Viendo los alrededores y como hablan de las otras compañías, está sin duda ha sido la que nos ha proporcionado la confianza para alquilar.La gestión ha sido fácil rápida y confiable, la persona que nos ha atendido, muy educada y nos ayudó a señalar los daños antes de coger el coche. Al final en la entrega no ha habido ningún problema, nos devolvieron la fianza en efectivo y todo correcto , estamos muy contentos ya que hoy en día no se dedican a alquilar coches sino a estafar a los que los alquilan sacándole todo lo posible. 5 días buen precio y sin ninguna pega. Lo recomiendo.

Não recomendo! Me sinto enganada! O carro apresentou problemas e, primeiro tentaram nos culpar, depois não quiseram devolver a diária que perdemos por falhas elétricas do carro deles. - Em menos de 24h (e 198km rodados), o carro ligou a luz do painel para calibrarmos os pneus. - O rapaz do posto nos informou para termos cuidado, pois se tratava de um pneu velho e com bolhas (segue imagens). - 15 min após sairmos do posto, apareceram mais luzes no painel e o carro parou de acelerar. Paramos no acostamento, no meio de uma estrada aleatoria, não tiveram pressa alguma em ajudar, dizendo que nos enviariam uma mensagem no WhatsApp. Tive que ligar novamente quase 20 min depois de ficar parada no meio do nada, no sol quente, e o senhor imediatamente começou a nos acusar de ter avariado a embreagem, sem nenhuma evidência disso! - Um senhor que parou para pôr os cones na estrada e o senhor do reboque afirmaram que não tinha nada a ver com embreagem, já que o carro não cheirava a fumo ou óleo. - Hoje fui lá atras de noticias, ja que nunca responderam nossos emails, e o senhor que atendeu (mais uma vez, nada amigável) disse que não se passou nada com o carro, que se tratava apenas de um afogamento e que não devolveria a diária. Se tivéssemos seguido com o carro naquelas condições poderíamos nos pôr em risco, ou piorar a situação, e ainda seríamos cobradas por isso. O senhor disse ainda que o pneu velho não tinha nada a ver, e que pagaríamos também a gasolina e as portagens de uma viagem que nunca se concretizou. - Ainda nem sequer temos nosso caução de volta (se nao devolverem, procuraremos a justica). Em resumo: Baita dor de cabeca! Procurem locadoras maiores e mais confiáveis!

We rented the car with them, as we did not have a credit card. We left a deposit, the car a new polo, once returned, we deducted the money for the highway from the deposit and the rest was returned to us! Everyone is very kind, helpful and friendly! Advised

Extremamente desagradável, o Dono não é educado, tentam imputar riscos de carros que são entregues, já em estados inaceitáveis, riscados, amolgados, cabine suja do cliente anterior, traseira com lixo dos anteriores clientes, espera grande sempre que se levantam carros. E problemas ao entregar. Não recomendo.

Rented a car for a week. When I returned the car there was a bit of damage to the front bumper. Not sure whether I overlooked the damage when I picked it up or whether I actually created the damage myself. Fortunately, they didnt pass on the costs of the damage. Employees are professional and kind. The rental car was a good modern car (VW Polo) for a decent price. Would recommend.

Buona accoglienza in occasione del ritiro auto. Ottima comunicazione già in fase di prenotazione. Contratto chiaro, senza costi occulti. Lagenzia non è in aeroporto, ma è raggiungibile con metropolitana (fermata Roma e poi una breve camminata) oppure potete usare il servizio Bolt (in certe fasce orarie già in due costa la stessa cifra della metro). Automobile in buone condizioni, pulita, con circa 60.000km, ben accessoriata. Regola solita degli autonoleggi carburante pieno su pieno. Restituzione in breve tempo, con uno sceupoloso controllo dellauto e delle sue condizioni. Se necessario alla restituzione, vi portano in aeroporto. Pagamento con carta di credito senza problemi (no Amex). Consigliato !

Fiquei com a sensação de ter sido enganado. Quando entreguei o carro (económico) no aeroporto estava tudo em ordem e foi tudo controlado, mas afinal ligaram-me do escritório umas horas depois dizendo que o depósito de combustível não estava cheio e retiraram do meu cartão bancário 14,11 no dia seguinte, quando decidiram esbordar o depósito de combustível. Escolhi esta empresa por ser portuguesa e local e que me custou 40 /dia, só que reparei que não existe uma relação próxima com os clientes. A foto que anexo foi tirada pelos próprios.

