We had a great time with Carlos. He drove us to many if not most of the important sites in and near Lisbon. And he took us to some fabulous restaurants. Best of all, his good company, knowledge, and pride came through wonderfully. We recommend him to all visitors looking for a unique and memorable experience in Lisbon and environs.

Excellent tour. Well organized from the beginning, everything ran smoothly. Little touches like pastries, water, and brochures for sites were all ready for us each day. Airport pick up with seamless. He was able to coordinate more difficult requests as well, including pick up of a different passenger at a different time and drop off to a different location while simultaneously on a tour. Would not hesitate to book!

Carlos is an excellent driver and guide and a very nice personne. Perfect cleaned car, bottles of water at disposal, smooth driving… I warmly recommend his services.

Carlos, our guide to and around Sintra, was charming, informative, unobtrusive and very patient with us three ladies. Nothing was too much trouble over the nine hours. His car was so comfortable and the drive smooth. We would definitely recommend Carlos and look forward to seeing him again on our next visit to Portugal.

I took a day quick trip to Fatima and Nazare from Lisbon while traveling on business. Carlos was punctual and professional and very friendly to experience Portugal. I highly recommend if you want to avoid the hassle of renting a car and want an experienced and trustworthy host. We even grabbed a nice lunch in Nazare!

My wife and I have been to Lisbon at least 6 times before but we truly never saw the wonderful parts of this beautiful area until we met Carlos from ACC Tours. Carlos first picked us up at the airport and then dropped us off at the port two days later this past November. He was so nice and professional that I contacted him on our recent trip to Lisbon. He once again was waiting for us at the airport, the next day he arranged a half day tour of Sintra, Palacio da Pena, Quinta da Regaleira, Cabo da Roca and Cascais. Along the way we stopped at one of his favorite restaurants in Guincho at the beach. The lunch was spectacular but paled in comparison to the amazing day that Carlos planned for us. Every detail was fully thought out, from the punctual schedule, the water bottles and delightful pastries. He is such a pleasure to spend the day with. We can not wait to come back to Lisbon again for no other reason then to spend another day with Carlos.

On my most recent trip to Portugal I reserved a rental car because I planned to go outside Lisbon. At the last minute I cancelled the rental and booked with Carlos instead. Best decision of the trip! He knows Portugal inside and out, he thoughtfully printed out a daily description of the sights along with background info and histories. Even better he knew the best places to find amazing restaurants, wine and olive oil tastings that most tourists could never find. He took me to a fish restaurant on the beach where he’d been coming since he was 12. Not surprisingly I was treated like family and to the freshest fish in Cascais. In Evora his favorite restaurant was fully booked but his connections opened the door to a 7 seat restaurant run by a couple—completely unknown to anyone but locals and foodie insiders. We shared a partridge pie, local cheeses and wine, and an amazing double poached pear dessert. He had just taken a US couple on a 6-day tour of Portugal. I hope to do that next time!
