Terrible. To get the van working we had to call the central office every time, because the code wasn't enough to start the car, they had to activate the car's system by phone. They took a long time to answer (and obviously the time was running out). We paid for an extra hour of rental with these problems. To end the rental, pressing buttons doesn't work. You always have to call the central office and wait for them to end the rental. Not to be repeated.
Everything went well without any problems.
Very bad experience. I do not recommend it. The van has numbers on the window so you can enter the code. They gave me a 4-letter code. I had to call every time I needed to start the van. The last time I called to ask them to activate the van, I had to wait 40 minutes. In short, very, very bad...
