They have very good bikes, it s just sad they don t have full suspended. Once we had a flat tire and couldn t change the tire, the guy at the shop came to meet us 20 mins away by car to help us out. Fantastic service !

We hired a couple of gravel bikes for the day from Lisbon Bike Rentals. The bikes were brand new and perfectly set up. LBR are a great company to deal with and I wouldn t hesitate to used them again.

Great team, we got welcomed in this nice shop where our bikes were ready for us to ride. The bikes (Canyon Grizl) were perfect for the gravel / road trip we planned from Lisbon to Tariva. We got a little problem getting back to Lisbon on time the day we were supposed to return them and it was no problem thanks to their understanding. Very appreciated

very friendly and kind, excellent if you are looking for a good bike to rent. Prices are related to the quality of the bikes rented, the minimum is 18 for half a day and 25 for a day, there is nothing less.

Fijn geholpen bij het uitzoeken van een passende fiets. Je kunt online reserveren, dat kan ook met hulp van daar. Ook een help is beschikbaar Even voor een dag een fiets gehuurd. Om zo nog even langs te zee te fietsen en de mooie bezienswaardigheden te zien. Het fietspad is prachtig tevens de route. Echt een aanrader.

Cool guys, booked online from AUS and ended up with delayed flights.. The guys waited for me so I could pick up that night with a bike fit. Bike was great, local knowledge from the shop was great. Best way to explore Lisbon, highly reccomend.

Toller Bikeverleih in erster Lage von Lissabon. Die Reservierung online hat hervorragend funktioniert. Leider haben wir den Verleih nicht gleich gefunden weil von außen fast nicht erkennbar und ein falscher Name von außen angebracht war. Die beiden Leute vom Verleih waren wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die beiden E Bikes von Canyon waren leider nicht ganz in dem erwarteten Zustand. Eines der Bikes klapperte etwas, die Scheibenbremse quitschte...zudem war es schon an einigen Ecken sehr abgenutzt und verkratzt. Enttäuscht war ich von der Tatsache dass wir keinen Support zum Fahrrad bekamen. Mein Sattel war zu niedrig eingestellt. Das habe ich auch beim Team dort angemerkt...leider war keiner bereit mir den Sattel auf meine Körpergröße einzustellen. Die Vergabe und Rückgabe funktionierten reibungslos, das Rückgabeprotokoll bekam ich wenige Minuten später per E Mail. Die Kaution wurde prompt zurück erstattet. Alles in Allem trotzdem empfehlenswert, mit einem Abzug an Sternen wegen dem fehlenden Support und dem nicht perfekten Zustand der Bikes

Amazing service from everyone at the shop. I was set up and got a quick fit on a road bike before heading out with Antonio, my awesome tour guide. The ride lasted about 5 hours as we rode through Cascais and Sintra then headed back to the shop. Would highly recommend!

The guys at Lisbon Bike rentals are super helpful and professional. Renting the bike is super straightforward, when you arrive, the bike is ready for you. The bikes are very well maintained and they have all sizes available (which is usually a problem for me finding a small size). Everything top-notch, I heartily recommend the place!

Fantastic place, and location, very knowledgeable people and super gentle. Great bikes as well with options for different types of demand. Flexible to acomodate specific requests on pedals and computer mounts. Prices are on the upper side for a proper carbon road bike, which is ok, but group sets must be electronic (ultegra Di2 level). A premium price (which I am willing to pay) is not compatible with an entry level mechanical group set (which I am not willing to ride). You should review that before I go back and rent another bike :o), which I will definitively do.

I had a great experience with this rental shop. Staff are super helpful to me, a foreign visitor. I rented a gravel bike for a day and rode to outside of the city. The bike was tuned well and small adjuments were made after I tried it. I had the best day in Lisbon. Thank you for exceptional service! I will be back in the future.

We did rent two gravel bikes. While one was in shape and staff was friendly, the other bike were insufficiently mounted (chainring issue). Because of thst we couldnt cycle as planned. But the pain started with a request for a refund for the broken bike and deposit which still (+1 week waiting time and complain back n forth) hasnt been paid back nor resolved. If this is getting finally resolved, Im happy to change the rating but by now this is poor service and Im lacking 700 ....

Great experience! Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Had a great ride from the shop to Cashmina beach and bike. They rent out nice models from Canyon, Cinelli, and other brands. I would come here again if planning to ride in Lisbon.

