Unkompliziert, freundlich und guter Service

My wife and I recently travelled to Portugal and had the opportunity to rent a car from WayGo. ABSOLUTELY fantastic company !! The offices were bright, clean and friendly. The cars were show-room clean !! The staff ( Bruno and James) were fantastic in processing both our pickup and return of our Fiat. Unfortunately we had a mishap with the car in a parking garage which caused minor damage to it along with having a flat tire earlier on in the trip. James was fantastic in processing the tire repair fee I initially paid ( immediately re-imbursed me at vehicle return) and due to the fact we had purchased additional insurance coverage, the Fiat was returned with absolutely no problems or hassles by the staff. The shuttle service was another plus with immediate transport to and from the airport. I do recommend the automatic toll device inside the cars to avoid stopping at toll booths as it is automatic and payment is made upon car return. I HIGHLY recommend this company for your rental car needs...Great work WAYGO !!!

We were so happy with the service at Waygo! First, our shuttle driver (Im so sorry I dont recall his name - on Dec. 21, 2024 at about noon), gave us all sorts of recommendations for our time in Portugal - and when we got to the Waygo office he took the time to write down his recommendations for things to do and see, specific wines and Portuguese dishes to try and more (we tried many and all his recommendations were great!). Ok, besides that wonderful personal touch - everything at Waygo went very smoothly, no surprises, the people were lovely and helpful and the car rental went smoothly and quicly. We had no problems at all with the car, the service, pick up/drop off, etc. And we will definitely rent from Waygo again if we have the opportunity.

O aluguer correu muito bem e sem percalços. A receção e check-in foi muito fácil, simpática, bem como a explicação das condições do respetivo aluguer. É uma empresa cujos colaboradores têm um objetivo de serviço focado no cliente. Recomendo e certamente voltarei a utilizar os seus serviços.

Empresa com política de não aceitar carta de condução digital, em pleno século XXI, onde existe até BITCOIN, a sua Carta de condução digital, que pode ser verificada por QRCODE, que tanto PSP quanto GNR aceitam, essa empresa não aceita. Pararam no tempo, estão lá no século XIX, devem pensar que arrendar cavalos com carroças, só pode. Lamentável.

Acabei de alugar um carro com essa locadora em Lisboa e não poderia estar mais satisfeito! Apesar de ser uma empresa local e não tão grande quanto as multinacionais, o atendimento foi simplesmente fenomenal. Desde o início, senti total transparência no processo, algo que me deixou tranquilo, especialmente considerando as avaliações negativas que vi sobre grandes locadoras. Eles explicaram detalhadamente os tipos de seguro, sem pressão para adquirir nada extra. Inclusive, escrevem tudo no papel: os valores das franquias, os detalhes de cada opção, deixando tudo muito claro e à sua escolha. O atendimento foi tão cuidadoso que me senti confiante em seguir com eles. Recomendo fortemente essa locadora para quem busca um serviço justo, transparente e sem dores de cabeça. Great customer service with friendly staff. The pick-up and drop-off process was straightforward, and the price was much cheaper compared to airport-based rental companies. The only improvement would be providing a clearer pick-up address in the confirmation email as I found it a bit confusing to locate. But overall a very positive experience.

What a great place to rent your car. They pick you up at the airport and drop you off afterwards. They explain everything to you on the contract and go over the condition of the car with you before you leave the lot. Highly recommend this place!

The staff were very kind, clear, and efficient. The car was in excellent condition and met our needs perfectly. We rented it for the week and were able to do so much exploring. We will definitely come back to Waygo next time we visit.

Ainda estou há espera, há 3 semanas de uma nota de débito, que ainda não foi depositada na minha conta, que era uma caução de 150 euros, já lá fui 3 vezes, dizem que demora, para sair da minha conta, é fraçoes de segundos ,mas para reembolsar o mesmo valor, leva tempo e tempo, vou esperar mais uma e tal depois vou lá resolver este problema

Non ci hanno fornito la copia del contratto con la clausola specifica e per sbloccare la carta di credito chiedono il pagamento dei caselli più una multa di 36,00 Per non aver attivato la via Verde.

We used Waygo after reading many reviews from this and other companies, and I am glad we did. Everyone was very kind, from the shuttle driver to the people who do the paperwork for in and out of the car. We came across some issues that they sorted out with top customer service.

Nous avons pu louer une voiture pour 10 jours à un prix défiant toute concurrence. Nous avons été accueillis et guidés de façon très professionnelle. Contrairement à dautres locations, on ne nous a pas du tout forcé la main pour prendre une assurance complémentaire. La voiture était en bon état.

