Burlado. Acordei uma viagem com esta empresa e fiz o pagamento de 50% do valor adiantado, como a empresa exige. No dia, não nos fizeram o serviço. Durante a hora combinada estiveram constantemente a dar-nos indicações erradas pelo telefone de modo a que nunca os encontrássemos. Quando os encontramos, pessoalmente, negaram ser a empresa com quem tínhamos falado e que tínhamos contratado. Ficaram com 105 do pagamento adiantado e não cumpriram qualquer serviço que fosse. Exigi o reembolso, o qual não foi feito. Além disto, não houve emissão de qualquer recibo do valor pago. Scammed. I agreed a trip with this company and paid 50% of the amount in advance, as the company requires. On the day, they didnt do the job for us. During the agreed time they were constantly giving us wrong directions over the phone so that we never found them. When we met them in person, they denied being the company we had spoken to and hired. They took 105 of the advance payment and failed to perform any service. I demanded a refund, which was not forthcoming. In addition, no receipt was issued for the amount paid.

Pour un EVG, on a passé une super après-midi (1h ) Bière à volonté en pédalant le long du Tage. Nous avons pu mettre notre musique sur l enceinte Bluetooth. Les gars étaient vraiment sympa, je vous conseille vivement!

Fuimos a Lisboa de despedida de soltera y fue lo mejor del fin de semana. Diego y Ricardo consiguieron que fuese una actividad muy divertida, 100% recomendable si vienes a Lisboa

Des problèmes à répétitions.. tirage pression en panne, vélo qui casse à la moitié du parcours. Une sangria très très très moyenne Et pour finir un remboursement de lactivité ridicule. Passez votre chemin

Dommage que lon ne puisse pas mettre 0 étoile. Pour info nous étions 12 personnes qui avaient réservé et avaient versé un à compte (140 environ) pour un enterrement de vie de garçon. Après sêtre trompé dadresse, nous arrivions sur les lieux à 18h20 pour 18h (certes en retard mais le créneau de réservation était de 18h à 19h....) Entre temps nous avons eu une personne au téléphone pour le prévenir que nous serions en retard et il nous a confirmé que si nous arrivions dans les 30 min max sétait pas un soucis. Arrivé sur place la personne na rien voulue savoir... En nous demandant de rappeler son patron car lui était un groulliou de service et quil fallait sen retourner à son boss car nous étions en retard et que le bike était parti .. Problème son boss ne répondait plus.... Quand on demande où es notre Bike réservé entre 18h et 19h et qu au pire on fait 30 min au lieu dune heure, il nous demande de courir après celui qui est en course (et dappeler Julien... Comme si je le connaissais mdr) ... Bref 0 pour cette enseigne attrape touriste.

Inadmissible to flee The bike broke after 5 minutes we received no refund and we never offered to come back 1 hour later we are still waiting for the refund with Antoine Vacher.

Óptima experiência, divertimo-nos muito, zona linda perto da baixa de Lisboa!

Assez déçues par l expérience, un aller retour sur l avenue Brasilia face à la mer mais ne permettant pas de découvrir certains monuments de la ville Très mauvais rapport qualité prix, la sangria avait le mérite d être là mais clairement pas de qualité, un siège était cassé pendant la moitié du trajet. Malgré cela et le fait qu une amie n ait pas pu participer car tombée malade (ça tombait presque bien pour eux puisqu il manquait un siège), aucun geste commercial n a été fait par le gérant. Pour autant les personnes (sûrement salariés?) qui se sont occupées de nous étaient très sympathiques et on fait leur travail correctement.

Made a large booking for Bike Bar Tours for Lisbon in June. Diogo was very helpful and quick to reply. Unfortunately due to Covid-19 we were unable to travel, Diogo offered a full refund. Good communication and helpful. Would recommend.

Quando meus amigos do Brasa vieram me visitar aqui em Lisboa, nós tivemos uma experiência fantástica quando escolhemos fazer esse tour de bike regado a boa cerveja. Foi muito, muito bom mesmo. Cerveja gelada, uma playlist bem animada rolando e muito papo e diversão. Ahh. Já tava esquecendo do bônus: uma vista irada do rio Tejo nos acompanhou por todo o trajeto e ao final pudemos curtir um sunset iluminado. Faria de novo, sem dúvida. Eu mais do que recomendo pra quem quer diversão ao conhecer essa cidade linda.

Très mauvaise expérience !!! Je ne recommande pas du tout ce tour Les organisateurs ont été plus que désagréables. Javais réservé cette activité pour un EVJF il sest avéré quon a du partager le Beer Bike avec un autre groupe, il ne sagit donc pas dun événement privé, du moins on aurait pu en être informées en amont ! Le tour ne dure pas 1h, les organisateurs nont pas voulu nous servir nos 5 boissons et 10 après le départ un des organisateurs a voulu nous faire descendre, pensant que nous navions finalement pas réservé le bon créneau (ce qui était faux). Bref le concept est très sympa, mais lorganisation harchi nulle, les organisateurs ne sont pas du tout adaptés a ce genre dévénement. Je ne conseille pas du tout cette activité, beaucoup trop chère et sans intérêt (ce nest pas une visite de Lisbonne mais un aller retour le long du Tage, nous navons même pas été jusquà la tour Belem) Please dont book this activity, its a scam!!! gros problème de point de rendez et donc impossibilité d arrivee à l heure en prenant 2h d avance. c était une activité pour un evg que l on n a pas pu faire et surtt aucune possibilité de se faire rembourser. au final 125 euros de perdu plus 50 euros de taxi qui on pris l adresse du rendez vous sur la feuille que j avais imprimé de la réservation. une honte à éviter!!!!!
