Picked up our camper today. A number of things went wrong, but Monika made every effort to arrange everything properly. Someone who works hard to make the customers happy. Nice camper and good help

Nice personell. Especially Monica was very kind, professional and fair during pick-up and return of the vehicle. We would recommend and choose MC Rent again.

Very grateful for Monica's attention, she has been very attentive, she has even helped us find a campsite the first night when everything was full! Even going out of schedule!! Super friendly explaining everything in detail. Caravans in perfect condition, comfortable and with the basic necessities! I recommend bringing rope and clothespins. And rent the camping set. To repeat!! Thank you!

We were very satisfied with the vehicle handover and return. The employee responsible for the rental, Monica Pereira, was very friendly and took enough time to hand over the vehicle despite several customers. Since only one person is responsible for the rental, we can imagine that there may be longer waiting times when picking up the vehicle. Perhaps appointment slots that would be arranged in advance could avoid annoying waiting times. We had nothing fundamental to complain about in terms of the condition of the vehicle, its cleanliness and its equipment. The only thing that would perhaps be an advantage for camping life would be if a clothesline and a plastic container (basin) for washing dishes were part of the equipment.

I will never rent in that place again. The van itself was really good but the check in and check out experience is terrible! 3h for getting the van out, they charge you 55€ for a blanket and cheapest pillow from ikea, they are literally 5cm thick! Bringing the van 30 minutes delayed, ok my fault, but they charged me 29€ for that, but they were ok giving the van in 3hours. Also they wanted to charge me for a scratch on a signal at the return saying it was not there, I had to pop out my phone showing it was already there before!! Please take pictures of the van before, all the details, that will save you money! Go some place else if you have to rent a caravan…

The worst experience we've ever had. We rented from a website that says that motorhomes are a maximum of 2 years old, as ours was already 4. To start with, they took 3h30 to give us the motorhome, and the day was already being paid for. Then, a motorhome like I've never seen before. The bathroom door was broken, the mosquito net in the bathroom was hanging and already broken. As soon as we filled the water tank, water started to leak out from under the benches in the living room. Not to mention the fridge, which turned on the light but never worked, meaning everything went to waste as food. The water system was broken, meaning we never knew if we had water or not. It was a disgrace, not to mention that we had a puncture in France. We called Portugal to see if they could help us, and they were rude and said they had nothing to do with it. That's it for us... I'll never rent from Mc Rent again and I really don't recommend it.

I rented a motorhome this year and it was horrible. The motorhome was 2 years old but it was very damaged, it had not been cleaned at all, when I arrived to pick it up it was all dirty, the mattresses had rubbish, they only cleaned it superficially and the details were all dirty, windows, shelves, fridge, etc... I asked them to clean it again and they did very little, I had to clean it myself, I can say that when I wiped it with a damp cloth the upholstery came out black from all the rubbish it had. Not to mention that we paid for 10 days but only enjoyed 8, because I waited 4 hours to pick up the motorhome, I left there at 6:30 pm, a disgrace.

Terrible experience. I rent a camping car in July 2019, the agency will rent you a vehicle for an important amount, then after they let you alone. If you have any question, they simply do not respond to your phone calls. They do not help you with tolls, details of your camping car, etc. They have no sense of service. I advise you to avoid this company.