We got two nice gravel bikes, a canyon and a cinelli, to make a bike tour to the south and its just rare to find such nice product for rent. Its unfortunately not a place for bike packers, the guys didnt look so happy when we put our bags on, and started to list all the risks of bike touring. But this is probably because more generally Portugal seems not ready for this. Packing apart, its really a cool place worth to pass by

The overall experience was amazing, Ricardo was an exceptional host and gave us really good advice on where to go and what to do. For bike lovers, the bikes were top notch and very well-maintained. Biking in Lisbon can be a bit intimidating, but be sure to give it a try, you will not regret it.

We had a fantastic bike ride with our canyon commuter bikes from lisbon bike rentals at wellbeing bikes. The setup and order was easy and their equipment top notch. W e would highly recommend. We did a ride from the office to Belem and back about 1hr 30minutes plus stops.

Disappointing Experience We pre-ordered and paid for bikes in advance, but in the days leading up to pick-up, the shop ignored our calls and emails. When we arrived, the employee was rude and unprofessional, stating they were too busy and didnt need our business. The manager acknowledged our frustration but excused the behavior, saying personal life gets in the way of the professional. This is unacceptable, as professionalism should never be compromised. We were in Lisbon for a charity ride, and friends who rented from a different shop had a far superior experience, including better service and bike delivery.

They had terrific bikes to rent and provided good routes. Altogether meant that I was quickly out and getting some exercise while seeing the area around Lisbon. Recommend this outfit if you like to cycle.

What a great experience! I did a ride out to the Atlantic with Antonio. Great guide, great experience. 45 km out and 45 km back in 36° heat. :-) Id do it again! its a beautiful ride and a great operation. Rode a canyon endurace with di2. Very nice, good value.

Extremely professional rental. I was there with my 2 sons to rent 3 MTB and they had the best bike ever and they are so kind and give all the necessary information and instructions. I recommend more than 5 stars !!!!

Friendly personel but bad bikes. Two Electric bikes, two times problems. Gear problems. Bikes should be in immaculate status before the rental, NOT after. Keep your material in perfect condition to earn five stars.

Well maintained bikes and very friendly service

Cycling can often seem like an activity that you dont think you can do unless you know everything about bikes but the team here made it so easy and accessible for us. Really great experience from start to finish. We wanted to rent bikes with a seat for our 2 year old. I completed my booking online but was then contacted to say the bike I chose didnt work with the child seat and was helped to re-book the right bike as well as all the extra bits we needed. The guys were so lovely with our son when we arrived and really helpful getting us set up on the bikes and giving us tips on the best cycle paths to use for our journey. Really great experience.

A premium bike rental company whose prices are not high, however. Of course, the deposit is bigger than the cheaper ones, but understandable. I definitely recommend trying the eCity bike with automatic transmission, absolutely amazing ride comfort!

Kleiner feiner Radladen in zentraler Lage am Tejo. Reservierung geht online. Ich musste die Verfügbarkeit meines Bikes telefonisch anfragen weil ich sehr kurzfristig mieten wollte - hat gut geklappt. Mein Bike war gut gepflegt und der Tagestrip kreuz und quer durch Lisbon ist auf jeden Fall eine absolute Empfehlung (wer keine Tour-de-France-Ambitionen und -Waden hat unbedingt mit E, die Steigungen sind knackig!)

First time in Lisbon and first time renting bikes abroad. The support setting the bikes up and answering any queries was excellent and the bikes were a dream to ride. We rode out to Cascais to do the Sintra loop and back, would recommend!

I can t say enough good things about my experience renting a gravel bike from Lisbon Bike Rentals. The booking process was easy. The staff recommended a gravel ride in advance. The bike was great. The ride was awesome. My turn around point was EVOA (evoa.pt). The birding and food were great. Perfect spot to hydrate and fuel up before returning to Lisbon.

Yes, but... Good location, great selection of quality bikes, very nice and courteous staff, but... I think its a good idea to check the condition of the bikes before renting them. Im not saying that my Sunday breakdown was Lisbon Bike Rentals fault, but you dont lose a chain that easily. Which is really annoying: In the event of a breakdown, there was no help, not even assistance in finding a transport back to Lisbon. This cost me my Sunday off and meant a three-hour walk. Anyone who rents out high-quality bikes should also offer high-quality service.

Rental of a gravel bike for 4 days. Very high-end equipment and in perfect condition. The team is very friendly and finds all the solutions to make your outing or trip a success. I highly recommend!

