The office was in a central place, and the staff was very helpful during the pick-up process. I rented a new Clio. The car was clean and in good condition. I would recommend OK Mobility for travelers planning to rent a car in Lisbon.
Massive wait for collection followed by attempts to upsell to expedite the process, damaged car, unexpected charges on our card afterwards which OK Mobility were so slow in resolving we had to go through our credit card provider to have refunded. Has thoroughly put me off OK Mobility despite positive experiences elsewhere.
I've rented cars across Europe including from OK mobility branches in Croatia & Madeira and this was by far the worst car rental experience I've ever had. We arrived on the morning of the rental on time and were advised that the car still needed to be cleaned and there would be a wait. They conveniently used this as an opportunity to try and upsell to a better car that would be ready immediately. We declined and had to wait over 1.5 hours in the office as a result which impacted our plans for that day. When we eventually got to the car, it had clearly been involved in an incident - there was fairly significant cosmetic damage and a couple of fault lights on the dashboard. We did our best to record all of this which was difficult in the dimly lit parking garage. Fortunately, there were no issues when returning the car. It wasn't until after our holiday we realised that we had been charged for two 'optional' upgrades that were refused at pick-up - the 'fuel charge' & 'roadside assistance'. This totalled €90 in additional fees which was more than the actual rental cost. We contacted customer service on multiple occasions to get this resolved was told it was being investigated every time I called. I was forced to raise a dispute with my bank a get a refund. This took months to resolve. This was an extremely disappointing experience from OK Mobility from the start to finish and was not worth the cheap rental costs. Avoid them at all costs.
My experience with the rental and car was great, but customer service is incredibly lacking. I've been unable to get a proper invoice with my NIF despite having requested it upon pick up and multiple times via the customer service link, who keep sending me annoying automated responses and not actually helping. So unreliable and disrespectful, it's a joke.
Do not rent from here. Go to Europcar instead as they don’t have lines and are very nice. The lines you pick up your car are extremely long. Then when you pick up your car 1.5-2 hours later they tell you that you have to bring it back at the time that you were supposed to have rented it. Not at the time that they rented it to you because they did not have enough staff to service their customers. Moreover, the man we rented from was incredibly rude. I asked if we could add an additional day and he said no. Then I waited 1 hour on the phone with customer service and they said that it was possible to add a day of there was availability. Since there was availability, they were able to extend the rental. All of this could have been done at the moment of pick up if the guy had been remotely nice. But they don’t care about their clients here. All in all between the pick up and calling customer service I lost 4 hours of my vacation thanks to them.
I had a disappointing experience with this car rental company. Given the high cost, I expected a smooth process, but that was far from the case. I paid extra for a full tank so I wouldn't have to refill before returning the car, but when I received the vehicle, the tank was only 1/4 full. I immediately contacted them, and they assured me they would reimburse me if I refilled the tank myself. However, their communication was terrible—they rarely responded. After six months of waiting, I only received a partial refund. I do not recommend this company and will avoid using them in the future.

Very easy to rent, cheap price, I made the booking online and pick it up, no unreasonable hidden price, extra cost around 10 euro was the highway toll service fee plus road assistance(in case I have flat tire in Sintra) in total, Staff are very friendly and helpful. Easy way for me and my wife to travel 3 days with scooter to Sintra and also in city Lisbon, no parking problem. I trust them and get the full refund around one month later as what was written in the policy. Would rent again
Terrible service. When booking, I carefully read the rules on the website: you can use both a debit card and a credit card. After paying for the reservation, I received a message stating that a credit card is required, but the link to the general rules in Portugal said that you can use a debit card. In the office, the manager said that only a credit card, but he was not embarrassed by the fact that the rules on the website stated otherwise. He refused to refund the money. He offered to downgrade the car without compensating the price difference. After long arguments that the service provided contradicts the rules that I accepted when booking (it does not matter what on mail, I agreed to the service rules on the website), he said that he canceled the reservation and will refund the money, but naturally did not give any confirmation and, obviously, CHEATED. The money was not returned. If you want a reliable service without a scam - choose other companies

Los de atención fueron serviciales, pero el servicio es deficiente. Te cobran un adicional de 150 euros para peajes con devolución a 1 mes. Ya han pasado casi dos meses desde la reserva y no hay ninguna noticia, jamás se devolvió el dinero.

J ai eu le droit à un service honteux et n ai pas pu avoir la voiture réservée. La personne du comptoir voulait absolument me faire prendre une assurance à 148 euros alors que j avais pris une assurance sur votre site. Elle a prétexter que mes cartes ne fonctionnaient pas. Elle a ensuite dit que je ne devais pas avoir assez de crédit ( alors déjà qui dit sa une cliente) alors que que sa machine devait clairement être cassée. Quand j ai demandée à changer de machine, elle a simplement dit non.nous lui avons proposé d utiliser une autre carte à un autre nom, elle a également dit non. Aucune solution n a été proposée pour nous aider Nous sommes en week-end pour des funérailles et n avions qu une seule chose est de retrouvés les nôtres aux plus vite pour faire notre deuil. Cette femme n a fait que nous humilier alors que nous étions endeuillé. Nous avons finalement été directement chez un autre loueur de voiture-hertz et somme reparti avec la voiture. Merci à eux! Une honte d avoir traité une famille endeuillé
I recently rented a Vespa from OK Mobility in Lisbon, and the experience was fantastic. Both the pick-up and drop-off processes were incredibly smooth and hassle-free. The Vespa itself was in excellent condition, which made exploring the city a breeze. If youre looking for a fun and convenient way to get around Lisbon, this is definitely the way to go. Much easier than relying on Ubers, especially with the citys narrow streets and busy traffic. Highly recommend OK Mobility for anyone wanting a bit of freedom and adventure while traveling!
Alugamos pela Ok Mobility para Palma de Maiorca no início de Agosto e já aí a burocracia foi demasiada. no dia da viagem, dia 3 de outubro, o avião que partiria às 21h30 atrasou só partindo às 23h. Vários passageiros tentaram contactar com a empresa sem sucesso. Pagamos tarifa fora de horas e mesmo assim quando chegamos ao terminal perto das 2h já não estava lá ninguém (agência fechava às 2h). Conclusão, tivemos de passar a noite no aeroporto até abertura da agência e perder uma noite paga de hotel. Eram ao todo 4 carros que não puderam ser levantados incluindo uma família com um bebé de meses. Só obtivemos uma resposta cerca das 4h da manhã. Serviço simplesmente vergonhoso! A não repetir!

