Great service! Well organised, both the order process and the delivery/drop off. We got and gave back our stroller at the Porto airport, everything was on time and not complicated at all. We rented a car seat for 25 days but because of the extremely bad weather in Spain we had to leave the 14th day, so they accepted to change the dates of the rental and refund us 10 euros except from the deposit. Recomendo muito. Todo o atendimento foi muito simpático e rápido. A entrega da cadeirinha alugada foi feita na hora e no local combinado, na devolução pedimos para fazer a entrega antes do horário combinado sem muita antecedência e não houve qualquer problema. O valor do caução foi devolvido imediatamente na hora da devolução por mbway. A cadeirinha de bebê estava em ótimo estado e foi muito útil.

Muy buen servicio. Avisamos con muy poco tiempo de antelación porque se nos olvidó el carrito del niño y nos dimos cuenta por el camino. Nos llevaron y recogieron el carrito en el hotel, muy puntuales y el carrito estaba limpio y en perfecto estado. Muchas gracias.

Second time using this company. We had a wonderful experience with this company. First of all, the item itself (car seat for toddler) was clean and of way better quality than what you get directly from the car rental companies at a similar price. The team communicated very well through the process. Pickup and return was as easy as could be. I will be using this company again.

We hired 2 car seats for our trip to Porto. The company originally didn t have 2 of the same seats that we d wanted, but made the effort to source the seats we wanted for our holiday. Directions on how to install the seats, payment, delivery and collection of the seats were very clear and straightforward. It was easy and enjoyable to hire from them. Would definitely use again.

Super ! Je recommande vivement ! Le monsieur était à l aéroport à notre arrivée (malgré notre attente des bagages en soute ils nous ont attendus), ce fut très simple de le trouver et il avait déjà le chariot pour les sièges. L échange par whatsapp fut très simple et très pratique !!! Au retour pareil le monsieur a été super car nous sommes arrivés au mauvais terminal pour rendre les sièges auto et il a été très compréhensif et nous a aidé ! Les sièges quant à eux étaient de très bonne qualité, en très bon état et très propres. Franchement si je dois retourner au Portugal je referai appel à Upababy c est sûr ! Merci à vous

Super service proposé par Upababy : nous avons loué une poussette pour 10 jours cet été et nous recommandons vivement le service. Communication très agréable avec l équipe, les rdv dans l aéroport pour la remise du matériel sont simples et ils sont super disponibles. Les modalités de paiement et de caution sont également simples et faciles. Matériel de qualité avec une poussette tout confort très apprécié par nous et notre enfant. Utilizei os serviços da Upababy durante a minha estadia no Porto para alugar uma cadeira de bebé para o carro. A reserva é muito fácil e a comunicação é muito precisa e decorreu sem problemas. Estão disponíveis vários métodos de pagamento, incluindo em dinheiro diretamente à chegada. Para utilizar a cadeira de carro, uma pessoa vai ter consigo ao aeroporto à hora de chegada do seu voo, entrega-lhe a cadeira e dá-lhe instruções sobre a sua utilização. A devolução do lugar é igualmente simples: uma pessoa estará à sua espera no piso de partidas do aeroporto e entregar-lhe-á o lugar. O depósito também foi reembolsado sem problemas. Recomendo vivamente os serviços da Upababy, é muito fiável e o serviço é muito prático. Voltarei a utilizá-los nas minhas próximas viagens. --- Jai utilisé les prestations de Upababy lors de mon séjour à Porto pour la location dun siège bébé auto. La réservation est très facile et la communication est très précise et sest déroulée de manière très agréable. Plusieurs moyens de paiement sont à disposition y compris le cash à larrivée. Pour lutilisation une personne vous attend à larrivée de laéroport à lheure darrivée de votre vol, vous remet le siège et vous transmets les instructions dutilisation. Pour la restitution du siège cest tout aussi simple, une personne vous attend à létage départs de laéroport, vous remettez le siège. Le remboursement de la caution sest déroulé également sans problème. Je recommende vivement ce prestataire cest très sérieux et le service très pratique. Je referai appel à eux lors de mes prochains séjours.

