trato al cliente lamentable.
Der Verkäufer tat seinen Job und versuchte uns in allen Kategorien (Versicherungen, Tankservice, Fahrzeug) Dinge an uns zu verkaufen die wir zuvor nicht gebucht hatten. Es ist schlimm, dass die Menschen Prvesion bekommen und darauf angewiesen sind. Ich habe da aber überhaupt keinen Bock drauf. Daher nie wieder Europcar.
Veel te lang moeten wachten aan het loket. Twee uren. Bij afhalen sleutels. Moet toch sneller kunnen als je al op voorhand gereserveerd hebt. Anders was alles prima. Top wagen. Inleveren ging dan super snel.
Une honte aux employés qui travaillent au sein de Europcar aéroport de Lisbonne . Jai loué une voiture pour 150 avec assurance de base je me suis retrouvé avec une facture de 455 après avoir restitué mon véhicule. ATTention aux consommateurs on vous fait croire de signer le contrat dorigine hors ils vous font signé un contrat prenium en zoomant seulement sur lécran pour ne pas voir le détail du contrat. Et bien sûre on vous demande dinsérer la carte en disant quil sagit de la caution !!!! Tout ça pour que mon conseiller Hugo embauche ça vieille prime de 20 ou 25 dans son prochain salaire . Vérifier bien vos contrats quand vous le signez !!!!! Les vendeurs sont très aimable pour vous la mettre à lenvers . Pas la peine non plus de faire des réclamations ils ne feront rien du tout car jai déjà fait 5 réclamation en 4 mois sans succès et ils me font bien comprendre que jai été couillé. Le karma soccupera de vous mes amours , PS: arrêtez avec vos reponse automatique fait par un robot . Jai déjà fait plusieurs relances sans aucun retour de vos employés qui ne comprennent rien a rien juste a suivre les protocoles couillet avec élégance les clients

The service at the Europcar counter in Lisbon s airport was easy. The attendant Luis M. was very helpful and made the entire process efficient for us to rent a car. I would not use any other company in Portugal.
The gentleman at the desk helped me to make the best decisions for driving in Portugal. He upgraded me to automatic and a more substantial car with good insurance . All of this turned out to be the safest options! His attitude was excellent and genuinely caring!

Mauvaise expérience pour mon conjoint et moi-même. Bon accueil rien à dire. Nous avons réservés du 15 septembre au 21 une fiat 500 automatique. Tout sest bien passé pour rendre la voiture seul bémol nous attendons toujours le remboursement de la caution qui soit-disant est automatiquement remise sur le compte bancaire après avoir rendu le véhicule. Impossible davoir une réponse par mail..

Je prennais jusqu à aujourdhui toujours Europcar. Mais je vais changer !! Et ne vous conseille pas cette agence. Il devient très désagréable de toujours vouloir changer les prestations en terme dassurance que lon a réservé par internet, de plus on ne comprend pas forcément ce quil nous propose !!! Hormis que cest plus chère. Mais surtout je nai absolument pas apprécié la facturation de 5 litres dessence, ayant fait le plein à la station BP en face à 200 mètres!!!! Avant de rendre le véhicule.

Der Service war bei Abholung und Abgabe schnell und unkompliziert. Allerdings wollte mir die Dame bei der Abholung extra Versicherungen aufschwatzen, obwohl ich bereits volle Versicherung bei Check24 gebucht hatte. Das fand ich frech. Beim Auto hat der Tankfühler nicht funktioniert und dauern gemeldet, das der Tank fast leer ist. Ansonsten war alles top.
I rented a car in Portimão and returned it to Lisbon. The rental people were so kind. I had scratched the car and hadn t paid for their insurance. I showed the scratch to the rental agency and the man working there said it was such a small scratch, it wasn t a big deal and they wouldn t charge me for it. He was so kind. Would definitely recommend Europcar at Lisbon airport. The return process was so fast and easy.
Choisir Europcar est une excellente décision. J ai fait beaucoup de comparaisons avant de prendre ce loueur. Nous avons loué une voiture pour cinq jours, elle était nickel. J ai choisi de prendre l option premium, sans franchise : c est un peu plus cher, mais c est tellement plus simple. C est le prix de la rapidité et de la tranquillité d esprit. Sans franchise, il n y a pas d états des lieux, donc pas de stress à la remise et au retour de la voiture. Clé en main en deux minutes, retour encore plus rapide. On a eu une voiture neuve, qui avait moins de 10 000 km.

4 Schalter von 6 waren besetzt um 10 Uhr morgens. 30 min Wartezeit. Auto mit 15.000km bekommen. Sauber innen und leichte Schrammen außen. Bitte die GlasScheiben auch innen putzen. Die waren ziemlich beschlagen. Im voraus gebucht mit Versicherung. Am Schalter nur 10 min verbracht.

Els agents són amables. Van una mica lents i la cua és llarga, però l experiència és bona. Has de fer un registre a unes pantalles si no tens priority. Si tens priority pots agafar el cotxe a través d unes pantalles. BRAVO per estar disponible en català
