Booked a tandem. Really difficult to get hold of them on phone. Arrived to pick up bike. Worker was smoking inside work place. Bike was not available - they had forgotten. Promises Bike would be back on 10mins… we will see.
Very nice place to rent a bike for a weekend. The guy is really friendly, speaks english really well and price is nice too. 5 stars, cause i got late to give back the bike, braught it the other morning instead and he just said "don't worry my friend"!
Wauw! They gave us super good mountain-bikes to explore Lisbon. We did not expect to get bikes of this quality. We were able to climb the steepest hills of Lisbon without any problems. The owner was also very friendly and knew a lot about bikes because he also has a bike shop in town. Highly recommendable!
Fantastic service and great bikes. The owner was super friendly and we had to try out the "go kart" style bicycles, which turned out to be quite fun. Prices are very reasonable, and the owner wasn't too strict on time. Plenty of bikes available including an option for 1 adult 1 child, 2 adults and 2 kids, and tandem ones as well
Super good the place, the boss of the bike rental place is super nice! I and my friend rent the bike and had fun too much so that be late for the airplane. We asked him for help about when we can take the taxi to the nearby metro. He is so kind and gave us a free drive to the metric on his way back home! Super nice place, super nice boss! Appreciate it a lot!

Pelo atendimento que tive apenas para efectuar umas questões,
Um dos funcionários (o de barba comprida) atendeu-me de forma pouco profissional. Demonstrou arrogância e ridicularizou o problema da minha bicicleta. Visão empresarial e pouca empatia. Com este enquadramento acabei por não deixar a bicicleta para a pequena afinação.

Bicicleta sempre em bom estado e atendimento simpático.
Waren spontan da und haben direkt zwei Ebikes bekommen. Akkus waren voll aufgeladen und sind für die Steigungen in Lissabon perfekt, haben auch sehr lange gehalten. Der Mitarbeiter hat uns die richtige Größe eingestellt, für mich ein Damen Ebike mit Korb und Schloss und für meinen Freund ein Mountain Ebike. Zum ausleihen einfach nur meine ID abgeben als Pfand, bezahlt wurde bei Rückgabe. Der Tagespreis lag bei 30 pro Rad.

Nicht sehr freundlicher Mitarbeiter. Frage nach Preisen: stehen draußen angeschlagen! Ups der Zettel ist umgeknickt. Frage nach dem zweier Trettrad wie schwer es geht, gegenüber einem Fahrrad und ob einer einmal kurz probieren könne, würden sofort abgelehnt. Der Mitarbeiter schenkte uns auch keine große Aufmerksamkeit, sondern machte sein Handysachen weiter. Wir habe auch keine Fahrräder genommen, so fern gute 100 meter weiter beim anderen Stand. Der Typ war sehr nett und zuvorkommend!

Não sei se foi azar mas aconteceu deslocar-me ao local e estar fechado (por volta das 16h, Domingo), sem qualquer motivo aparente. Telefonei por diversas vezes para os números que estão disponíveis mas ninguém atendeu. Para os valores que pedem + caução, deveriam ter mais atenção à comunicação com o cliente. Caso o local esteja fechado definitivamente, convém actualizar o website/diversos locais de informação
Professional staff and good bikes.
Falta de honestidade. Liguei a reservar 1 hora num kart de 4 pessoas com mobilidade reduzida enquanto vinha de Cascais a Belém, disseram ok. Quando cheguei, tinha que esperar porque acabaram de alugar.
Nicht zu empfehlen, wir hatten vorab beim nachbarn etwas gebucht und danach bei BelemBike. Als wir nichtssagend angekommen sind, hatten wir gerfragt, ob er seine Nachbarn kennt. Er ist uns so blöd angefahren, dass wir die Räder nicht entgegengenommen haben. #sounfriendly

Räder sind im top Zustand. Der Typ ist leider etwas geldgierig. Wollten die Räder 2 Tage früher als vereinbart zurückgeben. Angeblich hatte er kein Wechselgeld zur Hand
Eu aluguei um quadriciclo neste local e foi maravilhoso!! Usamos por 2 horas, ficou um preço bem em conta, facilitou o passeio com as crianças visto que estava muito quente o dia. E será elétrico o quadriciclo então não precisa muito esforço pra ele andar só guiar mesmo. Os rapazes eram uma simpatia!

Péssimo atendimento! Nos deram uma bicicleta com problema, que rompeu a correia logo após a travessia para Trafaria e quando chegamos para devolver a bicicleta, os funcionários falaram que sabiam que a mesma estava com defeito. Estragaram o nosso passeio e ainda nos fizeram pagar por uma bicicleta que praticamente não foi usada. NÃO RECOMENDO!

Personnel très chaleureux, dont un employé qui parle français. Les vélos sont plutôt en bon état et les tarifs sont très peu chers: 2 50 pour les premières 30min puis 2 pour deuxièmes 30min et enfin 1 pour les 30min suivantes. Parfait pour une balade sur les bords de la rivière.

Très sympa ! On peut louer différents types de vélos seul ou pour deux pour rouler sur le bord du Taje et/ou jusquà la tour de Belem ou Padrão dos Descobrimentos. Les prix restent compétitifs et les horaires adaptés pour y aller en journée, week-end ou après le travail.

Thanks guys. I took a bike from them that suited my height. They took a photo of my passport and gave me a bicycle. Day of rides - 12 euros. Great price. The pedal was broken, I broke it, I thought they would get a fine. But they didnt take it. Thank you. I recommend!

Guter preis. Man lässt seinen Ausweis da und bezahlt am Ende der Tour. Wir haben für knapp 2 Stunden insgesamt 11 Euro bezahlt. Zustand der Räder waren okay, eher etwas verwaltet. Keine schloss war am Rad vorhanden, wie haben aber auch nicht danach gefragt.