Nous avons loué 2 sièges d auto pour enfant lors de notre voyage au Portugal à l été 2024. Service très efficace, flexible et courtois. Nous avons récupéré les sièges à Porto et les avons laissé à Lisbonne à une heure atypique étant donné notre vol de retour sans aucun problème. Les sièges étaient bien entretenus. We rented a car seat from Upababy and had on wonderful experience. Pick up and drop off at the airport was quick and easy. The car seat looked brand new and was easy to use-1000x better than those we saw at the car rental pick up. We are very glad we used the service. It was nice to leave our own car seat at home and still have a reliable seat for our 3 year old ready for us when we needed it. I definitely recommend the service.

I highly recommend Upababy. We flew in from USA and needed to rent car seats for our toddler and 1 year old, since the car seat regulations in Europe are different. They met us at the airport in arrivals with the 2 seats, explained how to install, and helped us get to the car rental shuttle bus. The seats were clean and in great condition. We decided to meet at the airport on the day of departure, however, our flight was delayed so they met us at the car rental place to pick up the seats. They made the whole experience very easy. I would definitely use their services again!

We had a great experience renting baby equipment (car seats and stroller) from Upababy for our vacation in Portugal. The entire process went smooth, from communication around pickup meeting, to getting detailed instructions for installation / usage and easy dropoff at the airport. Anyone travelling with kids in Portugal should really consider these guys, the price and quality is so much better than what you would get through a car rental company and service was impeccable.

Upababy were absolutely excellent with us. We picked a baby car seat so that we could travel round Lisbon. When we arrived, they were there at the airport and waiting for us. They showed us how to use the chair functions, and how to attach it to the car. The seat was perfectly at described, and clean. On our departure, they met us 2h before our flight to collect the car seat. They had very good communication with us and we were very pleased. Alugamos um carrinho robusto para nossa filha de 4 anos. Funcionou de maneira excelente para andar muito pelas ruas da Europa. Apesar de grande, era muito facil de manusear e pratico na hora que precisava fechar (escadas, metrô, trem, colocar em porta-malas de Uber/taxi). Serviço excelente na entrega, devolução, pagamento. Recomendo muito!

My partner and I were very impressed with the service we received from Upbaby. This proved to be an extremely convenient solution for us when we had our small nieces visiting us from Germany. This was very convenient, the stroller was delivered to the hotel in time and was picked by Upababy from the hotel the next day after rent finish. The stroller was in excellent condition. Perfect way to borrow a car seat for my vacation in Portugal. The seat was easy to carry around with me and was clean and nice.

I highly recommend this service! We rented two car seats for 4 yo and 9 months old. The seats were clean and in very good shape. A representative met us at the airport right after we landed and delivered the seats on time. We initially rented the seats for 4 days and asked if we could extend our lease to a longer period and the company generously agreed (upon adjusting the payment of course) and saved us a hustle of re-renting seats. Communication was via WhatsApp with a very responsive costumer service. Thank you!

We recently rented a pram for our trip to Porto and were delighted with the service we received. Not only was the communication beforehand clear, but it was so easy to keep in touch with the company who provided WhatsApp details. We were met at the airport upon arrival and given a tutorial on using the pram, we then dropped it off on our way back. It was simple and so convenient. Such excellent service. The pram was great too. Its great to have something like baby transport covered on trips. Would highly recommend.

Great service! :) Could not imagine before how easy it is, but this is honestly the best offering if you travel with a baby or child and need to be equipped at your destination place. We rented a stroller incl. a car seat with isofix and got one from Britax Römer, which was super convenient and easy and comfortable to use. The isofix is quickly installed in the car. We used it for two weeks and everything was fine, the stroller went comfortably through each terrain. The service team is super nice and communication via email and whatsapp excellent. Always recommendable!

I d definitely recommend renting from Upababy. Seamless pickup and drop off at the Lisbon airport and very communicative throughout our rental period. The instructional videos sent ahead of time helped me wrap my head around car seat installation, which was a source of anxiety ahead of the trip. But everything went very smooth and we would work with Upababy again should we head back to Portugal with our son.

Nous avons loué un siège bébé isofix. Un monsieur nous attendait avec écriteau à la sortie des vols (aéroport de Porto). Siège très propre, état impeccable quasi neuf et de qualité, mieux que notre Cybex ! Retour parfait pour le rendre avec une personne (la même que laller) très sympathique. Extrêmement sérieux avec envois dinfos via whatsapp (rappel sur la date et heure du retour...) Je recommande sans hésitation.

Im so happy we found this service. We needed a pram last minute that could navigate the street for our Airbnb and the product was perfect, the communication was great and I consider it excellent value for our money. Our trip wouldnt have been nearly as nice without Upababy!

