We took a guided tour in Lisbon with João on Friday January 24 and it was really great. We learned a lot about the history of Lisbon and Portugal. João was very professional and it was a pleasure to listen to him. Thank you so much

Experiencia muy buena con Elena, nos hizo un recorrido conciso de la historia del pais y sobre todo de Lisboa, nos cambio un poco el recorrido para no repetir en sitios que ya habiamos ido, lo agradecimos ya que el castillo y su historia nos gusto mucho, muy grata experiencia y para repetir.

Vandaag een heerlijke dagtour gemaakt naar Sintra. Door de ironman in Cascais moest de route worden aangepast. Dit werd netjes uitgelegd en tijdens de dag hebben we lekker pillow cake gegeten en lunch in een lokaal restaurant.

Abbiamo fatto un tour di Lisbona accompagnati dalla bravissima guida Beatrice. Ragazza dolce, simpatica, paziente e veramente competente e preparata ha saputo domare un gruppo di 19 persone attirando lattenzione con molti aneddoti ed ottime spiegazioni. Bellissimo il giro con il tram 28 e graditissima la sorpresa della merenda con caffè e pastel de nata. Se dovete scegliere, Beatrice è una garanzia!

Tour de Lisboa a Belem en bicicleta eléctrica muy recomendable!! Nuestro guía Xavier nos hizo la ruta muy amena y entretenida, además de explicarnos muchas cosas y darnos muy buenas recomendaciones. Encantados con ellos, perfectos para planes organizados distintos. Repetiremos!!

We went on the 3hr ebike tour along the targus river. Our guide was very knowledgeable so we learnt all sorts of things, and got to see some pretty amazing sights. Seeing part of the city by bike was really fun and would definitely recommend.

We did the History, stories and lifestyle walking tour with Beatriz and had a great time. She was welcoming, positive and willing to answer all questions. It was clear she had a passion for showing off her city.

I never leave reviews - but I had to for this! Ricardo was amazing - he was such an excellent tour guide, really friendly and knowledgeable. We learned so much and gained a new level of appreciation for beautiful Lisboa. You get a great route around Chiado, Bairro Alto, Alfama and Sé. Also included is a lovely coffee and pastel de nata and the tram fare to Alfama. If someone only had a few days in Lisbon, I would really recommend this tour (or if youre like me and had been living here for almost a year, I would still recommend this tour!)

Eine super Bike Tour entlang des Tejo bis nach Belem. Vielen Dank an Xavier der die Tour geleitet hat. Sehr individuell und unheimlich kurzweilig. Ganz klares Highliht die Törtchen in Belem für die man nicht einmal anstehen musste , dank Xavier. Vielen Dank noch einmal, ich würde jedes Mal wieder dort buchen. Fahrräder top in Ordnung.

Onze gids was Xavier Martins en wij hebben genoten tijdens de fietstocht op de elektrische fiets. Xavier heeft zo veel verteld over de stad. Hij is vriendelijk en heeft humor. Echt een aanrader om hier je fietstour te doen.

Great E-bike Sintra/Cascais tour with Daniel. The 6-hour tour (excluding 40 minute train travel each way) covered 42 Km. The tour was the highlight of our trip to the Lisbon area. Mountains, forests, unique castles/monasteries, and beautiful beaches were all part of this incredible tour. Highly recommended!

My husband and I did the Sintra/ Cascais bike tour with Daniel. It was really great. Daniel was friendly, energetic, informative and an all around perfect guide. It was a wonderful tour through the streets of these two beautiful cities and along the coast and through the beautiful forests. Don t miss this tour!!!

We booked a last minute tour with Bruno and we were so glad we did! Best tour we ve ever taken and we honestly have done so many. Bruno and this company were amazing throughout from the intro to the bikes, to information about spots we stopped at, to the local restaurant for lunch to being very personable and enjoyable to talk to. We saw some beautiful scenery and met amazing people. Don t think, just book with this company and you ll absolutely enjoy every minute of it!

Its the second time I go for an e-bike tour with Lisboa Autêntica. The bikes are comfortable, and the guides are fantastic and super friendly! I had a great time two times already, and will definitely come back when Im in Lisbon again.