The car was great, the service not so much! The lady assisting us was very blunt and unhelpful, which unfortunately soured our experience with Olivauto. I also wouldn t recommend this rental company to Australians / Victorians. Thankfully my partner is Portuguese, so we could still rent the car. But as Victorian licenses don t have an issue date on them, I was told I would not be able to be registered as a driver because they couldn t confirm how much driving experience I had. This wouldn t be ideal to find out on the spot as we did, so just a heads up. :)

Olivauto was a great company. The car was larger and more luxurious than we were expecting for an economy car. Pick up was easy- we were met us at the airport after calling us when our flight landed. Low price for good quality. City center location for drop off had very helpful and kind staff! Highly recommend Olivauto.

Olivauto is the only car rental company I use. It is rare to find a company like this! No hidden costs, no extra charges, just pay what they quote. My advice to simplify things: Take their simple insurance and get a V card for tolls. They have won my trust over the 8 times I have returned to them. Daniel was a very friendly and helpful team member who made my experience this time great. The other company I trusted up until recently was BeRent but they charged me to wash the car on return. I can t recommend Olivauto enough!

Très bonne expérience, jai failli me tourner vers dautres compagnies avec des prix divisés par 3 mais lorsque je voyais les commentaires, cela ma fait peur. Je recommande pas de caution en espèces comme écrit sur dautres commentaires mais bien en carte bancaire. Petit polo louée pour une semaine, nickel, tout sest bien déroulé sans encombres je recommande si je reviens par ici ;)

Jai longtemps recherché un loueur de voiture fiable sur Lisbonne et jai fini par louer une voiture chez Olivauto. Tout sest bien passé car javais prévu 2 cartes de crédit (et pas de débit). La première ne fonctionnant pas sur place jai utilisé la seconde. Pas de mauvaise surprise après la restitution de la voiture. Un employé nous a ramené bénévolement à laéroport. Bref je recommande !

The best experience! We seem to have very bad luck with the rental since a little stone broke our front glass and they towed our car. But fortunately we had the assurance and Olivauto were very kind and there was no problem with returning the car. They were understanding and professional. Very pleasant experience and would certainly rent again.

Amazing experience. We rented a class B car (VW Polo/Seat Ibiza). Cars are only 1 year old, clean and presentable. Amazing rent prices, better than Hertz, rentacar etc. And deposit is only 300 euros cash or they just put a hold on credit card. Would recommend.

Já fui cliente desta rent a car por vários anos mas depois de confirmar a minha reserva de várias carrinhas ligaram a cancelar porque outro cliente tinha pedido prorrogação da reserva para de de seguida dizer que eu tinha o hábito de cancelar o que é falso. Não é de confiança nem é maneira de trabalhar.

Initially worried about some reviews, everything went smooth. The only thing : if you dont have credit card they ask for 300 cash deposit (according to the employee it is a Portuguese law) Service and welcoming acceptable, less than Portuguése high standard of hospitality

I rented an older car on my first trip, but it was in good condition and clean. On my second trip I got a newer car, for two months, at good monthly rate. The car was excellent. The service from the team was very good and helpful. I would definitely recommend.

The vehicle itself was clean and operated smoothly. However, the woman in the office who assisted us during our pick up was the rudest person we encountered in the entire country of Portugal during our week long visit. Her rudeness is something that I will forever remember when recalling our vacation to Portugal. I ve never had an encounter with an employee of a business who seemed to be so obviously disgusted by my presence. Upon returning our vehicle, we were supposed to be dropped off at the airport. We were told to bring the vehicle back to the Olivauto office, and an employee would drive the vehicle to drop us off at the airport. When we arrived, there was not enough staff available to take us to the airport. We had to wait over an hour, and almost missed our flight. The drop off was very inefficiently coordinated.

1. The next day after returning the car they decided that I did not returned the fuel tank full (previously checked upon returning) and charged my credit card. Unresponsive to e-mails. 2. You have to return the car to their office, not airport, and wait for someone to be available to take you to airport.