Atendida com dedicação e amabilidade

Voiture en parfait état. Chauffeur prévu à notre arrivé vers le l aéroport et à notre départ du Portugal. Petit bémol sur la location du badge autoroute qui peut être prit la bas. Si vous avez un badge télé péage en France pensé à le prendre il est valable en Espagne et au Portugal.

Agence de location top , le service de navette gratuite est rapide et top , par contre ne prenez pas l assurance sur discovercar ( au moment de la réservation) prenez la directement avec eux sur place car sinon la caution est de un peu plus de 2000 euros et avec leur assurance ça descend à 150 euros sinon au retour de la voiture aucune arnaque , je recommande cette agence

Great car rental experience. No pressure to add the extra insurance (we had our own) just an honest explanation of the options. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, even suggesting places to visit in the area. Our deposit was returned immediately at the end of the rental (we were shown it happening on the card machine), and the process for working out what tolls we had used was transparent -all taken from the via verde website for the exact times the car was in our possession All in all an excellent experience (Note its the driver of the minibus who replies to WhatsApps, so a response may not be immediate. The minibus is bright purple - you cant miss it!)

Desde a recepção no aeroporto até a entrega do veiculo tudo ocorreu de forma tranquila e sem novidades. Na retirada do veiculo o atendimento da Ana Rita foi muito bom, nos explicou tudo de forma clara. Não houve insistência para contratação de algum seguro além do já contratado. O veiculo estava com muitas marcas na lataria, para-choque, rodas e vidros que foram identificadas na vistoria. Na entrega, fomos recebidos pelo Tiago que vistoriou o veiculo de forma honesta, sem ficar procurando micro riscos para cobrar algo do cliente como já vimos muitas declarações deste tipo de atitude envolvendo outras locadoras. Constatando que tudo estava correto com o veiculo, foi feito a cobrança do Via Verde que usamos e o cancelamento do valor bloqueado no cartão referente a caução. Gostaria de parabenizar a forma honesta e transparente que a Waygo nos atendeu, continuem assim.

Everyone at WayGo was so friendly. It was our first time renting a car in Portugal and was unaware that we used a broker to order the car. Economy car rentals got paid lots of money for nothing. Had we known to go straight to waygo we would have saves lots. Easy to get to and shuttle service was great. Just remember to fill your car with gas, we got off the highway and waygo was right there. We had an 8th of a tank missing and it cost a good amount to pay instead of us just filling it ourselves. Oh well little mistake. Great service. Great car. Would recommend.

Nous avons loué une voiture à cette agence pour 7 jours 2 conducteurs, toutes assurances et avec chauffeur pour heure extra-service = 329 avec un accueil très sympa même au regard de lheure tardive, une voiture très confortable, économique en super état (Skoda break). Le retour sans problèmes et rapide, avec en prime une dame dune gentillesse extrême. Si vous devez louer une voiture à Lisbonne cest dans cette agence!!!! Merci et à une prochaine.

Atendimento eficiente e rápido, transporte in and out do aeroporto. Aluguei por 2 periodos, no primeiro o carro não estava bem limpo, vidros engordurados, atenente um pouco seco. Da segunda vez tudo estava ok, atendente bem humorada e solicita e carro bem limpo. Tentarei mais uma vez. O atendimento na Marta, que nós trouxe e levou do aeroporto 2 vezes vale um comentário, pessoa muito simpática e atenciosa.

Depois de tantos relatos de tentativas de golpes por parte das locadoras de veículos em Lisboa, alugamos com a Waygo pelas recomendações aqui do Google mesmo, e realmente é como falam. Eles foram rápidos e honestos, não tivemos nenhum contratempo.

ARNAQUE TOTALE. Jai payé 30 supplémentaires lors de la réservation pour un retour du véhicule à 05:00 heures du matin avec navette et on ose me dire quils sont fermés et quils nouvrent quà 08:00 heures et on me demande de garer la voiture dans la rue devant lagence et dappeler un Uber pour aller à laéroport !!! Comme je suis un habitué des locations de voiture au Portugal (5x par an) et que je connais leurs magouilles et que je sais me défendre, jai de suite compris que javais à faire à des pros du vol et de larnaque et quon allait me facturer des frais supplémentaires à la fin de la location. Et comme je lavais prévu, une semaine après mon retour ma carte de crédit commence à être prélevée. Cest la première agence qui me prélève des sommes malgré un refus et une décharge signée que je ne souscris pas à certains services que moi-même je dispose déjà. ARNAQUE TOTALE - Vous êtes prévenus !!! Attention aux faux commentaires 5 étoiles !!! CEST DES VOLEURS !!! P.S. - Et non, ils ne mont jamais envoyé demail de réponse comme ils le disent.