Wir haben über das Portal billiger-mietwagen.de bei dieser Autovermietung ein Auto für eine Woche im September 2024 gebucht. Es war alles in Ordnung, es gab keine Probleme. Allerdings wollten uns die Mitarbeiter unbedingt eine zusätzliche Haftpflicht-/und Vollkasko Versicherung verkaufen, glücklicherweise hatte ich alle Unterlagen des Portals dabei und konnte mir sicher sein, alle erforderlichen Versicherungen zu haben. Zusätzlich zum Mietpreis wurden ca. 17 Euro Leihgebühr für einen Transponder Via Verde zur kontaktlosen elektronischen Zahlung der Autobahnmaut in Portugal. Aber auch darauf waren wir im Vorfeld hingewiesen worden. Das Auto (Renault Captur) war in Ordnung, hatte ein paar Schönheitsfehler am Lack und war voll betankt. Es gab keine Probleme bei der Rückgabe, die Kaution erhielt ich noch am selben Tag zurück. Die Rückgabe des Autos gestaltete sich ein wenig schwierig, da die Einfahrt des Parkhauses (und die reservierten Parkplätze in diesem) nicht einfach zu finden waren, hier sollte man sich schon bei der Abholung orientieren.

I rented through a third party rental website with full coverage. Upon reaching the shop, I was met by Jordan, who tried to scam me by telling me my online reservation cannot cover damages, and persuaded me to pay another 100+ eur. I later found out his scam when another staff took over and told me the true price. Basically dishonest and judging by other reviews, please avoid this shop entirely

Aluguei o carro online sem qualquer tipo de problema, mas assim que o meu namorado chegou às instalações informaram que teria de pagar mais 150 que não foram informados na contratação! Posto isto, disseram que os mesmo seriam devolvidos após 2 semanas do uso do carro, mais de duas semanas se passaram, já recebemos um email dos mesmos a dizer que o dinheiro ia ser depositado e até então nada recebemos!

Depois de já ter feito o agendamento e pagamento, acabei por receber recomendações de amigos sobre problemas ocorridos. Refiz as pesquisas e fiquei assustado com alguns comentários. Por isso quero relatar que a minha experiência com a OK Mobility da praça dos restauradores foi excelente, desde o primeiro atendimento no levantamento do veículo até o processo de recolha, sendo tudo muito rápido, explicado. A localização da loja também ajuda muito para quem quer estar em algum hotel do centro de Lisboa. Parabéns a toda a equipe. Ficarei agora no aguardo do processo de pagamentos das taxas de portagens e devolução do valor de caução para poder dar mais uma nota de 5 estrelas.

Son unos estafadores, te cobran el cargo de depósito total y despues te vuelven a cargar lo que hayas consumido en peajes y combustible. Haciendo el reclamo te dan vueltas para no devolverlo. No alquiler acá si no quieren tener una pesima experiencia.

Non prenotate su Ok Mobility, sono dei ladri! Ho noleggiato unauto i primi giorni di Agosto e ancora devo avere indietro i soldi del deposito cauzionale dopo quasi due mesi. Al momento del noleggio invece mi era stato comunicato che mi sarebbero stati ridati AL MASSIMO in 3 settimane. Inoltre è totalmente IMPOSSIBILE comunicare con il centro assistenza e avere informazioni riguardo al deposito e in che tempo mi verrà restituito. Da evitare se non volete essere truffati!
Hatten recht kurzfristig für einen Tag einen Kleinwagen angefragt, haben als upgrade einen Kompakten bekommen. Alles soweit super funktioniert und preiswert. Leider mussten wir aber bei der Abholung eine 3/4h warten bis wir bedient wurden. Daher ein Stern Abzug.

I don t understand why people are claiming for bad the services, I had the best experience in OK MOBILITY RESTAURADORES, I reserved a small car and when I went to the store the assistant Jordan opened the contract and explained me everything that I was paying and the both options that I had, and he also made me an upgrade for a good price and I took the car full and didn t need to refill the car with gas, I ll recommend everyone who s going there to search for Jordan, the best assistant that they have very calm and patient 5 stars for him, I paid the full insurance with them and had a scratch on the car and didn t pay nothing else, once again choose to go directly to JORDAN and you won t complain anymore!!! 5 stars Customer service from him!!
Worst service ever. Online, the price looked right. But when we got there the scam began. We had to pay 500 more because our cards didnt work for them. We also didnt get the car we first ordered and had to wait for over an hour untill we got the car.

Recogida y devolución de la moto muy rápido. Todo perfecto.
Una auténtica vergüenza. 2 horas para recoger la moto, a 40 grados en la calle porque dentro de la oficina no hay hueco, cuando si haces el check-in online supuestamente no debes hacer cola (eso es lo de menos) lo de que verdas moleste es que estén más de risas entre los trabajadores en vez de estar atendiendo. Contratas un servicio y a la hora de atenderte te cobran gastos adicionales por todo. Se te quedan la fianza durante mínimo 1 mes veremos. Me entregaron la moto sin mirar daños que ya tenía (hice vídeo en la puerta de como estaba la moto nada mas entregármela en la puerta) y a la hora de la entrega lo mismo, te cogen las llaves y no comprueban mada por mucho que les insistí (volví hacer vídeo en la puerta a la hora de entrega de la moto y de que habia llenado el depósito). Desde luego en Oporto contraté otra empresa y muchisisimo mejoe trato. No se lo recomiendo a nadie.

