Is unfortunate this office is understaffed. If there are any problems it will be necessary to visit the office personally. Despite requesting an automatic transmission I was issued a manual transmission without any option to exchange. This was extremely dangerous. The reason for an automatic transmission request was because it is difficult enough to navigate Lisbon as a new person to the area without steering around double parked vehicles and worrying about lane changes on the busy highways. This rental agency is not recommended in any way.
Super bad service. The people are extremely rude and unfriendly. We wanted to return the car and they wanted even more money. The worker C. F. told us that we were not capable of understanding what we have to pay and that his colleague in Aveiro told us that- even though he was not there. But good thing he knows what they told us. Then he phoned them only to realize that they do not speak any English and told us nothing expect that everything is already paid. So good job judging us, when it was them who did not explain anything properly. We did get right but I cannot recommend them. The guy there was extremely rude, judged us directly that we were too stupid to understand what one told is in Aveiro only to realize that we were never told. He never apologized, he was just pissed. Absolutely horrible situation.
We waited for over half an hour for the shuttle just so that we could find out that we were not getting a car because a debit card didn’t seem to be a good enough payment for this company. I don’t understand why they couldn’t take a €1000 deposit for all I care. The worst thing was the guy’s hostile attitude. Zero compassion and zero chill. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone because of terrible customer support and “this is how we do it in Portugal” attitude.
We picked up a car in Lisbon airport for 8 days' rental and had specifically asked for satellite navigation, which was confirmed several times - and that we had paid for (@ 8.13 euros per day x 8 days). On pick up, the car did not have sat nav and there was no alternative car or a separate sat nav device available. I had to download the Waze app and use it on my mobile phone. The car had no phone holder and, incredibly, no usb plug to keep my phone charged. Not good, when you're driving the length of Portugal. We had only done about 2 km when we realised that the car had absolutely zero petrol in it. We managed to get to a petrol station just in time, with a fully red petrol gauge.
We rented a car in september. Everything was fine until we received a fine for not paying the highway in half a year later. And that's only because when they tried to deduct the amount from my card, they didn't succeed. They didn't contact me, they didn't try to solve the situation with a client first. They handed it straight over to someone who handles it for them, and the amount has increased because of that. Never again.
An all around unpleasant experience that left us feeling cheated and unsatisfied. - gave us a car with empty light on, told us to return it with 1/8 tank. Good luck getting that right and not giving them free fuel. Ended up losing money on that. What kind of rental place gives you a car and tells you literally “you need to fill this up immediately” -when declining insurance because I had my own, placed a 1100 Euro hold on my credit card. That’s about 3-5x what a company normally holds. -booked us a 530pm return weeks in advance but only told us at the time of picking up that their office closes at 12 noon. We had to return the car across town at the airport instead which added hours of extra commute and detracted from our vacation. The car was new and fine, no issues. But this is built on scams. The clerk felt bad and marked all the scratches very carefully because you can tell they charge everyone for even minor imperfections but never actually fix any of them.
There was no queue. The car we received ran well and was clean inside and out. The price was better than all of their competitors. The staff were exceptionally friendly - they offered tips, explained our options clearly, returned an item I'd left in the car and were always friendly and smiling. We were dropped off personally at the terminal when leaving. The best rental car experience I ever had!
Nice service and friendly staff however communication is difficult. We took over a car and he showed me two existing damages. However on the paperwork in Portuguese language only one damage was noted. We were granted an extra day at no additional cost but when returning the car nobody wanted to remember. I am willing to pay for damages I cause and services I receive but I do request that every party honestly adheres to agreements given, even orally. My fault to trust and not double check the paperwork. Lesson learnt.

Minha experiência começou quando fui à loja apenas tirar uma dúvida acerca do meu cartão de crédito, o Sr. Francisco me tirou todas as dúvidas possíveis e me deu seu número para que se eu precisasse ligasse para ele. De fato precisei tirar mais algumas dúvidas e ele mesmo estando em casa fora do seu horário de trabalho, me retorno a ligação e me tirou todas as dúvidas que tinha e finalizei minha reserva. Levantei o veículo na sexta-feira e devolvi hoje, é só tenho a elogiar o ótimo profissional que o Sr Francisco foi no atendimento, e com certeza logo retornarei para uma nova reserva, obrigado Sr Francisco pela paciência e atenção .
Desloquei-me à Drivalia em Benfica para saber preços do aluguer de uma carrinha comercial para uma mudança e devo dizer que fui muito bem atendido pelo Sr.Francisco Magalhães que pacientemente me deu várias opções consoante o espaço de carga que necessito e me explicou todos os passos necessários para que eu possa efetuar o respetivo aluguer. Vou comparar preços noutras companhias de aluguer mas pela simpatia e profissionalismo já conquistou as minhas 5 estrelas!

