Terrible process trying to book a car yesterday. They say they won't accepting a booking - not originating at the airport - if they don't get payment first. I understand that. Tried to use their other options to pay - didn't work, tried rebooking - didn't work, asked them via email to send me a link - was ignored. Too bad they didn't want my business. Went elsewhere & completed my booking in 5 minutes hassle free.
