Excellent service. I rented a 125cc scooter, it was a great experience to drive in Lisbon, where you have a lot of hills and cannot walk the whole day to discover the entire city. Paperwork was quick, the person at the counter was very friendly and everything was super smooth. Gas station is around the corner, but for what little you use there might be an arrangement not to fill up only two litres or so. I will always come here again.
A smooth and friendly experience. Rented a 125cc scooter (in Portugal it's legal with a B license, by the way) for 3 days. The helmets and the scooter felt almost new, the paperwork was quick, the manager was English-speaking and welcoming. The office is a very short walk from a metro station.
I had an excellent experience renting scooter for 3 months. The booking process was very efficient and so was the pick up as the vehicle was kept well prepared and was even assisted to fix a navigation holder. During my rental, I once had a issue with the scooter and a replacement was offered immediately with the vehicle being picked up within a hour of my compliant. The drop off process was also very smooth and was assisted in finding a great location to buy a secondary keys for my own motorcycle. In particular, Sofia at front desk was brilliant with a wonderful smile always and always kindly helping me with all of my issues. Would highly recommend anyone looking to rent a scooter. Much better experience for me than renting cars :)
Hands down the best value you can get if you are looking for a scooter in Lisbon!! My girlfriend and me had a 125cc scooter (larger model) for several months and everything was great. The staff was always super friendly and welcoming. Shout out especially to Sofia - thank you!
Why did I like my experience ? I had the scooter for 6 months, and when I returned it, it had some little damages, and I was worried they would charge the whole guarantee amount. On the contrary they were very transparent and I just paid for the exact fees (which were low). Plus, they were very flexible for the return, and the staff is very friendly! Highly recommand Cooltra for anyone living in Lisbon and wanting some medium-term renting.
Great way to see Lisbon, though the traffic can be painful at times (no fault of Cooltra or their staff at all). Staff are very nice and helpful in advice surrounding the city and laws. Scooters are in good condition. My tip is to leave a cash deposit so you get it back straight away and don't lose any to tax or exchange rates.
Totally awesome to discover lisbon with scooter. Highly recommend cooltra. The guys are great, really helpful, think with you and give great advice about the city. I have the feeling I haven't seen enough so, I'll be back.
Awesome service, brand new scooter. I got a three-wheels one and it's just fantastic in a city with pavé and tram rails like Lisbon, and perfect to go up to Sintra via the fantastic ocean-road that passes from Caiscais (or highway, but still you'd miss great views).

Fiz um aluguel durante o período de 6 meses, e desde o primeiro contato com o senhor Pavlo foi um espetáculo, sempre disposto , serviço nota 1000 . Recomendo muita saudade da minha 125c
Uma vergonha, já é a segunda vez que me cobram 10 de taxa administrativa por uma multa, que nunca recebi em casa, dizem que a culpa é da Polícia, mas não é de todo Tem outro problema, no miradouro da Senhora do Monte, as pessoas estacionam bem as motas, depois o pessoal dos Tuktuk se precisam vão la e colocam as motas em cima do passeio. Outro problema que noto lá, visto que eu trabalho lá, é que a Emel está sempre a multar as motos da Ecooltra, mas não multa motos particulares e nem da Electra, mesmo estando todas lado a lado. No Miradouro não existe nenhuma proibição de estacionar motos. Quando terminamos o estacionamento sempre tiramos fotos do estacionamento. Não aceito agora andar a pagar 10,00 por um erro que não cometi.
Muito poucos lugares disponíveis para estacionamento em Lisboa, só se pode estacionar as motas cooltra em lugares próprios para estacionamento das mesmas (não existe em todos os bairros) ou em estacionamentos sem parquímetros (que em Lisboa é cada vez mais uma raridade). Se estacionarmos a mota em estacionamento com parquímetro, no passeio sem incomodar os transeuntes ou pessoas com mobilidade reduzida a probabilidade de ter uma coima é extremamente elevada. Para além do valor da coima por estacionamento incorrecto a cooltra ainda vai cobrar uma taxa para despesas de administração. Usar este serviço para além de actualmente ter um custo alto, é pouco útil caso não tenha um lugar de estacionamento à porta do seu destino para motas.
Je déconseille fortement. Jai pris une vidéo lorsque jai récupéré le scooter. Lorsque je lai ramené ils mont indiqué quil yavait des rayures à différents endroits. Je leur ai donc montré la vidéo que javais prise, qui montrait bien que ça y était. Selon eux la vidéo nétait pas dassez bonne qualité, ils sont de mauvaise foi, même avec une preuve. Jai finalement dû payer un surplus, parce que jétais en retard, jallais louper mon train, donc jai cédé pour éviter quils me prennent ma caution.
Der Papierkram ging schnell und der Roller ist gut gefahren. Leider hat die Bezahlung online mit der Kreditkarte nicht funktioniert, ich konnte aber auf PayPal ausweichen.