Went out with Xavier on a cycle tour yesterday. Was the highlight of our trip to Lisbon. Full of great info and Xavier was very interesting and full of insightful info. I would recommend this tour to anyone. Great way to get your bearings of the city. Recommend to do this first so you have time to revisit some of spots pointed out. Cheers Xavier and team.

We had a great tour with Daniel Serra this morning. He showed us great sights and made this tour so special guiding us through streets we would have never seen. Answering all our questions - telling us such a lot of interesting facts- we had a great morning with Daniel. Our e-bikes were of high quality- no problem at all for hilly Lissabon. Greatest ride of my life! (Sorry, dont mean to raise expectations...it was ok ) Fantastic variety on the Sintra tour. Amazing buildings, vegetation, beaches and people watching. I went with my daughter (14 yo) and wife. Wife was a bit anxious about traffic, but managed without a hitch. There are narrow roads, but drivers in the area were quite careful & accommodating for the most part. Bruno made everything as smooth and relaxed as possible. Getting on & off public transport was taken care of. Bikes were in great shape. Bikes do 80-90% of the work for you, so the 30k was not strenuous for any of us. Bruno shared great historical details about the buildings throughout Sintra & Cascais, and you can tell he loves his city & country (but is still able to have a critical / analytical eye). I took a tumble at one point and Bruno was ready with some quick first aid. Tip: dont try to jump the curb.

Yesterday in the evening we had a 3h guided tour about the history of lisbon. Andre was our tourguide and was very passioned with his city. We enjoyed to Listen about his facts and Information about the city. We absolutely recommend this kind of tour, you will learn so much about this beautiful city.

Thank you so much to this wonderful small business. Paulo and company were extremely helpful in our small group e-bike rental and gave great information about bike routes in and around Lisbon. Granted, this bike shop is not in the middle of a lot of cobblestone streets so it is recommended for experienced riders, but you wont find a more friendly place to rent your bikes or go on a tour. Look forward to doing more tours with them when we return to Lisbon!

Pesima experiencia con la guia ELENA de Lisboa autentica. Nos maltrato verbalmente a mi madre de 75 años y a mi. Llegamos al punto de encuentro antes de la hora indicada y nos reunimos con ella antes de la hora indicada. Entonces,¿ porque nos maltrato? Venía histerica desde casa, con malos modos y actitud prepotente. Después de gritarnos en medio de plaza, le dije que sino nos trataba mejor y se tranquilizaba, no ibamos a hacer el tour y con actitud prepotente nos grita: lo vais a hacer o no? Una supervisora vió todo y nos dió la razón, sin embargo al escribir a Lisboa autentica, la encubren y justifican diciendo que ella era nerviosa. Mi corazón estaba muy agitado y muy triste, me da pena que mi madre haya tenido que pasar por esto, lamentablemente esa fue mi primera experiencia con portugueses y ese primer día marco mis 10 días en Portugal tuve miedo todo el viaje de que nos volvieran a gritar. MAS CONTEXTO: Teníamos pagado tour privado y unas horas antes, nos lo cancelan y nos lo cambian a tour grupal. Accedimos a ello pero por supuesto despúes de este mal rato cancelamos todo.

Fabulous tour with Jose. The e-bike tour of central Lisbon was a great way to see the city and sights in a short amount of time. The bikes were in great condition and Jose was careful to ensure we navigated the streets safely. Highly recommend.

Ma mère et moi avons fait la visite Lisbonne essentiel en 3 heures avec un petit groupe. Il y avait une pause gourmande pour déguster une pâtisserie et boire un café dans un lieu bien agréable. Nous avons été surtout très satisfaits car notre guide Catarina était très souriante, sympathique et intéressante. Au cours de la visite elle nous a appris plein de choses sur le Portugal, Lisbonne et les Portugais. Merci beaucoup Catarina ! Nous recommandons fortement Lisboa Autentica en français avec Catarina.

I was a little worried when I saw the advanced challenge but the bikes really do help you. There are some hills but you can change gears and you have frequent stops along the way. What you see at the top is worth the ride whether it be castles, forests, seaside or city. Youll see them all. Your backside will feel it, but wow what a sense of accomplishment! Thank you Jaime for bringing Portugal alive!

