We had a great time biking thru southern part of Lisbon. My bike chain link came off twice. Was able to get it back on but with some difficulty. Wishes Boost had taken care of it prior because they were aware of the issue with this bike.

I accidentally booked the wrong day and they happily changed it to the following day! I did a walking tour around Alfama and it was really really interesting, I was the only person on the tour and I struggle quite badly with anxiety, so Ive not great on one on ones. But Bia was brilliant and put me at ease straight away. Thoroughly recommended

Our tour guide Bia was fantastic and the tour gave us a good initial understanding of the layout and history of Lisboa.

We had the hill ebike tour with Pedro. It was excellent. He helped everyone become familiar with the bikes and his instructions were clear. He was a very good guide and had enthusiasm for telling us about the city. We would thoroughly recommend. Its not hard work, you dont need to be especially fit - you just need to be able to ride a regular bike.

Met Willem een fantastische route door de 7 heuvelen gefietst in Lissabon. Hij neemt er echt de tijd voor! Stijl omhoog, maar ook weer rap naar beneden en op elk level vertelde Willem ons veel over de geschiedenis van de stad. Oude panden, straten, stadsmuren, de oudste woningen maar ook waar je heerlijk kan eten en de echte Fado kan beleven! Al met al 3 uur op pad geweest. Een aanrader om met Willem te fietsen!

David was extremely helpful, kind, patient and delightful! He went through everything with us, where to go to get to key sights and was very helpful for us. Rick and another lovely gentleman with a piercing in his ear were great!

Had a tour with Jefferson in Lisbon and saying it was amazing would be an understatement. So much laughters ! Jefferson is such a knowledgeable guide, made sure we got to know the smallest historic details while keeping everyone entertained. Also, he helped fix my bike twice after I got some technical issue. Today (25 September 2024) we had one of the best time in Lisbon, doing e-bike tour for 3 hours. Our guide Eduardo Paiva was a great story teller - apart from the fact that hes a super nice guy who always make sure that we are safe (it was a rather wet day and the bike could be slippery). Eduardo knows the area like the back of his hand, and his knowledge of the history, folklores, and special food in the area that we visited are simply amazing. I truly recommend you to try this unique experience!

During our visit to Lisbon me and two others in my family did the Up the Hills bike tour with Adi and absolutely loved it! His storytelling was fantastic at each spot and he went very into great detail on the history of Lisbon and pointing out reasons various buildings were designed certain ways that we would not have noticed ourselves. You could tell he was very knowledgeable and actually interested in the history which was refreshing, it did not feel like a script or that he was rushing us along. I would 10/10 recommend!

We really enjoyed our bike tour with João, he had an unbelievable depth of historic knowledge and a brilliant enthusiasm for the tour. I would say the bikes do need to be kept a little better as they were in need of repairs on our way round. Its worth noting the bikes are bigger and more cumbersome than a normal push bike which is difficult if you arent used to it. The service, staff and booking process was all very good. We will recommend to friends.

Terrible. Cancelled on our group of 12, TWO days before we were due to go. Completely ruined our plans for the day and too late for us to book any alternative for that many people at short notice. Really poor show given I booked weeks in advance and the excuse given was all the e-bikes will be used due to a big event.

I rented two bikes for four hours. (14euro each) David was so nice and welcoming! He explained everything clearly about the bikes, bike route and what to do if we ran into any bike issues. He also provided some recommendations for food etc. in the area. Great price and great staff!

I just walk out from there. you need to pay deposit and insurance when I book from the tourist center they didnt mention it, and they said its not to be like that.

Good and safe bikes, nice staff and they gave us good recomendation where to go. Not giving 5 starts becouse they didnt give us fully charged bikes and 2 out of 6 ran out and 1 was almost empty, but they have road asistance which brought us 2 fully charged bikes in 20 minutes. Dont think you can find better in Lisabon

My brother and I recently took the 3.5 hour e-bike tour to Monsanto Forest Park just outside the city of Lisbon. The e-bikes provided were of high quality and our guide David did an outstanding job of explaining the highlights and history at our stops along the way. Reservé con antelación un tour en bicicleta en castellano. La víspera recibí un mail de confirmación y me cobraron el dinero de mi tarjeta, pero esa misma tarde me enviaron un mensaje ( en inglés) diciendo que no había gente suficiente para hacer el tour en castellano y que lo hiciese en inglés. Evidentemente no es lo mismo y les he pedí que me devolviesen el dinero, pero todo son pegas e inconvenientes. Como no me daban respuesta me he tenido que desplazar a su local, reclamarlo en persona y después de varias llamadas al jefe parece que al fin están dispuestos a hacer el reembolso, Aunque todavía no me ha llegado. Puedo entender que se suspenda la actividad porque no hay gente suficiente, pero en ese caso lo normal sería no hacer el cobro hasta tenerla asegurada y si lo hacen que luego diesen todas las facilidades del mundo para devolverte tu dinero. Es inaceptable que te pongan trabas para recuperar tu dinero cuando son ellos los que han suspendido la actividad,. H

