I rented a bicycle twice and my credit card was charged 2x 300 EUR as a deposit. In the app, it is written that the deposit will be released within 5 days, but this did not happen. It's been 20 days now and the first deposit has expired, the second is still in reserved status. This is complete nonsense to freeze people's money like this and such a large amounts. I've written several emails and called, but no one answers. Very disappointing.