Very convenient rental place - good bikes (I was renting SYM 50), helpful staff who answered all my questions and helped me to make a right choice. 100% recommend it.
I rented a 50cc Sym for a month, Sofia and Miguel were super friendly and efficient! They sorted out a payment glitch, gave tips on safety, allowed me to alter my rental after a couple of weeks, when I realised tht the 50cc was too week and I upgraded to a 125cc at a minimal cost. The bikes a lterally BRAND NEW! I would recommend this to everyone.

Liguei hoje a solicitar a recolha de uma mota que está estacionada em frente á minha janela. Resposta: Vou reportar. Entretanto ponho a cabeça de fora e bato numa mota! Sim porque vivo num r/c. Muito bonito alugar motos, mas depois fazer a recolha urgente porque estão mal estacionadas, tenho aguardar. Está mal estacionada à 1 dia.

If you happen to hold an EU passport and have a UK driving license, you will not be allowed to reserve any vehicle. Absolutely illogical rules that are exclusive of this company as I have never had an issue using any other like Freenow or Uber in cities like Paris or Madrid. Customer service is rude and not helpful at all, didn t even try to understand my situation. Discriminatory service
Vergonha: a empresa cobra 10 euros por custos de gestão administrativa quando uma moto é estacionada numa raia sempre cheia de motos e a Polícia Municipal decide perguntar quem estava a conduzir! A Cooltra não passa multas mas cobra extras quando não há lugar para estacionar nos estacionamentos de motociclos. Vou denunciar TODAS as motas estacionadas no passeio e enviar para a PM. Depois veremos quantos clientes sobram...
My experience with Cooltra was really positive, I rent a scooter 125cc which was almost new. The support team was always available and special thanks to Sofia who explained everything and was giving infos whenever I was in need. A scooter in Lisbon is a must if you want to explore the capital and the areas around because the parking is a huge issue in Portugal. For sure I recommend you to visit cooltra and rent scooter or a motorbike.

I had a very good rental experience. Took the scooter for a month at a good price. The store manager Sofia is awesome she helped me a lot with paperwork, decision making and service support. Cooltra repaired a damaged helmet box with no questions asked because they knew it was not my flaut. Highly recommend this shop.
nous avons louer un scooter 125 en bon état pour une journée , tout cest bien passé ,à part pour la caution armer vous de patience pour la récupérer il faut envoyer un RIB . .et heureusement que mon compte bancaire est portugais , autrement je serais peut être en train dattendre encore .laccueil est excellent ..
Horrible experience with their app & scooters & customer service. Their scooter stopped working after I paused it. I contacted their chat agent. Who simply left the chat without saying anything after I told him the situation! Then I attempted 3 more times to get another chat agent. I cant get through anymore! I need to hire an Uber back home in a remote area. Then two days later I receive an invoice from them for 200 ! Saying I didnt bring their scooter back! So insane. I explained them the situation and they refuse to acknowledge it even though there are 100 of documented results of their app & scooters not working on the Google play store! Another time I was using the scooter the helmet box didnt open anymore so I cant finish the ride and need to pay extra! The chat agent says the extra minutes I needed to spend chatting with him because of their app mistake wont get charged and then when he ends the chat session the extra minutes get charged! Just know when you use the service the scooter might stop working out of no reason and if you cant bring it back they will charge you 200 for it! Their reviews on Google play is full of stories of peoples app or scooter not working. Its crazy.
Péssimo serviço de recolha. Na minha rua, em Miraflores, Algés, estão pelo menos seis motas estacionadas há vários dias impedindo a passagem pelo passeio às pessoas, principalmente com mobilidade reduzida ou carrinho de bebé, obrigando a passar pela estrada. Já foi feita queixa à CMO e JF.

