I do not recommend renting from this location! I rented from sixt many times in several countries. This is the absolute first time I’ve gotten a beat up and banged up car in absolute horrible shape. The car they gave me at 95,000 km and several days after driving a strange important looking spring fell down from the brake pedal!!! Compared to other locations. Their customer service also does not compare. Since I had many great experiences with other sixt locations, I will not blame it on the company, but rather on the specific franchise.

Nice staff, everything was smooth. Car was clean. There is almost no sign of the office, actually you have to ask someone where the office is located.

We rented a car at SIXT Olivais and had a really good experience. The staff were friendly and we received really good treatment. We rented a small 7 person car, we were 6 people, so there was room for 2 large suitcases and a small suitcase. The car was clean and was good to drive in. Their office location is really good, close distance to the railway station, it took about 15 minutes to walk. Directly opposite their office, there is a gas station, so it is easy to fill up with fuel when you have to return the car. We will rent a car from them next time we are back in Lisbon. We would like to give this place 5 thumbs up. 👍👍👍👍👍
Sixth is operating a scam in Portugal. I use them in the US, no problem. I pre paid for the car on Priceline, They then charged me extra for all these additional charges, They also claim I damaged the rim, which you can see there isn't damage. I also didn't cause the alleged damage.
SIXT PORTUGAL IS A SCAM EDIT: Joana has now blocked me on all social media and is ignoring my emails. If they don’t fire her, they are seriously delusional. THESE SCAMMERS WILL ALWAYS MAKE YOU PAY FOR CHARGES THAT ARE NOT YOUR FAULT. Don’t bother emailing their customer service team, the team is about as useful/helpful as a bag of blunt rocks. After they ‘released my deposit’, they charged me for damage which was not our fault (we were specifically told so by the porto team when hiring the car). They’re a bunch of money hungry fools who don’t deserve anybody's business. Joanna will reply to you from the customer service team but she’s the most unhelpful human being on the face of this planet. Don’t bother calling because they’ll put you on hold for 10-15 minutes and lie to you on the phone once they do pick up. You’re better off burning your money, than giving it to this company.

Jai eu une superbe expérience avec Sixt Parque das Nacoes à Lisbonne ! Dès mon arrivée, Diogo et Joao mont accueilli chaleureusement et avec un professionnalisme irréprochable. Ils ont su rendre le processus de location rapide et agréable, en prenant le temps de mexpliquer chaque détail avec clarté. La voiture était impéccable. Au moment du retour, tout sest passé sans aucune complication, et la facture correspondait exactement à ce qui avait été convenu. Un grand merci à Diogo et Joao pour leur excellent service ! Sans aucun doute, lors de mon prochain voyage à Lisbonne, je reviendrai chez eux pour louer ma voiture. Je recommande vivement Sixt et cette équipe exceptionnelle !
Wir waren vor dem angegebenen Abholzeitpunkt an der Station, konnten unser reserviertes Auto problemlos früher in Empfang nehmen. Der Mitarbeiter war freundlich und hilfsbereit, beantwortete unsere offenen Fragen. Nach ca. 5min konnten wir los fahren
O atendimento foi muito simples mas super convidativo , e pela simplicidade quero dizer que senti-me muito a vontade e confortável com o Sr. João Veloso, transmitiu-me confiança e com certeza a Sixt via ser sempre a minha primeira escolha. Não ha nada como transmitir tranquilidade e clareza aos clientes e o Sr João Veloso fez isso sem qualquer esforço, pareceu natural. Adorei ser vossa cliente.

Nous avons loue une voiture pour 3 jours, à la restitution à Faro alors que le véhicule n a subit aucun dommage il détecte des problèmes mineur(pare choc avant serait décalé de 0,5cm) sur le véhicule que l on nous facture 600 alors que nous contestons avoir commis ces derniers. Une vrai arnaque de leur part car nous n avions pas l assurance ! Dommage non visible pour quelqu un ne s y connaissant pas en automobile ! De plus impossible d être écouté et d avoir un interlocuteur parlant français ! Très décevant pour une firme internationale, à fuir !

Die Autoübergabe klappte problemlos und souverän, auch in englischer Sprache. Die Mitarbeiter sind äußerst freundlich. Das Auto war top!
Une nouvelle fois Sixt a pris des dommages sans aucune raison, rien d étonnant vue leur réputation. Méfiez vous ils n hésitent pas à vous prendre des dommages sans aucune raison, de plus le véhicule est récupéré en sous terrain avec peu de visibilité. Ma dernière fois chez Sixt.