Rented one off the most expensive bikes they have. The saddle wasnt fastened properly, so within 30 km one of the fasteners fell of. Putting the saddle in upright position. What should be a nice ride ended up in pure survival. They tried to solve it by offering a voucher. Im a tourist so thats the stupidest solution. Ive send them my complaints via email but they didnt respond. I feel ripped off. After posting this review they surprised me by responding on my email. Unfortunately only once... Im still waiting for an answer for almost 2 weeks now...

We hired a couple of mountain bikes from these guys for the day and were so pleased we did! They were super helpful and gave us some suggestions. We cycled along the river to Belam and then in to a large park to ride some trails. It was a great way to get around! Thanks guys!

We had a terrible experience booking with Bike Rental Lisbon. I booked 2 bikes online 5 days prior to arrival and was asked to pay 30% deposit (no issue here). The next day, I receive another e-mail, asking to pay the remaining 70% within 24h, otherwise my order would be cancelled. I sent 2 e-mails to ask whether I can just pay the remaining amount upon pick-up, both without response. Unsure about our order, we show up the day, to have the most unfriendly guy tell us off how it is normal that if you do not pay the 2nd deposit , that the order gets cancelled. Instead of looking for a solution (there were plenty of bikes), the guy went on and on and on. We finally stepped away from the argument (I wanted to get my 30% deposit back) and booked with a different company. Bike Rentals Lisbon still called and e-mailed me 2hrs later to find a solution (which they should have done when we were there). We got a discount code and everything, but already booked elsewhere. The guy could have easily solved this as our bikes were still available (we found online), but was too hung up with himself to even check.

Highly recommended. From racing bikes to city bikes and electric bikes, you will always find a quality bike of your preferences. Our Canyon Precede bikes were in very good condition and adjusted to our preferences. Booking, pick-up and return was easy and smooth. The staff is also super friendly and helpful. They take the time for you and are happy to help you. Tip: rent your bikes for a day because time flies by when you cycle along the Tagus River or through Lisbon.

Guter Radverleih in town, obwohl die Preise für mich gefühlt nicht wirklich günstig sind (vgl Gran Canaria, Mallorca, etc.). Fast 50 Euro pro Tag für ein Rennrad (2t günstigste Kategorie) ist meines Erachtens doch eher knackig. Das Leihrad war ok, hatte aber seine besten Jahre schon lange hinter sich. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und wirklich motiviert Wünschen bestmöglich nachzukommen, obwohl es teilweise in ihren Prozessen gefangen ist. Rennrad-Fachwissen zu Zubehör etc. bitte nicht erwarten, das muss ein Radverleih aber auch nicht leisten. Dennoch gerne wieder.

Great Place with a large selection of top quality bikes. Rent and take the train across the street with your bike (make sure to go through the bike/stroller/ handicap ticket gate) and go to Cascais for cycling heaven. You can do easy rides along the waterfront in lisbon but there are a lot of people on the weekends

Super Bikeshop !! geile Mucke (an der Leinwand legt n DJ auf) ... Hatte mir n geiles FAT-bike geliehen (3 Stunden = 2o ) Tadelloser Zustand !! Ick hab wohl bei der Einweisung n bisschen gepennt, am li. Bedienfeld lässt sich die Kraft der Unterstützung einstellen !!! Als ich nach ner 1/2 Stunde, total ausgepowert zurück kam, gewehrten sie mir sogar noch Rabatt !!! wollte es am nächsten Tag erneut versuchen, es regnete jedoch sooO stark, daß mir die Jungs in weiser Voraussicht abrieten. Am Abreisetag hab ich s doch noch geschafft: ganz entspannt zum Belem Tower und zurück. Tolle Strecke !! danke Jungs, macht genau weiter so ... bis bald

Super friendly and helpful owners that have perfected customer service! The bikes are in great condition and very reasonable rates. The owners ensure you have everything needed including packs, helmet, safety guide, small maintenance kit, phone holder. They also make it VERY clear that you can contact them by phone if you have any problems at all while touring. We would highly recommend.

Incredible service. Rented an electric gravel bike for a week to cycle to Porto. Staff could not have been more accommodating. Equipment worked flawlessly.

