Unkompliziert, freundlich, preiswert - kann die positiven Rezensionen nur unterstreichen. Hatten das Auto für 1 Woche und sowohl Übernahme als auch Rückgabe waren problemlos. Wer in Lissabon ein Mietauto mieten möchte sollte einen Bogen um die großen Anbieter machen. Waren jedenfalls sehr zufrieden!

Super expérience. Contact facile, la réservation se fait par e-mail. La voiture était propre, je l ai prise à l agence avec retour à l aéroport, c était très pratique. Paiement en espèces donc pas de problème avec la carte de crédit ou débit (c est un problème avec les autres loueurs). On peut même prendre le péage automatique du sud du Portugal et payer le responsable au moment de la restitution du vehicule. Tout était parfait !

Reliable and honest business. Deposit only 70 Eur, which was recovered without any problem. Everything is stress free and pleasant. Nuno explained everything about toll fees. The car was new and the price was fair. Dont get tempted by cheaper agencies offering better deals, they will scam you with hidden fees (trust me, I know).

Al nostro arrivo il proprietario ci ha aspettato all aeroporto e ci ha consegnato velocemente la macchina. La macchina era nuovissima e nel prezzo c era incluso il secondo guidatore. Ci è stato chiesto di lasciare un deposito di soldi minimo come garanzia che, al nostro rientro ci è stato riconsegnato per intero. DODGY BEWARE. Charged me for a damage that did not exist. When I returned the car the salesperson told me there was a scratch under the bumper bar, I thought he was jokinh as I couldnt see it and asked for his manager to come and confirm there was actually a damage. The manager could not even find the scratch but they insisted and charged me 240 eur. The manager admitted to me that because the rental charges are low they make there money from damages and are encouraged to find anything they can to charge for. I have my own insurance so it wont cost me anything but it is just not right and they are ripping customers off daily. AVOID Berent Lisbon and use the large reputable companies.

Nuno (owner) is punctual, easy to communicate and positive person. Local rent-a-car, which makes it much more convenient to deal with oaoer work and flexibility. No need leave 600-2100 deposit to the other companies, no need to take bus from airport to their location, no need to wait in line to pickup the car... I get off airplane and I was driving out from airport, as I owned a car in Lisbon myself. The owner was waiting with name tag. Car was in great condition, less than 10.000 km and very clean. The price at first seemed a bit higher than the big companies, but I think its more than fair with an full CDW insurance, easy pick-up/dropoff, no deposit. When I come back to Lisbon, he will be my first choice, keep up the good work!

Straconsigliato!!! Il servizio e lauto sono stati impeccabili. Nuno è stato disponibilissimo, ci ha portato lauto fino al nostro hotel e ci ha consentito di restituirla direttamente allaeroporto. Massima serietà e correttezza. Anche se il prezzo del noleggio è stato un po più alto di altri preventivi che avevamo visto in rete, ne è valsa comunque la pena, anche per la possibilità di pagare in contanti o carta di debito, senza dover necessariamente consegnare gli estremi di una carta di credito a cauzione.

I have visited Lisbon and wanted to rent a car so I can drive around Portugal. We rented a car for 4 days and were very satisfied from the beginning. Wonderful services - we had to pick up the car 4am and there was no problem - Nano was great, polite and easy-going. Communication is straight forward and clear. Instructions were clear. We recommend this car rental and will use again.

