Went today to pick up my rental Everything was fine until they bought out the car and it was the wrong category I’ve booked the seven seater SUV and they got me a four seater car. They told me this what I rented but when I showed them the email and it had the image of the car because I rented a specific model they said we are sorry and will get your car and deliver it to the hotel

we booked the car for 5pm told the lady the train will arrive in monaco from Paris at 4.30 but due to delays will arrive at 5pm. Was told the exact words "will not wait a minute after 5pm." Also does not give your money back for extra days

Excellent service, friendly, great cars

I rented the car at Lyon and have to return it in Mónaco. But not in the website nor at the store, they give you the option of after hours return. I was hurring to get to Mónaco before 5pm (close time of the avis office there) but didnt get it, so i was resigned to return it in the morning and pay another day. But, walking by the Marina, found the office and the instructions for AFTER HOURS RETURN on the door¡!. So I did. Very easy and simple. Ostende parking just next to Avis office. Then have to walk back to my apto a lot of stairs away but no extra day to pay =)). Should have this option explained at the website.

If you are dropping-off the car here, just leave it in the underground parking "Ostende", right before avis/budget office. Take parking ticket and remember floor and place of car to say it on reception.

They tried to screw my brother out of 50$ for filling up the tank but not keeping a receipt to show them. I thought a fuel gauge was for that? This is no way to treat a customer that just gave you almost 3k worth of business between our two groups of people. Grow up avis.

Extremely helpful! Best rental car service in all of Monaco, hands down. They had us in and out the door in 10 minutes with a car for a 24 hour trip to Genoa for only €130 euro. Only rental car service in Monaco to have a 24 hr key drop-off. Hertz were very unhelpful and did not have anything to offer us. Rent-a-car is located on the sixth floor of a small office on the back side of town in a little back room. Very limited serviced at Rent-a-car. Avis was great!