Really deplorable service, we had organized our day on a scooter with this rental company. Already paid in advance. We arrived in the morning, supposedly the computer system was not working, it was impossible to deposit a deposit: reservation canceled. The boss is absolutely not accommodating. I strongly advise against this rental company.

We took the hills ebike tour with David last week during our visit to Lisbon. He was a great tour guide. Not only did he provide great information, he was always very cognizant of our safety, taking his time and making sure we stayed together. My family and I had a great time riding around Lisbon. The bikes could be a bit touchy at times, but David brought us to Commerce Square to practice, so we had more confidence. I highly recommend this tour and David!

Après-midi incroyable avec Julie et Marie qui nous ont fait découvrir tout Lisbonne en vélo électrique en à peine 3h (cest passé vite quand même ). Je recommande vivement cette activité, car on apprend lhistoire de la ville superbement contée par nos guides, tout en faisant du sport (Jai perdu 7kg je crois ), et le tout dans une bonne ambiance. Les lieux visités étaient magnifiques, avec notamment des arrêts pour admirer des vues panoramiques époustouflantes. Une mention particulière à mon binôme du jour, Marie, qui, en plus dêtre attentionnée (je ne suis pas à laise en 2 roues ), est super gentille, et très professionnelle, on dirait que ça fait 20 ans quelle est dans le métier. Bonne continuation à vous 2 et encore mille fois merci à Marie pour avoir veiller sur moi

The river bike tour to Belem was fantastic! Miguel was especially amazing. He knew so much about the city and provided history, and was also fun. For this tour along the river, you see a number of historical sites in Lisbon, and are lucky enough to get a pastel de nata as part of the tour. Would definitely do again with this company!

Die Segway-Tour mit Tiago auf deutsch war total spannend und interessant. Erstmal macht es unglaublich Spaß mit dem Segway unterwegs zu sein und durch die schmalen Straßen von Alfama zu fahren. Außerdem hat er Details über Alfama erzählt, die man bei einer normalen Stadtführung vielleicht nicht gehört hätte. Danke! :)

Een echte must-do als je in Lissabon bent! Samen met Vlaamstalige gids Arno hebben we de up the hills tour gedaan. Online stond medium zwaar, maar de ebike is van super goede kwaliteit, er is eerder wat fietservaring nodig (maar die hebben wij Nederlanders wel). Ook voor tieners is deze tour erg geschikt. Gids Arno leidde ons naar bekende en minder bekende plekken in Lissabon en vertelde met veel enthousiasme over deze prachtige stad. Alle hoogte punten werden bezocht maar het absolute hoogtepunt was het dak van kerk da Graca, waar het uitzicht misschien wel mooier (en rustiger) was dan de welbekende uitzichtspunten. Waarom dan toch 4 sterren? De communicatie: mail werd niet beantwoord (ik had wat vragen of het voor tieners geschikt was) en aantal klopte niet (3 ipv 2) ondanks herhaaldelijk mailen. Daar zit nog een klein verbeterpuntje in. Wij hebben het echt fantastisch gehad, heel erg bedankt!

Lisbon. We did a bike tour to explore the hills and it was both amazing and scary! The e-bikes are definitely needed but remember that if you go up, you also must go down too and there were steep areas. I like how Boost provided hair nets before you put on your helmet so plus points for considering hygiene. Our tour guide was very attentive, making sure no one was left behind. There was also ample time at each stop to take pictures. Their location is also very central and easy to go to.

We did the up the hill tour! This felt nothing like hills with these electric bikes, how comfy that is. Great way to get to know the city and well explained by our guide Joel! A few days later we rented bikes to ride along the coastline and into the city ones more, you can see ao much more in a short time with these bikes. The brakes weren t great but all together more then worth it!

We booked the E-Bike City Tour down to Belem. The tour was easy and not exhausting at all. Our tour guide was Peter and this guy is awesome, great Entertainer and he teached us a lot about Lisbons History. He invited us for a Nata down at the tower of Belem and all participants of the tour had a great time. 5 stars absolutely deserved!