2 horas para levantar o carro com malas e o meu filho ...apenas 2 empregados a atender com fila de pessoas à espera...quando finalmente fui buscar o carro estive 40 minutos à espera da limpeza e trouxeram outro carro que não o que reservei. Péssimo.. primeira manhã de férias estragada...marquei para as 9:00 já com a reserva feita pela Internet e saí de lá às 11:00.
VERY BAD COMPANY!!! They are not fair at all! If you made your reservation through a third-party agency like RentalCars, be prepared to give a 1500 euro deposit blocked for 30 days, or you can buy very expensive insurance. They are clearly taking advantage of people!!!

I would not recommend this company at all. The car we picked up was not what we booked online. We were required to pay a petrol cost upfront instead of refilling what we used (we did not use a full tank). I paid 150 Euro ahead of time for the tolls which the staff advised I would get back the proportion not used (approx. 115 Euro). Instead, I was charged an addition 35 Euro and I have not received my 150 euro back and it has been almost a month. Ive called them multiple times but no one answers their customer services. Extremely disappointing.
Ive lived in Portugal for almost 3 years now. Rented many cars from different companies. This is the worst company so far! Rented a car for 1 week. $383.97, bought the best insurance (expensive but didnt want to take any chances). Had to wait for an hour to pick it up even with an appointment. Not enough staff . Car was good. When we returned it, it had a small amount of white dog hair from our little dog on the carpet. Just a little vacuuming would fix. They said it required a deep cleaning and charged me 80 euros more. Terrible! We stayed in two different hotels with the dog and there was no extra fee, no issues. Dont rent from them. I would say it was the worst customer service transaction weve had in Portugal. Two other people at the return desk were also having problems returning their cars.

Sadly they operate a scam which clones your credit card. It is linked to organized crime in Mallorca where the owner of OK Mobility operates from. This, all in addition to adding a fake 300Euro charge for zero damages. Will report this to Europol. Corrupt scammers.

Estávamos hospedados no Chiado (bem próximo ao endereço da Ok Mobility) e ainda assim nos fizeram ir até o aeroporto, no Meeting Point. Chegando lá, todas as outras companhias estavam trabalhando normalmente, menos a Ok que não enviava o shuttle. Liguei no telefone deles e falaram que a van não viria enquanto um evento em Lisboa que fechou as ruas não terminasse (não estava havendo nenhum evento), o shuttle apenas não veio e não tinha previsão de vir. Depois de uma hora aguardando tentamos cancelar e queriam cobrar uma taxa de 50 euros para um carro que NEM SEQUER CONSEGUIMOS PEGAR. Fujam!!!!!
Absolute scam. Charged me for roadside assistance without explaining the charge would happen. Was conveniently the same price as the rental fee so I didn t realise until I saw I d pay twice. Never even showed me the contract before they send it. They ll charge you double be careful

Eccellente rapporto qualità prezzo. Ho dovuto anche cambiare tipo di veicolo rispetto a quello prenotato inizialmente in quanto avevo più bagagli del previsto e non ho avuto alcun problema. Anzi con pochi euro risolto tutto velocemente.
Que des problèmes avec eux. Obligé de prendre leur assurance car il exigent un certain type de carte de bleu, facturent le tiquet de parking 100 euros, ne respectent pas leur service et les heures convenues, facturent des services supplémentaires aux étrangers. A fuir absolument
No dia 27 de Maio 2024 as 18:00 levantei o carro na Okmobility Boavista onde já aparecia um erro no carro( por favor verifique os dados para o serviço do óleo e revisão no ecrã de serviço). O carro foi entregue pela equipa da OKmobility e nesse momento questionei ao Sr. que havia im erro no sistema. A resposta é que estava tudo bem e não me tinha que preocupar. De seguida levei o carro para Serzedo VNG(30min de distância) onde o depósito já está estava cheio e estacionei o carro em casa. No dia 28 de Maio 2024 saímos de Serzedo as 8:00 e as 12:00 o carro avariou em R. Elias Garcia 59, 2710-703 Sintra, Portugal. A OK mobility foi contactada, e depois de uma espera de 4H e vários intentos para saber a localização da grua e táxi finalmente só a grua é que chegou. Falha no start-stop, o motor fica aos soluços e depois de 2,000-2,500 revoluções o motor desliga. Aparece o sinal de erro do motor e EPC. Ao chegar a loja da okmobility nos restauradores por volta das 16:15, com todas as malas e os meninos de 1 ano e 4 anos cansados e sem comer. Não tiveram nenhuma empatia, e nenhum pedido de desculpas. A primeira observação que fizeram foi( vocês fizeram o seguro com a companhia na internet então vão ter que se desenrascar com eles para fazer o pagamento do reboque e mudança de carro). Obviamente o carro deles avariou e não têm qualquer tipo de responsabilidade ou empatia. Nunca enviaram o taxi que era responsabilidade deles e tive que pedir um uber que chegou em 5minutos depois de pedir. Começamos a viagem as 8:00 desde o Porto com o objetivo de aproveitar o dia em Sintra e Lisboa. Tínhamos entradas no valor de 40 para o palácio da pena, que não visitamos, basicamente perdemos todo o dia por culpa da Okmobility No dia 31 de Maio, voltaram-me a contactar me acusando que tinha metido gasóleo em vez de gasolina e que por entanto teria que pagar todo os cargos. Isto é totalmente errado uma vez que desde que levantei o carro com depósito cheio no Porto no dia 27 as 18:00 o carro avariou no dia 28 as 12:00. Não faz nenhum sentido parar no abastecimento para meter gasolina, uma vez que a distância é so de 300km. Com esta companhia desde que recebi o carro, já aparecia uma notificação de alerta para revisar a manutenção e a temperatura do óleo. Perante confirmação fui assegurado que o carro esta em perfeitas condições. Obviamente foi um erro da companhia e devia ter pedido outro carro no levantamento. Esta empresa recusa se a apresentar os detalhes da inspeção com o motivo da avaria e a data de quando o primeiro erro de falta manutenção apareceu no sistema
My experience with OK Mobility was very positive. I got an free upgrade. All the employees were very friendly. They explained everything thoroughly especially the toll system and the caution handling. It was all quite uncomplicated. I lost my receipt and got a new one as I contacted the customer service. Last month <5/13> I rented an OPEL car on a car rental platform for about 200 euros. The contract stated that the store would pay 70 euros for the second driver. I had already purchased the insurance on the platform.... When picking up the car, I was asked to attach a hidden version of the second driver. The drivers insurance is 229 euros and the deposit is 2,700 euros. They said that if you dont pay, you cant pick up the car or refund it. Insurance is more expensive than driving. I feel really bad about the hidden costs... I can only give it one star, finger. Cant suppress it, cant add more stars