This was our first time visiting Lisbon and Olivauto was everything we needed! The car was in lovely condition and reliably got us from Lisbon, to the Algarve, and all the way up to Porto! The price and paperwork were very reasonable and easy to do. Customer service was excellent! We had a minor issue with our vehicle. We called the office and was given quick and effective help to solve our troubles! On top of all this, Fernand was a great help to us on our final day. I was feeling under the weather and wasn t able to drive back to the airport after dropping off the car. He took us to the airport and helped filled up our tank, really saving us in a pinch! Couldn t recommend more, incredible experience, great service and honest people.

After a few good experiences- Didnt have the car I ordered. Had to go for a more expansive bigger car. They got the KM written wrong by 100 km and charge you 25(!) Euros for filling up 1 liter of fuel. Was good before, now will look for other options.

Sono stato servito direttamente dal proprietario (José) e il servizio è stato eccellente: chiarissimo, veloce e puntuale su ogni aspetto del servizio offerto (ho scelto il pacchetto tutto assicurato, che consiglio). La consegna della Polo blu, unauto praticamente nuova, è stata fatta col supporto di un altro dipendente dellufficio (molto disponibile anche lui) che mi ha aiutato a impostare il navigatore integrato per connetterlo in bluetooth col mio cellulare. Sono partito da Lisbona e ho girato tutto lAlgarve per poi tornare a Lisbona: ottima prestazione dellauto, comoda e con consumi bassi. Check-out rapido con addebito del pedaggio autostradale maturato (il resto, non ancora contabilizzato, sarà addebitato sulla carta di credito). Necomunicarea exacta a datelor contractuale. ...pt ca in final sa fii obligat sa platesti cat mai multi bani. Personalul masculin destul de agresiv( in special dl. cel mai in varsta), fara amabilitate fata de clienti, atitudine respingatoare .Cu alte cuvinte am avut o experienta neplacuta cu firma Olivato.

Rude staff and had a bad experience when returning the car. No apologize for the confusion created by the other employee, no nothing. Just straight forward treating us as if we were dumb. I would not recommend.

The overall experience with this company would be good as the two out of three employees I was dealing with were professional and courteous, and the car itself was new and in good condition. This being said, there was a misunderstanding with the timing of the car return, for which I take full responsibility. Due to this misunderstanding I was charged for another day of rental, but once again, the company was formally in its right to charge the amount. As Oliveauto doesn t have an office at the airport, I was given a lift by the company s employee. She was holding her cell phone on her lap during the ride and was checking it all the time. I politely asked her to stop using the cellphone, and she basically laughed in my face, which was quite shocking to me. Nonetheless, she stopped using the cellphone, but couldn t help herself and sarcastically asked if the ride was safe enough when we arrived at the airport. I hope the appropriate measures will be taken by the company to correct the situation as such unprofessional and dangerous behaviour poorly reflects on the whole team.

Jedes Mal wieder. 10 von 10. Hatten eine super Betreuung. Auto war auch super. Ohne Kreditkarte nur mit Deposit. Hatten schon die Befürchtung es war zu gut und sie werden uns Geld danach, wie zu billige Unternehmen, abziehen. Gar nicht alles super sind durch und durch happy.

Auto und Preis sehr gut. Allerdings ist der Service nicht gut. Abgabe war am Flughafen gebucht. Eine Stunde vorher wurden wir angerufen, dass wir das Auto in Lissabon Stadt abgeben müssen und dann zum Flughafen gebracht werden.....der Mitarbeiter im Büro war sehr unfreundlich. Letztendlich mussten wir dann einem Mitarbeiter bis zum Flughafen mit unserem Mietauto hinterherfahren. Alles sehr kompliziert, so nicht geplant und unglaublich zeitaufwendig. Wir waren gerade noch rechtzeitig am Flughafen . Ich kann die Autovermietung nicht weiter empfehlen.

Expérience parfaite, c est assez rare pour être souligné avec une agence de location de voitures. Réservation en ligne quelques mois en avance, 250 pour 5 jours avec assurance pour une citadine, kilométrage illimité (le moins cher que j ai trouvé) Arrivés sur place, nous avons été surclassé, un petit suv au lieu de la citadine, sans coût supplémentaire. Carte de débit accepté, il faut juste accepter de prendre l assurance (quelques euros par jour) et de laisser 300 en espèce, que nous récupérons en rendant le véhicule. Personnel sympathique, bonne voiture, très content

My wife and I just returned our 6 day VW rental car and couldn t be more impressed with the quality of service (thanks Fernando), the quality of car (virtually brand new), and the value for money. So glad we found Olivauto and avoided the big commercial companies. Such an easy, pleasant, and enjoyable experience. I wish all rental companies were like this.

