I have been renting from Enterprise, Sixt and Europecar for over 15 years and I realised how they all ripped me off until I was fortunate enough to have found this wonderful company called WRC rent a car! Honestly, I am surprised how this company has set values, customer service, high quality car and reasonable prices. The owner Rui is a gem of a guy who goes out of his way to help and understands his customers needs. Although Rui did not speak English well, he made sure he put me through Bruna the staff member to take care of our booking and everything went smoothly. The team at the office are so careful and correct whilst explaining everything before the rental. Cars - 100% clean Service - exceeds expectations Staff - they are super nice and friendly Prices - very reasonable Models - high end to mid range Renting paperwork time - 10 minutes tops and you are out of the office driving a beautifully clean car I recommend WRC car rental to everyone who is looking for a brilliant service. WRC car rental has not only gained a new customer but also will get more references from our company. Lisbon needs this kind of business ethics and values!