I used Upababy in May 2023 to hire a car seat and travel cot. The experience was seamless. They met us at the airport on arrival, gave an explanation of how to use the items and sent a video demonstration. The items were in good condition and easy to set up. It was easy to contact them via whatsapp and the drop off at the airport was quick, with no waiting around. I would definitely use Upababy again.

Très pratique. Livraison de la poussette louée directement sur le lieu de la location à la minute prêt et restitution de la poussette à l aéroport (aussi pile à l heure convenue). La poussette etait dans un très bon état et très propre. Petit plus, les deux personnes rencontrées pour la livraison et la récupération parlent en anglais et en français.

We recently travelled to Portugal from Canada with our 8 month old baby, and rented a carseat and a pack & play (playpen). We didnt want to lug a ton of baby stuff or risk the car rental agency not having a carseat for us. Our experience with Upababy was seamless, and we would 100% recommend and book with them again! Not only was their carseat significantly cheaper than if we had booked with the car rental agency, it was in amazing condition and we received a full tutorial on how to use and install it. The pack and play was clean and easy to assemble, and came in handy for sleep at our Airbnbs! Communication was clear and efficient on WhatsApp. They were super accommodating when we came back to Lisbon a day early, and asked if we could arrange an airport hotel pickup instead of the airport (so we wouldnt have to carry everything!). All in all, a very positive experience that reinforces Portugals reputation as an amazing place to visit for families!

This is an extremely reliable service provider. My husband and I travelled to Lisbon with our 16-month old child, and we wanted to avoid lugging a baby car seat and playpen from Canada, as well as avoid the extra cost of checking them in. The communication was clear and prompt, they used email with clear instructions for pick/drop off and WhatsApp for any timely communication and questions required. My only concern was that their deposit rate is high, about 50% on top of the rental cost upfront, compared with some of their competitors that don t charge a deposit. It was alright though, we received the full deposit back upon drop off if he equipment. They wait for you at the airport arrivals with a sign that includes your name on it - super convenient and straight forward. They give you some instructions on how to use the equipment, but also send you the user manuals through WhatsApp. Return drop off is painless too, they tell you a very obvious meeting spot.

Hands down best company to rent from! They were so helpful and communicative, they handled everything directly with our Airbnb host so we didnt have to worry about it. All of the equipment was in great condition. Highly recommend using Upababy if you visit Lisbon!

Very nice service available to travelling families. Items were clean and in very good condition. Delivery A+, they delivered our carseats to the airport upon our arrival and met near the car rental. Helped us set up the 2 carseats in our car, went through each item explaining us how to use before leaving us to travel. Nous avons fait appel à ce service de location de matériel de puériculture 3 jours avant notre départ au Portugal. Upababy nous a répondu très rapidement pour une demande de location en urgence. Léquipe est très réactive et professionnelle en nous proposant un devis détaillé pour tout le matériel souhaité. Jai réalisé ma demande en français et léquipe à fait de son mieux pour me répondre en français, mais nos échanges ont par la suite été fait en anglais pour plus de facilité mais si vous nêtes pas à laise en anglais, nayez pas peur de faire votre demande en français, Upababy fera de son mieux pour vous comprendre. Une fois le devis avec le matériel et le tarif fixés, léquipe ma bien expliqué le point de rendez-vous à laéroport de Porto selon lheure de mon vol. Notre vol a eu 1h30 de retard et léquipe sest adaptée, merci à eux dailleurs. Nous avons des jumeaux et nous avons pu louer des lits parapluie et des chaises bébés pour les repas durant nos 2 semaines de vacances. Le matériel de prêt est de bonne qualité et des explications pour lutilisation nous sont présentées au dépôt du matériel. Le retour se fait également à laéroport et les échanges sont faciles grâce à lapplication Whatsapp pour prévenir de notre arrivée. Il faut juste prévoir une voiture avec un coffre assez grand pour transporter tout le matériel, nous avions prévu 2 voitures de location pour nos vacances. Le service de location est très abordable et de grande qualité. Léquipe est réactive, sympathique et professionnelle. Je vous conseille sans hésiter ce service sur mesure pour voyager au Portugal léger et sans stress.