BEWARE OF THIS SHOP!!! We rented two bikes with Lisbon bike rentals by using credit card. Everything was paid. But 10 days after the deal was closed the company suddenly took 320 extra from our card. Here comes the whole story: We returned the bikes with a coworker. Because they take a deposit of almost 1000 for 2 bikes we wanted to make sure that everything is fine. That s why we checked the bikes. The coworker gave us a professional receipt about not taking deposit. But 10 days later the shop took 320 from my credit card. I got an email where they explained that they recognized a problem 10 days after the renting. Because I was the last person who rented the bike they blamed me. Without a proof! What I dont understand either: I showed my partner what was supposed to be broken shortly before returning. Everything worked fine there. We ended up having trouble with the guys and the credit card for more than 4 weeks. Nobody needs this. DO NOT RENT BIKES WITH THESE GUYS!!!

I rented a CANYON ENDURACE AL 8.0 - X-Large for 5 days. Everything went really smooth, I had a nice introduction and fitting. The bike was as Good as you can ask for. A Great Place for Bike Rentals!

I rented a Canyon Endurace and the process was easy and the bike in excellent condition. The guys at the shop were super friendly, helpful and professional. I rode the Westernmost route posted by the shop on Strava and found it to be one of the most enjoyable and beautiful rides Ive ever done. Only comment is that it is definitely a route for experienced cyclists as you encounter numerous cobblestone sections on climbs and descents. Truly a wonderful experience. Thanks for making it possible!

Awesome staff but problematic policy by owner. We rented two bikes but one of the bikes was not there because it has not yet been delivered to the shop by the bike company . We were not informed about this problem. Additionally the bike racks were not the ones that are advertised on the website. I used a smaller one that was not usable for big bags on the side. In the end we could work it out but initially it was problematic because we were not informed about the delay of the one bike and couldn t fit our bags on the smaller rack. Please inform your customers in advance about these things so everyone can plan accordingly.

Helpful and flexible staff, problem free e-bike rental, I highly recommend these guys. Big extra that we could take a shower at their place as we were heading to the airport afterwards.

Hubs and I rented 2 gravel bikes and rode over 40 KM (25 miles) along the water. The bikes were in amazing shape and service was excellent. Very helpful and friendly staff. We checked out a few bike rentals in the area, however this had the best selection of bikes. Highly recommended! Side note: bring or buy bike padded shorts...your bum will thank you.

I had an amazing experience renting a Canyon road bike for the day to do the Westernmost 106 route with Lisbon Bike Rental. I highly recommend doing a bike trip along the coast and if you are in Lisbon for a while- renting a bike for the duration.

Although I didnt try the bike rentals, all bikes looked well maintained. I would recommend if you look for a bike hire in Lisbon- Road, gravel, MTB and ebikes are available.

Lisbon Bike Rentals were nice enough to rent us bikes without a reservation and they followed up with us by email about our experience. We had a few challenges with the bikes, like chains slipping and battery troubles, but overall the experience was fine.

Rented a road bike for 48 hours, it was ready upon arrival, clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and provided some routes advices. Possible to leave street gear while you ride to pick up when you return the bike. All in all a very good experience, would rent there again and definitely recommend.

I am trying to remember the name of the handsome young guy with a polish wife who helped my wife and I. It was possibly Ricardo? All I know is that he had a big heart and a kind soul. We talked about bikes, music, love, traveling... he gave me an orange and promised it would be the best orange I had ever had. He was right. I had an amazing experience with them! They have a very wide range of bikes for all types of terrains. You can rent accessories such as helmets as well. The bike that I rented was perfectly adjusted. The staff is extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. They also offered some very nice tips regarding my route. Also, booking a bike is extremely easy and accessible via their website. It is all about fake. You see attractive prices on the website and good reviews. You come to their place, but they are telling you: no, booking is online only, and we can not tell you what is available or not. Okay, you go online, you try to find the size that fits, but then it appears 2.5 times more expensive than initially plus big deposit to be done by credit card only! So i have paid for basic bike 28 euros which is similar to the cheapest car rent! But this is not it! Next day the wrote off 6 euros from my card!!! I had to be nervous whole day trying to reach them, so they checked and understood that they grabbed the money for the bike wash for the wrong bike. They refunded this payment later. UPD: The rentals company reached out to me, apologized and refunded me all of the money for the inconvenience.

