We rented a motorhome between December 31 and January 5. Everything was great and comfortable, all systems are working properly. I highly recommend the service!
We hired the Renault Ahorn 660 plus for a week touring the Algarve. The size and layout of the van was perfect for us, everything worked and good clean condition. Service was great and transfer to and from the airport was ideal. Overall a fantastic holiday and experience

I would not recommend any rentals with them. We rented the Rolling Palace last summer for a period of 3 weeks. We also rented additional bikes with them. They seem friendly in the first place, but if you have any issues you have to figure it all out on your own and they let you pay for it.. In our case the tires were in a bad state when we rented the campervan. Because of this we ran into a flat tire on the highway!... And were forced to be towed away. Using a kit to fix the tire there was not possible as the tire had already ruptured too much. When our tires were later examined by a garage they told us the tires were in a terrible state and we were lucky nothing worse happened to us!!.... All 4 tires had to be replaced. This of course happened in the middle of our holiday, we lost 2 days of it and we had almost no sleep at night as this happened in the evening and the whole process took very long. The owner of Caranvans2Rent offered no quick help and made us wait for approval for the tires to be repaired. In the end this was given and although we lost time of our valuable holiday all seemed ok. We handed in the camper and were told everything was fine. We would receive the full deposit back in 1-2 weeks. Later however, they did not return our full deposit. We were forced to pay for the replacement of 2 tires and tire caps. Even though this all happened because the tires were not well maintained and we had no fault in it. They told us we should have applied a kit on the wheel so the owner could replace the wheel himself and avoid the cost of a garage. As we told them before this was not possible because the wheel was already too damaged and we were stuck on a dangerous position on a bridge on the highway. They also mentioned there were scratches on the car they had not noticed on delivery and forced us to pay for this. Even though when we delivered the vehicle it was fully checked and signed that all was fine. The bikes we rented were also very badly maintained. We paid a large amount of money, but they were in a terrible state with a lot of friction on the wheels and with bad brakes. We made a comment on this at the end but did not receive any discount or at the very least an apology. All in all they are very untrustworthy and unreliable. The way this whole situation is handled by them is not at all how you should treat your customers. Even though we as customers lost valuable time of our holiday and were endangered by the bad state of the tires we were also forced to pay for the repairs caused by bad maintenance. Avoid them and find another place to rent a camper if you want to avoid any issues...
We did rent a camper here. We had trouble on the way and the tire exploded. We stood for hours to be picked up. The garage did analysis and they said that all 4 tires were in very very bad conditions! And that we should be happy that we survived. And you know what? They charged us for thi new tires!!! Very bad; I would NOT recommend it at all.
Excellent customer service , friendly and helpful. Motorhome was clean and in good order, equipment inside was somewhat lacking :- no wine glasses, no kettle , no toilet roll,no tea towel, no washing up bowl for dishes ,no food chopping board. all these things would be helpful if not advice to customers that they are not included. otherwise I would recommend this company to anyone.
Nice experience with Caravans2rent! The motorhome was well equiped. They gave us everything we need to have a good normal living conditions. They also gave us free wifi amongs other things. We will definetly repeat this unique experience!
We hebben een geweldige week gehad met de fire camper. Een fijne camper om mee te rijden, en helemaal compleet. De rondreis ging van het Algueva baragem en Monsaraz in Portugal naar de.Monfrague in Spanje en via Monsanto weer terug naar de westkust van Portugal. Huren bij Caravans2Rent is een aanrader, een goed bedrijf.

Boa Tarde! Nós com família alugamos, caravana 1-6 de Abril. E viajamos Sul de Portugal até Norte. Foi uma Boa aventura! Caravana tava Boa e confortável, os meus filhos gostava tudo. Visitamos muitos cidades e campismos. Quero recomendar para todos aquela empresa. E agradeço Tânia empregada em Loulé, ela sempre foi simpática connosco e sempre atendeu bem nossa família. Tivemos um tempinho para nos prepararmos para partir. Mas para irmos precisávamos colocar nossos amigos menores em algum lugar, ou levá-los conosco, e foi o que fizemos. Depois disso percebemos que viajar com animais é muito ruim. A caravana não foi má e a viagem foi um sucesso. Correu tudo muito bem .....

