Very good first rental experience in Monaco. Sihem (at the counter) is incredible, very kind and available. His explanations are clear to easily recover the vehicle in the parking lot near the agency. Top notch service!
1. The agency is on a busy road, and there was no sign to let the clients know that they have to leave the car in the underground parking nearby. 2. Watch out for the cleaning fee scam. After returning the vehicle we were charged an extra 36E for cleaning fees. Which is ironic as the Budget agency of the Nice airport had given us a dirty car to start with. I contacted the Budget customer services 1 month ago to complain and still no answer.