O responsável pelo balcão manteve uma postura amável e profissional no atendimento e esclarecimento das minhas dúvidas relativamente à quantia cobrada pela utilização da Via Verde (única fase do processo que a esta data falta fechar) No global satisfeito. Péssimo. Pela seguradora deram me um carro oposto ao meu mas mm assim aceitei o carro até reparar que estava na reserva! Tinha acabado de fazer um deposito de 100 euros que seria para o caso de entregar o carro com menos gasolina. Ora menos era impossível pq estava na reserva. Nunca em nenhuma reting me entregaram o carro na reserva. Quando questionei o empregado a resposta foi entregamos o carro da maneira como nos entregaram a nós. Nunca mais na vida!

Mooie locatie bij Lissabon Airport, lijkt op een showroom voor autos. Maar service kan stukken beter. Ik kreeg precies dezelfde auto als die ik had gereserveerd, dat was positief. Maar onderweg bleek dat de olie vervangen moest worden, 2 weken lang meldingen in het display. 1 of 2 banden bleken lek: we kregen na 1 week en daarna precies steeds 7 dagen later de melding dat de bandenspanning laag was. Ik kan me niet voorstellen dat dat niet bekend was. Op de laatste dag tevens melding dat AdBlue bijgevuld moest worden. Dit hoeft normaal gezien maar eens in de 8.000 km, dus had men vooraf moeten controleren. Het meest vervelende was nog wel de shuttle terug naar de luchthaven. Deze heeft ons zonder overleg afgezet bij terminal 1, terwijl, zo bleek later, we in terminal 2 moesten zijn. Er is niet naar gevraagd en dus moesten we met 4 koffers en 4 tassen met de bus van de luchthaven mee om 2 min. verderop bij terminal 2 weer uit te stappen. Hoe erg is het om ons gewoon daar af te zetten??? Onbegrijpelijk, dat doe je toch voor je klant die net voor 1200 een auto bij je heeft gehuurd?

Empresa amadora sem capacidade de apresentar soluções viáveis ao seu cliente com regras rígidas fazendo lembrar o século passado. Uma reserva efetuada por telefone e nem avisam que o cartão de crédito só pode ter o nome da empresa. Perderam uma oportunidade de ganhar um cliente. NÃO RECOMENDO!!

Uma vergonha de servico ao cliente. E feito uma aluguer com franquia zero....com todos os cuidados. E ninguem pergunta se vamos sair do pais. E porque?! Porque o que fazem é omitir a informacao para ganhar mais uns tostões. Diria que sao aldrabões...e ótimos a vender gps...vias verdes e cadeiras de bebés. Por favor....muito cuidado com esta empresa. O barato sai caro.

I had the best experience here. The people were friendly and did not try to scam us with extra insurances and so on. The price we agreed on, was the price we paid. We voluntarily asked for an additional insurance and also only had to lock down 350 for the car. After 10 days and with a trip to the Algarve Coast, we brought back the car with no further issues and no unnecessary checkups. All easy and fair. Thanks !

Aluguei uma viatura comercial por telefone já o tinha feito há 3 meses e tudo tinha corrido normalmente, quando a entreguei fui confrontado com o débito de KM extra. O inaceitavel da situação é que o limite de Km não é hoje em dia frequente (já aluguei carros em Lisboa no mês de jan de 2018 a 1 por dia com km ilimitados) e não me disseram nada tendo-me dado o contrato a assinar sem qualquer informação adicional para além do preço. Quando confrontado com o débito reclamei e eles ainda que com dificuldade apontaram para umas letras pequenas lá no meio da página que diziam Lim Km dia (350), com letras de tamanho praticamente imperceptível. Não é pelo valor debitado (27 que claro que paguei de imediato) mas pela ausência de informação que me parece inaceitável. Da 1a vez não me tinha apercebido pois tinha feito deslocações apenas em Lisboa com distancias muito curtas mas tb. não tinham avisado.

Boa qualidade de atendimento. Contudo o automóvel tinha mau cheiro devido ao ar condicionado.
Gosto muito deste serviço. A qualidade dos carros é boa e têm bons equipamentos. Penso que a questão da gasolina devia de ser sempre cheia, ou seja, fomos buscar depósito cheio deixamos com depósito cheio, enquanto que está empresa a forma é, como foi encontrado tem de ficar, se o carro tiver 3/4 de gasolina assim tem de ser entregue, acho que assim não funciona, para o cliente é muito mais complicado. Fora isso tem serviços bons.