Still waiting deposit of 1550 . My rental finshed last 28th April. it passed 22 days (i know there must be 30 days as maximum) and they told me to send me an email and nothing received. Please give my deposit back or i am afraid i will have to report. Todavía estoy esperando el depósito de 1550 . Han pasado ya 26 días. Aparte de eso, pagué 1900 por qué el embrague dejó de funcionar a los 10 minutos. Estafa!!!!!! Devolverme los 1550 o voy de denunciar a las policía y con abogados. Pagué 1908 por un embrague que se rompió a los 10 minutos. Hace dos días me cobraron 358 y hoy 1550 , y ya pagué el embrague roto. Devolvedmeeee ese dinerooooooo. Estoy con abogados y haciendo disputas con mi banco recuperar ese dinero robado. Devolmedmeloooooo Ladroneeeeeeesss

Hidden costs (10 for a mandatory device activation) hidden somewhere in the terms of contract, which you will only be informed upon receiving the car. If not for that scam they would be a good rental company with okay prices and easy service
Dont rent a car here! 80% of the total rental costs are made up of hidden fees but they advertise lower prices to get you in the door and they corner you on the day of pick up. Have your own insurance? No problem- they will simply take a 1900 euro deposit and still keep some of it even if you dont have an accident and they make it so theres no way to dispute it. They didnt even give us the car they advertised- they downgraded the model even when seeing the receipt. Multiply their internet price by 5 to get the actual rental cost.

Trotzdem berechnet mir die Autovermietung die Kosten obwohl der Verursacher und deren Versicherung den Schaden übernehmen. Die Vermietung berechnet also doppelt! Ich habe den Vofall bei der Polizei gemeldet und werde auch den Verbaucherschutz einschalten. Tut euch einen gefallen und mietet NICHT mit OK mobility!

Nous avons payé 100 sur booking sauf qu une fois arrivés pour récupérer la voiture on nous annonce que comme nous avons une carte de débit il faut rajouter 350 sortis de nul part + 150 pour les payages au total 600 pour 6jours avec une seat nous n avions vraiment pas besoin de ces énormes dépenses supplémentaires

It was our second time to rent a car from OK mobility on Apr 27 and I was super worried about the high deposit OK would charge to foreigners . We were so happy that we met Alexander, he speaks good English, offered and explained Full protection professionally, we could choose a reasonable priced package so that the deposit became much lower and we could have a No hassle trip. Du très bon et du beaucoup moins bon : - Les plus : Prix très compétitifs, très bonne voiture (Renault Captur alors que nous avons loué léquivalent dune Peugeot 108), propre, en très bon état et avec peu de kilomètres, retour très rapide et sans problème, navette vers laéroport de Lisbonne rapide, et un geste commercial bienvenu du boss vu les problèmes rencontrés lors de la prise de la voiture (un jour de location offert et pas de supplément pour un retour à laéroport alors que nous lavons pris à lagence Restauradores de Lisbonne. - Le moins : Deux heures dattente pour récupérer la voiture à Restauradores !! Il y avait une queue interminable et la voiture nétait pas prete. Il est vrai que nous avions réservé la voiture la veille au soir à 23h sur leur site internet, et que nous devions récupérer la voiture le matin à 9h un jour de très grande affluence, en plein milieu des jours fériés du mois de mai. Conclusion : Il faut savoir que leur site internet permet de réserver une voiture à la dernière minute, même sils nont pas le temps de la préparer. Si vous devez louer votre voiture un jour normal, je vous les recommande. Par contre, si vous devez récupérer la voiture un jour très demandé, vous devrez être très patient !

Their scooter broke down. I parked and 2h later when I wanted to go home, impossible to start the scooter. I hence called the road assistance service and the towed away the scooter (their central is 20min away from where I broke down). Next day, was the last day of my rental, I had to pay an astonishing 390,00 fee for the towing service, which is a literal SCAM. Shouldn t cost more than 120/150 for a Vespa ! Impossible to make yourself heard, you have to pay.

They delivered the car to us 3 hours late, but they let us return it the next day very early in the morning, so it has not been of much use to us, since at night, which is the time they added to us as compensation , we are not going to use the car. I made a reservation for a car in Lisbon city centre. The total amount of my reservation was 9 , they asked me for an additional 27 when I had to pick up the car. The reasoning was some extras that were mandatory by the Portuguese government . Not very transparent . All those mandatory fees should be visible when booking

The location is lightly staffed which resulted in delays. My biggest issue is that OK Mobility requires you use its Via Verde toll pass at a cost of 20 euros, increasing our daily rental from 33 euros to 53. I detest hidden fees...

Please inform your clients correctly. For example, noone told us when we picked up the rental car that we have to pay for parking almost everywhere on Lisbon. In Greece there is not the same thing with payment. As a result we took a fine. It is not about the amount of the fine that we have to pay but the fact that noone informed us about it. Furthermore, it would be nice to inform please correctly if a rental car consumes gasoline/diesel or petrol because we were confirmed that the car consumed gasoline/diesel 95 but in reality it consumes petrol. And last one, maybe you should inform your clients that when they book a rental car throug website they have to pay an extra cost of activation at the pick-up of the rental car. This one was a bit unfair. Except these 3 small details the staff is very friendly and we would suggest this rental office.

Not sure why the negative reviews. Me and my family rented a car here when we visited Lisbon. Staff were perfectly nice and friendly, we didn t book in advance and they still managed to get us a car there and then, while other rental companies couldn t give us anything without pre booking. All the rules around fees and charges were super clear and they returned my deposit in 4 days after returning the vehicle. I highly recommend this place don t be deterred by the negative comments. Pay attention to what they say and drive safely and you should get your money back.