All the positive reviews convinced me to rent here, and i highly recommend renting from here. The rental was inexpensive and you don t have to deal with pressure from corporate car rentals to get their additional overpriced insurance as everything was included in the price. My correspondence with Nuno (the owner) when booking through email was excellent, and he always responded within a day. He was very accommodating with car pick up and drop off. He also was kind to drop us off at our hotel in Lisbon on our final day. When picking up the car he explained how the tolls worked. Location was great as it was close to the metro. The car was perfect for our needs. It was clean and he pointed out all the minor damages to us when we picked up the car. We also did not have any issues with the car during our trip. We had a great experience renting a car, owner of the company is very friendly and flexible. The collection and delivery of the vehicle went without any problems. The car was newer and well maintained. Despite the fact that he has an office in Lisbon, we were able to leave the vehicle at the airport, which is a great option. Full insurance is included in the price of the car, we paid only a small deposit when we picked the car, which we got back in the end. The car rent experience with Nuno (Rent a car Lisbon - Happy Deals) was amazing. We pick up the car in Praca Afranio Peixoto and we easily drop it at the airport. In addition, Nuno was so kind to give us a lift to the correct Terminal. The price was very competitive considering that we had additional driver, 2 baby seats, unlimited mileage, car insurance and 24 hours road assistance. I rented a Renault Clio (manual) for 10 days and I m very happy with my experience. I requested a reservation through the website several months in advance and was contacted by Nuno within 24 hours to confirm my information. He sent a quote with transparent pricing and it was a comparatively good deal. Nuno also provided clear directions about picking-up and returning the car. My flight to Portugal was delayed and it was easy contacting him to let him know that I ll be arriving a day later. Saw the great reviews and was not disappointed, quick and helpful communications from Nuno after we booked the car online a few months before our trip. Ottima compagnia di noleggio, prezzi economici e soprattutto molto semplice ed onesta; nessun obbligo di pagamento con carta di credito, altissime caparre bloccate sul conto, lavaggi auto, controllo carrozzeria a raggi X e menate varie, come purtroppo TUTTE le compagnie più blasonate. La nostra auto era comodissima e in perfette condizioni, abbiamo macinato sui 1000 km. senza alcun problema. Il titolare Nuno è una persona gentilissima e disponibile, veloce e molto chiara nella spiegazione dei percorsi stradali con relativi pagamenti. Consiglio al 100%!!!

Sicuramente la migliore soluzione per noleggiare un auto a Lisbona. Piccola società, con prezzi onesti e servizio perfetto. Abbiamo ritirato l auto presso la sede concordata ed al ritorno il proprietario ci atteso in aeroporto per la restituzione, quindi procedura rapidissima senza perdite di tempo. Noi avevamo una C3 praticamente nuova e dotata anche di car play (comodissimo per l uso del navigatore in vacanza). Proprietario disponibile a dare ogni info necessaria. Se dovessi tornare in Portogallo la mia scelta ricadrebbe sicuramente su di lui.

Noleggio auto a Lisobna consigliatissimo! Oltre a non richiedere necessariamente la carta di credito per la prenotazione (si può effettuare anche il pagamento in contanti con un onestissima caparra di 70 ) il propietario Nuno è davvero una persona molto affidabile. Al momento del ritiro auto ci ha spiegato come funzionano le autostrade portoghesi: quali hanno i caselli allentrata e quali invece hanno le fotocellule e richiedono il pagamento in un secondo momento. In questo caso si è offerto di pagare lui e poi di dargli i soldi al momento della consegna dellauto. Noi personalmente abbiamo ritirato lauto in agenzia a Lisbona e poi labbiamo resa in aeroporto, dove non cè la filiale ma il proprietario viene appositamente. A noi è stata consegnata una Renault Clio con qualche chilometro sulle spalle e qualche graffietto (prontamente segnalato dal propietario che ci ha permesso di fare anche le foto senza nessun problema) ma ancora perfettamente funzionante. Se dovessi tornare a Lisbona non ci penserei due volte a rivolgermi nuovamente qui per noleggiare lauto.

Mi ha aspettato fuori dall uscita passeggeri con il mio nome, al garage piu vicino mi aspettava l auto che in 10 minuti ho ritirato. Tutto questo senza aver bisogno di una carta di credito, il prezzo è leggermente più alto ma la franchigia è 0 e la qualità del servizio non ha pari. Nessun costo nascosto, paghi e stai sereno per tutta la vacanza. Auto pulita e senza problemi, anche la consegna semplice e rapida.

