I hired a car for three days from Porto to Lisbon: this is my best experience with a rental car. Very special service. Thank you
Best rental car experience ever. I have rented cars in many countries from all the major players, and none have been as good as Movyng. A pre pick up phone call the day before to make sure we were on track, a welcome gift upon pickup of water bottles and cookies. Super friendly and helpful staff on pickup,at Porto branch and also at Lisbon where we dropped the car. 10/10.
Very bad service. Pick up and drop off experience really desorganized, they dont have a place in the airport, and their staff os quite desorganized. If you are looking for something cheaper, with bad service and dirty and not too good cars, this is the one to go. Next time I will go definitely to something more organized, clean, with a model guaranteed (careful with that!).
be carful of using your debit card or credit with them they will take the information of the card to charge you stuff not in the contract without your permission or knowledge especially when you leave the country since they asking for your flight information.
Be careful :Last minute surprise charges for out of hours operation charge's + airport tax / service charges added! This charges should have been transparent at the initial contract.Office staffs telling me that they are unable to have a refund to my credit card ! Once I send my personal banking infos for the refunds, NO replay's on this communication!frustrating experiance.The branch supervisor needs to be more customer friendly and pro active .front line employees are GREAT.
STAY AWAY - BEWARE !!!! They advertise the pick up and drop off points as (Porto) Downtown and (Lisbon) Downtown and that's FALSE ADVERTISING, DISHONEST PRACTICE. The pick up point that they describe as "Porto Downtown" is not even in the city of Porto, but in the suburbs of the city where Porto's airport is located, far away from Porto's city centre. The same goes for where we had to drop off our car, where "Lisbon Downtown" was actually Zona Amadora, Benfica. Horrible expecience, can't stress it enough!!!! I had an incredibly disappointing experience with VIP CARS & MOVYNG CAR RENTAL in both Porto and Lisbon, and I feel it's essential to share my frustrations through this Google review. The deceptive and unethical practices of this rental agency left me utterly dissatisfied. VIP CARS & MOVYNG CAR RENTAL claimed that their pick-up and drop-off points were located in the "downtown" areas of Porto and Lisbon. This, however, was a blatant and misleading falsehood. Their representation of these locations as "downtown" was far from accurate and can only be described as a deliberate act of deception. Their unfair and unethical tactics were evident throughout my rental experience. Their choice to mislead customers about the actual locations of pick-up and drop-off points is simply unacceptable. Not only did this erode my trust in their agency, but it also led to financial losses and unnecessary inconveniences during my trip. The malpractice and dishonesty reached their peak when I arrived at the pick-up point in Porto. Contrary to their claims, it was situated in a secluded area near the airport, miles away from the vibrant city of Porto. This deceptive tactic amounted to cheating customers out of their expectations. The same deceit continued when I returned the car in Lisbon, with VIP CARS & MOVYNG CAR RENTAL falsely advertising Benfica as "downtown" Lisbon. My experience with VIP CARS & MOVYNG CAR RENTAL forced me to incur additional expenses, including Uber rides to reach these remote locations. Moreover, the time and effort required to travel to and from these inaccurate locations significantly marred my overall travel experience. Had I been provided with accurate information about the pick-up and drop-off locations, I would have made a different choice for my car rental needs. This experience left me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated with VIP CARS & MOVYNG CAR RENTAL, and I intend to share my experiences with others to prevent them from falling victim to similar deceptive tactics. I strongly urge VIP CARS & MOVYNG CAR RENTAL to reconsider their advertising and communication practices, rectify these misleading representations, and take immediate steps to provide a more transparent and honest service to their customers.
Booked online via third party, pick up was Smooth enjoyable experience, little to no wait time for vehicle, and no pressuring by employees to change plan or add on extra insurance. received free upgrade, vehicle was clean and ran perfect. Drop off also went smoothly. Would definitely recommend
We booked to use Movying through Kayak. We booked initially for an airport pick-up but changed to a hotel after deciding to stay the first night in Lisbon. The pick up went smoothly. The vehicle was new and clean, slightly smaller than we were expecting but just about ok. We had it for 2 weeks without any problems and then returned it to the office at the end of our rental. We returned to the same staff member who was courteous and polite. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
lamentable la atención en la entrega de la furgoneta en Lisboa, nos cobran 300 por un seguro que no cubre nada, nos cobran 300 por una raya en el parachoques , sin verificar Nos dejan esperando una hora para el traslado al aeropuerto .