Very bad service level unfortunately.. First the lady who prepared the documents for signing in the office made a mistake for me as the 2nd driver. When we returned the car back another guy threatened to me as the 2nd driver that I will pay penalty as was not included into their system. He didn t do any step to find the solution, didn t make any check, until I found the documents which proved it was their mistake. We spent more time to prove it was OK Mobility mistake, but the guy didn t even apologize after that. Please consider when decide to rent a car in this company

Não recomendo, mesmo. Aluguei uma carrinha para a empresa. Como não foi paga pelo cartão do condutor, que é funcionário da empresa, então cobraram me um seguro extra. Logo o preço passou de 127 para 127 +169 =296 . Ou seja o extra era mais do que o aluguer. Simplesmente recomendo que não venham aqui NUNCA.
Cliente fidèle, ma dernière expérience sest mal passée ! Attente de plus d1h à laéroport et pas de navette, obligée de prendre un Uber pour nous rendre à lagence. Lorsque nous le disons aux agents daccueil, on nous répond que le chauffeur fait des allers retours en continu ; faux car il était garée et sur son elephone lorsque nous avons enfin récupérer la voiture. Le plein de la voiture nétait pas fait mais on nous demande quand même de la rendre avec le plein. Au retour, aucune paroles du monsieur présent pour récupérer la voiture. Il était sur son téléphone à regarde des vidéos et nest allez voir la voiture que 15minutes après. Les hommes qui y travaillent sont vraiment incompétents et cest dommage je ne reviendrais plus.
Be aware of the charges to take the vehicle to spain. They dont make it clear when selling the service, but they are among the highest prices in the industry. The vehicles also poorly maintained as I presume they lack locations to do so between rentals. Check your fluids prior to departure. Honestly find a more reputable provider and dont be tempted by the low rental prices shown online.
I dont think Ive ever reviewed a car rental agency before... but the staff at OK Mobility was so helpful I had to write. I booked a van through one of the big online travel agencies (Expedia), who unfortunately sent the wrong vehicle category code to OK Mobility. Rather than just blame the Expedia, the staff at OK found me the van I needed, brought it from the airport, and did not charge me any extra. Their great service let me complete my house move on time! Im very grateful and will us OK Mobility any chance I get.
FRAUDSTERS!! Everything was fine when picking up the car, the car is new and the people were friendly, BUT THEY DO NOT REFUND THE DEPOSIT! After taking the deposit of 150 and returning the car properly, the toll was paid (which is fine), it was said that the deposit will be returned within 10 working days. After 20 working days, they answered the phone for the first time and answered the email with the excuse that the money was paid and that was it. After that, I did not get a response to any calls or numerous emails. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!
THEY DO NOT RETURN THE DEPOSIT!!! After the conversation and the claim from their side that the deposit was paid, they no longer respond to e-mails or calls from my number. A common fraud company!!!
Rented Vehicle 12/02/24 - Service was friendly and efficient, with all options explained clearly. Quality and cleanliness of car was excellent and was easy to drive. Driving through Lisbons streets can be a bit scary as they are so narrow with the added hazard of trams in many locations. Would recommend that you understand the location of the car park where you need to return the car as finding the entry can be a bit tricky if you happen to take a wrong turn!. In summary would highly recommend OKMobility for a very good value service.
More than 1 h in the line to get the car, even when I did the reservation in advance. Not able to change the reservation by phone in the weekends, have to go to the branch
I would not recommend using services of OK Mobility. They kept 500 euros of my deposit in addition to what I have already paid for renting this car, on bogus charges of scratches on the car while the scratches were already there before me renting the car. The car they offered me was different than what I booked online. It was old and full of issues. I had to stop by and fix the lights and change its oil. Of course they didn t reimburse me. This is a very dubious and messy work place. They are liars and cheaters. Beware of Ok Mobility and avoid them at any cost.

The exit from the parking garage takes you straight out onto Praça dos Restauradores and from there on to the big roundabout at Marquês de Pombal if youre getting out of town Their cars are really brand new, less than 6 months old, and the location only opened in January, 2023. They run a good operation for a place so new. Thanks for the excellent service.

Even though this particular office is new, but the company is well established, so you dont have to worry about that. They are fast, easy, all the employees speak good English. Parking garage is right infront of the office (underground), easy to go out or in. The only thing I found negative is that I dont think there is a need for a 250 fuel deposit. Yes, it gets returned, but still that is unnecessarily much. For comparison, for the same car in Malaga (Spain) it is 72.

Aucun papier à signer pour la réception. Bizarre. Le souci est quils ont essayé de prélevé 290 euros sur la carte 3 jours après le rendu de la voiture. Heureusement nous avions bloqué le prélèvement à létranger à notre retour. Ils ont essayé de prélevé 14 euros via un autre point de location (palma de majorque).

Son unos estafadores, nos dieron un coche en mal estado que no duró ni una hora de conducción y luego, pese a que teníamos seguro, querían hacernos pagar el coste de todo (grúa, taxi, avería) y encima, nos dejaron sin ningún vehículo de sustitución y nos cobraron la fianza. Definitivamente se aprovecharon y se querían aprovechar aún más de que éramos un grupo de jóvenes inexpertos en el tema. Nos mintieron en la cara.