Fast service, friendly and professional staff. I only didnt give it 5 stars because they dont accept credit cards for mobile pay, unlike other car rental companies, which is the only negative point, because otherwise they deserve 5 stars.

The only negative point was that the car gave me a warning to check the oil level and I had to go back to the store. I had the car for 9 days and I think that this warning should not have been given if it had been checked before I picked up the car. The rest went well.

Outstanding customer service, once again, from the kind people at Waygo Car Rental! We were picked up, promptly, from Lisbon Airport and shuttled to Waygo headquarters where our car was waiting. The team were extremely, professional, polite and welcoming and all the paperwork was completed promptly. We were also extremely grateful to have our car upgraded, free of charge! This is the second year that we have used Waygo and I wont be looking to use another company. They are the best and you shouldnt look any further than them. Cant thank Waygo enough. On return our phone satnavs stopped working - our fault and we managed to contact them through some very helpful people we asked for help. We were completely lost in Lisbon and in danger of missing our flight. They sent a car out to guide us back to the drop off point and we made our flight by 30 mins. Super service.

Zeer lage prijs voor auto die perfect in orde was. Vriendelijk personeel, shuttle naar de luchthaven was er snel en duurt maar 5 minuten. Ze proberen je ook geen dure verzekeringen te verkopen zoals de meeste andere maatschappijen wel doen. Voor mij de beste car rental maatschappij waar ik ooit bij gehuurd heb.

First time with Waygo! Amazing service and very kind staff. I just droped a Fiat Panda that I rent for 5 days, the car was very clean and in an excellent state. The price was excellent and if you dont want to take their insurance they will not insist, like others sometimes do. A very special thanks to Marta and Tiago whom gave me all the information needed for my journey, they are very kind and professional. Nous avons bien pris le temps de tout noter ces petits défauts et je nai donc eu aucune mauvaise surprise au moment de rendre le véhicule. Le service de navette depuis laéroport est un grand plus ! Je recommande à 200% !

Was booking through DicoverCars, asking for Seat Arona class, was given Renault Arkana. The vehicle was ok, with smth like 30k+ km on it. Their van picks you up from the airport and drives you to their facility where your car is handed over to you (and back to the airport if you need). Everything done quite fast, in friendly manner and absolutely professional, no hidden charges, my regards to all staff members. I was offered additional insurance to reduce deposit ammount of 2K euro, but stayed with initial offer (these 2k euro were initially blocked on credit card and were released 2 days after I retrurned the car). The car was equipped with Via Verde device, so you pay what you were charged for toll roads use when you give back the car. So Waygo Car Rental is strongly recommended if you need a car in Lisbon.

Our experience with Waygo was excellent. I worked with Marta to get the right cars for our visit and Pedro had the paperwork ready upon our arrival and after acquainting us with our cars we were quickly out the door and on our way. The return was seamless and we were immediately shuttled to the airport! Pricing was reasonable and the services was exceptional. Highly recommend them as your car rental option.

After reading so many reviews about car rental in Lisbon Airport, we decided to rent a car with Waygo. The whole experience was excellent. After we landed in Lisbon Airport, we called Waygo and soon we were picked up to their office. They didnt push their insurance (we got our own insurance). We got the car exactly what we booked. The car returning process was quick and smooth as well. The credit card holding deposit was returned very quick. It was very good value for money. We were very happy with Waygo car rental company.

We rented two cars and traveled around Portugal. We started and ended the rent in early hours and still they made arrangements to pick us from the airport and easy drop off at the airport. Everything was fully insured and didnt have to pay anything extra. Their security deposit was also resealable. Staff was friendly. The cars were clean and new and did not have any issues. I highly recommend them.

Op uitnodiging correcte service correcte service, Wel wat traag bij het afhalen van de auto, alles gebeurd gemoedelijk en relax. Op zijn Portugees, geduld is een mooie deugd. Het terugbrengen verliep heel wat vlotter en efficient. We werden direct naar de luchthaven gebracht. na een uurtje kregen we een telefoon dat we ons fototoestel in de auto hadden laten liggen. 10 minuten later stond de chauffeur die ons gebracht had terug aan de luchthaven met het fototoestel. I was nervous reserving from a low cost provider but was pleasantly surprised at the quality of vehicle received (was brand new) and the service received. During the rental we had addBlue light show up on dash. We messaged via WhatsApp and they guided us what to do. Easy! On way back we were in traffic and they gave us until 6pm to return without charging another day. Amazing service. Very human. Highly recommended going here instead to one of the usuals.