My wife and I hired 2 e-bikes from Boost in Lisbon. Their customer service representative Mariana Silva made the whole hiring process quick and smooth for us. She was very professional and friendly, as well as all her colleagues. We ride the bikes along the Tagus shore until the Belem tower. It was a really nice ride. I highly recommend this place for E-bike hiring. Be sure of having a photo ID.

Quick check-in and a great and fun tour. Thiago shared a lot of historical and fun facts along the way and did a great job as our guide. Make sure you are confident riding a bike. Yes, you re going downhill over cobblestone roads and through traffic, which made it extra fun for me personally. The e-bikes were strong which made going uphill easy.

Simon and Andrea were our tour guides for River Tour on E-Bike and as a family we had a very enjoyable experience of viewing Lisbon and its Old Towns by bicycle and nibble delicious custard tarts. Learnt some history and noticed some fascinating places to eat and explore further. Grosse arnaque !!! 1h de visite=1h de bouchon soit aucune visite de la ville juste le temps de faire le tour du block !! Voiture on chargée tombée en panne en plein milieu d un bouchon. Cerise sur le gâteau une assurance payée pour payer une franchise !!!

Horrible !!! De la circulation à outrance, nous avons fait seulement un pâté de maison en 1h . Des voitures qui fonctionnent mal, nous sommes restés bloqués au milieu de la route. Aucun gestes de la part de l agence , c est vraiment une arnaque.

Tomas was our guide. He can literally answer any questions about Lisbon. Very insightful. Great way to see the city. Smaller e-bikes are available for short people like me (158cm).

Oriana is the absolute best!!! Definitely ask for her by name. Her English is impeccable if that s what you need. Her knowledge of the history of Lisbon made the trip really fun for us. She gave us room to do our own thing when we wanted and she had an answer for every question. We will absolutely be coming back for a different tour soon. Thanks Oriana!!!

Fun, engaging, useful - book a tour with Peter as soon as you arrive in Lisbon. Our tour with Peter was most excellent. He was informative, entertaining and looked after us the whole way. Super visite sympathique et enrichissante. Le vélo électrique est très pratique dans les rues de Lisbonne et permet de nous donner un coup de pouce dans les montées. Visite de lieux artistiques fascinants, des monuments de Lisbonne, tout ça en passant par des quartiers typiques/anciens. C est Top de pouvoir découvrir tout cela avec un guide pour nous donner des explications. Notre guide était Simon ( en français), c était top avec lui, il est très sympathique et donne des explications pertinentes, Merci à lui ! Je recommande ! ( Activité faites en couple) .

De up the hills tour met e-bikes gedaan. De goede e-bikes zorgen ervoor dat de hellingen geen moeite kosten. Onze gids (Thomas) sprak goed Engels en kon leuk vertellen over de bezienswaardigheden in Lissabon. Fietservaring is wel essentieel, vooral bij de steile hellingen naar beneden. Vooraf wordt niet verteld over het slechte wegdek waardoor het fietsen af en toe wat eng kan zijn, maar al met al zeker een tour om aan te raden.

Wir haben mit unserem sehr sympathischen Guide Matthias eine E-Bike Tour durch die beeindruckende Altstadr Lissabons gemacht. Matthias zeigte uns dabei die schönsten Aussichtspunkte und erklärte uns vieles über die spannende Geschichte der Stadt. Absolut empfehlenswert.

We did the E-Bike Tour through Lisbon. This is a super fun activity to see a lot of the City in a short time and very active way. The tour itself is very well organized. The bikes are super fun and helpful when going up the steep streets. Our guide however was not very enthusiastic, tired or maybe Hangover. She spoke very quiet, which made it difficult to understand and the English was not as good as I would expect it for the English booked tour. One point that stood out very negatively to the whole group was when we were asked to try a local liquor. We made clear that we didnt want to buy it and didnt bring cash, but the liquor was offered to try. Only after that the local lady told that each drink costs amount X. I am fine to support local producers and pay for good products or services but here we were clearly tricked into paying. This could have been avoided by our tour guide who brought us there for a reason and also waited to continue with the tour till everyone paid. Besides that a great experience and would definitely book another tour with Boost. 3/5

Tour was great. About 3.5 miles of biking. There was time to take pictures at each stop. Clara was very knowledgeable, attentive, and informative. Would recommend this tour as well as her as a guide.

Did a Half day Tuk Tuk tour with Hugo. Could not have had a better day! We had never been to Lisbon and basically asked him to show us the highlights. I feel like we got that and more! He shared his vast knowledge of the history of Lisbon and saved us a lot of time! Have already recommended Hugo to family that will be in Lisbon next month. Seamless experience start to finish!