I really hate leaving bad reviews but I want to make sure people are aware of what they are getting themselves into. When we came to pick up our car the staff looked totally confused. They kept looking around and speaking quietly to each other, making phone calls and telling us to wait a few more minutes. Over 45 minutes later they finally tell us that the automatic car we rented wasnt there. They say it was brought to a different location by the airport and never brought here. Although we came to our reservation two hours after scheduled and they had ample time to get organized, we laughed it off since the staff was nice. They drove us to the airport location 25 minutes away and to our surprise the car still wasnt ready. We waited around asking what was going on and kept being told it was coming. And then we waited and waited. Finally the car arrived and it was dripping wet because they were rushing to clean it. The person who drove us asked if we got the emergency contact information card from her colleague. We told her no and she was clearly frustrated with him. We went to move our things and then she disappeared. I wasnt familiar with the car and there was no one to ask what kind of gasoline to use. When we returned the car we arrived at the store and nobody was there, despite them being open for another 90 minutes. We walked to the store a couple of time and no one was there. Keep in mind this location is the busy tourist area and we were parked illegally and stressed. We called the number on Google maps and it didnt work. We called the main customer service number after searching on Google and still nothing. In a funny/sad turn of events it turns out that little piece of paper with emergency contact info we never received had the actual number. We waited for more than 20 minutes and finally someone showed up. The employee said he was helping someone in the parking garage downstairs and I asked why didnt you at least leave a note on the door. He said he was going to call us.

It is a shame !! I booked a car + paid an insurance with the website discover cars. The total price was around 70 (35 the and 35 the insurance) The time slot to get the car was noon (even if it was not the time I choose and I got not notified) and I arrived at 4pm. They told me that because I was late, I had to pay their full insurance (250 ) + 75 (no idea where this 75 came from) so an additional cost of 325 instead of 35 !!! For a few hours late They told me as well that the insurance I paid online was useless !! I just left and rented my car with virtuo. So much better and easier

The service was very good, but as I had made a reservation online with very attractive prices, when I picked up the car the amount of the deposit held on my credit card was higher than what was in the contract! In other words, I felt like an idiot, leaving there frustrated about not being able to pick up the car!
Booked a motorbike online. When we arrived, they didnt have any there and had to bring it from the airport. We left the place 1h 30min later. They didnt offer any compensation. At least we got a brand new Vespa which was lovely to ride and could get to Cascais. We really enjoyed our day, only reason I do not leave one star. Please improve this, put more people working and you will rock it.

I m sad that I have to write a bad review I really don t like it. When we returned the car ( parked in the parking about 17:45 nobody was there ) we waited about 7-8 minutes nobody showed up. Then we decided walk to the office and also nobody was there. They supposed to be open for another 2 hours. We called the number on Google maps and it didnt work. We called the main customer service number after searching on Google and still nothing. In a sad turn of events it turns out that little piece of paper with emergency contact info we never received had the actual number. We waited for more than 5-7 minutes and finally someone showed up. The employee said he was busy. Then he said that we have to pay more 45 euros because we were late. We tried to explain that we arrived at the time but nobody was there, then we came to the office and also nobody was there. But he kept looking at us with stone face and said - pay 45 euros for the late return. We tried to explain that it s he s fault, but he just kept saying- no. Then we asked a proof that we were late, then se said everything is ok we can go. We left the office surprised that we didn t assign any documents about returning the car. He did not offer any documents that we were late. after they unfrozen our deposit, which amounted to 250 euros, without any explanation and without providing an invoice, we were charged 138 euros and returned 112.65 euros. We asked the name of the manager, so that in case of a pairing of our lateness to declare his name, he told us I am not obliged to tell you my name. He was very rude and I m Not afraid to say, quite aggressive. I rent a car regularly during my visit in Lisbon every month. I made a reservation for the first time in this company and I say never again. Highly not recommend to anyone.

Reserve un auto por su pagina y al llegar al lugar lo unico que hicieron fue agregar costos que no habian sido discutidos y luego de devolver el auto comenzaron a aparecerme gastos en la tarjeta de cuestiones nunca discutidas. No responden ninguna via de contacto (salvo la telefonica pero dicen que solo se puede hacer reclamos por mail, que no responden). Es una verdadera estafa. Te cobran lo que quieren y luego no te dan ninguna respuesta. Ni siquiera me devolvieron el deposito y ya pasaron semanas desde que reservamos. NUNCA VOLVERIA A ALQUILAR CON ESTA EMPRESA. SON LADRONES

Worst customer service in any car rental I ve experienced. 1 hour to get car through their system despite only a few people in the shop. Be careful! They will try to extract money from you in any way they can.

its a scam. I paid for a car at 84 only to then find out that I had to pay another 240 as a MINIMUM fee and have 1900 blocked as a deposit for a month. at the very least they wont even refund me the money I paid.
Great experience, friendly staff. I paid a little more for the hassle free options but it made everything very simple. Would rent from this group again!

Unfortunately, I discovered a 40 upselling fee on my invoice, which was neither requested by me nor properly communicated during the rental process. Ive tried contact to customerservice without answers after two months.
I am not recommending using services of OK Mobility. Although the rental process was ok I am waiting for more than a month to receive return of the deposit of 250 EUR. I called the operator 2 times (after 2 weeks and a month) and they said that they just released the payment but of course nothing changed ... But the highway tolls were charged against me without any delay... Terrible liars !!! I am going to report these to the EU Consument Center.
Booked through rentalcars and pickup was quick. Customer service was very good. Only negative point is the 250EUR hold for fuel which is completely unnecessary for a small car.
Huge waste of time !! We booked our car online (to pick it up at 11am). When we went to the agency, we waited for two hours in line to finalize the rental. There is only one guy in the office, and a lot of customers !!
Não recomendo de todo o Servico da Ok Mobility. Não se preocupam com os clientes, o serviço de call center não funciona e quando se liga para as lojas, mesmo tentado ligar regularmente durante dias, não se obtém qualquer resposta. Aluguei um carro durante 3 meses, primeiramente o primeiro carro (com pouco mais de 9000km) apresentou problemas na caixa de mudanças e na embreagem nos primeiros 3 dias de uso, logo aqui se vê que não tendem a fazer uma boa avaliação dos carros antes de os entregarem ao cliente. Se o serviço é pago, espera-se que o mesmo seja devidamente bem atribuído. A 3 dias da data de entrega do carro, tentei entrar em contacto com a loja para alterar a entrega para 2 dias após a data estipulada, mas sem êxito. No dia da entrega do carro, ligou me um trabalhador do call center, foi muitíssimo desagradável, tendo me faltado ao respeito e elevado a voz sem razão aparente. Isto para dizer que quando se precisa não atendem, mas quando é para vir cobrar o quer que seja, são os primeiros a ligar.