I had a great check in experience. Staff was friendly. Provided recommendations. And office was clean. The price for the rental was spot on and no up charges were sold at the time of pick up. However I did an after hours drop off, followed their directions to a tee and was charged 140 dollars after taxes for damages to the front end. They hadn t washed the car and sent a blurry photo and said I can dispute it with my insurance broker. Which I will. I d avoid this company.

First time using Waygo and will definitely use again in the future for our Portugal travels. we have previously used in terminal hire and this was so much better. The pick up via shuttle was very quick and Nuno was fantastic. Great at talking us through the car, several insurance options available but not once were we made to feel pressured into extra cover. The whole process was discussed including out of hours drop off. The car was similar to what was advertised and modern which was great. Wat een vriendelijk personeel!! Heel net bedrijf met goede autos en fantastische service. Een absolute aanrader! Veel auto verhuur bedrijven gehad maar deze staat bovenaan. Ze nemen ook de tijd om alles rustig uit te leggen en geen gekke achterafjes. Plus goede shuttle service naar het vliegveld.

Tutto è andato alla grande! Dal ritiro che è stato semplice e veloce, alla macchina che era in ottimo stato, fino alla riconsegna e al trasporto in aeroporto.. consiglio di fare la copertura totale per evitare stress durante la vacanza e problemi alla riconsegna.. prezzi decisamente più bassi rispetto agli autonoleggi presenti nellaeroporto di Lisbona!

Great service, easy to reach and very friendly staff. We had a decent car for our trip thru the south of Portugal. The prices are very reasonable compared to other operators in Lisbon. So for us this is very good value for money!

Les employés ont beaucoup trop dattitude, pire expérience de location de voiture à vie. Nous avons attendu longtemps pour le ramassage. La seule prise usb de la voiture ne fonctionnait pas donc aucune possibilité de charger notre téléphone pour faire de la longue route. Nous avons rapporté la voiture 3 jours plus tôt et aucune sorte de dédommagement pour les jours non utilisées. Aucun représentant visible à laéroport. Nous avons dû appeler pour que leur navette vienne nous chercher. Je ne suis pas du tout du genre à me plaindre mais après 7h de vol et un décalage horaire de 5h avec 2 jeunes enfants je me serais attendu à un minimum de service! Bonne chance avec Way go!

Sent this email and got no response so Ill just put this here. I want to let you know that was the worst check out experience Ive ever had at a car rental location. The woman (didnt get her name but had short hair), was extremely rude the entire process. We had a toddler and 1 year old baby and she didnt help load any bags into the shuttle. Then in the shuttle refused to take us to departures and dropped us off at arrivals with a baby and toddler with no idea how to get to departures or check in. We were forced to take multiple elevators and walk 10 minutes because she couldnt have been bothered to drive to the correct location. In the decades Ive traveled Ive never been dropped off at arrivals by a shuttle or taxi or ride share when departing from an airport. A seemingly good experience was ruined by this employee and per her company policy on where to drop people off. Ill make sure to let everyone know how bad this experience was for us and how unfriendly waygo is to families especially.

I was very disappointed, I filled the tank the night before and because there is no place that shows the drop off address on any of emails and the papers the agent gave to me when I picked up the car , I google the address and when I putted on GPS showed the address in Loures(Informações sobre Avenida Severiano Falcão - Loures,), after I drove 19 min I realized that the name of the avenue was the same but different city, so the gas I putted the night before was used on the 19 min back and forward, no phone number to contact someone to let me know the right address , the road assistance the men didnt know the Waytogo address, I was nervous because that situation I thought I could lost my flight, very disappointed when you guys charge me almost $15.00, please add the drop off address on all the paper and email you gave to the customer.

Editei a avaliação após a resposta e dei 4 estrelas. O Shuttle precisa de um SMS para buscar você! Se vc chegar de outro país e não tiver um celular ativo, não conseguirá o shuttle. Eu estava apenas com internet, sem serviço de rede e tive que pegar um uber. Recomendo que a empresa disponibilize um número de whatsapp, principalmente aos brasileiros. Todas as outras companhias tem shuttle rodando o tempo todo, exceto a Waygo. Além disso o Viaverde estava sem pilha, e quando eu passava no pedágio uma luz amarela acendia e não a verde. Eles poderiam ter informado isso ao entregar o via verde. Tive que retornar à loja para saber se isso me prejudicaria, me informaram que não e de fato ocorreu tudo bem. De resto o carro estava bem arranhado, vc deve prestar atenção, mas o funcionário marcou tudo corretamente no papel da entrega. Os funcionários foram amigáveis, mas a necessidade de enviar msg para o Shuttle prejudicou bastante.