Ottima esperienza, autonoleggio con prezzi davvero vantaggiosi. Purtroppo Airportugal allarrivo ha fatto un clamoroso ritardo e quindi ci hanno dato appuntamento la domenica mattina 3 settembre . Siamo arrivati nel loro ufficio e il check-in lo abbiamo fatto con Daniel, un bravissimo ragazzo molto gentile si è scusato mille volte che non riusciva a parlare bene inglese ma lo parlava molto meglio di noi. Ci ha spiegato tutto molto chiaramente. La società di autonoleggio mette a disposizione anche il dispositivo etoll via verde per pagare i pedaggi ( il costo del dispositivo era di circa 13 per 7 giorni). Lauto ci è costata 277 per 7 giorni ed è stato un affare. Abbiamo chiesto un auto di categoria A e ci hanno dato una VW Up. Molto comoda efficiente consumi benzina ridotti (20km/ltr) e ideale anche per spostarsi nel centro di Lisbona che è molto trafficato. Abbiamo percorso 1850km spostandoci fino a Lagos e abbiamo visitato anche Fatima. Non abbiamo mai avuto problemi. Visto che non avevamo la carta di credito ci hanno fatto noleggiare lauto acquistando una copertura assicurativa che si chiama super collision damage waver al prezzo di 8 al giorno e abbiamo lasciato un deposito cauzionale di 300 in contanti che ci è stato prontamente restituito al check-out. È stata una fortuna trovare questo autonoleggio perchè gli altri o non avevano vetture disponibili oppure volevano obbligatoriamente la carta di credito. Al check out Daniel ci ha riaccompagnato allaeroporto e ci ha raccontato un po della sua vita. È stato davvero un piacere conoscerlo. In fase di check out abbiamo pagato i pedaggi addebitati sul dispositivo anche se alcuni vengono poi registrati dopo 2 settimane dalla riconsegna della vettura e quindi vi verranno addebitati successivamente. Se avete intenzione di spostarvi molto con lauto vi conviene prendere il dispositivo perchè è comodissimo altrimenti è davvero complicato pagare le autostrade in Portogallo senza il viaverde.

Onde a eficiência é a verdadeira essência.

We had a relatively good experience with this car rental company for a 5-day rental and received a VW Cross (bigger car than we had reserved for but it was okay). The car was clean but the service was incredibly slow, which was fine. We returned the car, the contract was already charged, the tolls (which we agreed to pay in the contract) were paid afterwards and the tank of gas was filled up to full (8/8 bars). The lady mentions that they need to take the car to clean and its not likely at FULL, if the full bar drops to 7/8, they will charge the amount to fill 1/8 of the tank (which makes no sense because Im no longer using the car at this point and how do you know how full the actual gas tank was when it showed full when I received it - absolute subjectivity). Fine, then I get a $47 (32 EUROS) charge 16 days after I return home without any communication, receipt, invoice or reason. I already disagree with their random arbitrary charging back of customers for their own use of the car but there is no way 1/8 tank costs 32 Euros even at a ridiculous car rental agency price. I will dispute as fraud with my credit card - renters beware because seems like the reviews did suggest this happens often.

Guys who want to spend good time in all Portugal, personally recommend this car rent company. I got almost new VW Up. Nice car, comfortable driving and after 1600 km eats small amount of gasoline. No deposit needed. Price is about 30 per day. Recommend avoid toll roads on google app and try to ride through old towns of Portugal. I was very glad. Thx

Bellissima esperienza fino al riporto della macchina dove si aggiungono altri costi. Abbiamo preso questa macchina utilitaria per due giorni il ragazzo ci ha fatto credere che avremmo pagato soltanto due giorni 43 più da fare il pieno alla macchina. La macchina era dotata anche di telepass. La fregatura arriva dove il telepass è scaduto e non è attivo e non siamo stati informati di ciò. Al Al rientro il signore ci dice che dobbiamo pagare anche il secondo giorno. Avendogli spiegato che il ragazzo il giorno prima ci ha detto che I due giorni erano già pagati con i 43 hai insistito a chiederci altri soldi e trattenerli dalla caparra. Gentili ma controllate sempre ciò che pagate. Peccato che tutti a Lisbona cercano di fregare chi la visita . Massima indignazione per la mancata spiegazione !!! Perché il collega ci ha detto che il pagamento era effettuato per DUE GIORNI !!! LEGGETE ATTENTAMENTE CIÒ CHE PAGATE PERCHÉ CON LE PAROLE VI FREGANO !