Reserved an electric car, but we are both 6 ft plus, and did not fit at all in the electric car. They offered us the three-wheel motorized bike, which we tried out. It certainly was an experience, but between trying to keep the engine running, not tipping over, incredibly steep hills, traffic were not familiar with, streets that are closed, it was too difficult to stay on track for a tour. Tour. Ended up doing three separate portions of their predefined routes. The kids running this place are great and friendly. I recommend this experience if youre adventuresome, but just know theres a definite height limitation on the electric cars.

This tours was the worst. The tour guide was crazy ..speaking to fast. He English was very poor we cant understand him..he Wasnt organized he as us what we want to see. He left us in the middle of the city.. no drop us back to the location he pick us.. he stop I. Basically two place for pictures we didnt learn anything..I am very disappointed

This half day long E-Bike tour of Lisbons hills and central city was fun biking, though requiring the E-Bike. The descents, while somewhat intimidating, were perfectly managed by the two leaders Peter and Ricardo. Ricardo was always there to hold traffic at some of the more challenging intersections, thereby giving us all a feeling of safety. He also worked to keep us all together by performing sweep duty as the group spread out. Peter did most of the talking, and he was the most exceptional tour guide we have ever experienced anywhere on any tour, and we have done many tours. Peter should write and publish a book about the history of not only the city of Lisbon, but also his immense knowledge of Portuguese history, and its relevance in world history. I learned more on this tour than I did in an entire semester of college history. He should just write down his mental script, in its exact form, to produce an exciting book.

Wir haben als Firmenevent mit 54 Personen das Amazing Race durch Lissabon gebucht und es waren alle hellauf begeistert! Die Organisation vor Ort war wirklich sehr gut. Viele Unternehmen bieten nur noch Stadtralleys digital mit App an-das wollten wir nicht und sind froh, Boost gefunden zu haben. Hier stand an jeder Station ein Mitarbeiter, der dank passender Verkleidung zur gestellten Aufgabe auch sofort erkennbar war. Die Aufgaben waren sehr gut gewählt. Nicht zu einfach, aber auch nicht unlösbar. Vielen Dank an das Team für diese gelungene Aktion!

We had a great experience with this today! It was lovely to see Lisbon this way. The bikes were great and the route was amazing. Lots of pretty views, interesting historical stories and enough time to stop and watch. Espresso and pastel de nata were included! Our guide Martin was very kind and fun to bike around with.

We rented two regular bikes on a sunny aprils day. The bikes are new and fancy, very comfortable seats, the ride was perfect. Bea took care of us, she was perfect, helpful sweet and funny, spoke fluent english with us. Wir hatten heute Nachmittag eine tolle Segway-Tour mit Isabella , sie hat es super gemacht und gab uns viele Infos zu Sehenswürdigkeiten und der Geschichte Lissabons. Die Einweisung in die Segways war easy und ohne Schwierigkeiten ging es Hügel auf und ab, durch enge Gassen und an interessante Orte. Alle Mitarbeiter:innen waren supernett und ich kann diese Art Lissabon zu entdecken auf jeden Fall empfehlen, wir hatten viel Spaß!!

Absolutely great experience. Had 2 guides with a group of 8-10, 1 who led the group and another at the back just in case anybody fell behind (which I did and another member did). They made sure that we both were taken care of on each occasion. Also carried water bottles for some other members. Super warm and friendly guides.

Wir hatten eine tolle E-Bike Tour mit unserem Guide Martin. Definitiv empfehlenswert um viel von Lissabon zu sehen und zu erfahren! Außerdem toll, dass es die Tour auf Deutsch angeboten wird.

Die Tour mit Martin (deutsche Tour) hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht und man konnte in der Tour wirklich sehr sehr schöne Ecken der Stadt entdecken, die man zu Fuß oder alleine nicht in dieser Zeit erreicht hätte. Wir waren mit den E-Bikes unterwegs die bei den Hügeln eine super Unterstützung gegeben haben.