We rented 3 cars from Waygo Car Rental and on our return to the car rental office one of the car broke down on the hi-way (at a dangerous bend). It would not accelerate when you would push the gas pedal and eventually slowed right down to a stop. When we called the Waygo rental office we were told to wait for the towing company to call them. There were 4 people in the car including a 1-year-old baby and it was extremely hot. In the meantime, the other 2 cars that we rented continued to the rental office because there were no exits for them to take to return to the broken-down vehicle. When we arrived, they told us there was nothing they could do and were still trying to contact the towing company. We explained that there was a baby on board and that we were concerned due to the heat 38c. Again, their response was that it was out of their hands and they informed us that the breakdown was our responsibility and we would get charged for everything. He basically said it s not my problem and it s out of my hands . Meanwhile we were all in jeopardy of missing our flights and didn t know what to do We had to argue with the staff in order to finally get them to call the towing company back to find out when the tow truck and the taxi would arrive. We were on our way back to pick them up when the towing company called them and told them they were on their way. All told they waited 1 ½ hours in the heat on a dangerous curve on the hi-way with a 1-year-old baby. The cab had to drive them straight to the airport so that they would not miss their flight back to Canada. A few days later we received a charge of $872.52 CDN that they say is for tow company, taxi, car repairs and tolls. We expected the toll charge but not for repairs, towing and taxi. We feel that this is the rental companies responsibility. They claim it was due to using the wrong fuel but all 3 cars used the same fuel pumps on the hiway. Why would we have to pay anything if it was the car that broke down? it just stopped going, it would not accelerate and she did not damage the car in anyway. This is the Waygo car rental agencies responsibility!

Sprawna obs uga, bez niespodzianek. adnych nie uzgodnionych op at. Samochód czysty, sprawny. Sama wypo yczalnia znajduje si ok 3-4km od lotniska. Przejazd to ok 10 minut. Wygodna poczekalnia, szybka i sprawna obs uga. Nie ma kolejek. Za 30euro mo na odda auto na lotnisku 24h/dob .

I experienced the most courteous service all throughout, from the pick up at the airport, to requesting an extension of 2 days, to drop off, and suggestions of how to get back to my dads home town. Amazing people skills which is rare in portugal. I applaud all the staff i dealt with , good for you all and wish you all success.

Não aceitam cartão de crédito sem números impressos, apesar dele funcionar perfeitamente e eu ter os números no app. Essa regra não está clara em nenhuma informação prévia. Perdi muito tempo pra ainda alugar em outra em cima da hora.

Carro excelente, upgrade gratuito. Retirada e devolução super rápidas, eficientes, sem burocracia, funcionários simpáticos, preços baixos. O que mais se quer? Já utilizei o serviço muitas vezes. Da primeira houve um problema do levantamento. Funcionário sozinho e muitos clientes, imprevistos com carros... Resolvi dar outra chance e não me arrependi. Mudei avaliação de 4 para 5 estrelas.

Excellent car rental service. I rented a Peugeot 2008 for a week. Car was in great condition and perfect for our travels (family of five). Pick-up from Lisbon airport was quick. The staff at the Waygo office were friendly and efficient, and the whole experience so much better than expected. Would not hesitate to recommend, and would definitely use Waygo again.

Very easy car rental experience, we were able to add additional drivers for a small fee. Car drove well and great price for the car. They blocked a security deposit on my credit card but this was refunded with no issues on return of the car.

Voiture en très bonne état, navette plutôt rapide, cependant pensez bien à prendre en photo et vidéo la voiture avant car ils ont essayé de nous retirer notre caution pour des jantes abîmé, hors elle létait déjà avant, heureusement que nous avions une vidéo pour prouver....

Try to sell you as much as possible, in a very pushy way. On our return they charged us 50 extra because there was some sand in the car, which happens with small kids. You would expect that 5 min vacuum cleaning would be standard as part of the rental and would not cost an additional 50 . Will never rent here again

AGENCE DE VOLEURS ! Je mets très rarement des avis mais là franchement c est degeulasse. On nous a facturé 35 euros pour le bip autoroute juste parce qu il a bipé sur des portiques dont on ne peut pas avoir le justificatif. Il y en avait pour 30 centimes. Plus jamais cette agence.