Very helpful lady who spoke great English and lovely guy in the workshop who helped us attach our phone mount to the bike. Good quality scooters fairly new. Easy returns and pick up. In centre of lisbon do easy from the airport and to get back there.
If you want to rent your bike fast, this is definitely not that place to go, we waited for over 1,5h to get our bike, not worth it for a 2 day rental imo!
Gestion incroyable du manager de Lisbonne. Réservation acceptée pour 12:30. Un mail demande de venir plus tôt mais ce n est pas possible. Motif : heure de table jusqu à 15:00 ! Une autre personne présente ne peut remettre le scooter et me dit que la manager est en fait chez le dentiste! Obligation de prendre un taxi pour rattraper le retard. 30 la course. Demande d annulation qui met plusieurs jours, d abord acceptée puis refusée. Je deviens responsable du changement qui ne m arrangeait pas. 3 interlocuteurs différents dont un qui ne retrouve pas mon no réservation. Et puis quand tu es parti on refuse de rembourser un service non rendu. Un scandale! The manager left before our reservation time 12:30. nobody was able to give us a scooter. They ask just before I came to come early or to wait till 15:00. The manager was in fact to the dentist. I asked to be reimbursed. They accept and later they refuse and said i have never been at the garage. We lost one hour and had to take a taxi to be on time. Those people were unable to find my reservation and after one month refuse to reimburse me. I lost 80 plus taxi two times 30 . Don t trust them and don t pay in advance and find a better company. This is a scandal!

Vi sconsiglio di usare questo servizio. Ti bloccano lo scooter senza motivo e con le borse dentro impedendoti di chiamare l assistenza clienti, i quali non sono in grado di aiutarti. Nell ultimo mese lo hanno fatto almeno 5 volte. Mi informerò da un avvocato se è possibike o meno fsre qualcosa ma non useró più questo servizio. 16-agosto 2022 Mi rispondono che posso inviare una email così possono verificare il mio caso mentre aspetto, da oltre un mese la risposta all email che ho già inviato. I miei complimenti per l assistenza che non c è.

Péssimo. Pela altura da wonderland do ano passado (2021) eu e o meu namorado decidimos dar uma voltinha ali pela região. Tudo certo, fizemos o check in e demos o passeio, terminamos e tudo ótimo. Entretanto, pouco tempo depois o meu namorado recebeu um email a dizer que estavamos a dever 1.52 à empresa, facultaram-nos entidade e referencia e eu fiz o pagamento NA HORA. Agora, nao sei quantos meses depois, fomos novamente contactados a cobrarem-nos o valor da taxa e alegaram nao receber o recibo, MESMO QUE O TENHAMOS ENVIADO NOVAMENTE DEPOIS DA SEGUNDA SOLICITAÇÃO DA TAXA. Lamentável.

My experience renting with cooltra was great! I rented the mortorcycle Sym Joymax for 3 months in Lisbon. It was great to moving around the city, going to the beach and so on. Sofia, and the rest of the team were very friendly and helpful. I totally recomend renting a motorcycle from cooltra if you want a more practical and fun alternative than public transportation.
I went to their shop - the address had changed and they hadnt bothered updating it on Google Maps, so had to make two stops - and was told they didnt have electric bikes to rent anymore but one would become available at the end of the week and theyd get in touch as soon as that happened. Weeks have passed and I havent heard back from them despite sending multiple emails.
Péssimo serviço, na hora de alugar é excelente, não devolveram a minha calção, já faz quase um mês que eu devolvi a moto, e na devolução (sábado) não informaram que a loja estaria fechada, o contrato e auto renovável, fui informada pelo mecânico para deixar a moto na porta da loja, eles não atendem o telefone, péssimo serviço, mesmo sabendo que voltaríamos para o Brasil, a Sofia filha do dono da loja disse que com 10 dias úteis nossa caução estaria na conta entretanto não devolveram o valor e a loja só reabrirá dia 03/10 , não aluguem para não passar raiva
Péssimo atendimento eles não devolvem a caução, faz 15 dias úteis que devolvi a moto, a Sofia passou que estava TD em ordem e que fariam a devolução do dinheiro em 10 dias MENTIRA até hoje não devolveram o meu dinheiro e toda hora dão uma desculpa, não existe problema com banco já que a conta para devolução é de Portugal, ele esperaram a gente sair de Portugal para nos dar dor de cabeça na hora de reaver o que é meu NÃO RECOMENDO NUNCA precisamos de pessoas idôneas o que não é o caso da empresa, não adianta vir com respostas automáticas resolva meu problema causado por vocês, Não tomamos multa, a moto foi conferida e já vai fazer quase um mês que devolvemos e NÃO fomos reembolsados, gostaria que a Cooltra tivesse sido tão honesta e responsável como a gente foi