Lors de la récupération du véhicule, il ne faut pas être pressé, car beaucoup de monde et peu de conseiller. Ceci dit, le reste de l expérience fut A1. Nous avons un upgrade de voiture sans supplément. Malgré cela un petit bris mécanique a fait en sorte que nous sommes restés coincés sur l autoroute à 40km de Lisbonne. Le service d urgence est A1. Ils nous ont pris en charge rapidement lors de notre appel. 1h après, la remorqueuse était sur place et 30min après, une navette privée est venue nous récupérer et nous a ramener à notre hôtel. Tout a été pris en charge par l assurance que nous avions pris avec eux elle vaut la peine
Jai loué une voiture pour une journée et je suis entièrement satisfaite de mon expérience : la personne de lagence a été très à lécoute et ma même apporté des informations sur le lieu où je me rendais (Portinho da Arrabida), me donnant des conseils pour me garer. Et tout ça en français, ce qui a aussi bien aidé ! En somme la voiture était parfaite et le service aussi. Merci beaucoup !
Friendly team helpful and smiling. I witnessed them managing efficiently a difficult customer who was tricked by a broker (he didnt actually paid any insurance). Good cars too.
Filas grandes e espera no sol de 40 graus, sem cobertura para os clientes esperarem e sem espaço interno para acomodar os clientes. No interior da loja só cabem 2 clientes sentados. Me deparei para fazer o check-in com 10 pessoas em minha frente no sol lado de fora. Uma pessoa atendendo e outra levando até o carro para check-in, totalmente desconfortável e horrível.

Got a car here end of august 2023. They pretty much force you into taking premium coverage which was an extra 140 on top of the amount of reservation (for 3 days) and then on top of that a 250 hold. They said and I quote you can bring the car back with no tires and you won t get charged for damages . We used the car and brought it back no printout nothing just gave them keys. 2 weeks later I get an email saying there is damages for 300 ????? First of all they didn t even return the hold now they re charging more for damages when we were forced to get premium coverage??? Biggest scam. I have video proof the car was in the same condition we picked it up in. Don t rent from here they re just gonna charge you for absolutely NOTHING!!!!
I give it 1 star because I cant give it 0. They come up with 1001 ways to get us to take out their insurance. And in the end they didnt give me back the 250 euros deposit. They dont answer the phone, and they dont have any other contact information. Run away from this company.
Quick online reservation and headed to the store directly. Almost no wait time and drove out with my vehicle within 15mins. The whole experience was amazing and the best so fast. The promptness of pickup and delivery of the vehicle was astonishingly surprising. Ok Mobility is definitely way ahead other established names.

nonostante qualche recensione negativa mi sono fidato ed è andato tutto bene. auto in perfetto stato e prezzo eccellente. occorre lasciare una caparra di 250 per le eventuali spese di autostrada e benzina....mi sono state restituite in 10 gg. purtroppo avevo quasi terminatomù il plafond della carta di credito e ho dovuto fare una assicurazione molto costosa per azzerare franchigie e caparra....ma tant è....colpa mia. al prezzo di 55 euro per 2 gg è un vero affare. mi sento di consigliarlo. personale cortese e parcheggio di fianco allagenzia.

Be careful when booking with their app. They hide actul price. On the counter desk they ask you to pay more for insurance or ask to pay a large deposit. And they never refund you if you cancel booking. Even they told you that you will be refuned.
Very very long waiting time - 1 hour
We waited in line for over 1 hour and a half for the staff to give us our car keys! And we had already done the online check-in! Outrageous!
Worst client service ever. The price we were given on the phone didn t match the reality. The manager was playing fool and tried hard to hide the real costs we will pay.

Nos sentimos engañados. :( - Contratamos un coche durante 7 horas, y una vez firmamos y pagamos, nos dijo que si hubiéramos alquilado el día entero nos hubiera salido más barato. - Nos convencieron para pagar un teletack (pago de peajes sin parar) a pesar de que le explicamos el corto viaje que pensábamos realizar. Por eso tuvimos que dejar una fianza de 200 . Hasta devolver el coche no nos explicaron que tardarían 10 días en devolvernos la fianza. Alucinante. Suponemos que van a comisión, pero eso no justifica que te engañen de esta manera.

Teníamos reserva a las 08:30 y hemos esperado más de una hora para recibir el coche. Había dos personas trabajando, y solo una atendiendo al público. Había tan solo 3 personas delante de nosotros en la cola. Un completo desastre, más de una hora perdida en nuestro viaje de vacaciones esperando por un coche del cual teníamos una reserva previa.
Fuyez! Arrivé à 9h00 pour une réservation à 9h, le seul employé (1er novembre) présent prenait son temps, finalement à 10h30 nous apprenons que le parking souterrain est hs et quil ne peut pas sortir les voitures, refuse de nous rembourser parce que cest pas de sa faute. Absolument pas fiable.
Ho soggiornato a Lisbona insieme a mia moglie per una decina di giorni da fine ottobre ai primi di novembre. Siamo stati seguiti da un gentilissimo signore J.P. Il quale non solo ci ha suggerito come muoverci per ottenere i prezzi migliori, è riuscito anche a darci un prolungamento di 5 giorni ad un costo bassissimo ma si è anche impegnato per ricontattarmj per dirmi che era riuscito a regalarmi altre 6 ore di utilizzo scooter nel giorno della riconsegna. Super consigliato come prezzi e qualità scooter, oltre l ottimo personale. Grazie JP
We booked a car online and after that, I spent quite some time reading all the reviews which sounded fishy. Most of the reviews are negative and few positives. Anyways, we decided to show up to pick up the car and see which of the reviews are correct. After a few minutes we realized that the negative reviews reflect the reality. They gave us 2 options: 1. Additional cost for the toll + 250 deposit + their insurance (170 ) 2. Additional cost for the toll + 250 deposit + 1400 extra deposit. Also, they said they will keep the deposits for around 20 working days! Both options were unreasonable and we decided to not get the car and book a cab instead.
Je déconseille cette agence. Nous avions réservé une voiture pour 10h via un site partenaire (enjoytravel) avec lequel nous avions pris une assurance. Nous sommes arrivés à l agence à 9h55 mais avec le peu d employés présents et le process de livraison extrêmement long, nous n avons été reçus qu à 10h40. Sans l assurance directe d Okmobility, une pré-autorisation de 1900 nous a été demandée, impossible sur notre carte de débit. Par conséquent, obligation de souscrire à leur assurance à 50 supplémentaires. Ils obligent également à payer 4 de plus (absolument obligatoire) pour le télé péage, même si nous n en avons pas besoin. Enfin, une caution de 250 est débitée et n est pas restituée avant minimum 2 semaines.

