Super zufrieden mit dem Service von Carlos. Das Auto macht Das was es soll. Wir hatten den Renault Clio und hatten keinerlei Probleme die steilsten Berge hochzukommen. Carlos steht jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung. Der Transport vom Flughafen zum Auto funktionierte einwandfrei, nur am Ende gab es leider eine kleine Komplikation. Jedoch wurde dort direkt Abhilfe gefunden.

We rented a scooter for 4 days and a car for 3 days. Scooter and car in top condition. Great service at a great price and also very uncomplicated. At the end a free shuttle to the airport was offered. Would recommend him at any time.

Great rental, full insurance, no deposit. The owner was kind and arranged that the machine would be available the next day (without any prepayment) and at 9 a.m. we had the car at our disposal. And whats important, you can leave your car in their parking lot overnight, you dont have to look for a place, which is sometimes difficult to find. I recommend !!!

In the years in which I have traveled around the world, I have never found a car rental like this. Simply perfect. Very friendly and kind owner, very fair price, minimal bureaucracy to make your holiday as peaceful as possible. Great.

rental owner is nice guy and tried to help, but it doesn t help when your plans for the day crashed booked car the day before we need it via website and received mail with confirmation when we came to the rental - it turned out that they don t have any automatic car available and ours also(which we booked) spent whole morning getting here, eventually skipped hiking and hotel check in because of that, because nearest possible rentals are also out of cars or they have siesta putting 3 for good attitude to clients. Cars and service i couldn t check. To make this feedback useful - i can only advice to do some integration between website and database with available cars.

We came last minute after lunch to try our luck and rent a motorbike for the day. Carlos was very nice and even offered his own scooter with a discount due to the late rental. The bike was in a good shape and we had a blast with it. Thank you!

The best rental on the world. I had a lot of cars from a lot of rentals, but never so friendly and helpful owner as Carlos. We just agreed reservation together on WhatsApp when I got recommendations from friend. I sent Carlos time of our arrival and he comes for us to airport. Because some healthy problems of my wife, he took us also to local hospital and help us to explain our situation. He didnt ask for any extra fees. Car was fully covered without extra fees. Réservation faite à la dernière minute à cause dun souci avec précédent loueur, les prix proposés étaient bien corrects et inférieurs à ceux quon aurait payé sur internent en last minute. Nous recommandons ce louer à 200%. Il fait aussi service aéroport à laller et au retour une fois déposé la voiture à son garage.

Amazing service and people. You have to recognize outstanding customer service when you experience it. To begin with, Carlos did not count one day of the rental as we started it late in the day (6PM) as a commercial gesture. But most importantly, the affordable price of the rental included FULL insurance of the car, and Carlos insisted he did not want to ask customers for a deposit. We unluckily scratched the car. Triple Seven Machico did not make us pay ANYTHING, as promised. Carlos even bought us a cup of coffee at the airport. Really outstanding guy, who knows good business comes with great relationship with customers. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to rent a car in Madeira. 5 stars for Carlos! Great service and fair priced car rental. No deposit needed when you take the full insurance for only 5 euro s extra a day so no worries while driving around the island. But most of all very friendly, honest and funny owner Carlos who treated us like friends and even took us to the airport when we had to go back home with no extra charge! And he has got excellent musical taste! Sometimes getting a rental car on your holiday can be a bit stressful, but if you go to Triple 777 you won t have to worry about anything. We had a Fiat Panda for 5 days and it was fine for driving around with the two of us. When (not if) we get back to the wonderful Madeira we will definitely rent here again. Highly recommended! Abbiamo avuto la necessità di prolungare il noleggio dell auto e non ci sono stati problemi, in maniera rapida e senza intoppi. Dopo la riconsegna, ci hanno accompagnato in aereo porto. The best car rental in Madeira. No credit card needed, full insurance so you dont have to worry about anything. But the best part is the owner. The nicest most lovable guy we met in Madeira. He prolonged our rent with no extra charge, and then took us all the way to our hotel in downtown Funchal, while telling us some lovely stories abou his life. <3

5 star service and amazing service from the owner. Recommend and definitely will rent from here again once I come back. Open 24hrs on the call and did I mention that you can arrange pick up and drop off from the airport!? Or just 1 hour walking distance from the airport if you like walking as I do. No deposit if taken with full insurance. Cars in good condition and you can rent a scooter or even a motorbike from here. And Carlos has a fantastic personality himself. Treated us as kings.

There are no words to describe the more-than-excellent service provided by Carlos, the owner, and his partner. From day 0, before arriving to the island, Carlos promised to pick us up at the airport, for free, and bring us to the hotel, even when we planned to pick up the car on the next day! Not only he did as promised, but also took us back to the airport when we finished our holidays! From what we ve seen, Carlos is a well educated man, speaks English fluently and was super concerned about us having the best time out of our holidays. We ve rented a Fiat Panda, fully insured, that was more than perfect to drive around the beautiful island of Madeira. I fully recommend hiring a car, or motorbike, with his company. Having rented cars all over the world while on vacation, we have never come across an agency that provides the incredible experience that Carlos and his team offer. No-nonsense, affordable prices, a great car and a level of flexibility that cant be beaten. Our rental included full insurance coverage as well as a second driver, and when we spontaneously decided to extend for an extra day the matter was handled within minutes. At the end of our stay, Carlos even drove us to the airport in his luxury van, completely free of charge. A rental car is an absolute must if you want to explore all that Madeira has to offer, and there is no better place to get one than this. Even if youre not staying in Machico, its absolutely worth the slight detour from the airport so you can enjoy the unparalleled service and peace of mind. El mejor sitio para alquilar de madeira sin lugar a dudas. Coches en perfectas condiciones, seguro a todo riesgo incluido y precios de los más bajos de toda la isla. Pero lo de su dueño está a otro nivel. De verdad disfruta trabajando su negocio, de manera honesta y servicial. Intentando ayudar en todo momento. Nos llevo a las 5 de la mañana del día de Navidad (25 diciembre) al aeropuerto de manera gratuita! Incluso cuando insistimos que no era necesario, que cogeríamos un taxi y no le haríamos tener que madrugar en un día especial como eso. Pues ni con esas. Para él no había otra opción que no fuera llevarnos. Llevo muchos años viviendo por Europa y otras partes del mundo , viajando y alquilando coches y digo honestamente que ojalá hubiese una pequeña empresa de alquiler como esta en cada lugar que he tenido que alquilar. Ojalá que a su dueño su negocio vaya cada vez a más y el día de mañana tenga una jubilación dorada. Para cualquiera que pretenda alquilar en madeira, n perdáis vuestro tiempo buscando otro sitio.