About six months ago, I went to Lisbon Bike Rentals and bought one of their Canyon Grizl gravel bikes second-hand. As someone who s a huge fan of Canyons but couldn t cash out for a new one, I can t even begin to say how grateful I am to have bought one of their used bikes from a reputable source. I routinely ride 200-300km a week and feel like I m riding a brand new bike. Not only is my bike in clearly well-maintained condition, but on top of that, the team at the shop is really helpful. One of the mechanics at the shop, Duarte, is really great and even helped me find a replacement stem after I went to a bike fit and found out mine was a bit too big for my height. I never really write reviews, but some places are too good not to!

Highly recommend renting from the shop if youre in town and want to go on a ride! The bikes are in good condition, helmets are new and the guys were really kind and helpful.

Great option in Lisbon if you need a road bike, gravel, electric or MTB. Very friendly and helpful staff, bikes in good condition and well maintained, will be back one day and do some more cycling. I have visited Lisbon Bike Rentals again with my whole family in January 2023 and we have rented 4 Canyon Urban Commuter bikes for a ride to Belem - the service was great and smooth as usual, and they kept their promis and offered helmets for free. In general it makes more sense to rent proper bikes there, than using ones available on the streets of Lisbon.

I have used Lisbon Bike Rentals 3 times during the last few weeks to explore the lovely Portuguese countryside (5 days hire in total). Friendly team putting customers enjoyment first, and working with a relaxed approach. Really good selection of bikes, well maintained and efficient online booking system. Rented a Canyon Road bike for the day and rode out to the West Most point. Very happy with the service as the team had my bike prepared when I arrived and added a Garmin mount for me as I forgot mine. Offer of a shower at end too is a great option.

I rented a gravel bike for a 50km ride around Lisbon including climbing up to and hitting a few trails in Monsanto. The bike was well-tuned and handled well. The small team that runs the store is courteous, efficient, and nice. Will rent from these folks again. 100%.

Samen met een vriendin hebben we voor drie dagen twee fietsen gehuurd. Allebei hadden we de Canyon Bosch performance Line CX. Een dames model en een heren model. Twee echte top fietsen! Fantastisch om Lissabon mee te verkennen en ook prima om mee naar Sintra te touren. De verhuurders zijn heel vriendelijk en kwamen met goede tips en ideeën. Wij wilde twee fatbikes huren. Waarna de verhuurder toen wij de fietsen op kwamen halen dit afraden en met de Canyons aan kwam. Veel betere actieradius voor de plannen die wij hadden. We kregen goede sloten mee en een duidelijke uitleg hoe alles op de fietsen werkte. Kortom, ga hier je fietsen huren als je in Lissabon bent. Echt een top plek. Naast e-bikes hebben ze nog veel meer aanbod van super goede fietsen. Van racefietsen, mountainbikes tot stadsfiets. Voor ieder wat wils!

Got a very good mountainbike there. I love Canyon bikes. But the brakes werent so powerful, so for Single-Trails it was quite dangerous. They should have change the hydraulic brakes before. And the gears werent in good condition too. If I wanted to shift the gears it took some time or sometimes the chain felt of. But still good service

We reserved bikes with a small group 6 weeks in advance and already payed! Once we arrived nothing was ready and it took 2 hours to get everything ready. Even worse, they did not have enough bikes available Terrible service! 1/10