Great experience! They came and installed the car seats into our rental car at the airport, gave us some restaurant tips for where we were staying, and met us at the departure drop off to pick up the gear while my husband dropped the car off! So much easier then bringing our own gear!

On a recent family trip to Portugal we decided to try the Upababy car seat service instead of renting from a car hire company (our experience there is poor quality seats with no help provided on securing the seats, generally terrible). With Upababy it was the opposite, great quality seats, exactly as advertised. Eduardo went out of his way for us to ensure we knew exactly how to use the equipment, and both pick-up and drop-off worked exactly as advertised. Highly recommend this service

Great car seat rental and the staff were very responsive and accommodating. Our only issue was that the credit card payment didnt work so we had to pay in euros including the deposit.

We used this service because we couldnt get through to the car rental company to confirm that they had a carseat available for our toddler, for a 2.5 week stay in Portugal. That worked out, because for a longer-term rental, the cost was overall better. Although it took me a bit to understand how to submit a request, and then I had to wait to see if something was actually available, the company was prompt at getting back to me the following day and all communication from that point forward went smoothly. They were able to send us a link to pay via PayPal using a credit card, which was much easier for us than doing a back transfer, as we are located outside of Europe. Eduardo answered all of my questions fully. Once we confirmed, the company was communicative about where they would meet us at the airport, and even sent WhatsApp messages while we were in flight, so when we connected to wifi upon arrival I was able to confirm our instructions and let them know that we had arrived. They were helpful in explaining how to use/connect the carseat (different system than in North America), and were understanding when we were running late for our return flight. All in all, I thought it was a good service and would recommend it to other travellers.

Brilliant service allowing us to hire two high quality car seats for our young children when holidaying from Lisbon. We knew we wanted to get a safe rear facing seat and this wasnt possible through the car hire company. We were met at the airport after collecting our luggage and how to use the seats was explained clearly. The seats themselves were in great condition and nice and clean. Dropping them off back at the airport was nice and easy. Communication throughout was brilliant and they were easy to contact. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone looking to hire car seats in Portugal!

This is an outstanding service. We used Upababy to rent a car seat and stroller set during our 2 weeks in Lisbon. This proved to be a great decision because it enabled us to use taxis rather than rely on public transport. It was our first holiday with our baby and we had a lot to carry, so public transport would have been very difficult. The car seat and stroller were in perfect condition and the car seat could be installed and removed from a taxi within 10-20 seconds each time. Upababy met us at the airport when we arrived and before we departed, so it was no effort to collect and drop off the equipment. I would 100% use them on my next visit.

We did not want to travel on the plane with bulky items like a stroller and car seat, and we were worried that our stroller at home couldnt handle the rough cobblestones in Lisbon and Porto. Upababy had lots of items to choose from; the Britax Roemer stroller and car seat provided us with the most flexibility to navigate the streets easily, take taxi rides safely, and just explore. Eduardo made everything super easy. He responded quickly when I made a last minute request. He met us at the airport with our equipment and picked it up from our airbnb when we were done. Truly a great service, I will definitely use this again!

Atendimento assertivo e ágil. Procurei de última hora um aluguel de carrinho, a entrega foi feita no dia seguinte ao contato. Pude pegar o carrinho no Porto e devolver em Lisboa, isso ajudou demais o fluxo do passeio.

Highly recommended! A professional service that saved us the hassle of travelling with a car seat all the way from the UK. We met a representative at the airport where we collected the seat and then again at the time of our travel. All our communication were answered swiftly and promptly despite taking place in the Christmas/New Year holiday season : )

My husband and I chose to rent a stroller from Upababy for our trip to Lisbon, Portugal instead of bringing our own and it was one of the best decisions we made! We didn t have to worry about our stroller being lost or damaged by the airline and it was one less thing we had to pack, which is huge when you re traveling with a toddler! The Upababy staff had amazing communication before, during and after our trip. They promptly delivered a clean stroller at the time and address we requested. They were very helpful in showing us the features of the stroller when they dropped it off as well. Our flight was very early Saturday morning so we left the stroller at our hotel reception desk for Upababy to pick up - again, they were very prompt and communicated to us that they had picked up the stroller. Upon pickup, they issued a refund for the security deposit. We will definitely recommend Upababy to any of our family/friends traveling with a baby/young child and will use them again for future travel. If you re hesitant on renting baby equipment from Upababy, don t be! Save yourself the hassle and rent your baby equipment from Upababy - you won t be disappointed!