Meine Erfahrung mit der Autovermietung Waygo in Lissabon war hervorragend! Besonders loben möchte ich die Mitarbeiterin Marta, die sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und kundenorientiert war. Der gesamte Service war unkompliziert und reibungslos. Die Abholung per Shuttlebus vom Flughafen zur Autovermietung und zurück verlief schnell und problemlos die Fahrt dauerte nur 7 Minuten. Vor Ort wurden wir ausführlich über die Mautgebühren informiert, und uns wurde ein zusätzlicher Service für 1,99 Euro pro Tag angeboten, der das Anhalten an Mautstationen überflüssig machte man fährt einfach durch, und alles wird automatisch abgerechnet. Bei der Rückgabe des Fahrzeugs bekamen wir eine detaillierte Übersicht über die gefahrenen Routen und die angefallenen Mautgebühren, und die hinterlegte Kaution wurde sofort freigegeben. Die Lage der Autovermietung ist ideal, das Gebäude modern, und die Fahrzeuge sind neu und in Top-Zustand. Alles verlief seriös und genau wie versprochen. Ich würde jederzeit wieder bei Wago mieten und kann es nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen! Obrigado :))

Update: I contacted weego s customer care as per their request in my actual review. No reply, no surprise! Customer care is the last on the priority list of this company, the top of this list is scamming their customers of as much money they can. I was horrified the transfer back to the airport by weego was done with too many passengers (as per the staff insisting), so seat belts could not be worn by a mother and her child. It s a 10 min drive back to the airport. So customer safety is also at the very bottom of their list of priorities. STAY AWAY FROM THESE COWBOYS.

Excellent rapport qualité prix. Nous avons eu une golf pour 10 jours avec le badge telepeage pour un total de 65 pour 10 jours sans assurance avec une voiture impeccable. Les échanges depuis la France via whatsapp se sont bien passés et ont permis de réserver efficacement. Juste un appel à passer dès que vous avez récupéré vos bagages et une navette vient vous récupérer pour vous déposer à l agence de location située à peine à 5 minutes. Je vous recommande d être très vigilant à l état de la voiture lors de la prise en charge en n hésitant pas à prendre une vingtaine de photos du véhicule pour éviter les problèmes au retour. Le retour s est également bien passé, le véhicule est vérifié de façon très attentive, il faut donc faire très attention à la moindre griffe que vous auriez causé si vous n avez pas pris d assurance complémentaire. Nous avons été déposé rapidement à l aéroport. Si vous n êtes pas pressés, c est quand même 2 à 3 fois moins cher qu à l aéroport avec une très bonne qualité de service.

Slow and disorganized service, they gave me a manual car even though I ordered an automatic. After a phone call, I had to go back . to the company to get a car as ordered. Disorder in the office.

Tutto perfetto. Il prezzo è stato più basso rispetto ad altre compagnie più conosciute, la macchina era pulita e a posto. Il servizio è stato preciso e puntuale. Avendo un bambino piccolo ho noleggiato un seggiolino, cera parecchia scelta di modelli ed era in ottime condizioni ( in altre esperienze in passato i seggiolini erano messi male). Unica pecca è che l ufficio non è aperto H24 quindi se l aereo tarda bisogna avvisarli e si paga un supplemento per il tempo extra.

Muito bom e mais barato. Atente-se que fica a uns 5km de distância do aeroporto de Lisboa. São honestos(repito Waygo é correta!!!), no PIOR serviço ligado ao turismo dos dias atuais. CUIDADO com o que assina. ROUBAM na isenção de franquia, seguros desnecessários, etc. E, não ocorre somente em Portugal (na Hertz do aeroporto, em especial). O golpe é o mesmo no Brasil e nos USA!!! LEIA seu voucher. Leia o que assina e paga!

Close location to Lisbon airport. Easy to check-in, and get on the road. Return was just as easy. One plus that I found was that the rental agent was able to pull up all the road tolls before I used, which I was able to pay before we left the counter.

Die Waygo-Car Rental in Lissabon (Airport) bekommt von uns 5 Sterne! Das Shuttle (Abholen von Flugplatz und wieder Hinbringen) hat ganz easy und zuverlässig geklappt. Alle waren sehr freundlich. Unser Auto (Fiat 500 1.0 70CV Hybrid) war sehr sauber und gewaschen. Wir sind in den 9 Tagen ca. 1000 Km problemlos gefahren und hatten den komplett GO Safe plus Versicherungsschutz gebucht (ist anzuraten). Die Toll Device-Miete (Mautzähler, eingebaut im Auto) hat insgesamt 17,00 Euro gekostet. Auf der VisaCarte wurden 150,00 Euro geblockt, die dann bei Abgabe des Autos nach wenigen Tagen wieder frei sind. Also alles rechtmäßig. TIPP: einige Wochen vor dem Urlaub einfach per E-Mail mit Waygo alles klar machen.