Awesome Experience. My wife and I wanted to see some of the sights again on our final day in Lisbon so I thought of renting e-bikes. What an awesome way to get around and see a lot in a few hours. Ricardo was amazing to talk to about bikes and explained everything so thoroughly. It s a shop with high end bikes from Canyon. We were able to get really nice ones with a great battery and lots of power. Never broke a sweat, even going up Jesusrei monument on the other side of the river. We really enjoyed our day using the e-bikes rented from Lisbon Bike Rentals! We initially tried to rent from one of the larger companies is Lisbon but due to a major bike festival, they were sold out. We decided to rent from Lisbon Bike Rentals and it seemed meant to be. They are a small shop that cares about their bikes and their customers. We will definitely be renting from them if we ever visit Lisbon Again.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Lisbon Bike Rentals. From the first moment I walked into the shop the staff was super friendly and were really eager to find the right bike and help me get set up and get on the road. I went to lots of different places in my three-week stay in Portugal but this place was the friendliest by far. Everyone there really wants to go the extra mile to make sure that everyone that walked in the door had the best possible experience. They were NEVER condescending regardless of a customers experience level. They helped my girlfriend who was just getting into cycling find the perfect bike for her needs(the Roadlite ON 7.0). I saw everyone come in from people just getting into cycling to hardcore riders flying into Lisbon to pick up the lightest fastest bike to try and break local Strava records. This shop has bikes for everyone and the patience, knowledge, expertise, and right attitude to give an extremely high level of service to anyone that walks in the door. I was very impressed with the selection of bikes they had. The combination of Canyon e-bikes, mountain bikes, road, and gravel bikes was quite excellent. If Id had more time I would have come back in and rented one of the aero road bikes and one of the e-mountain bikes. Instead, I went with the Canyon Grizl gravel bike for my two-week trip. Which was absolutely perfect for the Lisbon-Sintra area. There are quite a lot of cobbles in the Lisbon area and lots of small trails and gravel roads outside the city. The gravel bike was 100% the way to go for exploring, especially up in Sintra. The shop gave me lots of good recommendations for rides and helped me get an excellent fit on the bike I was renting. The bike was in excellent condition, super clean, and perfectly tuned up. Everything felt dialed in, nothing was mushy, the shifting was perfect, the brakes were snappy and the wheels were straight as an arrow. The Canyon Grizl was excellent for mixing between bike paths with lots of people, to the open road to gravel, and even a bit of light single track. I loved having the GRX 2x(46-30) with a 34 in the back. If you go adventuring on the road less traveled you are going to find 20% grades on some of those cobbled roads. A pure road bike might have been faster but the agility of the gravel bike made it feel much safer navigating around pedestrians, transitioning to the road, and gliding over cobbles and glazed tile. In general, I preferred being able to have a better sense of where cars, motorcycles, other bikes, and pedestrians were in relation to the bike without having to crane my neck and worry about the usual blind spots on a road bike. Cars and scooters are pretty good about giving cyclists space but most of my riding experience is in the US and Taiwan, other rides may feel differently. I always felt safe on the roads around Lisbon-Sintra. If you are bikepacking or just doing longer day rides I recommend bringing your own bags. I would also toss in a cheap Decathlon 10L ultralight backpack that stuffs down smaller than a wind jacket. You want to have a bag to hit up Pingo Doce Supermarket to fill up with beer, food, and snacks after a long ride. I bought some cheap bags from Decathlon on my trip so I could do full-on picnics and tossed in my Kindle to do a bit of reading so I could be out ALL day.

Awesome way of exploring the city while avoiding traffic and keeping the emissions to a minimum. As a bonus you get exercise at the same time. Win win for everyone. The place is very central and the boys are very helpful and friendly. Will definitely do it again. YS

These guys have the most premium bikes in Lisbon! If you have not tried electric gravel bikes, I recommend the Canyon Grail:ON. I did 105 km in 5 hours. That bike is beast for only 45 a day! I would definitely rent a bike here again

Highly recommend this shop! Well organized, friendly staff, reasonable prices, and easy to book. The bikes are lovingly maintained so you can feel comfortable that they won t breakdown halfway through your ride. No squeaky wheels or bad brakes here just quality bikes. I was impressed that each rider got a spare tube, a C02 pump, a lock - and a helmet if you want. I was lucky (blessed) to stumble upon this shop without even realizing it was a Canyon experience shop - it s a hidden gem! For the same price as a rickety city bike, you get an elevated experience on a Canyon. I booked the day before, unsure what to expect. When I arrived in the morning my bike was already waiting for me. No delay, it was a seamless process, so I could just start my ride. Just as important as the bikes/prices is the service. The staff (João, Nicolas, and Daniel) left an impression. They were very kind, answering all my questions with care. They were also ready with suggestions of where to ride and even made some recommendations for local food spots. The service really took the experience to a new level! I even came back the next day for another ride. And I will definitely be back next time I m in the city.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Original bike I requested was not available and they let me know straight away and suggested a replacement, which I accepted and paid for. Bike was ready and waiting, fully set up (only a small adjustment needed) and away I went. Great bikes, great staff, great service

Every-time I am in Lisbon I rent from these guys, and every-time I remember why. Great bikes that are clearly well maintained and staff who will go above and beyond to help. Even going so far as to loan me his personal Ultegra pedals so I would be more comfortable with my setup. This is the only place to rent a bike in Lisbon, from fellow cyclists.

I had an excellent experience with Lisbon bike rentals and of course I m happy to recommend them to all the cyclist around. The stuff is very well prepared and the products they are renting and selling are top quality. As a bikepacker I bought useful gears at a fair price plus they helped me to fix up and clean my bicycle with the best cleaning products in the market.

