For months, like pretty much every other VanMoof S3 owners, I struggled with a persistent error 44 on my bike, which no one seemed able to fix. Fortunately, I came across Nuno, the owner of BENCO, who is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also the only official VanMoof specialist in Portugal. Nuno quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced the i-shifter with a newer model, completely solving the problem. His expertise, attention to detail, and dedication were truly outstanding. On top of that, the service was affordable, and Nuno’s kindness and professionalism made the whole experience even better. I cannot recommend BENCO enough for anyone in Portugal needing expert bike repairs, especially for VanMoof bikes!”

I highly recommend Bencco Bikes. Nuno is friendly and very knowledgeable. I especially recommend Nuno for e-bikes like Cowboy and Van Moof. As there is no direct support in Portugal for these bikes, Nuno went above and beyond to master their technology and patiently helped me fixing my problems with my Cowboy ebike.
