I already knew part of the local workshop that I recommend, excellent professionals, the rent a car service was 5 stars, spectacular service, very accessible, friendly, if you need it, it's a place I'll come back to, I recommend it

This company has shown that it is not trustworthy when, in July of last year, I requested a quote for a service for my car, they gave me the price and I accepted it, assuming that the characteristics of the service would be the same as the service recommended by the brand. To my surprise, at the end of December, I got the indication that the oil should be changed, that is, after 15,000 km. I booked it but wondered if it might have been a configuration error since it was half the km recommended by the brand, and because all brands have had longer oil change intervals for many years, they said they would check and tell me. Later, I was contacted and told that they really had to change the oil and respective filter. I authorized it because I need the car. To my surprise, they charged €200 for this "service" after having charged €300 for the one in July. In short, it is more expensive than going to the brand. They are clearly not serious. I do not recommend them and I will never be a customer again, because I do not allow myself to be vilified.

It was a very simple situation. But I couldn't help but publicly thank Moticristo and its employees. My vehicle ran out of battery just a few meters from their facilities and I went to ask for help. In addition to getting the vehicle moving in no time, they were incredibly friendly! Thank you Happy Holidays