What an amazing service at Lisbon Bike Rentals. We called last minute and they fixed us really amazing e-bikes. (But a tip: call in advance when you know you want to make a bike ride.. because they run out fast..) They are very friendly and explain everything you need to know off the bikes. We even climb the biggest hills in 30 degrees.. but it was nothing with these e-bikes. So great!

Came there at 9am, waited for 1h30 min for 3 bikes. In the end, 1 of the bikes wasnt the one we paid for and was prety old. Also, after 8 days, we are still waiting for our deposits.

Needed a rental for 10 days of cycling and Lisbon Bike Rentals was very helpful. Got the Canyon Endurance w/etap shifting, the etap battery charger, two tubes, and two CO2 cartridges as well to get me through that time. They were very helpful and installed my own saddle for me as well! Might suggest for their own benefit though, that they put on a clear frame wrap to protect their higher end Canyons. Less stress for the renter and better resale for the bike.

Had some miscommunication problems with the shop but everything was solved! Well done!

Rented a Canyon from LBR to use in the Cascais Ironman event, the guys in the store were really helpful and took time to ensure the bike was set up and sized properly for me. They also fitted my own clip-on aero TT bars, and suppled the bike with Shimano SPD-SL pedals. I definitely recommend this store - thanks guys

Easy to use and book website was backed up with friendly service and great quality bikes. For us this time, we got to ride the Canyon Grail gravel EBikes- made the trip to Sintra (and back via train) super easy and enjoyable avoiding the need for super fitness! Highly recommended.

One of the friendliest and best bike shops I ve ever been in. I had a feeling they would try to help with any issue no matter how small or big. Immaculate job cleaning and servicing my gravel bike. A pleasure to deal with everyone of the guys I talked to in the shop.

I cannot recommend this shop enough!! The people are some of the kindest folks you ll ever meet. The bikes are all very well maintained Canyon bikes. The process of placing a request to rent online and getting onto the bike in store was super smooth; they ll provide a lock (if ya need), flat kit, plus it s easy to swap out for the right pedal type. They gave me route tips, made sure I was fitted to the bike 100%, and even switched out my bike for a newer model when they found out that there was something askew with the one I had selected originally. They really have a bike in here for anything you want to do in the area (road bikes, gravel, mountain, electric, touring, etc.). SUCH a sick set up. I don t know a single cyclist without a healthy fear of cars - when I was sideswiped by a car on my ride, I got back to the shop with some road rash at the end of my ride, they were so quick to bring me into the shop, took the bike, had me sit down, repeatedly made sure that I was ok, and even offered to drive me back to my neighborhood so that I wouldn t have to walk. Everyone who rides bikes knows how scary that situation is and I SO appreciated their understanding. The folks at this shop embody the best aspects of the cycling community and I would love to visit them again for another rental once I m a little more healed up. Thanks again for the hospitality and rad bikes!!

Very friendly! I came spontaneously at noon and could rent a bike in the right size for me for the rest of the day! Great bike, had a lot of fun! Totally recommend going there if you want to go for a road bike ride in and around Lissabon!

*AVOID THIS PLACE* They dishonestly kept security deposit. I was renting a bike for 5 days and, on the first day, due to a poor mechanical adjustment of the limiting screws of the bike s derailleur, the chain jumped into the frame, getting twisted in an impossible way to keep riding. I had to get a ride from super far way to get back home, and luckily the person let me put the bike in the car s trunk. This, in itself, was already absurd. There s no way that, with regular gear switching on a paved road, the bike chain would jump like that. It clearly was a poor mechanical adjustment from the store. When I arrived at the store to return the bike, the mechanic agreed that, if the adjustments were right, this would not have happened, but it did happen. He refused to admit that they did a poor job and said their policy was: When something we can t explain like this happens, it s always the customers fault. I was absolutely SHOCKED. And, I was even more shocked, when they told me they were not getting my 300 euro security deposit back, due to the incident. This bike store does poor mechanical jobs and, worst of all, doesn t admit when it s their fault and incorrectly witholds the customer s money. I am a person who never writes reviews about anything, but I thought this one was really worth people being aware of.

Not only do they offer a broad range of well maintained rental bikes for all levels of experience, they also did a marvelous job on servicing my Canyon road bike on multiple occasions. Excellent service, super friendly and helpful staff at absolutely reasonable prices. Definitely recommend!

