A significant part of the business is the lack of insurance and the additional charges applied when returning the car for microscopic scratches that were invisible and overlooked during the rental. These defects are well known to the managers and are immediately pointed out upon return. It's unpleasant. €400 for a scratch on the rim that can only be seen under a microscope. It may seem like a minor issue, but when you're being so blatantly deceived, it's very upsetting and severely damages the overall impression.
