UNFUEL Bike Store em Lisbon

The initial experience seemed to have everything to become my new favorite store! I had a problem with a Fiido D4S (the controller broke down) and I went there to try to buy one but they didn't have it in stock. They had a similar 48V one (the electric bike is 36V) and Mr. Samuel sold it to me for €52 and told me to test it, not being sure that it would work. I accepted and brought it anyway. I also said that I had a warped disc and he even offered to help me and had a used one but still in good condition and gave it to me free of charge. A few days after I tested the controller, I called to say that it didn't only work when it was at 100% charge and that all I had to do was go down to 98% and the controller would assume a low charge. He didn't care much or at all about what I said, but so far so good because I agreed to bring the controller at my own risk. However, I said that I wanted to buy the right one for the bike because they are Fiido representatives and they said they would analyze it and then tell me something. A week went by and nothing. I sent an SMS to reinforce the request and the answers were a bit "hurried". Even so, I was interested in buying a second bike and asked about prices and availability to then place the order. And once again, no answer. There are stores with better support, just look for it! That's why I gave it 1 star and I will definitely not go back there. * I edited the review to add how polite they are and the proof that they do not respond or show any interest. And it also proves that there was no commitment whatsoever in ordering the part, and I still don't know if the part would actually exist or not.

I was looking for a new saddle and "stumbled upon" this shop. Informal but professional service, something that is lacking in these shops, where despite being a business worth thousands of €, cycling is a fun thing! I bought the recommended saddle based on my requirements (after being asked) and I was satisfied. I recommend it.