It was a wonderful experience. Nuno was waiting for us at the airport, after ten minutes (signing the contract + paying for the car - you can pay by card) we were ready to go. The car was just like we wanted - a wagon. Very clean, running like a dream. We drove around Portugal for few days, and then got back to Lisbon. The day we arrived Nuno picked up the car from our hotel, so it was very convenient. We got our deposit back - no questions asked. We chose this rent a car because of the reviews, and we are so happy we did. No problems, everything was easy and fast. Best option you can find in Lisbon, in terms of money and communication. Traveling with a kid under 2 can be difficult, but Nuno made our renting experience perfect. Assolutamente da consigliare. Senza carta di credito. Lauto ci è stata consegnata dal gentile signor Nuno in aeroporto che ha spiegato anche come muoverci in Portogallo. In quel momento abbiamo pagato in contanti un prezzo competitivo rispetto alle varie compagnie on line. Il signor Nuno ha trattenuto solo 70 euro per eventuali problemi prontamente restituiti allatto della velocissima riconsegna dellauto. Dai 70 euro sono stati decurtati circa 10 euro per il pagamento dellautostrada con lettura elettronica della targa (ci ha fatto visionare lapp per il riscontro). La ViaVerde con lui non serve. Lauto era una Clio 4 porte non nuovissima ma pulita ed efficiente. Tutto trasparente contratto e fattura alla fine. Affidatevi al signor Nuno senza pensieri.

Noleggio perfetto! Il signor Nuno è Serissimo e corretto. Ci hanno cancellato il volo del ritorno quindi gentilmente ci ha scontato un giorno dal totale e non ci ha neanche fatto pagare l autostrada dell Algarve che non si paga ai caselli ma con addebito su conto. Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti, visto che non c è neanche obbligo di carta di credito, ma solo un deposito iniziale di 100 euro che vengono ridati subito alla riconsegna dell auto.

Me pergunto como estes clientes que aqui avaliaram conseguiram realizar o aluguer pois a mim não atendem o número telefonico descrito, nem respondem a e-mails e os formulários do site até o momento ignorados. Our flight was delayed by almost three hours and we decided it would be easier to pick up the car next day. Nuno was super flexible and forthcoming and even offered to reduce the rental price by one night. The car was great, pickup and return at the airport was quick and hassle free, no transfer or wait time required. The price was very fair, too.

I want to share my experience with Happy Deals who helped us with a car during our honeymoon in Portugal: - a few months before I send them an email and they quickly responded with an offer - we received a Diesel Citroen C3 (2017) with AC, Android auto -> perfect for our trip as we did a lot of kilometers - for two weeks, we paid in cash 450 + 150 euros deposit which we got back at the end. Furthermore, after we made the reservation, Wizz Air changed the departure day from Thursday to Saturday and Nuno was nice and kept the same price - Nuno expected us at the airport with the car and we dropped it off in the same location Everything was perfect!!!

As I read all the good reviews, I decided also to book our car at Nuno s Car Rental. It was easily reserved by writing a simple email, without leaving credit card details before. The day we rent the car, we met Nuno at the office and we payed 200,00 + 50,00 for 5 days, which he gaves us back once we returned the car. Nuno was very professional, nice and really helpful! Ottimo servizio, un signore vi aspetterà agli arrivi e vi accompagnerà al parcheggio interno dellaeroporto dove troverete lauto noleggiata. A noi è capitata una C3 nuova, in ottime condizioni. Pagamento in contanti direttamente allarrivo, con caparra di 50 restituita alla riconsegna dellauto che è avvenuta sempre in aeroporto. Lo consiglio assolutamente.

Super Erfahrung hier gemacht. Lief alles reibungslos. Das Beste ist, dass man keine Kaution hinterlegen muss. Lediglich 50 Selbstbeteiligung die man dann aber wieder bekommt sofern man keinen Schaden verursacht hat. Preis Leistung ist optimal. Ich würde jederzeit wieder ein Auto dort mieten!

