Disaster of service, avoid TOPTOUR PORTUGAL, I sincerely recommend it. We had a very bad experience. We arrived at the airport after a 4 hour flight and the driver did not wait for us. He didn't even send a message that he left. Don't waste your time with them. I would give a 0 rating if possible.
Even with four hours flight delay everything went smoothly. Wasley was a great driver, super friendly and we had good discussions on our way. The car was perfect as well. We will book TTP again in Lisboa!
We hired their service for a high end event and they did a great job. From adapting all last minutes changes to the friendly and good behavior of the driver. Always on time and ready to help. 5* service We will work with them again.
45 minutes from landing is an insufficient amount of time to get off the flight and then through border control - first driver Vinny did not wait for us and gave us incorrect instructions - there was no woman looking for us with our name on a card. So very confusing. He also left and this was quite stressful. Thankfully a second driver, Mattheus, was then arranged for us, and though this meant we were left hanging/ waiting longer, the driver himself was polite and a careful driver that got us safely to the hotel, thank you
Super bad service - waiting time of 45 minutes after landing was guaranteed but driver just disappeared, took other clients and asked us to wait for 30 minutes at midnight EDIT: you see the professional operation of this company in the owners reply to my review ;) Quotation: “Your problem was too much vodka on the plane. Next time don't get drunk and we'll do our job professionally as usual.”
We were picked up at Lisbon Airport and driven to Sintra, everything about our experience was excellent. The driver was polite and knowledgeable about our destination. The car was comfortable, and journey pleasant. The driver made sure we were at our correct destination before leaving us. We are using Top Tour for our return to the airport too, great service, many thanks.
Clean cars. Safe drivers. They can also provide booster seats if you let them know in advance. We had a great chat with Denys and Sonia. Be warned that if you are arriving in Portugal with a UK passport and you are travelling with kids under 18, it will take an hour to clear security so it’s best to book a car for 1 hr after landing time. If you have UK passport and travelling without kids, you can use the e-gates and be out in 30 mins.

The driver was punctual and polite. He helped us with our bags. The van was immaculate and it was a pleasant drive to the hotel.

Abzocke! Ich habe schon oft Flughafentransfers gebucht, aber das habe ich noch nie erlebt: Der Fahrer schrieb mir 36 min nach der Landung, dass er jetzt verschwinde, weil wir über der Zeit seien! Zu der Zeit nahmen wir gerade die Koffer vom Gepäckband. Die vereinbarte Wartezeit waren 45 min!! Wir waren 42 min nach der Landung am vereinbarten Treffpunkt. Meine Anrufversuche ignorierte der Fahrer, seine WhatsApp-Nachrichten waren frech! Auch ein Anruf beim Anbieter brachte keine Hilfe, mein zweiter Anrufversuch wurde auch dort ignoriert. Wir haben dann ein Uber genommen Das ist eine absolute Unverschämtheit! Wir waren innerhalb der vereinbarten Wartezeit - aber ich habe ohnehin noch nie erlebt, dass ein Fahrer sich derart benimmt, schließlich können wir nicht beeinflussen, wie schnell das Gepäck kommt! Das muss Konsequenzen haben! Entweder Booking sperrt diesen Anbieter Der Fahrer hieß Rui Justo - ein absoluter Totalausfall. An dem Treffpunkt im Flughafen standen viele wütende Passagiere, so dass von einem allgemeinen Problem des Anbieters ausgegangen werden muss

Essa empresa não tem nenhum respeito pelos clientes, nem compromisso com serviços que prestam. Contratei duas vans com motoristas em abril 3 (meses de antecedência) das nossos ferias de julho. Foi exigido pagamento adiantado de 4.500 euros. No segundo dia de serviço Essa empresa mandou um e-mail a meia noite cancelando todos os serviços. Ficamos literalmente na mão. Não pediram desculpas. Bloquearam meu celular. Tive muito trabalho para receber meu dinheiro de volta sem nenhuma indenização.