Excellent!! After more than 20 years using rental car services, this was by far one of the best and smoothest experiences. Great service (also transport from/to airport and rental location). Transparent pricing/rental conditions (no tricks/hidden fees). Better offer on people transport car options (7-9 seats). Lower and reasonable prices also for add-ons like children seats. Friendly staff. Honest approach and with the customer in focus. Definitely recommended!!

Aluguei um Fiat 500 e a viatura estava em ótimas condições e extremamente limpo. Apenas não dou 5 estrelas, porque tinha pedido o aluguer ate dia 26 as 8h da manha (+ 2 horas de tolerância) e hoje ao entregar a viatura, reparamos que o aluguer tinha sido feito ate dia 27 as 8h. (erro também meu, que não verifiquei as datas de aluguer, quando assinei o contrato de aluguer). Foi me dada a opção de continuar com a viatura ate dia 27, a qual recusei porque, por motivos pessoais, era me impossível entregar a viatura amanha.

On voulait louer un 9 places et nous lavons pris chez eux car cétait le moins. Franchement on a pas été déçu, ils viennent vous chercher directement à laéroport et cest le même service pour le retour, la prise du véhicule cest bien passé (nhésitez surtout pas à prendre des photos du véhicule !!! ) et pour le retour prévoyez de lavance car il y avait du monde avant nous pour le retour du véhicule. Je conseille !!

Friendly and helpful staff. Not pushy about the insurance; just simple these are the 3 options, whichever you like . Great!! Pickup and drop-off was perfect. Pricing was competitive. They even gave us an option between 2 cars. I would definitely use them again!

It took 2 hours from the time of our reservation to get our car. No upgrade was offered. They kept saying the car is getting here and apologizing. At the end they wanted to give 7/3 of gas but after I got very upset they gave us a full tank. But we lost 2 hours of our trip and got late to our other appointment.

Goede service en met de shuttle, alleen lastig een auto ophalen voor 8 uur of na 20 uur, bij vertraging kan dit extra geld kosten. Fijne en schone, nieuwe auto. Goede begeleiding samen de auto nakijken vooraf en achteraf. Gode prijs-kwaliteit. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Deuxième fois que je loue un véhicule chez, et comme pour la première fois, jai constaté un professionnalisme et accueil excellents. Louant souvent des voitures, jai fait un peu tous les grands loueurs où, soit ça se passait très bien mais avec des tarifs 3 à 4 supérieurs, soit l imposition dune assurance supplémentaire était la règle, même si javais celle de ma carte Gold, avec une mise à disposition du véhicule très relax, MAIS avec un retour au laser, en trouvant des défauts vieux de plusieurs locations et presque invisibles, et des tarifs de location 2 à 3 fois plus chers que Waigo. À titre informatif, pour ce début Juin jai loué 10 jours pour moins de 40 euros, ce que jai payé des fois pour 2 jours. Incroyable mais vrai ! Merci encore

We rented a Skoda Kodiaq from them for 4 days. The car was practically new and in excellent condition, with consumption at 5.9L/100km, which is great for an SUV - so no complaints about the car. The service provided by the WayGo staff was nothing short of excellent from start to end. They called ahead of the pickup time to check if we were on schedule and if we needed shuttle from the airport. They picked us up and after a short drive we were at their location, where they offered complementary water or coffee. The paper work was pretty straightforward and very informative, and all our questions were answered. We selected their premium insurance package, but not because they pushed it - simply because we like to not have to worry about anything. Besides, the price was affordable. So, absolutely nothing to complain about with this rental company and we will absolutely be going there next time we need a rental car!!

Fiz a reserva com bastante antecedência para uma Renaut Captur, mas no dia de pegar o carro recebi um Focus 1.0 hibrido. O carro apresentou algumas falhas eletrônicas com o freio de estacionamento e o sistema hold que chegaram a assustar, mas no geral nos atendeu, embora preferisse ter recebido o carro que previamente encomendei. O atendimento foi bom e não tive nenhum problema na devolução do carro, foram muito corretos.

Waygo was an excellent choice for our car rental in Portugal. The office was easy to find, the pickup and return were both quick and handled by efficient and friendly agents. The car was in great condition and I had no issues with the return. The shuttle driving us to the airport after the drop off was quick and the driver was very friendly. This process was much easier than a previous rental I had with a larger company that was located directly at the Lisbon airport. I highly recommend Waygo Car Rental.