They dont accept debit card for the deposit, so you have to pay their insurance instead. That was twice more than the daily rent tariff. Thats ridiculous .
Servicio de primera, los trabajadores muy simpáticos. Los comentarios malos nos dejaron sensación de miedo al contratar el servicio, pero nos equivocamos! Son una empresa correcta y puntual, cumplieron con todo. Por esta razón les doy 5 estrellas y no crean siempre en los comentarios de Google, las personas a veces por despecho escriben mal de las empresas. Yo les recomiendo contratar seguros siempre. I live in Lisbon and have rented many cars here and can tell you this was my most unpleasant experience yet. When picking up the car It took over 30 minutes for me to be acknowledged and for someone to start looking at my reservation. A simple hello or we will be with you shortly would be nice. At this point Im frustrated at the lack of service and the time it is taking. The employee tries so hard to sell me their insurance to the point where he is telling me things that are not true. I have my own coverage through my bank that I pay for and that I confirmed ahead of time covers this rental. He then said technically they should put a 40,000 euro hold on my card if I didnt want the insurance so I told him to go ahead and then he said he couldnt.... Ultimately, I did not buy the insurance and they put about a ~1600 euro hold on my card. He also charged me for a toll pass service that I didnt want and said I would be refunded if I didnt use it. Of course even though I didnt use the service I was not refunded for this. I heard them also pressuring other customers to buy the insurance and toll pass. They claim this toll pass is required in Portugal which is a complete lie. When returning the car I waited in the parking garage for 40 minutes and called the number they gave me many times with no answer. The employee finally came to help another customer who arrived after me and again didnt acknowledge me. A few moments later he did come back, inspected the car, and I was free to leave. I can recommend Enterprise, Alamo, Green motion, and Guerin at the airport. Very very fast process to pick up and drop off vehicle there. They also do not charge a young driver fee for anyone over 21 who has had a license for a year unlike this company. Update Nov 13, 2023 Months later this company has tried to charge my credit card for who knows what reason. This company sure does seem to have some fraudulent practices. Thankfully my bank identified the charge as fraud and never let it go through.
Son estafadores. No so fieis si no os dan un contrato en mano. Dicen que te lo envían por email, reclamas y nada. Todo para que luego no te devuelvan la fianza nunca ya que no tienes pruebas que has alquilado nada. Tienen mil denuncias por estafas o dobles y triples cobros. Mejor gatsar 10 euros más en otra empresa y estar seguros que no TE ROBEN!

It took quite a long time to return the car due to the parking s location and right spots. John, at the reception desk, provided an exceptional customer service though. He is professional, quick and friendly, even though he was the only one managing customers and car inspections. He made the return experience much more pleasant. Thank you!
They made us believe that for the trip we wanted to take we would use the entire tank of gasoline and they convinced us to pay 70 so as not to have to return the full tank and look for a gas station. They also told us that there was only one service area on the route, and we found many (3 in 5 minutes). We only used half the tank. Finally, when they gave us the car, they gave us a discount card for Galp gas stations, something they didnt mention before and it was no longer useful to us. On the other hand, they did not have any cars left in the range we had requested, and they gave us one from a superior range, that is, larger and more difficult to drive within the city. The only good thing is that you can pick up your car in the city center, but its not worth it.

Every time I m here there is at least 10 people ahead of me. Long waiting times and slow processing. Why not build an online check in that works to avoid that? So frustrating!

Scammers. They block my money (2500 euro). No invoices, no contract. Online I also cant find my contract and invoice. Phone line is unavailable for ages. Literally I am on phone for 30 minutes and more.
Unos sinvergüenzas. Alquile un coche por 3 semanas y aunque durante todo ese tiempo todo fue bien, la sorpresa nos la llevamos despues. Se aprovechan, de que con la excusa de cobrarte los peajes tienen acceso a tu tarjeta, para hacerte los cargos que les da la gana. Tardaron meses en mandarme el resumen de todos los cargos de peajes y ahi habia cargos que no entendia. Despues de preguntarles varias veces por fin consegui que me explicasen. Me cobraron por llenar el deposito. Lo llene yo en la gasolinara mas cercana justo antes de entregar. Ademas la chica a la que entregamos el coche reviso esto, y nos confirmo que estaba todo correcto. Ahora 4 meses mas tarde es imposible demostrarlo. Un segundo cargo por lo visto porque nos atendiesen con prioridad al recoger el coche. Nosotros nunca contratamos este servicio y ademas que tampoco lo recibimos porque nos toco hacer una hora de cola a 40°C en la calle (porque no hay sitio en la oficina) a pesar de que teniamos hora de recogida. Unos getas increibles. Y me imagino que esto le pasara a mucha gente y no se dara ni cuenta. Porque lo camuflan entre otros gastos, les ponen nombres que no entiendes e imagino que la mayoria de la gente ni preguntara. Muy decepcionante

Even 1 star is too much, but thats the lowest we can rate. We rented a car at the beginning of September at the okmobility store in Lisbon. We returned the car without any issues. We paid a bail of 250 but so far we havent received anything back. Already sending emails to OkMobillity since September but we havent received any answer. Very disappointed.
The place opened a week ago, and it was great for us! Pick-up and parking in the middle of the city and we got a brand new car. It will be even easier when they fix the online check-in!