What can i say ? This motorbike saved me in Lisbon. Price was great and i could have it as much i wanted . Sofia the person who rented it to me was really helpful kind and very sincere. The moment i gave the motorbike back i took back the deposit. I would recomend it for sure !!!!
Was asked to write a review so here it is: Rented the Sym Joymax (or Joyride, cant really remember anymore) 125cc for the month of August to travel from Lisbon to Caparica almost every day. Super convenient, comfortable, and saves you about 2583 hours of time that you wouldve been stuck in traffic, were you to use a car. Why only three stars, I hear you ask. Mainly because it took a millenium to receive the deposit back. Rental ended in August and just got the deposit back today. Luckily I wasnt in a rush to have the money back, but all the time I saved avoiding traffic, I lost again contacting Cooltra time and time again to have updates on the deposit. N.B. that about 9/10 calls wont be answered, so it takes some real perseverance to get to them (which luckily I have in abundance). When they do answer, Sofia is very friendly, as you will have noticed in most other reviews. Besides that, the scooter, which supposedly reaches 110kph, seriously struggles going uphill with a passenger on the back. Found ourselves on the highway with the scooter stuck at 65kph and screaming in pain like Ive never heard a scooter scream before. Admittedly I did find this extremely entertaining, although I can imagine not everyone would. Apart from all that, a good rental, and the lowered prices for residents - as myself - make it much cheaper than other rental companies I found. If youre not a resident the price is quite high though.
Excelente serviço. As scooters tem 2 capacetes guardados na própria mota. É fácil e barato de usar. Sai muito mais barato que trotinete para percorrer médias e longas distâncias. E usando o código de desconto FJTRPG ganha ainda 15 euros para novos cadastros.

I had one of their petrol 125 Sym Joyrides for over 18 months, as I ended up staying in Lisbon for much longer than expected. Every time I thought about cancelling and handing the bike back, I held on because its so handy. Its a flat monthly fee and they take care of everything except petrol. Communication is really good and at the end, they happily paid back the deposit. I would totally recommend these guys - thanks again!

Its not normal, knowing that its not your fault, maybe you can identify the user, at least by pushing him against the wall or parking in the motorcycle park 40 meters below. Not in the middle of the sidewalk.

Was told to come here by my travel group remoteyear for a discount on scooters. Came here, the employee working on Sat implied that anyone could make up fake discounts and wouldnt verify with it her manager. Bait and switch on customer incentives.
All cool as the name suggests! Quite flexible team and affordable prices. The deposit refund policy is the only negative mark I can mention. They ask you for your IBAN in PDF format and it takes a lot of time to have the funds back.