Fahrer weg - Geld weg - HÄNDE WEG !!!! Wir landeten am 1.Mai im 17.45 schon verspätet aus Wien kommend in Lissabon. Um 17.42 schrieb der Fahrer über WhatsApp dass er auf uns 45 Minuten warten würde. Das Flugzeug parkte sehr weit weg vom Flughafengebäude was für uns unverständlich war. Eigene Fluglinie TPA parkt in der Pampa und der easyjet (Billigmaschine) beim Schlauch. Wir wurden nach geraumer Zeit in einen Bus verfrachtet, der uns in Richtung des Flughafengebäudes brachte. Dort angekommen, mussten wir neuerlich längere Zeit auf das Gepäck warten. Ich informierte immer wieder den Fahrer er möge sich noch gedulden, aber es gibt Verzögerung bei der Gepäckausgabe. Um 18.44 waren wir dann beim Meeting Point und dann teilte uns die Dame mit, dass der Fahrer nicht länger auf uns warten konnte und eine andere Fuhr angenommen hat. Es blieb uns nichts anderes übrig, als neuerlich ein Taxi zu organisieren. Doppelte Kosten. Hände weg, nichts dort buchen. 45 Min. sind sehr knapp bemessen und wir sind noch sehr gut bei Fuß. Mag gar nicht daran denken, wenn gehbehinderte Leute dieses Unternehmen buchen. Taxis gibt es genug vor der Tür. Nie wieder Top Tour Portugal
Teníamos contratado un servicio en el aeropuerto de Lisboa. Nuestro vuelo llegó en hora, el conductor nos mandó un mensaje diciéndonos que nos esperaba en el punto de encuentro, le respondimos que ya habíamos aterrizado y nos dirigíamos allí. 10 minutos más tarde estábamos en el lugar que nos indicó, pero el conductor no estaba, intentamos llamarlo sin éxito y después de varios mensajes nos contestó que estaba con otro servicio, después de mucho esperar y pidiéndole que instrucciones debiamos seguir, a los 35 minutos de estar esperándole nos puso un mensaje diciéndonos que nos podía recoger en 30 minutos. Indudablemente le dijimos que esa no era solución. Finalmente hemos tenido que coger un taxi para llegar al destino. Por tanto, no puedo recomendar esta empresa. Ya he puesto la reclamación correspondiente para la devolución del servicio contratado y el pago del taxi.
Utilizei o serviço de madrugada e o condutor chegou antes da hora marcada e contactou-me com uma mensagem. Irei usar o serviço quando voltar de ferias. Muito bom, 5
We provided the flight details, but the driver came too soon and left without picking us up because there was some delay.
It was great experience the driver was frendly and helpful he even helped us for the lugage if there was 6 stars i would defenitly give it to them. I recommend!
I took taxi service from them from LIs airport to my hotel and their service was really good
Sms de João Paulo à notre arrivée à laéroport de Lisbonne pour nous indiquer où le retrouver Prise en charge impeccable, João Paulo est très souriant et agréable. Il nous a emmené à Fatima en toute sécurité. Idem pour le retour, un sms pour prévenir de son arrivée. Il nous a déposé bien à lheure à laéroport Rien à dire, service fiable !
The prices in Booking are quoted in GBP which is very misleading for the client. Difficult to be reached. No customer service center.
No 45 minutes waiting time after landing, no taxi. Bad service. Better take a regular taxi outside.
My flight was supposed to land at 11pm, but it got delayed and I only arrived at the cab at midnight. Mr. A.D. was a great and welcoming driver, despite the delay. Thank you!
Their airport transfer is badly organized, we had to search for the person on arrival and then be told that we were marked as no show. Avoid this service and use one of the many cheap and reliable official taxis.
Perfect service from beginning to end! Friendly drivers, clear communication (they contact you beforehand through whatsapp or by phone). Very comfortable transport and a good price.

Executive réservée pour se faire plaisir et un van à la place pour le même prix. 30 mn dattente avant la prise en charge et la personne qui attend et dispatch dans différents taxis nest pas très aimable. Perte de temps et dargent... Au retour, jai prix un taxi normal pour 12 et cétait top. Je deconseille cette entreprise

TOPTOUR PORTUGAL exceeded all our expectations!! After much research we decided on this company and they did not disappoint! There professionalism and services went above and beyond! We had a transfer from Lisbon Airport to Porches (in Algarve) with a return to Lisbon and day later a transfer to the airport. Both Ricardo and Aman were kind, arrived ahead of time and had outstanding communication. Do not hesitate to use them for your services so you can travel stress free. We are grateful!
Airport pickup worked very well. Great service for a family with kids. Securely fastened childrens car seats. Would be great to have the pickup time a bit later after landing since it took a while to get the bags.

Spent 2 full days with José Toptour Portugal. His knowledge of history really helped to bring the tour alive. We did a full day tour of Lisbon and the next day did the tour of Sintra and Cascais. We would never have come close to seeing everything that we saw in 2 days on our own, nor understand the background and history. Again overall amazing thanks to José!