I rented a mountain bike for a 4 day bike tour through Alentagio. Couldnt have asked for a more helpful team - willing to go way out of their way to make sure I had a bike booked in breakneck time over a holiday weekend. And absolutely superb bike in really good shape. It left me feeling confident all weekend with none of the usual bike maintenance issues my friends faced. Highly recomend.

Great customer service, everyone was super nice

I rented a Canyon Grand Canyon for two days. 41 euros total, and a 200 euro deposit (promptly refunded). The shop opens at 9am, closes at 6pm. It is not opened Mondays. Day 1, I rode this from the shop in Lisbon along the coast, then up to Sintra - and back. 50 miles round trip, 2100 ft elevation, no problems at all w the bike. Yes - a mountain bike isnt ideal for this journey, but I knew I wanted to go on Sunday to.... Monsanto Parque! Which is, btw, very difficult to get to/from. Many of the paths were paved so not quite what I was expecting but (in all fairness) I was eager to also spend some time at the beach. That it was a mountain bike made the cobblestones, ubiquitous on Lisbon, more bearable. The staff at Lisbon Bikes were so helpful. It was really bc of them that I attempted the Sintra ride - the highlight of this trip. Thank you!

Nice service, bikes OK, though pretty heavy marks of tough use, and I had to change a wornout tyre during rental week. All quite acceptable, and billing problem solved after some mailing, plus the spare tyre compensated. I will trust these guys in future also, thanks a lot!

I cant recommend them enough : the service is excellent, Anna, Nicolas and the crew are friendly, knowledgeable and take time to give you all the info you need. The material is of the highest quality too. I hired a road bike and got a top Canyon, ultra-light, with the smoothest change of gear. I had one of my best days on the bike ever. Really. Cherry on the cake, Nicolas gave me a cool quick training in how to change a flat tyre. You can feel he really cares about the bikes and the customers and want to make sure the customers have a great day. Good selection of bikes but nothing in 2XS so my partner was a bit disappointed she wasnt able to fit on the XS bike they had - Canyon could do better at catering to shorter riders. Casette and rings on the mtb I had were pretty worn, but understand its almost impossible to get stock at the moment. Great riding around Lisbon and the store has a nice range of bikes, with friendly and helpful staff so would use them again. For those coming from the UK - the brakes are swapped around in Europe, front on the right - wasnt too much of an issue on road bike but it wasnt a good experience mountainbiking like that!

Wir waren gestern da, spontan ohne Vorreservierung. Fahrräder waren schnell nach unseren Wünschen angepasst/konfiguriert. Es gab auch Tipps zur Route. Empfangsdame und Mechaniker sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Der Laden ist von aussen schlecht einsehbar deshalb läuft man da gerne dran vorbei..... Vielen Dank, wenn wir uns erneut Räder leihen dann bestimmt wieder hier.

Lisbon bike rentals is possibly the best bike rental service Ive come across. For prices similar to bike rental places offering only urban & commuter bikes, they provide the option of high end Canyon road and mountain bikes. And the staff are very friendly, multi-lingual, and accommodating. Coming from the US and traveling through Ireland, France, Spain, and Portugal with aspirations to do some road biking, Lisbon Bike Rental had the beat options that I found. I rented the Canyon Endurance electric road bike and it allowed me to see the Lisbon and Sintra areas in ways I would not have been able to otherwise by being able to bike from Lisbon up the coast to Sintra. But beware if you try to do this there are too many beautiful sights to see to rush! My only slight critique is that I think lights should be available as its easy to get caught out after dark in the winter days especially. But overall 5 stars. Lisbon Bike Rentals helped me have experiences on my 1.5 month trip through Western Europe that I wouldnt have had otherwise.

Servizio rapido, sono molto gentili, hanno varie opzioni di bici diverse. Si può fare tutto online ma se siete disorganizzati come me potete anche entrare e fare prenotazione direttamente lì. Posizione direi perfetta, permette di iniziare a usare le ciclabili da subito (siamo andati fino a cascais senza grandi difficoltà usando al 95% percorsi ciclabili). Costo giusto, bisogna lasciare un deposito che viene ridato istantaneamente quando si rende la bici.

Super professionali! Vasta scelta di bici dalle mtb a corsa! Cè anche la possibilità di noleggiare la canyon del team Movistar!!! Io ho scelto una canyon endurance per viaggi lunghi! Mi sono presentato senza prenotazione e il processo è stato velocissimo. Anche se per periodi con bel tempo forse è meglio prenotare prima! Al rientro anche il deposito è tornato istantaneamente! Estremamente consigliati!!