The prices are very low compared to the service delivered and the quality of the scooters they rent. Also, a special remark goes to the outstanding professionalism of the agent Sofia, who knows perfectly how to support and help the customer.
Awesome! Bikes are everywhere, and they are fast up the hills even with a passenger. Customer service is very responsive whenever theres a problem with the lock or anything else. Had a great stay in Lisbon in large part due to being able to move around so easily.
Al devolver la moto te quieren cobrar mas que lo que vale el alquiler 360 euros por dos arallones y la matrícula que doblo....Cuidado con los espejos..que os lo den fijo bien...aquí adjunto lo que quieren cobrar 200 euros por cambiar la pieza entera. Por supuesto está reclamado
Os termos e condições incluem a cobrança de 25 adicionais por cada multa que a moto apanhe. Mesmo quando a foto tirada à moto demonstre que a mesma estava bem estacionada. Um comportamento nada idóneo da parte da empresa. Contactada a empresa a resposta é que não devolvem os 25 pois está nos termos e condições (como se tivessemos hipótese de os rever como cliente) e que se quiser posso depois reclamar da multa junto das autoridades que a emitiram. Não vale a pena as respostas automáticas e politicamente correctas quando o utilizador é o elo mais fraco e não há vontade da parte da empresa para analisar a fundo a situação reportada.
É rara a mota que se encontra em boas condições totais, para o preço do aluguer deveriam ter outro tipo de manutenção dos veículos! Além disso o bate-papo da aplicação tem bugs por todo o lado, sendo assim, é quase impossível falar com um assistente! Infelizmente perdem por tudo isto que mencionei... Espero uma mudança num futuro próximo

Otimo negócio, aluguei uma tricity que me serviu muito bem a agradáveis passeios por Lisboa em novembro de 2021. Todas as orientações para condução e dicas foram dadas com cordialidade. Proveram todas orientações necessárias e corretamente a fazer um vídeo com o estado do veiculo antes de sair da loja. !!! DO NOT RENT THERE !!! Most terrible rental experience. I rented a scooter for a month, and after 2 days I end up in the middle of street with no petrol because the fuel jauge was defective. I called the service phone number, who could not help, and the next day I found out that they charged us 30 for 10mn call, amazing ! I had to take a Uber to go to a petrol station and buy a jerrycan of fuel, back and forth trip 1h, 20 . Then, I decided to return the scooter and asked for a refund, on the phone I have been said Yes, and then when I arrived it turned out into a No. Then I end up into a endless email/WhatsApp exchange with promesses that someone will contact me « tomorrow » which eventually happened 10 days after, to announce « we will refund nothing, and btw the fuel jauge is working perfectly ». WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE since quite some time !

Everything was very organized and the scooter was perfectly prepared for us when we came. The thing I liked the most was, how honest they were. I didnt felt like they forced me to any extra cost or something. So I absolutely recommend Cooltra and would come back any time. Thanks!

Ottima idea noleggiare uno scooter x girare la città ed ottimizzare i tempi, e poi, parcheggi dove vuoi. Con poco meno di 100 euro ho noleggiato un ottimo scooter con assicurazione tutto incluso. Il ragazzo trovato in negozio è stato veramente disponibile e simpatico e mi ha dato ottimi consigli.

I have rented many cars and scooters but never with a rentalfirm this pleasant! Employees are friendly and very cooperative; looking for solutions to every question. The scooter was good, helmets were clean and good. Lisbon is a very nice town to explore by scooter. Very recommended!!!
Still waiting to get back my 150 . No one answering on the phone. Never had such a bad experience! The scooters were nice but the guy in the store had just no clue what he was doing. Going to contact my Lawyer if the money won t be on my bank account in the next 2 days

Ich habe bereits das zweite mal bei Cooltra einen Roller gemietet. Es hat alles super geklappt. Aus Zeitgründen konnten wir den Roller nicht am vereinbarten Platz abstellen. Das war aber kein Problem. Immer wieder gern. Vielen Dank Cooltra!

Organisation médiocre.... 9 scooters de réservé ! Arrivé sur place désolée tout est loué -a quoi sert votre service de réservation ? Et aucun effort pour trouver une solution, le gars à l acceuil en a rien à faire cest pas sont problème... Je déconseils.
Servicio y tratos correctos, sobretodo si teneis la suerte q te atienda Miguel. Recordarle q os haga descuento de la web si no habeis hecho la reserva por esa vía. Las únicas pegas que le pongo a Cooltra es que las motos llevan su logo y eso hace que la gente sepa q es de alquiler, en ocasiones es mejor pasar desapercibido. También tengo q decir que no entiendo porqué hacen pagar por otro casco adicional, si es una moto de dos ocupantes deben de proveer lo que diga la ley, o es que a los turismos les alquilan los cinturones aparte? Simplemente para q reflexione Cooltra sobre ello.

o que aconteceu com o Rodrigo Domingues aconteceu a mim. meu esposo alugou a mota e no dia da revisao o que era pra ser uma simples troca de oleo foi quase 250 euros com o msm motivo da queixa do rodrigo kkk o engraçado é que o mecanico mal pegou na mota e ja sabia o wue ela tinha . cuidado a fazerem negocio nessa empresa .