When arriving at the office everything was well explained and Pedro was very helpful and even helped carrying some of the bags and managed to change the language on the HUD from Polish to English! Perfetta sotto ogni punto di vista sia nel transfer dallaeroporto, che nellaltra direzione. La cauzione, solo 150 euro, è stata sbloccata subito al ritorno. Auto nuova con pochi chilometri. E in più il noleggio era economico in confronto alle più note agenzie di noleggio.

Highly recommended. Seamless car rental service. They fetched us at the airport with a shuttle, Took us to the office and did the paperwork. All went smoothly. We received a nice, clean car and was very happy with it. Delivered it after 10 days and the drop off process was quick and seamless as well. Their shuttle took us back to the airport. All worked out perfectly. We will use Waygo again, and recommend them

We had a positive experience with Waygo. The checkout process went smoothly (english speaking consultant) the car was brand new, and the return process was also quick and easy. We recommend this car rental company!

Waygo is the way to go in Portugal! I was pleasantly surprised that a non global branded car rental company would deliver on all my expectations, they actually exceeded them. The location in Lisboa, Portugal was easy to find using Google maps, the offices were clean and signage was informative, the customer service representative was informative and thorough, supportive of my needs, and answered all my questions, never pushing on services I didnt need. The offer to use their fully covered insurance vs the third party broker I used was declined and they respected my decision. The car was exactly what I reserved on line and the price was exactly what I was quoted by the third party website, super clean as well. Upon return, there was a minor misunderstanding with a punctured flat repair that I encountered on the road and although it was an issue for the third party to address, they took care of it by reimbursing me the cost. This precisely is what sets them apart from the rest, going above and beyond for the customer, and what makes them a competitor to the global car rental companies. Next time, I will contract directly through Waygo and definitely recommend them to family and friends who travel to Portugal. Muito obrigado Waygo!

Expérience de location parfaite avec l agence waygo Lisbonne. Arrivé à l aéroport, petit message Whatsap comme demandé pour signaler notre arrivée. Nous sommes rappelés 10 min plus tard pour nous informer de l arrivée du minibus. 10 min après nous arrivons dans l agence, super propre et moderne. Accueillis avec un café et des sourires. La voiture était nickel, conforme à la loc. plein à rendre plein, l idéal. Aucun forcing pour vous vendre les options d assurances, clairement expliquées cependant. Restitution sans aucun souci, aucune malveillance et prise en charge rapide pour nous emmener à l aéroport au plus vite. J ai loué car j avais vu de bons avis. Tout était parfait, le personnel très professionnel et extrêmement sympathique. La voiture rien à redire, les tarifs interessants. Un service 5*. L agence d accueil est propre et tout neuve, avec un espace accueil où le café est offert c est appréciable. La navette très pratique ils sont réactifs. Attention : si vous avez une carte de débit cela sera difficile de retirer la voiture sauf si vous prenez l assurance complète (assez chère). Préférez donc une carte de crédit. Je recommande à tous les voyageurs en quête de sérénité!!

I booked the rental via a broker, but everything worked out perfectly. In the beginning i was a bit concerned, since the pick-up of the car was not directly at the airport, but the transfer was working pretty well and it was a 5 minutes drive only. The employees working at the station were super friendly, especially Pedro. I can only recommend. The only negative fact was that the USB Dot did not work in the car, so i could listen to radio only for 3 weeks. That was quite annoying.

Lembro que ao retirar o carro constatamos na vistoria que havia uma irregularidade com o pneu e prontamente eles selecionaram um outro carro em condições para que pudesse sair para meu compromisso. Fui muito bem atendido no Check in e no Check out. Faço apenas duas observações que o Check in seja mais rápido e os veículos sejam entregues com o tanque cheio de combustível.

Très satisfaite de mon expérience avec eux. 160 pour une petite voiture 2 semaines et 80 de payage. Voiture propre et en bon état, pleine dessence au départ. Aucun problème lors de lenregistrement, nont pas insisté pour me vendre une assurance lorsque je leur ai dit que jen avais déjà une. Je vous conseille cependant de prendre de bonnes photos lors de linspection initiale, incluant les miroirs et les jantes car au retour vous allez voir quils inspectent beaucoup plus minutieusement !

Perfect service, great prices, excellent cars. Everyone was very helpful and responsive throughout the whole time. They also offer pick up and drop off at the airport which is free of charge. I accidentally left a personal item in the shuffle car and only noticed it after the car left. They were so nice that brought me the item back to the airport. Highly recommended!
