Terrible service, super unpleasant and they ask for astronomical amounts to "rent" a replacement car that the insurance company itself was paying for because I had an accident with the other person. No cost should have been charged, however I knew about the €100 deposit, so far so good, until they tell me that this €100 is held for 3 days to check if the car has been through tolls, etc. etc. Worse than that was that they offered me almost a thousand euros just to have one of their cars and be "insured" for 3 days so I could leave there with the vehicle. Ridiculous. I prefer to use public transport while they deal with the situation. I really do not recommend this service to anyone.

In fact, perhaps the worst car rental company I can remember, too bad to be true. When they delivered the car, they didn't even know where the car was, they waited an interminably long time and saw the employee completely lost looking for the car, and the customers waiting with schedules to go to work. When receiving the car, zero customer service, zero education and they even said that they couldn't wait 5 minutes because they had to get on with their lives, in short, zero training! All with one goal, to charge €85 for a half deposit, when all they had to do was wait 5 minutes. In short, anything goes to get money out of customers. I can't believe there is a company like this on the market! To forget, to avoid, a thousand times at the airport, where the attention and customer service is 5 stars, thank you to the staff at AVIS at the airport, where I am a regular customer. Never here again!! Be careful!
