As I am a regular customer, Visacar allowed me to do a one-way drive from Albufeira to Lisbon, without any additional charges. The lisbon location is easy to find, but parking could be a nightmare. I was lucky as there was 1 space outside

I spent hours researching car rentals and reading reviews in an effort to not be scammed or overcharged before finding Visacar. The cost for the week including the best insurance options was very reasonable and I received the invoice for the toll charges quickly. Staff answered my questions quickly both before and after I booked and were very kind and professional during in person interactions. The car, a Fiat 500 convertible, was so clean inside that it looked brand new.

Great experience - quick processing, almost new (2700 km ) car that was excellent - will rent from these folks again next time Im in Portugal. Only had one small hiccup in that pickup in the airport was late (mind you it was 6:00 am) - a phone call solved the problem. Return the car was simple and straightforward. Pedro drove us back to the airport for departure after return. Only suggestion would be that the cars be delivered with a full tank of gas and of course the client returns the car with a full tank - having to figure out how to return with 1/4 tank of gas was a bit of a math exercise :-).
I can honestly say dealing with the Visacar rental car agency was the most pleasurable rental experience I ever had!! No waiting in long lines to meet with grumpy agents. We were met at the airport and driven to the agency office to pick up the car. To return the car we met the agent at his office and we re driven to the airport. Super friendly & honest & provided good suggestions for our stay. Car was very clean, ran well & fuel efficient. Would highly recommend to anyone going to Lisbon!!!

We had a fantastic experience with Visacar that we had arranged through our holiday package with Portugal Getaways. The shuttle arrived quickly and took us to pick up the car which was in great condition and easy to drive around Portugal. The person who worked in the Lisbon office was amazingly helpful in sharing advice and helping us enjoy our time travelling in Portugal. The return of the car could not be easier and we were quickly taken to the airport close by to catch our flight home. Wed HIGHLY recommend Visacar and look forward to using them again on our next trip to Portugal next year.

Rented car in July. Really straight forward registration. Unfortunately car window was broken in Sintra. I had the best experience with Visa Car. Gave me replacement right away, charged very reasonable and transparent cost of broken window. Helped with my insurance and the claim.

I googled a lot of different car rental places and they ALL had terrible reviews with angry clients! I found this place and couldn t find anyone who had anything bad to say well, I rented a car for a week and now I can see why - no b.s., no none of that. The guys who work at the airport location - Pedro, Carlos - are super cool and easy and it s literally like borrowing a friends car except their cars are clean and new. Rent from here, you won t regret it!

Absolument exceptionnel. Voyage réalisé début septembre. Si vous cherchez une agence à Lisbonne, nallez pas à laéroport mais privilégiez cette agence à proximité via Taxi/uber, à mi chemin entre lhypercentre et laéroport. Laccueil est exceptionnel (notre agent commercial parlait français, et très bien, bien quil ne le pensait pas !) et il a été très rassurant et pédagogue sur les procédures, ce que vous navez pas forcément à laéroport où vous êtes 1 client parmi dautres. Bref je recommande vivement !
