ATTENTION !!! Asked today for a used bikebkx and they wanted 50 Euro. After I made a Picture of the Price Chart, because I found it funny to pay for a bikepkx, they tried to grab my phone. Also the employee’s didn't let me move for 2 hours until I deleted the photo. I said NO. They dare to use violence. I called the Police and my Embassy. I was then released from this situation. Really rufe staff and unfriendly especially the guy in green shirt. Please take care and don’t buy there, please.

The mosaic sidewalk tile caused one of wheels to come off my walker/Rollator. Tip Bike Shop fixed the wheel and adjusted the caliper brakes. Very rude employee who can't answer simple questions like: Type of rear shock absorber or what type of cassette fitting the bike has. Lack of professionalism. Whatever question I had, the only answer he had for me was: please visit the brand's page for more information or technical specifications!!!!! I completely do not recommend buying a bike here because all they care about is Sales!!!!