Getting the car was smooth. You can pay by debit card and that s a plus. The experience was completely ruined by the rudest employee you can imagine. The woman working there is rude, lacks basic customer service skills and even low key tried to charge us for things that were only in her head. She wanted to charge us extra because we had dogs in the car saying that this classified as bad usage . When asked where in the contract I could find this rule she just said it s just not normal usage . On top of that - with the rudest tone - she even tried to say the tank wasn t full when it CLEARLY was. Okay, sure, if you want to steal money just say it. Her attitude is just not right and her manners are bad. The other guy working there had to be involved and he was nice and reasonable. If you rent a car there make you sure you don t deal with the female employee.

We rented with Olivauto twice during our holiday and it was a really reliable, smooth process. They were nice to us and didnt try to charge us anything that wasnt in the contract upon return (referring to people that said this in the comment, we can not relate, everything was honest and upfront). We would come here again.

They will make you loose your time! The quality of the communication by email is very low (if not inexistant). To my inquiry, they just ask me to book online. So I went online, I put my dates, I chose a category, I gave all my infos... just to receive after this answer : We are sorry but we don t have car available. Maybe there time are not valuable, but mine is. They need to make a choice : investing in a better website (where only the categories available are showed), or be more efficient by email.

I was advised that this year there is a shortage of vehicles to rent (probably because more people are traveling) so I decided to call this company first to see if they had any vehicles to rent, either automatic or manual, and I provided them with our travel dates. We went over all the questions I had (insurance and prices) and not once did he mention that there may be a possibility of NOT having a vehicle to rent. The guy then directed me to their website to book the vehicle. I book the vehicle and provided them once again the information only to receive an email from José Braga saying we are sorry but we dont have car available. I replied back saying that they should have at least mentioned it over the phone that they would NOT have any vehicles for the dates I had mentioned. They should also have it on their website which vehicles are available. I have not received a reply back. Very poor customer service.

First of all, there was supposed to be no deposit, they demanded a deposit by which I could not return the car at the airport and I had to come to the companys headquarters to pick up the deposit. The deposit was not returned to me at the headquarters but the employee kept it with him. During the drive to the airport, the employee said that the tank was not 100% full, even though the odometer was the same as the one I received at the very beginning. Just before the airport, the driver stopped at BP and refilled the tank, which made me pay for the trip to the airport. Thirdly, at the time of rental I received a car dirty, swabbed with a quick dirty rag and bruised. The company is looking for extra profit at the expense of customers. I do not recommend, I have never encountered such service and I travel a lot. Think twice before using the services of this rental company.

I could not have had a better car rental experience. I have been renting all over the world and this definitely was the best. 1. We arrived at Lisbon airport and the (super friendly) guy was waiting for us in the arrival hall. 2. The car was parked in parking 2 which is only a few meters walking 3. The car was not brand new (75000km) and had quite some damages, but I actually prefer this over a brand new car that can get easily scratched etc. The car itself drove super nice and worked as should the entire trip. 4. When driving back to lisbon airport, we parked in the same parking 2, and the same guy was there to collect the keys etc. All in all such a smooth and perfect experience. No need to get on a bus to go to a separate office, no waiting in a line!!! Some remarks for improvement: - if you make a booking with them on their website, the reservation is not instantly confirmed. This could be more clear and the company should do a proper follow up before arrival date. I only found out a day before that my reservation was still pending. - the baby seat we got was quite worn out and dirty. - the excess insurance of 10 eur a day is not that expensive, but too much for a car that is already a bit older (scratches all over). I will definitely recommend this car rental company to anyone visiting Portugal.

Great service, car was in good condition and clean. If you plan on doing a lot of traveling, make sure to take the SCDW insurance for peace of mind and the Via Verde Toll Device so you dont have to stop at tolls.

