Hertz Ride Motorcycle Rentals & Tours Lisboa em Lisbon

I had an excellent experience with the staff who helped me deliver and return the motorcycle. They were very attentive, helpful and professional. Everything went 100%.

Having used Hertz Motorcycle Rentals in other countries successfully, I recommend my father rent with this location when he visited us to ride into northern Portugal and Spain. The rental reservation was placed online 3-4 months in advance. A Ducati Multistrada V4 was selected and paid in full. Pickup day they tell us the Ducati was wrecked and they just found out about it, so they offered him an extremely busted up/used BMW GS1250 with over 70.000 kilometers, bald tires, filthy condition, broken luggage boxes and more - a very unsafe motorcycle! They did nothing to make it right, they didn’t offer a discount, they didn’t offer to clean it or put new tires on it before our 2,300 kilometer trip, nothing. On top of that, the woman who was at the location for turn in (which was a day early) treated all of us very rudely. She even tried charging more for “excess kilometers” when it had unlimited mileage/kilometers. I highly recommend staying clear of this Hertz Motorcycle rental. I’ve never been so unimpressed and disappointed with a service as I was with this location and customer service.

Arrived there, we received a cold welcome where we were made to go around in circles. When taking the motorbike, no telephone support although explicitly requested by email when booking. For helmets, I'm not sure I have our sizes either. So we went to LXRent, motorcycle enthusiasts and much friendlier.

We had wonderful motorcycle holidays in May and the motorcycle with a surprising upgrade under the same conditions was perfect. Instructions when taking over on Sunday were a bit brief, but Tiago was very helpful despite the lack of time. Delivery was quick and very nice. Good address, come again.

Fantastic Hertz location. Tiago and Luis are really helpful and nice. They recognize gold status unlike a lot of the franchises and are speedy in/out. Much prefer this to the LIS airport location. Thanks 🙏

I had a fantastic time renting a motorcycle from Hertz Ride in Lisbon. The procedure went smoothly, and the staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The bike itself was in excellent condition and was ideal for exploring the city and its environs. I appreciated the safety briefing.