5/5 Would wholeheartedly recommend the Cintras/Cascais day trip. The guide, Jaime, was knowledgeable, incredibly engaging, and very conscientious about how we were doing along the way. The eBikes were well maintained, and any concerns we had about the uphill portions disappeared when we felt the pedal assist engage in turbo mode. The stops along the way were picturesque, and the ride through the forest and near the beach was amazing. A really great way to spend the day.

Der Anbieter Lisboa Autentica verfügt über hochwertige Marken E-Bikes (u. a. Riese & Müller, Kalkhoff, KTM). Die Räder sind gepflegt und fahren auch auf den teilweise sehr steilen Anstiegen und halsbrecherischen Abfahrten zuverlässig. Wir hatten die 7-Hügel-Tour gebucht und Pedro + Friederika haben uns an Orte geführt, wo man mit dem Bus, Taxi, Tuk-Tuk definitiv nicht hinkommt - abseits der Touristenmassen. Dazu jede Menge Insiderinfos - Pedro lebt seit Jahrzehnten in Lissabon. Wir können die Tour definitiv nur jedem empfehlen, es gibt keinen besseren Weg die Stadt kennenzulernen, speziell für Erstbesucher. Vielen Dank Pedro und vielen Dank Friederika!!!

Probably the worst company you can get a tour from. We were trying to show Lisbon to some colleagues from other countries and, sadly, that didn t happen at all. Very bad tour guides, with poor English and no knowledge of the city (at least none was shared with us) and absolutely no concern with the participants safety when the tour is done on bikes on the public road. Take it from a local, the food is far from traditional, or even good, for that matter. By the end of the tour they ll give you a day old Pastel de Belém, when we re in the middle of Lisbon - revolting when the tour is 50 p/ person. I ve only done the Appetizers tours and it is an absolute scam. Outrageous, unprofessional and an overall very bad experience.

Super balade en vélo électrique avec une autre famille ! Notre guide Ricardo était excellent. Il nous a régalé avec toutes ses anecdotes sur Lisbonne. Les vélos électriques nous ont bien aidé pour affronter le dénivelé vertigineux des petites rues. Cétait top, je vous le recommande !

Pedí presupuesto en septiembre, sigo esperando a que me contesten. Atencion cliente pésima, he llamado 2 veces, 50 mensajes y nada, me dicen si hoy te lo digo pero ni hoy ni nunca. La actividad no sé que tal será porque no me han dejado hacerla básicamente.

Nach Weihnachten durften wir in einer kleinen Gruppe mit gut instandgehaltenen Ebikes und Velohelm auf die 3 Stunden Tour gehen. Ricardo zeigt uns auf erfrischende, ehrliche Weise seine Stadt. Er erklärt die Entwicklung der Stadt und Gesellschaft in verschiedenen Zeit Abschnitten. Ricardo hat ein gutes Gespür für die Gruppe gezeigt, ist vielsprachig und sorgt für die notwendige Aufmerksamkeit beim Ebike fahren in fremdem Stadt. Meines Erachtens ist es eine sehr gute Gelegenheit mit einer einheimischen Person zu Beginn des Lissabon Aufenthalts einen überblick in kurzer Zeit zu erhalten. Sportlich absolut machbar! Dankeschön Ricardo für die Einführung in Deine Stadt. Deine Empfehlungen haben uns sehr gutes, typisches Essen ermöglicht am selben Abend und am nächsten Tag einen bezaubernden Sonnenuntergang

Nous avons eu la chance de faire une fantastique visite avec RUI notre guide en langue française.. Très bon français et une vaste culture. Notre tour Lisbonne Essentielle de 3h. Dans une ville semi déserte aujourd hui mardi 7 juillet 2020, à cause du Covid19. Nous avons eu droit aussi à un tour de Tramway, une dégustation de la patisserie locale et d un café, le tout offert ou compris dans ce tour. Paragem para uma excelente bola de Berlim e um cai bem. No final paragem no parque e de regresso em Belém. Organiza variados passeios de lazer, caminhadas culturais e na natureza e pode sugerir um à sua medida. Não deixe de visitar!

I was lucky enough to have a guide all to myself for more than 3 hours, speaking impeccably French, and having passed on a ton of knowledge to me, I almost had to bring something to write down to remember it all I recommend, very good value for money!