Vehicle in good condition. Pay attention to the plane pick-up location reserved by HOLIDAYSCARS with indication of car pick-up at the airport. However, you have to travel from the airport with your suitcases. Return of the vehicle without any problems. Pleasant staff.

Not recommended! Car with defective brakes and after changing them at the distant main station we got a car with a defective tailgate and low oil level! Unfriendly service!
Leider hatten wir das Pech, ein defektes Fahrzeug erhalten zu haben, und selbst nach dem Fahrzeugwechsel blieben Probleme bestehen. Ich bedaure, feststellen zu müssen, dass das Personal während dieses Vorfalls weder hilfsbereit noch verständnisvoll war. Dies hat die Situation zusätzlich verschlechtert. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrung kann ich eine Buchung bei Ihrer Autovermietung nicht empfehlen.
Vorsicht vor dieser Autovermietung! Zum einen ist sie viel zu teuer, zum anderen wird sie geleitet von einer unangenehmen Dame. Zuerst bekamen wir ein Auto, bei dem die Bremsen hörbar und sichtbar defekt waren. Das Auto war in einem desolaten Zustand - außen, wie innen! Es war höchst gefährlich, das Auto noch fortzubewegen! Mussten nochmals das Auto wechseln und bekamen wieder einen abgenutzten PickUp, bei dem wir nach circa 20 km das AdBlue nachfüllen mussten. Alle weiteren Systeme des Autos waren auch defekt (Reifendruck,kontrolle ).. Die Heckklappe ließ sich zudem nicht öffnen, Bremslicht war defekt und zerstoßen. Bei der Rückgabe wurde uns zumindest der Betrag für das AdBlue erstattet. Für den fehlenden Ferientag und die Unannehmlichkeiten kam die unangenehme Dame uns nicht entgegen. Leider schnauzte sie meine volljährige Tochter an und verließ schreiend die Rückgabegarage! Bitte nicht täuschen lassen und niemals das genannte Unternehmen auswählen für eine Anmietung eines Autos! Update nach 4 Monaten: Auch jetzt werden noch Abbuchungen von meiner Kreditkarte abgebucht! Absolut kriminell!!!

Excellente prestation
Bei unserem Wagen waren nach 50km die Bremsen durch. Mussten selber zur Reparatur fahren. War recht mühsam ubd mussten uns zuemlich wehren, dass wir nicht 3 Stunden zurück zur Hauptstation fahren mussten (mit heruntergefahrenen Bremsen ) Wäre das besser gelöst worden hätten sie mind 4 Sterne verdient.
Contratei um carro e não entregaram no horário. Tinha compromisso e perdi devido ao atraso e falta de seriedade desta locadora. Péssimo serviço. Não atenderam ao telefone. Atraso de 1 hora na entrega do carro. Não recomendo. Fuja desta locadora!

Terrible. They switched our van from a 7 seater to a 6 seater with 2 weeks prior to flying out. We have 7 people in our party so it made no sense. Indicated that no Vans were available due to peak season. Now we are force to pay double to cost for another Van from a different company. Movyng you should be ashamed of yourself for doing this to a family prior to their vacation.

El coche muy bien: buen Estado y limpio. La recogida fue un poco accidentada porque te dicen que te esperan en el hall de llegadas y después de esperar media hora, al llamar te dicen que has de coger una lanzadera. A la vuelta algo similar. Te dan una dirección con el número de calle cambiado.
Péssimo serviço, tanto para alugar pior ainda para devolver. Vc é mal.tratado, uma grosseria. Ainda me acusaram de danos ao carro sendo que a vistoria inicial foi mal feita, sem fotos, e os pneus eram mais velhos que o carro. Tentando claramente insinuar coisas indevidas. Movyng Nunca mais!
Podiam ser mais organizados e não marcarem as coisas e depois não haver ninguém para fazer uma simples mudança de óleo.

Excellent Service - Movyng is a great rental company. Customer service is top - courteous, considerate and accommodating. Rented a car to travel from Lisbon to Algarve and back. Vehicles are clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend.
Embora seja uma empresa pequena, tem um serviço que deixa as grandes em sentido. Recomendo. Although its a small company, the service rivals any. Strongly recommend.
Tenho alugado por empresa a preços bastante competitivos. Atendimento eficiente e carros novos com poucos kms, rapidez no levantamento e entrega dos mesmos. Complica um pouco o trânsito e a fita de estacionamento na zona quando queremos entregar o carro e a garagem de entregas está cheia.