I rented from here a couple of times. It usually went well but then I was surprised by a fine from CTT. They didn t mention that I had to pay at the post office for tolls - I didn t receive any papers or numbers whatsoever to go to CTT and pay for whatever tolls were used - and this is different to the tolls I paid for on the way! This was toll tax and I had to pay a 300 fine. When talking with them, they were very rude and disrespectful and told me I should read the laws of a country before renting - which is absolutely ridiculous.

Ok prices. Rented a Ford Transit and when I went to pick it up it was in a deplorable state. Scratched and dentes all over, on side panel was cracked and missing a part, back fender was coming off on one side. At a certain part of my trip the onboard computer also indicated that disk brakes were spent, and the gear shift pedal squeaked like a dying mouse. Hands down the worst renting experience I ever had. If I didnt have immediate and unpostponable compromises I certainly wouldnt have taken it. Not using their services again!

Abbiamo noleggiato una macchina per 10 giorni. La macchina era in buone condizioni, nuova e quella che ci aspettavamo. Alla consegna però ci è stato chiesto oltre al prezzo che veniva indicato nella mail di conferma un extra di 9 al Giorno di assicurazione + 300 euro di cauzione da dare esclusivamente in contanti. Questo può comportare problemi se uno si aspetta che il prezzo sia esattamente quello della ricevuta. Alla riconsegna la ragazza che è venuta a ritirare la macchina è stata molto puntigliosa, continuando a insinuare che gli interni della macchina fossero rotti, semplicemente erano stati smontati e con impazienza se non li avessimo sistemati noi probabilmente non ci avrebbero ridato i soldi. In più voleva farci pagare anche un extra perché la macchina era sporca , quando l unica cosa era un po di sabbia. fortunatamente ha chiamato l ufficio e non ci hanno addebitato altro per un po di sabbia e ci hanno ridato i soldi. Tutto sommato ok, ma sicuramente il personale potrebbe avere dei modi più gentili.

Everything went great. Ive rented a car for 10 days and there were no issues whatsoever. The car had around 70k km on it and It had a lot of bents and scratches, but functioned as it should. Just make sure to take a lot of photos of the car. Ive got my deposit back without any issues Recommend 100%

Really recommend to take lots of detailed pictures prior to rental. Just been charged an arbitrary EUR 180 for a minor scratch that was already there on the 43000 km vehicle. Feel like I am not the only one being scammed.

typical car rental scam, i was surprised because i had read the good reviews. when i arrived at the office with a confirmed booking, after waiting for some time to prepare the contract, they suddenly tell me that i can either buy insurance or leave a 1600 deposit. and even with the insurance you still have to leave 300 deposit in cash, and they dont accept debit cards for this. none of this was mentioned during the booking process. i left without a car having wasted time.

I dont own credit card (use only debit) so I had to insert cash deposit of 300eur but thats probably same for other rentals. Overall we were happy with this rental.

We had a very good experience with Olivauto. We booked some weeks in advance : good price compared to the other car rentals, even with SDWC. (We also recommend to take the toll device which is very useful). The car was in excellent condition, no bad surprises. Extrême professionnalisme, tarifs imbattables, véhicule propre et récent, assurance tous-risques pas chère (et indispensable), pas darnaque sur le télépéage des autoroutes (en fait obligatoire), pas de mauvaise surprise à la restitution de la voiture. Et les cartes de paiement à la française sont acceptées si on paie le dépôt de garantie (300 euros) en liquide contre reçu. Enfin le patron est francophone. Nous recommandons chaleureusement.

Los precios son mejores que con otras rent a cars. Dan opción de por 1,5 /día contar con el aparatito para peajes. Y por 7 /día todo riesgo (excepto el interior y neumáticos). Pero, yo seleccioné retorno en el aeropuerto de Lisboa a las 9:00. La opción que te dan es llevar el coche a la oficina y que ellos te acerquen. Cuando llegué no estaban pendiente de ello, y salimos hacia el aeropuerto pasadas las 9:30, encontrando atasco al llegar al aeropuerto y haciendo que tuviese que correr por el aeropuerto para no perder el vuelo. ¡Innecesario comenzar un viaje estresada! Deberían tomarse estas cosas con más seriedad y responsabilidad. Si la clienta marca una hora, por algo será.

MAKE YOURSELF A SERVICE AND AVOID THIS COMPANY! Upon return of the car at the end of the rental agreement they duly checked the car including the fuel gauge and they confirmed it was full. After this moment, they unlawfully charged my credit card with EUR 10, with no prior notice whatsoever. They only sent me a text message afterward saying that they drove the car for less than 1 km and the car went from full to less a strike . They did not even send me a picture of the fuel tank with less a strike. I am now sending a complaint to ASAE, hope they will take the legal measures.

