The first car I rented had an oil problem but they quickly offered me a newer, better car. Everything else went smoothly, with no surprise charges or “tricks”. Very good service, especially from Márcia.

Public location wonderful

First time I used them to rent a car at Lisbon airport: Great! This time: Awful! We announced our arrival time with lots of notice both when collecting and returning the car but there was no-one in the hotel. To collect the car we ended up waiting about an hour and when returning the car, we waited so long we almost mis our flight and still no-one had shown up. Yes it's convenient that you don't have to use a shuttle but we will never use them again as the stress is just not worth it.

Great service at a fair price! We borrowed a Fiat 500 convertible for the beach. The vehicle was brought to the hotel and picked up from there. The car was clean and everything worked. Charles, the deliverer, explained everything to us very precisely and sympathetically. Communication with open questions took place via WhatsApp and was very practical. We definitely recommend this rental car service with a clear conscience.

My purchase of the van was handled by Mr. Miguel (Porto Stand) who was very quick and practical. Both in the delivery of the van at the Lisbon Counter (Bobadela) with Mr. Ângelo. For the friendliness of both. It was 5 stars.

My matter was handled by the insurance company, but as far as I was concerned, everything was very practical. Both in the collection at the Marco Canaveses branch and in the delivery at the Lisbon branch (BOBADELA).

Very good car rental service. I had 2 separate car rentals from there, I received brand new car in perfect condition. People working there are amazing, vey friendly with good level of english, and super helpful when I had some issues with my credit card payment. I would highly recommend them :)