We were in Lisboa on vacation and decided to rent a scooter for a few hours, all was good until we came back to return it.. The manager immediately looked under(!!) the scooter and found a scratch on a black plastic, it seemed that she knew what she was looking for.. (Im absolutely sure that it was there from the beginning and we were not expecting something like that so had not checked it so carefully) and she didnt look on anything else at all, and charged additional 40. So be really careful if youre going to rent something here.

Uma empresa péssima. Mal educados. Passam uma informação por telefone, e pessoalmente dão outra. Por telefone há motas disponível, quando vai levantar as já não há. Confusão e perda de tempo, é a única coisa que recebi.
Erste Mal einen Roller 125er in Valencia gemietet. Keine Probleme gehabt. Zweite Mal hier in Lissabon einen 125er gemietet und keine Probleme gehabt. Roller sah leicht mit genommen aus durch Lackkratzer aber sonst lief er tadellos. Vermieter gab uns Tipps was wir besuchen können usw.

Uns vigaristas! Fiz um aluguer nao levantei a mota e nao devolveram o pagamento! E mentirosos!Assim e facil, recebem e nao tem despesas. Deveriam ter simulador de aluguer, obrigatorio por data nascimento e data de carta de conduçao. Como nas simulacoes de seguros automoveis.
They made us submit all types of information including driving license. After that we had to wait for couple of days for them to review; very manual process. Then we went back and forth on emails for them only to tell us that we should go get a permit from a private company: International Automobile Association Inc that claims to issue International Driving License. Given that it is a private company , trying to translate the US Government issued driving license and charge for it is basically and money-making scheme. So basically unlike all other Auto rental companies, ecooltra in Lisbon denied accepting US government issued driving license. We rented from another vendor, and didn t have any issues.

Recomendo a quem usar vários dias guardar a touca, porque além de ser mais ecológico, já apanhei uma que já tinham acabado (não é uma crítica porque acredito que a cooltra reponha bastante o stock, mas pronto, é impossível às vezes não acontecer já não haver...ou infelizmente alguém ter tirado várias, etc). 5*

I rented a scooter in July and the rental process is pretty smooth. Select the scooter you like and pay it online. I suggest to take up the additional insurance so you dont have to deal with further expenses. The staff is brilliant and they helped me to explain how to get from a to be and how tolls work. I rented a scooter with 125 cmm as I love some speed :-) A great place to rent a scooter and a perfect way to explore the greater Lisbon Area!!
Amazing!! Just what I was looking for. Very easy to book online, good service at the store and the scooter was perfect to visit Lisbon and some cities around like Sintra and Cascais. I would rent a scooter in Lisbon again with them!
La experiencia de visitar a Lisboa en moto ha sido increíble! Hicimos la reserva online porque tienen descuento si lo haces por la web y luego encontramos la tienda muy fácilmente. Está muy bien ubicada. La moto estaba muy limpia y en buen estado y el precio era muy bueno. Miguel, que era el chico que nos atendió, un encanto sobre todo porque nos recomendó lugares y rutas para hacer cosas un poco menos típicas . Gracias Cooltra!!!!!

Give them one star its too much for the professional way they work. Weve booked the day before, they tell us it was ok and after 30 minutes waiting in their store they tell us that they thought to have a scooter for us but it wasnt true. They mistaken...
Only after paying and filling up all the papers and checking the scooter, they tell us we are not aloud to rent them because of our age. Thank you for wasting our valuable time.

Excelente servicio, alquilamos una Scooter en Lisboa para un dia y la experiencia fue súper divertida. Solo teníamos un par de días para hacer turismo por la ciudad y lo aprovechamos al máximo gracias a Cooltra. El trato con su equipo también fue de diez. Sin duda 100% recomendable. P.D cuidado con los raíles de los tranvías de la ciudad.
