Wanted to dismount my bike and put it in a Box for flying. Costs 35€ is okay, but the box was way to big. I told him its too big but he hold me its okay he had many people who did the same and it worked. Well Not at the Airport in lisbon. LISBON Airport only accepts 2.2m x 1m Maximum. I had to Cut the box open at the Airport to reduce the height. Very Stressful. For people who want to Fly and put ther bike in Box: NOT RECOMMENDED

Attention! They ripp you off, if they think you are in a weak position. I asked for used cardboard box to package my bicycle for the flight back (after a 3000km trip to Lisbon). They wanted 20 Euro for something which they get with every bike they sell for free and which they have to dispose off !!!! I would have accepted a nominal 2 or 5 Euro, but they gave a last and 'best' offer of 15 Euro. Luckily, I was not in a hurry and found another bike shop who gave me a old box for free. I see this as a question of business ethics and think their behavior was completely unacceptable. Would I trust people with such behaviors in other matters around bicycles? The answer is a clear NO!