Excellent service, Nuno was waiting for us at the arrivals and walked us to the internal parking of the airport where he handed over the rented car. We have had a Renault Clio Estate in excellent condition. Cash payment directly at hand over, with a deposit of 40 returned upon return of the car which also took place at the airport parking at departure. After return of the car he drove us to departure for curbside drop off. The price was great and I really liked the option of paying by cash, nowadays all the other rental car agencies require always credit cards and often cheat on you. I absolutely recommend this agency to everybody who wants to rent a car in Portugal, it is a good, affordable and honest service for travelers ! Felt like we had a local friend :-)

Senza carta di credito prezzo dellauto più economico e con 150 euro di cauzione ritiro e consegna direttamente in aereoporto da parte di Nuno Posseidonio che fornisce tutte le indicazioni necessarie. Servizio rapido , economico , efficiente , chiaro ed impeccabile che consiglio vivamente a tutti. Inoltre in 10 giorni di percorrenza sulle strade portoghesi ho potuto constatare la correttezza ed il rispetto delle regole di circolazione da parte di tutti. Ottimo per una guida serena .

9 giorni meravigliosi con una c3 diesel nuovissima e consumi bassissimi.con 130 euro di gasolio ho percorso 2100km.il titolare è una persona onestissima e al ritorno ci ha accompagnati anche alla partenza visto che era distante.senza carta di credito,auto pulitissima.lo consiglio vivamente

Consigliatissimo, persona affidabilissima , precisa, ci è venuto a prendere in aeroporto e ci ha accompagnati al terminal 2 di sua spontanea volontà. Ci ha restituito la cauzione , portandoci gli scontrini esatti dellautostrada che noi avevamo preso e che sono stati addebitati allagenzia, restituendoci fino allultimo centesimo. Non ha guardato la macchina al ritiro, nemmeno per controllare graffi o cose simili (che per fortuna non ci sono stati) , simpatico, disponibile, prezzo onesto per una Fiat Punto diesel che ha consumato 80 di gasolio in 10 giorni , circa 1900km! Ci ha perfino stampato una mappa con le autostrade verdi e rosse, spiegaandoci come funzionava... parla inglese, veramente se ci fossero state 10 stelle gliele avrei date tutte!

Il titolare è un uomo serio e corretto. Amichevole, preciso e disponibile. Ho noleggiato unauto pagando il giusto. Altamente consigliato, sicuramente un punto di riferimento per onestà e professionalità. Grazie mr Nuno

Al ritorno ci ha presentato correttissimo nel mostrarci tutti i costi autostradali da lui anticipati e si è fidato senza neppure visionare lauto che riconsegnavamo. Consigliatissimo!!

A truly efficient service. The owner Nuno is kind, professional and always on time. It was the first time I had to drive in a foreign country and he gave me all the information I need to travel on Portuguese roads and highways. He gave us a good, clean and quite new car (Renault Clio). Très déçu du service. A la prise en charge de notre voiture, pas de fiche technique du véhicule avec les impacts déjà existants ( nombreux sur la carrosserie) donc, au retour, on nous signale un soit disant minuscule impact sur le pare-brise, en fait cest à peine une griffure quon ne voit même pas sur la photo et maintenant, on doit payé 400 euros pour faire changer le pare-brise. Cest purement une arnaque. Alors attention à bien tout vérifier .

Simplesmente maravilhoso, indicamos a todos, simples, eficiente, correto e atencioso. Sempre que estivermos em Lisboa, será nossa opção. Nos atendeu em minutos, explicou tudo, deixamos a calção, recolhemos a viatura. Na devolução, não se preocupou com pequenos detalhes (sujeira nos carpetes), recebeu o carro e devolveu o calção. Ainda nos emprestou a cadeirinha de bebe. Amamos, pratico e correto. Contrato legal e documentação ok. Super indicado. Obrigada Nuno!

Abbiamo affittato per 5 giorni unauto mettendoci daccordo via e-mail e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Nuno Posseidonio, il titolare dellautonoleggio è stato gentilissimo e preciso in ogni dettaglio. Ci ha assegnato una citroen C3 praticamente nuova (12.000 km), pulita e con tutti i comfort. Il pagamento, a differenza di tutte le altre compagnie, è stato possibile senza lutilizzo della carta di credito con un deposito di 150 euro che ci è stato interamente restituito senza alcun problema. Inoltre in alcune zone del Portogallo i caselli sono automatici con telecamera (senza casello per intenderci) e per tale motivo si è offerto di pagare in posta il saldo al posto nostro. Consigliatissimo.