Een fantastische week in de Algarve. Op pad met The Rolling Palace . Een ontzettend betrouwbaar verhuurbedrijf en prettig verhuur bedrijf. Opgehaald door een geweldige medewerker vanaf het vliegveld, uitleg gekregen en door op avontuur. Eerste stop uiteraard de supermarkt om hem helemaal vol lekkere dingen te stoppen. Camping, strand, roadtrip. De Camper is zeer compleet uitgerust, wat er niet in zit kun je bij huren. Hele prettige bedden. Geschikt voor een gezin van 4. Helemaal goed gegaan. Aanrader! En we komen zeker nog een keer terug!

Durante os 30 dias em que utilizei a caravana, tudo correu perfeitamente. O veículo estava em excelente estado, limpo e bem equipado. A equipe de atendimento foi extremamente atenciosa e prestativa desde o momento em que fiz a reserva até a devolução da caravana. Agradeço especialmente pela paciência e disposição em responder todas as minhas perguntas e fornecer informações úteis. A experiência de viajar por um mês com a caravana foi verdadeiramente memorável. Tive a oportunidade de explorar diferentes lugares, desfrutar da liberdade de viajar no meu próprio ritmo e criar lembranças inesquecíveis ao longo do caminho. Aucun problème avec cette location de camping car j ai reçu qq jours avant des vidéos m indiquant le fonctionnement du camping car . Tania est toujours disponible pour vous Repondre Le plus ils viennent vous chercher à l aéroport ( moyennant un supplément très correct ) Le moins pas d équipement de base la vaisellle doit être louée Pour 5 c est un peu juste le CCar Bonne continuation

Nós alugámos a autocaravana para passar alguns dias com os miudos durante half term na escola. Apesar de o tempo não estar muito bom divertimo-nos imenso! Os miudos adoravam e tiveram uma aventura girissima! O serviço foi muito bom, tudo foi bem explicado. A autocaravana era optima, tinha tudo o que precisava, era muito confortável e facil de conduzir. Recomendamos esta empresa a toda a gente que queira passar umas férias no meio da natureza!

Wir waren letzte Woche mit einem Surfista an der Atlantikküste unterwegs und waren von der Ausstattung des Caravans als auch dem Kundenservice sehr begeistert. Vor der Reise schon war die Kundenhotline gut für Fragen zu erreichen, vor Ort wurden wir am Flughafen abgeholt, haben eine gute Einführung in den Caravan bekommen und auch bei der Rückgabe hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Habe selten so gute Erfahrungen mit einem Verleiher gehabt. Tatsächlich gibt es nichts zu bemängeln und wir haben die schönen mobilen Tage mit der ewigen Weite des Atlantiks sehr genossen!

Bezproblemowy transfer z lotniska i na lotnisko. Dziewczyny z obs ugi bardzo pomocne, powiedzia y o darmowej aplikacji z parkingami dla camperów. Kaucja zosta a zwrócona bardzo szybko i bez przeszkód. Je li chcesz po yczy campera to mia o polecam t firm .
Abbiamo affittato questo camper in 5 e siamo stati molto bene. Bellissima esperienza da ripetere assolutamente! Un grazie speciale a Fabiana che è stata gentilissima a venirci in contro ad ogni problematica dovuta a voli cancellati e spostati.

Toda la experiencia fue espectacular! Fue nuestra primera vez en motorhome y el servicio fue excelente. Desde la atención de todos en persona y por WhatsApp, hasta el funcionamiento completo de la caravan. Anduvimos por todo Portugal sin ningún problema! Muchas gracias y totalmente recomendable
After rental they found something minor that required not painting but polishing only (barely visible) and charged us over 200EUR for that. I know the prices in Portugal itstnot normal unless you polish the entire car. I asked explanations but no response received so I am guessing its part of their business plan. A local friend was warning me from using the small local rental companies and I guess he was right.

It was the second time we rented a camper van with caravans2Rent. We spent great 3 weeks going up to porto and the Douro valley and back south along the coast. although we had a little problem in the beginning with the fridge, the crew was very friendly and helpful so we could enjoy the time in our nice camper! We really recommend C2R to all who want to go to Portugal! Ulrike and Tim
