A truly exceptional service offered by the staff of this Europcar Monaco branch!
I want to testify to the professionalism of the competence and responsiveness of the Europcar Monaco agency... The team is always attentive to each reservation...the sense of welcome and the availability of the staff are remarkable...this is increasingly rare in the tourism sectors and in particular that of rental automobile....A discover and praise with your eyes closed.
A little difficult to find the return office, but the return was otherwise simple. Because it's difficult to find gas stations in Monaco and the roads are very complicated, I was forced to turn it in with less than a full tank which cost me quite a bit more. They charged 20 euros plus 4 euros per liter or 65 Euros altogether with more than 3/4 of a tank left. A piece of door trim had come loose on the passenger door in the first few miles of our rental, and the front front end of it caught in the wind. On closer inspection it appeared the front edge had been taped because it was covered with gummy marks. For safety I removed it all together for the entire week. I don't think they charged me for it when I explain the end we were able to put it back in place when there was no wind. But they did not indicate one way or the other if they did charge me or not. On this matter they could have been more helpful or at least more clear. Because the billing will be done in Marseille they could not even give me a final receipt cost. This feels a little risky because I would have no way to argue if the charges are higher than I expected when they come through on my email. But I did ask them to give me the total which I wrote on the receipt of the car they gave me. There are no Ubers in Monte Carlo so a taxi back to the hotel was €20.

Elle a été retrouvée... je suis au paradis. Rare davoir une si belle réaction et expérience client. Il na même pas voulu que je le récompense financièrement. Cédric, vous êtes mon héro !
