We took a car but the deposit of 300€ wasn’t return. Frauds

I recently rented a car and was very well received by the employee Alef, he delivered the vehicle to me in excellent condition and even took me to the airport as a courtesy, I loved it. I appreciate the good reception!

I rented a car from Lena. The staff was nice and car was decent. However, I was charged for over 100 Euros for toll. I called and emailed to request details of the charge but never received… I cannot recommend until this is resolved…

I had a very bad experience with this company. I made a reservation for a car, but on the day of pick-up, the vehicle did not match what was agreed. I paid the same amount as I would have paid at other reputable rental companies for a 2018 car. In addition, I left a €300 deposit, which was supposed to be returned in 20 days, but I only received €250 after 24 days and many calls demanding the amount. I am still waiting for the rest. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

5-star service. I didn't know the company, I tried it and I'm very satisfied with the service and friendliness of the employees. The store is in Lumiar, close to the airport, and the employee took us to Lisbon airport, as we were going to travel. A great experience, to be repeated.