Wir hatten eine absolut tolle E-Bike-Rundfahrt mit EDUARDO auf deutsch gebucht. Wir sind an Stellen vorbeigekommen, die wir nie allein entdeckt hätten. Eduardos Hintergrundinfos und sein Humor machten die 2,5h zu einem besonderen Erlebnis. Die E-Bikes fuhren sich super und auch die steilsten Straßen und Gassen waren ohne Probleme zu bewältigen. Man fährt durch Gassen, die nur zu Fuß oder eben mit dem E-Bike befahrbar sind. Daher kann man mehr entdecken als mit anderen Fahrgeräten. An besonders schönen Aussichtspunkten blieb Zeit zum Verweilen. Ein kleiner Halt mit süßer Nascherei in einer kleinen versteckten Konditorei war ein köstliches Erlebnis. Ein absolut empfehlenswerter Ausflug. Einen herzlichen Dank an Eduardo für dieses Erlebnis auf 2 Rädern. Familie Riemann aus Halle/Leipzig

Biking is such a great way to see Lisbon - and the ebikes were a MUST! We have done other tasting tours in other cities and this was more of a bike ride with snacks vs really getting into the food. Tour guide needs a little more seasoning in the job.

What a great tour - had Yannik with lots of cool stories - this requires some level of fitness as some big hills but so worth the effort. A must do in Lisbon for sure.

Très belle escapade de cette capitale en vélo électrique, surtout grâce à Inês. Nous étions vraiment en mode touriste et ne connaissions encore rien à la ville, elle a su nous conseiller sur les restaus, visites et shops pour le reste de notre séjour. Ce n était pas qu un petit tour en ville, c etait une vraie découverte.

Today we did a bicycle tour with a relatively small group of 7. Bicycles are electric and that is perfect in Lisbon. The tour guide was very friendly but the route was not very exciting. I have the feeling that I still miss something from THE hotspots in Lisbon. Maybe also provide a little more and a little more interesting information.

We had an amazing ebike experience. Took the private tour with my partner. I hadnt gotten on a bike in years, let alone one on the streets in Lisbon. The tour guide, Andreas, was patient while I stumbled and navigated terrain. The spots we visited were beautiful. The city is full of history, and I definitely learned about it. Highly recommend the ebike tours.

Vandaag een fietstocht (langs de rivier) gedaan met onze gids Ivandro. Echt een aanrader! Ivandro is heel erg vriendelijk en kan je alles vertellen over Lissabon en haar geschiedenis. De tour is heel erg leuk en je komt op plekken die je anders niet zou zien. Ivandro gaf ons aan het einde van de rit nuttige tips over de stad voor het vervolg van onze vakantie.

Visite d Alfama en segway Helena, une guide très professionnelle et attentive nous a permis une visite très intéressante. Découverte agréable du quartier pendant 1h 30. Seul bémol, la boisson prévue au forfait à dû être réclamée la fin de la visite. Les bons finalement offerts nous mènent à un bar définitivement fermé. Bière chaude ou bouteille d eau proposée au bureau de boost pour compenser.... Nous resterons sur une très belle impression de la visite .

Well maintained bikes with good prices. Different rentals available (normal, electric, moped). Friendly and helpful staff. Going along the river is nice and all on dedicated tracks without cars.

We had a very nice bike tour with our guide Ivandro! We did the hills up tour. Easy to do on an e-bike. Ivandro told us a lot about the most important sights in a fun way. In short, highly recommended!

Laura did a great job giving me infos about the historical sites we passed by going to Bélem tower. It was pouring rain at some point, but she kept calm, offered a rain poncho, proposed a coffee, and I was able to really enjoy that ride along the shore. I love to bike, I ll make sure to bike again if I come back to Portugal.

We couldnt have asked for a better riverside Segway tour in Lisbon. The fact that Margarida, our guide, was as kind, helpful and knowledgeable as she was, made such a difference. She spoke perfect English as well and looked out for us to make sure were safe. Also, did I mention how much fun Segways are? Again, we had a great experience... and will be going on another tour, this time on our visit to Porto. Thank you Margarida and Boost :)

My Daughter and I did a private bike tour with Peter on the electric bikes. It was a fantastic experience! Peter was amazing, he showed us all around and was able to answer all sorts of questions, it was very impressive the amount of history he knew, not just about Portugal but world history. We saw parts of the city that we would have never seen our own. His English was perfect so very easy for us to communicate. Dont forget to tip your tour guides if you enjoy your service! Mijn man en ik hebben een geweldige fietstour gehad met onze gids Tomas in het Spaans! Wij deden de hills up tour. Goed te doen op de e-bike. Tomas wist ons op een leuke manier veel te vertellen en gaf je alle ruimte om vragen te stellen of om een foto te maken. Tomas was heel geduldig met mij, want ik durfde niet alle heuvels weer fietsend naar beneden te gaan. Kortom een aanrader!

Their prices vary based on the amount of time each of their individual tours take. Their tour guides are super friendly and speak different languages to accommodate as many people as possible. Special shoutout to Peter, our segway tour guide - he is the BEST!