Lagence fermait à 18h, une personne âgé à mobilité réduite nous accompagnait et ils ont eu la gentillesse de nous apporter le véhicule au parking de l aéroport. Pour le retour, idem, nous avons restitué le véhicule au même endroit. Le jeune homme a été dune extrême gentillesse à laller comme au retour. Jai pris le rachat de franchise totale et nest pas eu de surprise. Au préalable javais regardé les commentaires des agences autour de laéroport et cela ma refroidi au vu du nombre très important de commentaires négatifs. Donc un grand merci pour le professionnalisme et la disponibilité du personnel de cette agence.

Fraud Company. They told us that every damage is covered by the insurance. Then on returnal they claim that we allegedly broke something in the inside (a cover for baggage) and that it is exluded from insurance. Cant show us the part in the contact where it is excluded though.

Auto war in Ordnung. Wir kamen an, telefonierten mit einer Frau sie sagte in 2 Minuten ist sie hier. 40 Minuten gewartet, bis wir sie dann über Olivauto erreicht haben. Ausgemacht war um 18Uhr Auto Rückgabe am selben Platz, doch sie kam wieder sehr verspätet also wenn man einen Flug danach hätte würde man den verpassen. Freundlich ist auch was anderes.

Avec tous les avis négatifs que jai pu lire sur les différents loueur auto à Lisbonne, je peux dire que jai fais un très bon choix en prenant Olivauto. Pas de surprise, le prix correspond à celui lors de la réservation. Pas de pression pour la prise dassurance. Si vous ne prennez pas lassurance, la caution est de 800 er ce montant NEST PAS RETENUE sur votre compte TOP. Nous avons eu une voiture neuve, donc top. Et en plus la voiture vous est apporté à laéroport. Donc je recommande tout à fait Olivauto.

Very easy to make reservation online. After that quick car pickup at their office near metro Roma. Car was in good shape and its turnover took literaly 1minute. Fair price for good service :)

GENIALE ! Jaurais bien mis 6 ou 7 étoiles si javais pu ! Agence au top qui traite ses clients comme toute entreprise devrait le faire. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés ! Ils nont pas dagence à laéroport mais vous proposent de vous amener la voiture sur place et vous y raccompagnent même au retour !! Le tout sans frais supplémentaire :) Pour finir, le prix indiqué est véritablement celui que vous allez payer, pas de facturation surprise. Merci encore à eux

Excelente atendimento, muito satisfeito com a viatura que aluguei, a minha experiencia foi muito positiva. Localizado bem próximo do aeroporto da Portela, recomendo a todos que queiram alugar um carro, com um excelente serviço e sem surpresas desagradáveis como acontece infelizmente em grande parte dos rent-a-car de grande nome. Friendly and professional local rental agency, nice car and no credit card needed (deposit). Better than the big organisations, go for it.

Aucun soucis. Cétait notre première location et nous avons trouvé le personnel très pro. Nous avions prévu un véhicule de catégorie B, mais le véhicule nétant pas revenu à temps, lagence nous a loué une catégorie C sans surcoût.

Notre location sest passée sans problème. Pas de pression pour prendre lassurance optionnelle. Prise en charge rapide, personnel professionnel.

Em Maio passado aluguei pela primeira vez uma viatura a este operador. Correu tudo muito bem.recomendo. Para a minha próxima deslocação em Setembro já tenho reserva.

Ao alugarmos um carro na Olivauto, além de nos darem um carro sem combustível, não nos foi informado o procedimento correto ao entrar numa auto estrada, assim por não pegarmos o ticket recebemos uma multa de 50 euros. Nos foi dito pela operadora que a Olivauto deveria nos devolver o dinheiro e fazer um recurso para receber de volta esse valor por sermos estrangeiros e desconhecermos as regras porém não o fizeram. Quanto ao combustível também não nos devolveram o que ficou a mais no tanque, dava para rodar uns 100 Km.

Excelente agencia de alquiler. Buenos coches, muy buen precio y magnífico servicio. La próxima vez que vaya a Lisboa volveré a alquilar coche con ellos sin ninguna duda.