Siamo appena tornati dopo 11 giorni in Portogallo, affittando lauto da Lusoguer. Niente carta di credito, prezzi inferiori a tanti altri, seggiolino auto compreso (contro gli 80 euro di molti altri); il rappresentante o titolare o quel che è (Nuno) venuto a prenderci alluscita dallaeroporto, con i documenti pronti, non ha fatto il furbo in alcun modo e al rientro, previo coordinamento via WhatsApp, è venuto a riprendersi la macchina dove e quando ci faceva comodo. Versati 150 euro extra di cauzione su eventuali danni, non ha neanche accennato a volerne trattenere una parte, nel senso che ce li ha ridati ancor prima di guardare lauto. Si è dimostrato molto disponibile quanto alle autostrade a pedaggio automatizzato, cioè mi ha chiesto le cifre già note mentre per quelle relative agli ultimissimi giorni e non ancora addebitate a sistema, è stato daccordo con lidea che gli faccia poi un bonifico (ribadisco: non ha la mia carta di credito, per cui si tratta di pura e semplice fiducia e stretta di mano). 330 euro per 11 giorni, a chilometraggio illimitato, con tutte le varie assicurazioni incluse, ci è parso notevole. Insomma: fantastico! Auto (C3) in buone condizioni, pur con un chilometraggio superiore alla tipica auto da autonoleggio (105000 km circa). Lauto era pulitissima e, cosa per un genitore importante, seggiolino pure pulitissimo. Niente a che vedere con alcuni racconti dellorrore trovati qui e altrove relativamente agli affitta-auto in Portogallo.

Abbiamo noleggiato una macchina per una settimana lo scorso mese di luglio. Fiat Punto pulitissima e in ordine. Il titolare, persona disponibilissima, ci ha aspettato allaeroporto, ci ha consegnato la macchina e ci siamo accordati per il ritiro la settimana successiva presso il nostro hotel a Lisbona. Abbiamo pagato in contanti senza carta di credito. Decisamente consigliato.

La soluzione che fa per voi se volete girare il Portogallo in autonomia senza problemi. Nuno è stato gentilissimo nel fornire spiegazioni e nel venirci incontro in seguito ad un furto che abbiamo subito. Decisamente non potevo chiedere di meglio e a prezzi così convenienti.

Noleggio senza carta di credito. Abbiamo contatto lagenzia prima del viaggio, concordando modalità di noleggio. Comoda la posizione dellagenzia (raggiungibile in metro) per prendere lauto a Lisbona. Abbiamo potuto restituirla in aeroporto prima del volo di rientro. Il titolare è gentilissimo. Cauzione più che onesta ( nessun paragone rispetto le cifre smisurate dei soliti rent car).

Insieme alla mia famiglia (mia moglie e tre bambini) ho viaggiato per 9 giorni in portogallo percorrendo oltre 1000 km e mi sono trovato benissimo con questa compagnia di noleggio, seria, onesta e molto economica. Lauto, una Citroen C3, era in ottime condizioni e non mi ha dato nessun problema. Il proprietario, Nuno, ci ha consegnato la macchina direttamente presso lappartamento dove alloggiavamo a Lisbona, ed è stato puntualissimo e molto efficiente e gentile. I seggiolini per i bambini ce li ha forniti senza farci pagare alcun supplemento. il costo totale di 280 comprendeva (oltre alle assicurazioni base) anche il secondo conducente, assicurazione vetri, pneumatici, assistenza 24 h, pulizia finale e riconsegna allaeroporto di Lisbona (dove Nuno ci ha aspettato puntuale alle 7:30 di mattina come concordato). Non ci è stata richiesta alcuna carta di credito, solo un deposito di 150 che ci è stato subito riconsegnato senza problemi alla fine del noleggio. Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto e consiglio a tutti questa compagnia, che rispetto alle grandi compagnie (con cui ho avuto notevoli problemi in passato) mi ha piacevolmente stupito per affidabilità e precisione (anche nella fase pre-contrattuale).
