Excellent car rental! Our family trip to Portugal was made even better with the ease of renting a 9-seat van from LuxRent. The process of picking up and returning the car was remarkably simple and fast, the office's communication was prompt, and the van was in top-notch condition, a testament to LuxRent's high standards of maintenance. I will rent a car with them again, for sure!
I rarely leave reviews but my experience with Pedro was so exceptional that I am taking the time to write one. I am from Canada and it was my first time to Portugal. Pedro was professional, accommodating, knowledgeable, made the process easy and he was funny. I highly, highly recommend Luxrent.
This is the best car rent you can get in the whole Portugal! The car was just perfect. The owner is a really nice person who treats people with his heart. At the end of the rental he even drove us to the airport. THANK YOUUU SO MUCH FROM ITALY !!!
Very good company. They are immediately responsive to all questions. Everything is very easy and without complications. We even got a better car than we reserved. We traveled practically all of Portugal (1800km), during which we also had a small traffic accident, we filled out the euro form and sent it to Luxrent. Without any complications. We returned the car in front of the office, then Pedro took us to the airport, which was more convenient for us. Very friendly and helpful people. I recommend it to everyone. Thank you once again.
Great rental experience with this company. They were flexible with pick up and drop off. Pick up was at a convenient location close to the metro. They ended up coming to pick the car up at our hotel instead of us dropping it at the office which was really convinient. Very nice guys to work with, we'll definitely use them again!
Excellent Car Rental Company. I rented a car for a week-long trip around Portugal. The vehicle was in perfect condition and the process of arranging pick-up and drop-off was fast and easy. The staff provided friendly and professional service. In the future, I won't even bother considering other options.

Leggendo le varie recensioni delle compagnie dauto su internet (tutte negative) ci siamo imbattuti in questa compagnia con una sede vicino alla fermata metro di Areeiro, comodissima, e ne siamo rimasti soddisfatti al 100%. Pedro è stato gentilissimo, sempre pronto a rispondere alle nostre domande. La macchina nuova non ha mai dato problemi di alcun tipo. Costo del noleggio ottimo. Grazie e forza Sporting! ;-)

Sehr sympathisch , zuverlässig, unkompliziert und reibungslose Abwicklung. Vor allem die Kindersitze haben wir in Portugal noch nie in so einem top Zustand bekommen. Das Auto war klasse, sauber und intakt. Die Kontaktaufnahme per WhatsApp im Voraus war genial und total hilfreich. Dadurch wurde viel Zeit gespart und alles lief perfekt ab. Sehr zu empfehlen!!!

I found Luxrent through a google search while looking for an 8 or 9 passenger van rental for our family vacation. I was so pleasantly surprised by how responsive, professional and accommodating they were. Mr. Carvalho assisted start to finish, reassured us we were in great hands and provided the highest level of service I have received to date from any rental company. We were able to communicate easily by text, email and phone calls with staff in both English and Portuguese. They met us at the airport and were flexible on the pickup location since we were returning the vehicle a day or two before our flight. I can t say enough wonderful things about the level of service we received and have already referred family and friends for future rental needs when visiting Portugal. The vehicle was clean, reliable and spacious. We are only using Luxrent from this moment on! Thank you Luxrent and Mr. Carvalho!
If you re renting a car in Lisbon, you need to rent from these guys. My girlfriend and I rented a car here knowing nothing about the city or country. Rui and Pedro are the absolute nicest guys in the world, and made the experience. The car they gave us was perfect, and they were extremely helpful and accommodating. Overall 10/10 experience.
we rented a car from them from September 13 through September24, 2023. When we arrived in Porto a gentlemen was there to greet us, very professional and helpful. Rented a car from these guys on the recommendation of our hotel in Lisbon to drive around Lisbon and to Alentejo region, and we were extremely happy. They went above and beyond our expectations. Very convenient, no stress, responsive and personalized service. Recommended by our hotel, we selected one of the available vehicles and it was delivered to us when we were ready for it. No 800 number to navigate or restrictive open hours of a larger organization - the owners are available via text or calling day and night, and responsive to answer questions and provide help whenever needed. Drop-off was as simple as naming a time and place - they arrived within minutes of our arrival at our destination and took the car.
