I recently visited Bikelar and was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism and expertise. The owner, who is an avid cyclist himself, has an in-depth knowledge of all types of bikes, from road and mountain bikes to e-bikes. His passion for cycling is evident in the quality of service and advice provided. Communication is excellent and he always reaches out. Whether you’re a seasoned rider or a beginner, you’ll find the perfect bike and receive top-notch maintenance and repair services here. One of the best shops in Portugal easily
Very friendly and professional. You can tell they do what they love and that makes all the difference. In my case, which had to do with a Shimano electronic gear shifting system, they were unable to solve the problem, but they kindly and professionally recommended another specialized store/workshop, where they did in fact resolve the issue. Thank you very much for the recommendation, for all the attention given and for your willingness to serve customers well.
Excellent service: the employees went an extra mile for us to get a new wahoo after ours was lost. Within a few hours we were back on the road again :)
5 star service. I contacted the store via email from Hungary, before we started our trip. They were quick to respond and were helpful. In Lisbon, at the end of our tour, we took the bikes to the shop to be disassembled, packed up the next day, and our bikes were right there at the airport for a minute. They are very kind, professional and helpful. Thank you very much once again!
A very positive surprise. Service is way above average - had a warranty issue with my Wahoo Elemnt Roam and it was dealt flawlessly. Will definitely return and recommend.

Absolut astreiner Service. Ich konnte sofort alle meine verschleißten Teile wechseln lassen und es wurde sogar noch ein Händler kontaktiert der das letzte Teil vorbei gebracht hat. Besser geht es kaum. Top Leistung!
Nachdem ein anderer Shop uns mit den versprochenen Kartons für die Fahrräder in Stich gelassen hat, reagierte Bikelar sofort auf unsere Mail Anfrage und half uns mit den Kartons weiter. Wir konnten dort die Fahrräder zerlegen und für den Transport nach Deutschland verpacken. Er fuhr uns auch zum Flughafen. Vielen Dank für alles. Grüße aus Nürnberg.

Este comentário peca por tardio, mas mais vale tarde que nunca. Tem tudo o que se pode desejar numa oficina/loja de bicicletas: Profissionalismo, know-how e simpatia. Desde 2001 que uso a bicicleta como meio de transporte e/ou actividade desportiva e conheci muitas oficinas durante estes anos. Nunca fui tão bem atendido como na Bikelar.

Obrigada Bikelar pela revisão feita às nossas bicicletas antes de percorrer o país inteiro pela estrada N2. Houve 4 furos (que resolvemos facilmente) e um problema na minha bicicleta que, através de uma videochamada, o pessoal da Bikelar mostrou o seu profissionalismo, paciência e simpatia.
