to avoid these scammers. during the pick up marked the damage on the contract and upon return I was charged because it was not there and it is new the photo from the video shows the scratch slightly (which obviously was not taken cause it is in contract) but as per rental car company it was dust during the pick up. however the car was delivered overall clean to me at the airport. pure scam
The rep met me on time right at the airport. They responded quickly to the WhatsApp message as instructed. Allowed the time to carefully inspect the car and note any pre-existing damage. Instructions were very clear. They also met me at departures for car drop off without any problem. Car was functional - I paid the lowest price possible so it was as expected. I had no trouble with the car during the trip. Five stars for the service provided.

Great experience! At the beginning I was a bit scared to hire a car with a company outside the airport, but the process was so smooth. The guy was waiting for us outside the airport and everything was straight forward at the moment of bringing the car back. The communication was great and staff very friendly. I will definitely recommend this company if you are looking to hire a car in Madeira!

We rented a car for our trip and everything was good. The only thing we wished we knew is that you cannot rent a car without insurance if you do not have a credit card. That made our bill go from 50 pounds without the insurance to 200 pounds for 7 days with insurance.
A nice woman greeted us right outside the airport. We got an awesome car better than the one we booked online, and it was extremely easy to return. Everything paid up front and we got our deposit back quickly. Driving in Maidera made the trip so much better as we could explore the entire island on our own schedule. Thank you so much!

Não recomendo esta empresa!! Nem uma estrela merecem!Cobraram uma limpeza de um carro sem justificação!! O funcionário que recebeu o carro era arrogante e mal educado. Tivemos o carro 3 dias onde o que tinha eram algumas areias!!! No dia que o carro foi entregue 30 m antes ligamos a avisar que iríamos para o parque do aeroporto, o mesmo perguntou várias vezes se o carro estava limpo!! O que achamos estranho pois já aluguei várias vezes carros e nunca me fizeram essa pergunta, quando chegamos o funcionário ( que não era o mesmo que nos entregou o carro,pois o outro estava mais a traz!) Chegou ao carro e abriu a porta de traz disse o carro está sujo e vou cobrar 25 questionamos onde o carro estava sujo!! Não disse, sabia dizer que tínhamos que pagar!! O tempo era curto pois tínhamos uma avião para apanhar!! A arrogância desse senhor era muita pois sabia que tinha uma causao de 1500. do lado dele!! Depois de alguma discussão pagamos e acabou por estragar as férias pela discussão e por saber que estava a ser roubada quando chegámos ao porto falamos com o responsável da empresa que justicou que o valor que levava pelos alugueres não dava para pagar as limpezas dos carros... resumindo tenham atenção que na realidade o valor que cobram ainda têm de acrescentar a limpeza do carro!! Mais ainda que não passaram fatura e já depois de pedida não nos foi dada nem resposta obetida!!

Muito satisfeito com o serviço da United - specific rent a car. O tempo de espera foi curto e eficaz, entregaram o carro no aeroporto e a mesma foi rapida e sem surpresas. Tudo o que paguei foi esclarecido e nada escondido. Desde o primeiro contacto até ao último no dia da recolha correu 5 estrelas e os funcionários foram super prestativos e responsivos.

Des voleurs ! Un peu de terre (vraiment pas grand chose) sur les tapis (randonnées à Madère oblige !) et ils estiment que c est inacceptable -> 50 de charge en visa ou 30 en liquide !!!
À la restitution de la voiture, la compagnie a prétendu que nous étions tenus de nettoyer la voiture avant de la rendre alors que cela ne nous avait pas été précisé. Ils ont affirmé que la voiture était sale (« It s a mess ! ») alors qu il y avait juste un petit coup d aspirateur à passer ! Nous avons été obligés de payer 50 en carte (ou 30 en espèces ). C est la première fois qu une compagnie de location exige un quelconque nettoyage et une telle pénalité (indue dans tous les cas).
